I liked the way my sketch turned out so i decided to turn it into a painting Q-Q i havent done any actual painting in a while so this is good practice for me!

THE WAY HE LOVES YOU!

there’s just something about the way megumi fushiguro loves you.

“Megumi” His heart flutters at the way you say his name so sweetly everytime. The simple sound brings a soft smile to his face, knowing that he’ll do everything he can to make sure he’ll be able to hear it for the rest of his life. He’s heard it a thousand times at this point, but there’s just something about it coming from his beloved.

He wonders if you’ll ever realize how truly beautiful he thinks, no, he knows you are. Whenever the opportunity arrives, he just will stare until you notice his gaze. His eyes are practically hearts when their focus is on you and only you. The way you smile, your eyes, just everything about you makes him think about how happy he is you’re in his life. He’ll wrap you up in in his arms and hold you close, whispering a sincere “I love you. so much.”

Everytime Megumi tells you about what’s he’s been up to, he just feels so seen, so heard. He hopes you feel the same about him as he tries his best to be that person for you too. He thinks he could ramble on and on for hours and you would still be interested in whatever he has to say and chiming in. Megumi is not the kind of guy to do so often, but he loves the way that he feels like he can just babble on and on and on around you and only you.

Nights spent away from you he tries his best to trick himself into thinking you’re in bed with him. Megumi finds himself tossing and turning whilst holding a pillow the exact way he tends to hold you. No pillow could compare to the comfort your being brings him. He nuzzled his face in farther as he thinks about how much better it is when you’re there. Your bodies pressed together and watching you sleep until he finally joins you in slumber. He loves the way your presence can bring him to such peace and serenity that sleep is easy.

Megumi Fushiguro loves the way you had made him a lovesick man. And he also relishes in the fact that he knows you’re just as in love with him. When he first started going out with you, he really had struggled with showing his emotions so freely and openly with another person. But after years of you at his side, it’s simple for him. He lets you know how excited he is for your dinner plans, how he thinks you look lovely, how he just loves you.

armor. how in whatever leigh writes, she shows that our true value is who we are inside. we do have armor, but who we really are matters so much more than the image we put up. we do have armor, but love means putting them down, removing them bit by bit, for the ones you love. we do have armor, maybe we have it to protect the ugliness we think we have within us. but love means those parts of you will be accepted, even loved. everyone has armor that protects themselves from different things. but love means getting past that armor. and i think that's beautiful
