Playing Hollow Knight again and I just found a boss I can’t recover my monies from w/out killing it and it’s hardd ;-;

The goddamn shade is in the boss arena AND, even if it wasn’t, the tunnel leading to the arena blocks off as you walk through it so you can’t go back

I’m now sat at the end of tunnel, having wasted soul in shooting the shade to get its attention so I could kill it, now I’m just sat here w/ my money and no way back… help

It’s one of those weird erratic bosses I rlly struggle to figure out cos it’s patterns are too fast… Do I really have to choose between my in-game geo and my irl sanity?

Hmmm..it was a steady climb for awhile (this is all twitter) as i posted commissions i finished and people would share them. I also hosted raffles at times with the "retweet and follow"

But there was a turning point during the "socialist teeth" meme when my post took off and i got a lot of follows

I dont know if I really have advice to give on it because it's honestly from what I've seen luck

And ...tbh....not something I really enjoyed for many years and why I scrambled at the chance to use Tumblr as a site for myself again (instead of just silently rbing others art)

Having a small audience who truly care about what you share and engage with u is nice

Growing slowly is the best way i think

Drawing and posting what you TRULY like and never to simply appease others or be likeable
