Aurora chirps, pleased, raking perfectly manicured nails over the ghoulette's scalp. She's on her stomach between Aurora's legs, arms around her waist, tail curled around Aurora's ankle. Those nails scritch at a spot by her horn and Sunshine purrs with it, nuzzling Aurora's belly through the soft yellow cotton of her sundress. They've been here for hours now; what started as a self-care day had devolved into lazy snuggles and endless snacking once Sunshine revealed her secret stash of edibles. Not that either of them were complaining.

"Yeah?" Aurora giggles, twirling a russet curl around a slender finger. Sunshine nods against her stomach, rumples the fabric under her cheek. "Then why'd it take you so long to get me in your bed, huh?"

Sunshine shoves herself up just enough to look the little ghoulette in the eye, delighted at how heavy and distant they look. Silver-green irises shrunk to thin rings by her blown pupils, eyeshadow glittering in the rosy light of the setting sun. It's the same shade of cotton candy blue as her hair, gentle waves cascading over her shoulders. Her cheeks sit flushed and full, a dopey smile stuck on her perfectly pouty lips.

Pretty doesn't even begin to cover it.

"Whaddaya mean 'so long'?" She reaches up and taps the tip of Aurora's upturned nose. "You've only been here for like a week!"

"Um, excuse you - I've been here for 23 days," Aurora corrects, nipping after Sunshine's outstretched finger. "Thought I was gonna die of old age waitin' to get here."

"Pfft, drama queen." Sunshine gives her a wink, scooting up until they're chest to chest. "You're s'bad as Rain."

"Am not!"

She says it with an indignant pout, that lovely lower lip stuck out in deliberate biting distance. And, well, how could Sunshine resist?

"Sure y'are," she lilts, kissing her cheek. "Actin' like I've been ignoring you," another kiss, to her jaw, "when we both know," one more kiss for good measure, to her chin, "that you've been getting plenty of attention."

She takes Aurora's lip between her fangs, gives it a playful tug, and the little ghoulette's eyes sparkle. She can't keep her pout in place, mouth curling at the corners when Sunshine pulls back to give her a wink.

"Okay but not from you," she trills, looping her arms around Sunshine's neck. "A girl can only handle so much making out and over-the-clothes stuff, y’know."

"Are you callin' me boring?" Sunshine feigns hurt, makes her eyes go all watery and sad. Aurora pays it no mind, offers up a one-shouldered shrug even as her tail sneaks its way around Sunshine's thigh. "You wound me, Roro," she sighs, flopping with all her weight onto the smaller ghoulette's chest, forcing out an oof. "I thought you liked dry humping!"

"Not as much as you do," Aurora teases, and well, Sunshine's pretty sure no one likes dry humping as much as she does. Hell, just the thought has her cock going all tingly. "Besides," Aurora scratches at the space between her shoulderblades and Sunshine purrs again. "How'm I s'posed to not want more when I hear the way you make Lus scream?"

Oh now that makes her tingle. Sunshine shifts, drags her nose down the slender line of Aurora's neck. She sighs, tilts her head to give Sunshine more access, a move the ghoulette rewards with a nibble to Aurora's earlobe.

"You been listenin' in, little bird?"

"Didn't mean to," Aurora admits, not a hint of shame in her voice. "But she leaves her windows open 'n I'm right next door." Sunshine drags her fangs over Aurora's pulse point and the little ghoulette huffs out a soft oh. "Can't blame me for bein' curious."

She certainly can't. Sunshine still remembers her own early days, when she would perch on windowsills and bits of the roof that let her peek, let her listen. Let her spy on Dew riding Aether like a stallion, Rain getting Mountain his knees, Cirrus tying Cumulus up in pretty blue ropes and Swiss doing...well, everyone. She still thinks about those days sometimes, most often on the rare occasion she sleeps alone.

Which raises a very important question.

"Tell me somethin', Roro," she murmurs into the soft skin of her throat. Kissing a slow path over her collarbone, fingers teasing at the strap of her dress. Aurora makes a questioning sound, and Sunshine decides she needs to see her face when she answers. Aurora's cheeks have gone pinker than ever, bottom lip caught between her own fangs. "You ever touch yourself when you listen to us?"

Aurora doesn't hesitate, not even for a moment. She nods with enthusiasm, eyes going wider and her parted thighs falling even further apart. Sunshine grins, delighted, rolling her hips against the mattress in the most obvious way possible. Aurora makes the sweetest little gurgling sound.

"Good," Sunshine breathes, warm against soft skin. She plants both hands on the mattress when Aurora's hands slide back into her curls, dragging her lips over the pale plane of Aurora's chest, until she hits the top of her dress. "You ever imagine what I'm doin' to make Lussy sing like that while you play?"

"Yeah," Aurora whispers, hooking her ankles around the backs of Sunshine's legs. "Every fuckin' time, Sunny, can't help it."

Sunshine believes her, without question, but Aurora sounds far too pretty for her to stop now. She readjusts, wriggles one arm under that slight body to splay her hand over Aurora's spine. Her other hand slips down to hold her waist, thumb brushing the underside of her breast through her dress.

"Then how 'bout you tell me what you think I do," Sunshine kisses the center of her chest, inhales the scent of fabric softener and fruity perfume, "tell me what you do to yourself," she drags her open mouth over the slight swell of Aurora's chest, "and I'll tell you if you're right."

Sunshine punctuates her words with a kiss to the little ghoulette's nipple, stiff and straining against the fabric, and Aurora hisses.

"Fuck," she says on a slow exhale, "you're such a damn tease."

"S'what I'm good at, baby," Sunshine coos, the hand on her waist gliding up to cup her breast and give the soft mound a squeeze. "Now start talkin'."

Sunshine latches onto her nipple through her dress, and oh must the weed be affecting her because the little ghoulette arches right off the bed with a shocked whine. She's never that sensitive.

This is going to be fun.

"U-um," Aurora stammers, clearing her throat in an effort to regain composure. It sort of works, but Sunshine doesn't stop suckling so it's a pointless effort. "W-well, there's - there's this one noise she makes..." she pauses, sucks air through her teeth when Sunshine rolls her nipple between her fangs. "It's like...like a moan, but chirpy?"

Sunshine hums her understanding and Aurora shivers with the vibration. It's a sound she knows well, one Cumulus doesn't make for anyone but her.

"And, um...when - oh - when she does that, I...I imagine her on top of you."

A good guess, Sunshine thinks, but far from the truth. She gives Aurora a reprieve from her mouth, pulls back to admire the wet spot she's soaked into her dress. The little ghoulette sags in her arms, and Sunshine can already smell the arousal on her. Sweet like candy and twice as addictive. Sunshine throbs against the mattress.

"And what do you do," she croons, taking that nipple between two fingers instead, "when you think about her bouncing on my cock?"

The little ghoulette makes the loveliest keening sound, a warbling thing that makes Sunshine's belly warm, and then she's moving. Slinking down the short length of Aurora's body, kissing down her chest, the slight softness of her stomach, the curve of her hip - Sunshine settles between her legs, presses her face to the crease of her thigh through her dress, and can't wait to finally get underneath it.

"You really are beautiful, y’know," she coos, resting warm palms on Aurora's knees. They slide up her thighs with deceptive slowness, gathering soft fabric and exposing inch after inch of porcelain skin. "D’you like it?" Aurora lets out an airy giggle while Sunshine drools onto the sheets, hooking one leg around her back. "Swiss n' Cir said you would."

Sunshine traces the piercing with her thumb, gives a slow nod, and feels a blurt of pre soak into her boxers when she taps the lower ball against Aurora's swollen clit and the little ghoulette shakes.

I’m so sorry our visit got cut short. I was so fucking pissed. When I first got in here, I would cause trouble all the time. I don’t really have a life outside so I didn’t care if I got extra time. I haven’t really been rolling like that for a while because I’m fucking tired of doing time. I wanna drink and fuck and be outside. Do whatever I want, you know? But one of my bunkies allegedly got in a fight on the yard and the cops assumed I orchestrated it which is fucking stupid. They suspended my mail privileges “as a precaution.” Pendejos. Coco walked back outside, lighting a cigarette as he headed up to the office. When he opened the door, Hank was standing over Chucky’s shoulder with a stack of papers in his hand.

Chucky looked up and grinned, “Coco.”

Coco nodded, “Chucky. Hank.”

Hank glanced back at him through a pair of black rimmed glasses, “Bishop need me?”

“No, I uh…wanted to ask you something. Alone,” he added after a pause.

“I’ll be there in a minute,” Hank said and turned his attention back to the computer.

Coco went back outside but stayed close to the building, hiding from the harsh sun. He listened to Hank and Chucky go back and forth, a fond smile on his face. The door pushed open to reveal Hank, glasses off and no papers.

“Sorry, this customer keeps calling in, wanting impossible shit. Next time he starts demanding, I’m telling him to deal or I’m gonna beat his ass,” he shook his head as he lit a cigarette, “What’s up?” 

“I just had a favor to ask,” Coco murmured, “I have this…friend. She’s a dope artist and she wants to learn to tattoo.”

Hank smiled, “Have her come in, I’ll teach her.”

Coco put out his cigarette, “She can’t yet. She’s uh…she’s serving time.”

“This the girl I keep hearing about from the other guys?” Hank asked, “Why you were so upset a while back?”

He glanced over Hank’s shoulder at Gilly and Angel, cracking jokes and fixing a bike together. He nodded, “Yeah, she wrote me again. She’s alright.”

Hank followed his gaze and looked back at Coco, “You like this girl?“

Coco was smiling before he realized it, “Yeah. I do.”

“Good for you,” he pat Coco’s back, “Bring her in when she gets out. Teach her everything I know.”

“Thanks man,” Coco smiled, “I appreciate it.”

Hank nodded and went back in the office.

Coco felt much different as he went through the motions for their second visit. He knew her better. He knew she felt something too. Something more. He sat down at the table, his eyes trained on the door. They swung open and he leaned back when a different inmate walked in. He heard a loud laugh from around the corner and his heart skipped. He stood up as Nyx walked in, a huge smile on her face as she joked with the woman in front of her. Her eyes found his while she was being uncuffed and her face lit up even more. 

“There you are,” she rubbed her wrists as she walked over.

“You okay?” he asked, stumbling when she threw herself into his arms.

Coco pulled her into a tight hug, smiling softly when he felt her tremble. He rubbed her back and closed his eyes, holding her close until a CO called her name. She sat down and looked away, bringing a hand up to her eyes.

“You okay?” he asked again, a little softer as he took her hand. He felt remnants of tears on her fingers, still watching her intently.

“Even your concerned stare makes me feel squirmy,” she joked, squeezing his hand, “I’m okay. I’m happy to see you. How was your trip?”

He smiled softly, “Long, too hot. Boring. Missed you.”

Nyx pushed some loose hair out of her eyes, “I missed you too. Now tell me why you put money on my books.”

“Cause I want you to call me,” he smirked, “Don’t wanna just hear your voice when I can make it over here.”

“You’re a secret romantic,” Nyx grinned.

He held up a finger to his lips and winked. She laughed and reached into her pocket. She set a folded piece of paper on the table.

“For me?” he asked, glancing at a curious CO.

“The drawing, remember?” she murmured, “I finished it. I mean, this one’s not really a tattoo. I just…started thinking about you and this came out.”

“Really?” Coco took the paper, “Should I look now?”

She nodded, “I didn’t get to see your reaction to the first one.”

He let her hand go and unfolded the paper, his eyes wide. It was a drawing of the two of them, Nyx in a bikini, Coco in swim trunks. It looked like a photo from a beach day. He looked up to see her fidgeting nervously with her id bracelet.

“This is crazy, baby,” he murmured, “You did all this from memory?”

“Yeah,” she smiled softly, “I kinda guessed on your tattoos and shit since I’ve only seen you dressed. So far,” Coco smirked, “But yeah.”

“Good enough till we get a real one,” he smiled and folded it back up, “I love it,” he tried to play it cool but it felt like his heart was about to fly out of his chest.

Her eyes lit up, “Really?”

He nodded, “Hell yeah,” he put it in his shirt pocket, “Thank you.”

“It was inspired by your offer on my first day out,” she admitted, lacing their fingers together when he reached out again.

“Just let me know the date and I’ll be here,” he said, squeezing her hand.

“I still have a while to go,” she told him, “I get it if you don’t want to wait.”

Coco watched her body language change as she offered him an out. He tightened his grip on her hand, “Hey, what’d I say?” he murmured, “I got you. I’m not letting you rot in here. Not anymore.”

Nyx looked away before he saw the tears pooling in her eyes. He squeezed her hand again and she smiled uneasily.

“You gotta stop saying all the right things,” she joked.

“So I shouldn’t ask if you want me to hold your stuff again?” he smiled.

She laughed and wiped her eyes, “I can’t even help you move it, so no. It’ll be fine.”

He shook his head, “Nah, I didn’t ask for help. I don’t want him to pull some shit but if you don’t want to, I won’t.”

She frowned, “I just don’t wanna be a - “

“You aren’t a burden, baby,” he murmured, “I offered. And I got a team of brothers ready to help.”

“It would be nice to be done with him,” she admitted, “I just…what if something bad happens to us?”

Coco laced their fingers together, “I won’t take it out on your stuff, I swear,” he crossed his heart with his free hand.

“Hope to die,” he winked, grinning when she laughed.

Oct 2022 Wk 4

Being a highly subjective assessment of one tiny corner of the interwebs. Organized by which ones (in each category) I’m enjoying the most.

Ongoing Series - Thai

My Only 12% (Fri iQIYI) 12 of 14 - Cake is reaping the consequences of having encouraged Eiw to become self-reliant. It means that Eiw has learned to stand up for himself, even against Cake. I get such Big Eden vibes from this show. Cake flirting with Eiw to tease Eiw’s friends. The English was… odd. But I don’t mind this kind of possessive boyfriend.

The Eclipse (Fri YT) 12 fin - The end did feel a little rushed. However I really can’t fault the acting in this drama, it was pretty darn flawless. This is a high school drama, so we expected (and got) a coming out sequence. But it was handled extremely well. I do love supportive parents. And for all their flaws, GMM TV is pretty solid on some decent parents. The low heat sex scene was really good too. The couples are very tender with each other in this show. It feels like the first half of this drama rested on Khao’s acting chops and the second half rested on First. In both cases, the actors remained entirely in control of the narrative, it’s just that First got shafted by the fact that his section of the narrative was curtailed. Still, all in all, it was a decent final episode and ending on verbal consent made me v happy. The blooper reel was great, too. 8/10 RECOMMENDED 

Ghost Host, Ghost House (Weds YouTube) 4 of 8 - Mostly BL this ep, the big plot reveal, and a NICE family drama twist. I pleased. It is a bit creepy for me but I’m sticking with it for the couple. These two are so sweet with each other that they can’t even tease each other into aggressive intimacy they have to just back off into cuteness. Really good kissing and mid heat sex scene. Great physical intimacy and teasing communication (intellectual chemistry) and romantic feedback between the 2 actors. The characters make for great boyfriends. I liked this ep A LOT. 

Big Dragon (Sat Gaga) 4 of 8 - Now we get the family drama background character information. I’ve never wild about miscommunication as a plot device. It’s always just kind of annoying when it’s used as an excuse for baby to get pouty. I do love Big (P’Nine). I find him pretty charismatic. The show is messy, and normally I’m not wild about messy, but for some reason it’s working for me. It’s like it’s messy but the right way for a change.

Ai Long Nhai (Mon iQIYI) 5 of 10 - Was the shock at BBQ after Nahi got drunk because Ai slipped in a ha? (Household intimacy particle). Meanwhile Nhai = def gayer and more switchy when drunk. Nothing has happened, and nothing continues to happen. Yet I’m still watching. 

Remember Me (Sun Gaga) 3 of 12 - Everyone leaving Name behind to go to college was so sad.

Love in the Air (Thurs iQIYI) 11 of 13 - I am so torn over this show but damn do these two give great sex scene. DUMPSTER FIRE TRASH WATCH ALONG HERE.

Hard Love Mission (Sat WeTV) 3 of 4 - didn’t seem to drop this week. 

Work from Heart (Thurs YouTube) 6 of 7 - What a very strange show - the main couple gets together is shown by one of them dumping somebody else. The leads are good but the rest of the cast is pretty terrible and the script is straight up bonkers. 

Ongoing Series - Not Thai

My Tooth Your Love (Taiwan Fri Viki) 4 of 12 - I am LOVING this show. Very pleased with the whole cast and the performances. Plot is a little scattered, but that's Taiwan for you. Right now it kind of feels like About Youth grows up. Restaurant boy is so cute and animated (and broken and tortured) and the dentist likes him so much. Meanwhile, bartender daddy doesn't like a rude boy. Taiwan ALWAYS has to do the crash into me trope. It’s not love if one of them doesn’t stumble into the other.

Choco Milk Shake (Korea Strongberry Tues YT) 1-2 of 10 - OMG it’s wonderful so cute and very very actually funny. The actors playing the two pets much be having just the best time. As, indeed, am I. Could not be happier about this one. 

Roommates of Poongduck 304 (Korea Thurs Viki) 5 of 8 - They are so damn cute as friends but also, fixing his tie = hello boyfriend. Plus totally flirting at work. Hair touches and hugs and everything. BOYS! Also protective boyfriend HoJun does not like his baby being taken advantage of - or the feeling of jealousy. (I hate HoJun’s weird pleated jacket though.) JaeYoon is having such a hard time tho. 

Kabe Koji (Japan Mon Viki) 4 of 10 - Funny how Mamoru doesn't ever wanna talk, but for Issei he always says exactly the right thing. But also, what is actually happening on this show? Do I care? 

Eternal Yesterday AKA Eien no Kino (Japan Thurs Gaga) 2 of 8 - I guess it’s good to have a stoic practical boyfriend- when you’re a zombie. This is a weird little show. It doesn’t make me so much sad as reflective and a little annoyed (how dare Japan only give us this lever of physical affection and this awesome of a couple dynamic when one of them is DEAD). It’s very Japanese and reserved, almost to the edge of darkly funny, but not. Do I like it? I’m not sure. But it’s engaging.

having two very famous actors as parents (think son yejin and hyun bin marriage news level) inevitably meant that he was not only born in seoul, but also under the glare of the much too bright spotlight

shoved into commercials and dramas as soon as he could walk thanks to the helping hand of nepotism and lots of media play

his parents loved each other a lot, both in front of and behind cameras, but for some reason that same affection never really extended to him

they saw him as a stain on their careers more than anything, considering he wasn't really the best actor despite his efforts and esp not compared to his parents

an article about his average performance in the new sbs drama on sundays, 9-10pm slot? netizens leaving negative comments? nothing he didn't hear from mom and dad first, and certainly not half as biting, even though it would be a lie to say they didn't have an impact on his already crumbling confidence

starred in dramas and films throughout his teens, though more often in supporting roles much to his parents' annoyance

rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat up until he hit 20, and his mom was hit with illness after illness and was forced to retire. years of stardom and unhealthy life habits eventually caught up to her and haru was left picking up the pieces, trying to take care of her whilst maintaining the rest of his packed life

haha-hehe-hoho-laugh-out-loud'd as much as he could until he eventually had a pretty public breakdown on the set of a drama (no amount of reporting could delete the behind the scenes video that was plastered over sns) one year later and was subsequently booted

and then, as most of the news outlets say, proceeded to "drop off the face of earth" aka delete all of his social media, move out from his family home and hide from the cameras. very few people know the reality, which is that his dad kicked haru out after he told him he no longer wanted to be in the industry

doesn't keep in contact with his dad anymore but still talks to his mom!! who sends him money etc, helped him for those few years after he disappeared when he shifted from tiny to tinier cities, working odd jobs here and there until the next big actor/actress appeared and the media eventually "forgot" about him considering it had been years

moved to daegu 3 years ago and working at sunset galleria ever since!! he's the v happy radio host @ the sunset radio kiosk, choosing the music that plays throughout the mall alongside reading out stories people send in, passing on comforting messages and reminding people to take care

also has two cats called mimi and momo that he adopted from a rescue :^) not the step dad but the #dad that stepped up

in terms of his personality: walls raised to the sky, quiet, very withdrawn. like very, very, very withdrawn. it's been over six years since he's been in the limelight and he still dislikes being in front of cameras, feeling like he's being perceived or watched, analysed etc etc

the irony of disliking attention yet being a radio host isn't lost on him but haru vc: at least people don't actually see my face at sunset unless they're nosy

perpetually nervous, fidgets a lot, a people-pleaser, very malleable. a genuine medical mystery because he has no back bone and there's very little in the world that can get him to express an emotion stronger than indifference

his tendency to be over-polite and inherently quiet nature means he can come across as rude even if that's the opposite of what he intends

always wearing headphones so he promises he isn't ignoring you, you just caught him at a really bad time

speaking of promising he isn't ignoring you -- he has a bad habit of not replying to texts for days or disappearing and taking a week off work whenever things get too hectic for him it's a habit he hasn't managed to shake off just yet

also embarrassingly clumsy. this might be the third time you've seen him walk straight into the glass doors

there's a difference between being lonely and being alone -- and he's both. paradoxically, he does want to make friends but just has no idea how to approach anyone and hopes that staring at you from a distance is a good first step

What I mean by that is that I don’t want to be the only person happy with the plot or plot progression or the only person actively headcanoning about our characters together. If you get bored of the plot let me know and we can change it or work something out so it’s fun for the both of us. Once I get attached I genuinely get attached and my thing is I consider everyone a friend unless proven otherwise.

I have been watching Xiumin's ceo-dol mart, I just have the last couple episodes left. What have you been watching lately?

My favorite bbh moments... are many lol. I love the late night car ride lives he was doing for a while just singing and driving.

Favorite Kyunsoo songs... all of Empathy? I also really like Wonder off the new album.

I don't know that I have a SHINee bias, I feel like it changes every day but I adore them all. For WayV either Ten or Kun (speaking of lovable dorky leaders).

I like SuJu as well (so many good songs!!) I haven't heard any VIXX- what's your song rec? For Pentagon now is probably a rough time to get into them haha but I would recommend looking up Shine and Naughty Boy those are my favorites, or maybe Daisy or Dr. Bebe if you like a more intense concept.

I am not really a true horror fan but I really like the sort of offbeat gothic creepiness (think Addams Family or SHINee Married to the Music energy) and I like having a season to play that up. I don't have any halloween plans, but I decorated! What about you? Do you celebrate Halloween?

Re: your present, I wanted to ask if there was anything specific you might want? I mostly do digital art, but I can also do traditional drawing, moodboards, edits...I already have some ideas, but lmk if there's anything you had in mind!

How have you been since our last talk? Hearing about you decorating during Halloween made me smile (>v<)🧡 I don't celebrate it myself, (I've been getting ready to celebrate Advent instead hahah) but I do like the aesthetic of it somewhat? And I get what you mean about the Shinee/Addams vibe! There's some humour to the creepiness, which is really nice! ✨ Still, I have to admit that I like watching/listening to darker horror movies/tales in every once in a while, especially if the stories are good (>v<;)

And Naughty boy is so cute, while Daisy really is more intense - but definitely my style! 💗 For Vixx, I got into them thanks to Fantasy, and I still think of it as a favourite along with Shangri-La and Hyde - I like their dark concept, but at the same time some of their gentler songs are the sweetest I've ever heard, like Love letter and The rain! 💌
