Still, Steve folds back the covers, pulls open the nightstand drawer, and slips closer. Silence descends over the bedroom, and Eddie loses himself in Steve’s soothing scent as he slowly begins to drift off again.

Suddenly, the usually stoic android is reduced to the equivalent of a starry-eyed child on Christmas morning. He's so curious, even more so when your eating habits change dramatically. You crave all sorts of unique combinations and Jade's more than happy to prepare each one for you.

And then there are the emotions, so many of them, all happening in extremes. Some days you are effortlessly happy and bubbly, full of laughter. Other days you are miserable and gloomy, sobbing over how your favorite shirt no longer fits or how you're certain Azul thinks you're ugly or how you feel and look like a bloated whale! >_< Jade is amazed to witness each one of your moods, all of them just as genuine and perplexing to him. He approaches it tactfully, albeit terribly logical: "Of course your shirt no longer fits. You've grown to accommodate the baby, Master. That is natural." Or: "If Master Azul thought so, he would certainly say something. I may be unable to provide an adequate response, but I assure you he would never think such things. You should ask him." Or: "You are not a whale. You are a human." ^^;;; he may not be the best when it comes to empathy, but hearing his objective logic sometimes makes you feel better. It even manages to get you laughing.

Azul spends more time with you than he does at work. He refuses to leave you alone. Jade finds his nature...clingy. Incessantly clingy. When there is business that Azul absolutely must attend to, Jade sends him on his way and promises him that you are in good hands. Jade and Floyd will look after you. In fact, Jade almost wants Azul to stay at the office most days. Azul can be so greedy with your time. :/

Jade has always thought you were pretty, but now that he's looking at you, backdropped by flowers and radiating that fabled pregnancy glow in a soft maternity romper, he realizes you're absolutely beautiful. He can't stop staring. He stares when you're eating. When you're snotty and crying. When you're laughing. When you're frowning over old clothes. When you're rubbing lotions and oils onto your belly and whispering the sweetest things to the baby, singing the loveliest of lullabies. He stares when you're bathing. When you and Azul are making love. When you're eagerly putting the nursery together, painting the walls alongside Azul. And Jade realizes he wants to be there with you. Not in the shadows. HOWEVER!!!!!! im gonna be mildly optimistic about first note of love and say that that's not gonna happen, and im actually not sure how to properly explain why i believe that, so please bear with me as i end up rambling as usual, but the thing is. both neil and xiao hai are already very aware that their entire partnership was founded with one clear goal in mind: making neil have a comeback so the company will renew his contract and the rights to magnet's songs will be safe. this is not something they can hurt each other with, because this is how it all started, and their main issue is actually that they're still stuck there

they may not like orca's words, but he's right: neil and sea may be making music with each other, but they're not doing it TOGETHER, because right now they're not playing for their own selves. xiao hai is doing it for neal and magnet and what their music meant for him as a kid, while neil is doing it for the memory of his brother and what they built together, and the proof of this is that they're still playing magnet's old songs instead of making new ones

both neil and xiao hai are stuck in the past, but if they want to succeed they're gonna have to move on, so what i think it's gonna happen is that the chairman of the company will want to terminate neil's contract and stop investing in him because he doesn't think neil and xiao hai are gonna work out (hence reese in the preview for next episode saying the company is taking away their fundings), so neil is really gonna be on edge about failing and in the end he's gonna have to decide if he actually wants to keep being a singer and keep trying to play with xiao hai, and of course in the end the answer is gonna be yes, because ultimately, despite the past still holding them back, both of them want to build something new together

Yesterday I got the chance to go on the zip line, and I'm desperately afraid of heights but I still want to do things at heights, like the climbing wall or a high ropes course. And I've tried both of those things but quit very soon or before even starting, because I can't fucking do heights. But last night I got the chance to do zip line and I really wanted to, but was incredibly terrified.

So one of my dearest friends, a woman I deeply like and love, first reassured me (I was afraid I was too heavy for the zip line) and then said "Would it help if I went with you?" And yeah, she's one of the sweetest people I've ever met and she's an incredibly comforting presence, of course I said yes.

So we walked up to the zip line platform, and this is her job so she's very good at reassuring people (usually little children, but it worked for me too) who are scared to go on the climbing wall or zip line. So as I was trying to comfort myself, she told me how it would work, and that I could just sit and the harness would hold me, so I tried that and it helped, and she told me I could just lift my legs and I'd go. So I did, and she went at the same time as me, and

My god, the anxiety and the thrill, flying through the air with her next to me, seeing her wave at me as we went, getting off at the end and her asking, "So do you want to do it again?" And wanting to do it again with her, it was one of the most amazing feelings I've ever felt. I truly felt like I could've done anything I wanted with her by my side.

In greek mythology, Iphigenia was the daughter of King Agamemnon and Queen Clytemnestra!

Agamemnon offends the Goddess Artemis by killing a sacred deer, so she stops all winds, and his ships are not be able to sail. To appease her, he is commanded to kill Princess Iphigenia as a sacrifice so that his ships can set sail to Troy!

He lies and tells her that she is to marry Achillles before they leave. When she arrives at the port of Aulis, however, she finds out the truth. Achilles tries to prevent the sacrifice, but Iphigenia still decides to sacrifice herself anyway!

In some versions, she is sacrificed at Aulis, but in others Artemis substitutes Iphigenia for a deer and rescues her. Princess Iphigenia is then brought by the goddess to the city of Tauris where she becomes Artemis' priestess.

I think this always appealed to me, because Iphigenia ultimately decides to sacrifice herself on her own.

Her choice is a selfless one made for others. Despite how sad and afraid she was, she still wanted to do the right thing.

i could not agree with you more about the opening song, it’s just SO GOOD, but to be fair im so in love with the entire soundtrack of this show, i’ve had it on repeat for a whole week and i still haven’t gotten tired of it!!!!! the song neil sings the very first time he meets xiao hai as a kid is probably my favorite rn, just because i ADORE charles’ voice and that scene in episode 2 with the juxtaposition of neil and xiao hai playing it (LITERALLY GAVE ME GOOSEBUMPS), but again, all the songs are amazing and i think you really can tell that they took a lot of care in making the music for the series. the other night i actually watched this small featurette about it and i love that they worked so hard on the physicality of the actors while they sing and play the instruments too!!!!!!
