#personal#delete later#idk i just saw a post of the “alternate ending” comic on my dash and everyone praising it as an improvement and “fixing” the original#which i kinda resent#while tulli and i was taking my nephew to a book store we walked around the kids section and found the giving tree and we read through it#and i was so stricken by how profoundly sad it is. it's not a happy story#in the end both versions tell the exact same lesson. but one flat out tells you and the other makes you sit with a pit in your stomach#and work to find the answer#i dunno it's kids literature but kids literature is important. i don't wanna discredit anyone's bad memories with the book but also i think#sometimes it's ok to make kids a bit sad and upset with fiction.#tweet that goes “what if romeo and juliet didn't kill themselves and explained to the audience that family feuds are bad”#idk you can't seriously read the original book as an adult and say it's glorifying self-martyrdom#when the final drawing of the book is of an old tired man sitting on arotting stump with his hat fallen to the ground#again i don't wanna invalidate people's feelings if they enjoy the alt version i think it's really nice too. but the original has its#purpose too. imagine if at the end of the lorax they show that the boy did it and replanted the world happy ending#wait they did that in the movie shit#i dunno i just love somber children's literature. tulli and i are talking about moomin right now and how the series ends with the moomin#family just leaving. and nobody gets to say goodbye to them. their friends have to find ways to live with the emptiness they've left behin

Why would people who post so called easy, beginner friendly workout on youtube assume that people seeking out those videos already know how to do the move and don't think they need to explain anything? Like I'm sorry but looking at your fit ass perfectly doing the move at full speed with 0 explaination is not helping for shit…
#gonna need to check if some of the girlies with workout that heavily focus on the look of a particular body part have more general videos#because at least those girls while explain the moves you're supposed to make to get a great ass or a flat stomach#meanwhile the litteral uk health professionals posting easy 10 minutes beginner cardio workouts is like 'they clearly already know that'#no the fuck we don't maam!#just take 10 seconds showing how you do the move so i don't hand up fucking myself up#also why do so many of those so called easy workout seems to be design to fuck over your knees????

#i kinda miss being able to just eat without any concern for my body or health#like i didnt care as much when i was younger about it#i was just happy to eat yk#but ive lost a lot of weight since then so that i can fit into the style of clothes that i like#and i exercise to keep in shape#but just now we had smthin really delicious and i had to count the amount of stuff i had and make sure my calorie intake stayed low :''#its a bit troublesome tbh...#but hey. im a healthy person~ and my figure looks good#and i can mostly wear whatever i want (except my chest is large so i have to forgo dresses that dont stretch at the chest or dont measure#large there...sigh. i should look into breast reduction.)#anyway so yeah#my biggest waist measurement was...#36in/92cm#and now? its at 27in/68cm#my stomach is mostly flat now while it portruded lot when i was a bit younger. though i do still have a pouch below my belly button that#i really dont know how to get rid of#if anyone has any tips hmu pls lmaooo#i do core exercises and thats helped but!!! it wont go awaayyyyy#anyway since i had an unhealthy lunch i need to make sure to only eat fruits n veggies n red meat for the rest of the day...#its annoying. but i am happy with the lifestyle

Pains been less bad today :) very ready to get these drains out and be able to have at least a like 10 minute break from my vest when I get a shower Wednesday or Thursday

'selfshipping this' 'admins that' i think the worst part of anything related to sebastian (im not even deep in the fandom im just watching from afar like ???) is his anatomy actually and i dont mean limbs or eyes. Yesterday night i had a whole rant on how his tail would not work for swimming let alone just crawling in a tempo faster than those gaboon viper videos where they just move calmly in a straight line
#like im sorry. hes got a sea snake body but has stomach scales like land snakes. but then also has a flat tail like that.#snakes swim side to side while that tailtip is for up down motion swimming#which would make it incredibly harsh on his snake spine and muscles to swim in the up and down manner#or when swiming side to side his tail would slice through the water and not help him at all#not even talking about how if he tried 'running' hed slam it on everything and get it fractured and bruised#personally instead of making his tail sea snake and whale/dolphin/whatever i dont remember#id make it retic and shark#cuz 1. swimming movements fit#2. retics can also swim and are good at it but also they can climb trees and everything so he could just crawl around n shi#im very.very invested in the topics of 'would it make sense biologically/anatomically#like. besides being impossible like having 3 arms 3 eyes and everything else. itd be more realistic that way yk
