The idea that him and Sari knowing each other since they were sparklings is lowkey cute but also sad too.

I can 💯 see Sari and Requiem developing an unhealthy attachment to each other since Requiem would be informed at a very young at the moment he could hold a sword was that he was meant to protect Sari.

But because the two are still young... Requiem would still need his carrier aka SENTINEL WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE PALACE WITH REQUIEM AND SEE SARI AND GODD I've been wanting to utilize a small scene of Sentinel holding Requiem as he and Sari meet optics for the first time, still innocent while Sentinel holding his son tight.

THE IDEA OF THEM GROWING UP TOGETHER SCRATCHES MY BRAIN TOO BECAUSE I ALSO HAD A SMALL ROUTE IDEA IN MY MIND FOR A LONG TIME AND YOU JUST REMINDED ME OF IT.

Where Tarn and Megatron are meeting over their sparklings and Requiem's future... and or the first time since the takeover, Optimus and Sentinel are face to face at their husbands' sides while they hold their sparklings, its emotional and bitter and angst. All while Sari and Requiem are meeting bambi/faline style SHE WOULD BE SO PLAYFUL WITH HIM

HMM them growing an unhealthy attachment to eachother would make so much sense though. Forced to be together at such a young age. That attachment cam grow into anything. But especially since he's meant to protect her. It can be a bit manipulative.

But also ohhh. Sentinel looking at Sari and seeing Optimus in her. His spark shatteres. Because the last thing he said to Optimus. The last time he saw him was him on thar ship with the allspark.

He's heard twlk about Megatron taking Op as his consort. But he never saw it due to Tarn taking him as his mate. But now. He thought Optimus death was a bluff. He mourned when the others mourned. But it never felt real until.

He was looking into the optics of his once best friend. But it's almost slightly different. Sari isn't Optimus. Yet he can feel apart of him within her. As well as in her optics. To him Saris optics are Optimus's, to Requiem her optics shine like the Allspark.

Megatron most likely has Optimus's armor in a case perhaps a room dedicated to Optimus. His resting grounds per say. I can see it being where the garden would of been in the Og au.

Anyways I'm getting off topic.

Him holding Requiem as Megatron holds Sari. As ge talks to Tarn about what he expects from Requiem. Before setting Sari down so she can meet her new body guard. And ohhh the lightfullness of such a scene. Before Requiem even knows what he is about to go through. He just thinks he finally has a friend to play with since he doesn't have siblings just yet.

It's adorable. Megatron knows Optimus would of thought so as well. But he knows Tarn must be diligent with Requiem, no mistakes. Anyone can find a weakness and destroy him. So find any weakness and destroy it before it ever becomes a problem.

He is counting on him and the rest of the DJD to shape Requiem into the body guard his precious daughter deserves. He doesn't want sloppy.

But also ohh. This would also be so cute in the og au. Megatron is a little more lenient on Requiem in the og au. He allows him to be a kid longer. Sari needs a friend. So why not have this friendship grow before he makes him bodyguard of her.

Okay so. MANY THINGS JUST HAPPENED. And I have many mixed thoughts. On the one hand, this was kind of a perfect ending for Xadhoom. She said it herself, she got everything she finally wanted: She saw Xari again, her people are alive and safe, she destroyed literally all of Evron (packwatch RIP bozos). On the other hand: WAAAAAHHHH WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH I WANTED HER TO LIVE!!!!! I WANTED HER TO LIVE AND BE HAPPY AGAIN WITH HER PEOPLE NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOHOOOOOOO

LIKE. I can't say it's a BAD outcome they chose but also :( you're telling me she went through all that effort and she FINALLY got to Xari again only to see him for like, TEN MINUTES?? I mean they were running out of pages I guess so in my head they got to hang out longer than that but STILL. AND LIKE MAN IDK. I HAD HOPE. Especially after chapter 28! I have to wonder what the point was of showing us that Xadhoom is CAPABLE of healing and reverting to her old self at any time, and then just never coming back to it? Like it really seemed like they were setting her up to get better 😭 I JUST WANTED HER TO BE HAPPY. AND LIKE SHE WAS BUT ONLY FOR A LITTLE BIT!!!

I think I like the overall plot that's happening in this comic, but the execution could've been much better (this applies to the whole trilogy really). I think the Xerbians could've been brought in sooner into the first chapter (which already felt kinda slow) and then maybe the ending wouldn't have felt quite as rushed as it does. Xadhoom and Xari see each other for like 2 pages and they're just kinda like "oh good you're alive :)" and then Xadhoom immediately kills herself 😭 SHE DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO DO THAT JUST FIND ANOTHER PLANET OR SOMETHIIING

I'm sad though I'm SAD I'm DISTRESSED but not like in a bad way I just really miss Xadhoom. Like I've already read this series but I'm still sad and I still miss her. Nobody will be able to genocide quite like you could queen 🥀🥀🥀 Alexa play I Bet on Losing Dogs please

Cfundy and ctubbo are actually one of my fucking favorites its fucking crazy that they dont have a duo name thats fucking nuts (that i know of at least). Their early lmanburg/early dsmp streams were so fun it was just them dicking around and pranking and shit and doing stuff together. It sucks that their relationship petered out in the end and they barely did things together anymore. Ik its just the nature of the plot progressing and their differing storylines diverged from each other and sometimes even put them against each other or like have them be a dick to each other but ughshwhd what id give to see them again together just fucking around and having fun (las nevadas outpost dispute and silly clingyduo noir stream you have my heart for kinda giving a little bit of that back to me ilyy)

Okay this is like so much musings for what couldve been but for canon ill always hold deeply in my heart early dsmp stream where ctommy and cfundy were farming for disks and cdream being a dick asshole trying to steal them and new lmanburg era stream where ctommy and cfundy spend time together (i think cause ctommy was like mandated to be supervised by cfundy at all times? This was before exile) and completely remove/move ponk's tower because it was blocking the sunset from ctommys bench and waughhh its so lottle but both mean so much to mee waauaggahsgshwywu
