Finally finished my most ambitious Hatchetfield project yet. Every box in the border represents a different Nightmare Time, as well as Hey Melissa, Trail to Oregon, Workin’ Boys, the BBQ monologues and Peanuts the Hatchetfield Pocket Squirrel. The three large boxes at the bottom represent the three main musicals. It’s 18x24” and made with sharpie :]

I haven’t really posted anything about my vi felt despite having been working on it since october, but here’s a WIP of pants + torso.

anyone who needlefelts or works with natural fiber will know how shitty dark wool is about light absorption. to make sure you can actually *see* any of the form of the sculpt or the details I’ve added, let alone differentiate between different elements of her completely chromatic design, I’ve had to try and manually add the look of digital rendering with hand-mixed colors. insanely time consuming but I think it’s so so worth it

The irony of Anya's statement and that Curly arguably suffers more with the medication but it gives them, and arguably Anya, the peace of mind that he'll quiet down, easing their emotional suffering.

#something something anyas way of talking about post crash curly is easy to miss interms of her ableism cause i argue its the worse cause #shes supposed to be the most caring just like how curly was supposed to be the one making sure she was safe and how their dynamic flips #cause of course jimmy is the way he is to curly post crash and anya precrash but just like you expect more from curly before you expect #more from anya to not be more concerned by his noise at the end of it all and to not talk about him like hes not there cause she likely #thinks hes mentally hollow. like this isnt hate to anya but i think we need to acknowedge more how she has the same exact #issues with connection and trying and stagnation as the others and what she goes through should not be a reason to not analyze her faults #on these fronts #like sorry pals she did not try at all to actually connect to curly outside of her own way which is just not how you reach out like we have #no basis for how hard she tried but from what we see her just expressing that desire is not the same as making the attempts and i will #die on the hill that the miscommunication between anya and curly on a social front was two ways with Anya trying to communicate with curly #only in her own way and thinking from his side hes rejecting her or not getting it while curly is in his own head not hearing the full side #of anything like im sorry she was not making the major attempts the way we portray it in tandem with Curly leaning towards Jimmy #mouthwashing #mouthwashing game #curly mouthwashing #jimmy mouthwashing #anya mouthwashing #captain curly #curlya #yeah this is whatever version of doomed curlya i think everyone on that ship is sort of a mid person with their own biases /pos #feeling better last days have been stressful and tiring and i have so many projects but hey! #sleep token #sleep token fanart #levynn tries to draw #so the thought behind this..#there was a lot but in short #the concept is that the moth represents vessel mostly #the masks are the past cycles or states of being #essentially they represent the past selves of the individual #and the moth is chasing those past memories and feelings and familiar things even if they kill it #and Sleep is basically trying to protect them from that #by physically pulling them back #but i wanted to have the tentacles a sort of insect like feel to them #to somewhat evoke a spider in a way so that protection still probably going to harm the moth #and beyond that maybe even play on the idea of it trapping the insect and maybe even consume it up after a period of time #so the moth is both trying to escape that reach but also chasing that pull of the beacon like familiarity of the past #there is no escape #there is no reason left #no options just what is behind and what is in front #stuck between the two #in a way this is an iteration on my idea of the vessel failing and getting lost on the journey at the very end #anyway this was a fun little one day project and i hope you enjoy it at least half as much as i did drawing it

you know what guys. after this whole thing goes down, i hope we get the ACTUAL kamiyama school festival and it is a very good comparison to the first one. where we can see clearly how much mizuki has grown since that first event in january 2021, since that first school festival in middle school.

and i hope mizuki gets to have fun with her friends and can hang out with ena. and i hope ena has fun too. i hope she gets to tease akito, forge bonds with her classmates at the fried squid stall, and hopefully get roped into a dumb show with the oddballs 1 2. i hope this is ena’s pandemonium. i hope we all can have a little bit of joy and whimsy while getting to see how much the gang’s lives have changed at this point.

and i hope rui is a little worried for mizuki — i sincerely hope he is somewhere in mizu5, quietly waiting by the rooftop like he always has for her. but by the end of the schoolfes event he can look at mizuki, her whole face bright as all eight students in our little kamikou main cast gang come down from the rooftop (for one last time maybe, but we don’t talk about graduation in front of rui… unless ofc we bring it up this event) and he can say “you’ve come such a long way, haven’t you, mizuki? i’m happy for you.”

catwin meet-cute except its a 'ghost boys but not detectives!' AU where charles and edwin ended up inexplicably working in (read: using the materials of) a craft store to try and bring some more artistic joy to their lives-after-death (sparked by a recently met Crystal telling them they need to be more rounded and no, edwin, spending your entire afterlife in a library wont solve the problem of you being completely ignorant towards every art and creative subject there is beyond literature).

edwin and his thick knitting needles and soft, cozy balls of yarn, bundled up near the window in a scarf and a thick wollen jumper, attracts the attention of a sleepy cat king, drowsy after a day of negotiating territories with a neighbouring cat ruler. surely the pretty boy with a soft bed of yarn on his lap wouldnt object to a feline friend taking a nap with him in the calm atmosphere hes created?
