I was seeing a guy that would shit talk Catfish whenever they came up and would call me a cunt for liking them. Other than that, he was great so it took me a while to realise it was not okay behaviour. I had mentally broken up with him & he kept coming round thinking things were fine lol. My mum got us tickets for my birthday then fell ill and gave tickets to him. He complained about Catfish the entire time it took us to get there and in the queue. I told him that all of catfish will always be better men than he’d ever amount to and that we were done. He called Van a basic wanker that I’ll never shag and left. The band had walked by a bit later and one of them quietly said “heard it all from the bus, girl power, love ya lot”. Can’t figure out who said it and it’s v mortifying and v sweet.

The secret Dungeon Meshi sauce that's getting people to eat better is that it's so non-judgmental. Senshi and the rest of the gang never talk about what not to eat besides things that taste bad and literal poison. They don't even talk about "health" that much besides the importance of a balanced diet. It's so much easier to eat well when you think of food simply as something your body needs, and that it's often worth the extra effort to make it taste good, especially when you understand how to connect "things your body needs" with "things that taste good"
