Lovely morning with my pretty girl. We snuggled in bed after Matt went to work, then had a lovely long walk in the sunshine and she saw her friends on the field and had a good run around with them. Then on the way home we met a red lab puppy called Pebbles 🥹 dried her off at home and came out to work. I have a big old delivery today but it's kind of good, it'll keep me busy but it's manageable so I'm not stressing. All pretty heavy stuff too so it's a good workout today 💪

A key component of Pelvic Balance is the learning to appreciate the key differences between the male and female pelvis and its relationship to functional movement.
It is also important to acknowledge and appreciate that the pelvic floor is an ANTI-GRAVITY muscle. That means that anytime we stand up (Bipedalism) and are in this gravitational field the pelvic floor is automatically engaged.  Also, the pelvic floor is deeply connected to our feet. The stronger and more balanced our pelvic floor strength, the better able our foot to pelvic connection is resulting in the improvement of balance, agility and speed. The rhythm at which your pelvic floor contracts and relaxes is driven by the harmony of your breath. How well the body inhales and exhales and how well the diaphragm contracts and relaxes is intrinsically connected to pelvic structures. The better the rhythms the better the function of your bipedalism.

I'm healthy & strong, and can do tricky stuff comfortably. There should be many more decades of this.
I have a theory that you don't actually get old until you're between 60-70, but most people seem to give up at 40-50.

Weds 4th Jan:
Wanted to stretch before work but instead stayed in bed ordering some stuff in the sales 😌 worked 1-9pm and was so so busy. Again. I feel like I'm the only one there atm but it's my own fault for choosing to work right through til Saturday so I could have the weekend off with Matthew. 2 more shifts to go!

I did stretch this morning and it felt sooo good after being so achey yesterday. Glad I did too bc work was insane again. I'm gonna be hurting again tomorrow but I did have a coffee before I went in and took my protein shake with me today at least to try to help my muscles recover.

Also saw my beloved wagon driver today 😍 that put me in a good mood bc he was there when I pulled up. We had a cuddle and bonded over our parents being assholes and hating Christmas because of it. Bearing in mind he's like 50. Just goes to show sometimes it actually is okay to decide to stop making an effort with them bc they may never change 🤷🏼‍♀️ made me feelvless horrible for not wasting my time and effort on my dad. Anyway. I'm exhausted and currently eating spring rolls and watching The Office at 11pm trying to wind down so I can go to bed. Last shift tomorrow and then the weekend off but I know it's going to be a long one 😮‍💨 hope everyone is well!
