Oh, run of the mill average slice of life rosekiller is so important to me. Ugh. I adore them.

Anyway, I love the idea of them meeting at work and not knowing each other prior. Somewhere like fast food, or grocery story, or restaurant, or bartending. I think the part i like about it is despite how much the job might suck sometimes (which ive worked each of these jobs) the best part is seeing each other. Like they used to plead to the gods and devils to be able to skip work, but once one of them starts working there the other starts to actually like it (almost). I love the idea of all the mundanity becoming special. All the inside jokes, the way they look out for each other, the little touches, and lasting glances. oh goodness I adore them - anyway.

Their first kiss is a total mistake too.

Like they both really want it, but dont really know they want it, and one day theyre out back sharing a cig and Barty leans over to get something out of Evans hair (depending on the job it could be anything from food to a leaf to cig ash) and Evan misinterprets and kisses him. He's completely mortified. And Evan fully flees before Barty can say anything. Like literally leaves work and of course Barty covers for him.

Well Evan calls in sick for three days straight until Barty crashes out and shows up at his apartment banging on the door yelling all their business for all the neighbors to hear like - "motherfucker let me in so I can snog you properly".

Basically this:

Evan:

Barty: Im serious Evan let me the fuck in. Its not a big deal.

Evan:

Barty: I'll break down your door.

Evan who is now directly on the otherside of the door completely silent:

Barty who has started to pound on it: Im so serious Rosier I'll go get a crowbar. Listen, I know that was awkward or whatever but you cant hide forever - i mean I guess you could, but ill crash out, i - *this is where Barty would get all quiet, but Evan can still hear of course* youre probably not even home, but... work sucks without you, well, everything sucks without you and I just- i *Barty is leaning against the door with his back at this point* i miss you, ev

Evan opens the door and Barty falls right into him.

They share that awkward clumsy moment but theyre both just happy for the familiar touch.

Barty: You arsehole for ignor-

Barty doesnt even finish what hes saying. He just starts snogging him.

Theyre so precious. Obviously they end up married at some point, adopting a little girl, maybe two. Girl dad's rosekiller - i die for them.

If you recall, it was also around Christmas three years ago that this person’s “mentor” revealed herself.

I often wonder what would’ve happened had we simply amplified the truth this “mentor” told initially and ignored her outlandish claims, which she began spewing with a vengeance when she realized that she could attract far more notoriety and attention by changing her story to one much more salacious and destructive. Because haters love to hate.

As I’ve said before, the right thing to do when an actual crime has been committed is to file charges with the police and provide solid evidence of the crime, to support the claim with the proper authorities should one also seek to file a claim in court. Justice absolutely should be served but only if it’s warranted. And much more evidence than this is required.

Her protégé’s claim is vague, without specific evidence to support it, presented only to stir the pot of defamation once again.

The protégé is wearing a bathing suit and appears to be posing for the photo in question. She looks to have undergone a recent “cupping” treatment. It’s difficult to determine exactly what her grievance against the accused might be.

Regret is not a crime. Consent, or the denial thereof, is not retroactive. Objective facts are immutable. Vague implications are not facts.

And proclaiming a known delusional stalker and compulsive liar as her mentor serves only to discredit her claims.

Likewise, this “news” breaking from a source known to have a close relationship with the accused’s disgruntled aunt publicly feuding with the accused over the family fortune serves only to raise questions about the source’s credibility and motives.

Both the accuser and the person breaking the news are relying on people’s wild imaginations and need for titillation to fill in the blanks of the story the accuser is not actually telling.
