THE TIME HAS COME

First is Pomefiore!! (Edit: The initial version of this Groovy is on the left; Rook is missing the golden Pomefiore markings on his robes. There was an update to fix this. The updated version is on the right.)

The trio is framed by a border of colorful lights, which reminds me a lot of old-fashioned movie theater signs (though not as colorful). If you look closely at the top and bottom, it seems they are posed for a candid photograph and it’s being posted to Magicam or something?? Rook and Epel look super crisp here, which I love!! I think Epel is posing with his hands held behind his back. This paired with his smile and the slight bird’s eye view of his face makes him look super cute please don’t beat me up for saying that, Epel. And Rook is being showy and familiar as usual, even putting one hand on Vil’s shoulder. Vil isn’t cringing or uncomfortable with it, which goes to show that he and Rook are truly good friends.

As for Vil, it’s rare to see him posed casually like this. Most of his cards feature him posed in very “model”-like and mature ways, so to have just one hand on hip, leaning forward slightly, and gripping his grimoire is unique for him (I mostly associate this pose with Ace, lol). His smile is quite casual too—it’s not quite the full catty smirk he has in his live2D model, it’s a lot more subtle and playful.

BahacTeHWWRVwkkwwm YHE VIL TSUM STeALS THE SHOW ThoUGH 😭 (You can tell it’s smiling despite the lack of a visible mouth) from how its eyes!! The placement of the Tsum is also funny. With Pomefiore’s peacock throne in the background, it forms sort of an angelic halo around… the sentient stuffed toy… Proof that Tsum Vil is a heavenly being/j

Next is Ignihyde!!

The Shroud brothers return to Cyberspace, that blue void with tons of ethereal floating screens, particle effects, and code www I don’t know what those three pink balls of flame are in the background, but there being three of them is a consistent theme for Ignihyde. Three pink fireballs, three Shroud brothers, three heads of Cerberus! I wish I could say more here, but I’m basically a Malleus when it comes to tech—

Idia’s pose isn’t anything we haven’t seen before (just at different angles of it, I suppose). But!! It feels different here and adding Ortho definitely adds to it. The Pokémon trainer energy of the initial art carries over to the Groovy. Idia looks like a smug, tough trainer looking down on you with a cocky grin and his face half-shadowed.

Ortho floats almost menacingly next to his big brother, his face entirely shadowed. His aura is like a phantom (fitting) or even like a Pokémon on standby waiting for the chance to fire off a Hyper Beam. This might be me overthinking things, but I wonder if the amount of light on the brothers’ faces references the original Ortho. Robo!Ortho’s face is entirely darkened because his parallel has passed on. Idia’s face is only partially shadowed because while he was close to stepping over to the “other side”, he ultimately found hope and was able to continue living, this time for himself and on his own terms.

I LIKE HoW TSUM IDIA HAS ITS OWN sCREEN TO WORK OFF OF TOO 😭 IBRO IS MAkING A sUS FACE TOO, IT’S GLEEfUL AbOUT WhAtEVRr it’S UP TO… That makes me think that it’s hard at work… I dunno, hacking something systems fnksgwiwozlapaeb Watch out, a Tsum near you might infect your computer and then bounce away happily after ruining all your programs and files.

Last but not least… Diasomnia!! THIS ONE’S MY fAVORITE OF THE SSR TSUMSITTER GROUP, WHICH I WAs NOT EXPecTING AT ALL 🤡

The violet backlight is fantastic—it adds an interesting lighting to the illustration and highlights the green flames and Silver and Sebek’s bright eyes. And speaking of Sebek and Silver, LOOK AT THEM JUST LOOK AT THEM???????? More specifically, Sebek’s arms (they look ultra meaty somehow) and Silver’s whole face(that lopsided smile??? HELLO?????)!! On either side of Malleus like that… Peak bodyguard, I REPEAT, PEAK BODYGUARD

With Lilia bringing up the rear, the three form a perfect squad to surround and to protect their liege. cbsjsbevejwlw I like that Lilia is different than Silver and Sebek; he’s hanging out upside down (as he usually does) and bears a huuuge grin, completely having fun in the moment. (… How does his hat stay on like that when he’s fighting gravity though?)

Up front and center is Malleus of course! He’s wielding his spindle staff like a king might a scepter. This with his fierce face gives the impression of a leader marching into battle with his retainers. You get a real good shot of his teeth and reptilian eyes here which I’m sure the Malleus stans are going feral for right now—and with the limelight shining down on him, he looks almost hopeful for once instead of downtrodden or gloomy.

THE TSUM MALLEUS LOOKS SO FUNKY PLACED tHERE cnsnwveuxvDFsFjqk Just. Cheekily There on Malleus’s shoulder… Because Maleficent and Diablo is a known combination, the image of those two as master and minion comes to mind. Imagine Malleus blasting you with lightning, pausing to listen to his Tsum whispering a suggestion into his ear, and then telling you the Tsum has advised that he blast you with a second strike 💀

Aaaaaah, the Tsumsitter SSR Groovies are some of the best in this game 😭 So glad they’re finally over though, it’s stressful saving rolls for what you know would be a limited event with multiple SSR banners, lol

Half pinned beneath a large chunk of earth, Zane tried to remain calm.

It was lucky his nerve-circuits shut off after a certain level, or else he would have been in severe pain. Alarms popped up in front of his eyes. Severed sensors. Impeded gears. Skin integrity at 20%.

The cave in had happened without warning.

Well, upon inspection of his recent recorded memories, maybe there had been some warning signs. Not that Zane and Kai had noticed, as they'd been too busy discussing how to get the Geckles to actually team up with the Munce.

Wait, Kai...

"K-Kai-i-i?" Zane called. Another warning popped up indicating the obvious: vocalizing systems damaged.

Zane swallowed down his panic as the list of known injuries and malfunctions grew. They were under a mountain. With no tools to repair him. No materials to repair him.

Why did these things always happen to him?

"Zane!" Kai's voice bounced off of the rocks from everywhere.

The Nindroid shifted. The horrible sound of stone against metal met his ears. Hm. Maybe it was not so lucky that he couldn't feel anything.

A different type of red filled his vision. Not the terrifying red blaring WARNING. WARNING. WARNING. A familiar, comforting red. Warm, fierce, protective red.

Kai.

Luckily, the worst of Kai's injuries seemed to be a slight limp in his left leg and the dried blood under his nose.

"A-a-ahhh," Zane struggled. "Glad-d yo-ou're ok-k-k-k--"

The red ninja's face twisted as if he were the one being crushed beneath approximately half a ton of earth. "That's not good."

"I w-would much ra-a-ather it be m-me tha-an you." Zane's mouth tasted like angry TV static. It was good Zane didn't technically need to breathe because he was pretty sure human lungs would not have been functioning in this situation. Still, the sensation of having his chest crushed was not great. "I-I am... st-tist-c-ically the bet-t-tt-t--"

"Nope, no, none of that!" Kai snapped. He was doing something with the rocks. Surely didn't Kai realize that Zane was stuck, stuck? "Just stop. Stop talking like that. You're not expendable, you're not a walking sacrifice, you're not going to die. You're gonna be FINE, Zane. I promise."

Zane winced as more harsh scraping filled his ears. His head vibrated with the movement of the stones.

He opened his mouth to warn Kai that his vision was only filling with more and more and more warnings but nothing came out. Kai himself kept glitching in and out of focus.

As Zane opened his mouth, the only thing that came out was a high pitched whine.

Kai froze, then started tugging on the rocks with renewed vigor. "You're not getting taken out by a stupid boulder, Buddy," he growled. "That's just not-- just not fair!"

"s-s-s--ns-s-se wh-e-e-en.... ever-r-r-r... f-f-fai-r-r-r.....?" Systems powering down.

It was going to be fine. Zane was going to be fine. Kai would make sure Zane was fine.

...the rocks weren't so bad when they were entirely out of focus. The edges were soft. Soft like a bed for him to snuggle into. He was already tucked in, wasn't he? Exhaustion pulled him further into the welcoming earth.

"Zane?! Cut it out, buddy! Wake up. You wake back up right now, you jerk or- or I'm telling Pixel! Zane? Zane!!"

He always came back. The universe had decided a long time ago that Zane wasn't allowed to die.

More importantly, Kai had decided a long time ago that Zane wasn't allowed to die.

Kai has been a lot kinder to him than the universe ever had. Zane would much rather be in the hands of his firey brother than the universe that loved using him as a chew toy.

As everything faded away, the last thing to go was Kai's panicked voice. It would be okay.

I love Magolor's Mechanical Madness (nice alliteration)

This is seems like a what if scenario where Magalor tried to save dreamland in planet robobot prior to Star allies.

I love the addition of the cute contractor waddle dees, Fumu and Bun grown up, and the comments made for each post, specifically the halberd getting destroyed on a Tuesday.

I adore that Magolor can wield Galaxia, as he can wield a giant ultra sword from his epilogue.

I hope kirby, DeDeDe, Bandana are involved so that the heroes of dreamland return once more.

I also hope Captain Vul is saved, despite his immoral actions in Super Star (Ultra).

I also hope that their are soundtracks from the kirby games and the halberd in kirby's mouthful mode!

Indeed, it's a somewhat scenario! It's more of a "what da Magolor doin" during the events of Planet Robobot. Following his perspective during the main plot, and what sort of contributions he made (at least in my AU) to make things move forward

Sort of answering various questions throughout the game, such as:

"Why did all the major security doors open for Kirby when he was a main threat to the facility" ; "How come they didn't send Mecha Knight after Kirby earlier, and frequently" ; and many more!

Little things that made me in particular ask, "Why is that so" in the face of a multi-billion dollar, highly advanced tech company with nearly god-like machines at their fingertips

After all, this mostly takes place in parts of Popstar/Access Ark that we don't see in Kirby's perspective of the game, so I have tons of room for creative liberty and so forth!

Mmm yes the bit with Magolor and Galaxia. You see, I mix both anime and game story/plot into my AU, so if you're familiar with Galaxia's lore from the anime, then you may know as to why that is. 👀

King Dedede will be taking a back seat in DotS:MMM just as he did in the game, but we will be seeing Bandana Dee alongside Kirby!! There are a few instances where they cross paths with Magolor!

Are you okay with violence? 👀 Just asking in case I accidentally break any rules or make you uncomfortable because I had this violent yet crack slight angst request in my head.

So MC is often depicted as being easy going, passive, and most of the time; a doormat who lets everyone walk all over them and take things with a grain of salt when they really shouldn’t. So I wanted to change that. The idea is that a new human exchange student was dropped in the Devildom and that human turned out to be MC’s bully growing up. They did every horrible and traumatic thing you could think of to MC (who still has internal scars from them).

And the second the bully recognizes MC and tries to say something slick, MC just chucks a brick at their head. I’m talking fucking yeeting that shit; Like with no hesitation. It came out of nowhere before anyone could process it.

Imagine having a nice pie in a garden but someone throws a soccer ball at the back of your head when you least expect it!

The nice and usually calm MC chose violence and they just keep throwing bricks at their bully with a blank expression and when asked why they’re doing it, they calmly explain all the horrible things the bully did to them before they cackle loudly and Yeet another brick at the bastard. “My Mama said sticks and stones may break my bones, but Bitch! I got a brick! 😈 *cackles maniacally*” (Don’t ask where they got the brick from, they just randomly have more on them 🧱)

I would love to have headcannons of the Brothers reacting to MC just doing this. It’s just so cathaortic to me as someone who wants more Black Air Force activity!MC’s and it has been stuck in my head for a minute. But you don’t have to do it if it makes you uncomfortable

When MC Snaps Seeing Their Bully Again

You liked to believe you were a good person. You were kind, you helped those in need, and you were always willing to give up your time for others. You were beyond patient and calm. You had to be when living in the House of Lamentation. The chaos the brothers created would be exhausting on anyone with a short fuse. You could thank your level head and patience for getting you through in that house.

This didn't make you a pushover by any stretch of the word. No one in the Devildom had invoked your wrath before, even when they might have deserved it. There were many times you almost snapped in retaliation but instead kept your cool. Sometimes you would express your frustrations or vent, but you never lost your temper.

You were with the brothers, enjoying a love tea party in the gardens outside the house. You had suggested it days ago. A nice garden party. You looked forward to it the entire time. There was plenty of food and tea, everyone was having a good time, and you were getting to spend time with your friends and boyfriend.

And then a ball hit you in the back of the head.

"What the fuck," you groaned, rubbing your head.

You looked to see where the ball had come from and come upon a familiar face. A face that made your heart sink and then swell with rage. Your childhood bully.

"Lucifer, why are they here? I thought Solomon and I were the only humans." You were trying to keep your cool, but your hand was gripping your knee in a vice-like hold.

"Lord Diavolo thought it might be a good idea to add a third, just as a trial run. I believe he just grabbed the first file off of the top instead of letting me pick like I did before. I think it'll only be a month, though."

"Yeah, two humans is quite enough." Your eyes were locked on your childhood bully.

"Well, well, look what we have here. The little doormat! I never thought I'd see you again," they sneered.

"Go away," you said flatly.

"What're you gonna do? We're in Hell now, I can do anything I want to y-"

Your bully's words were cut short by a brick smashing into their face. You picked up another one and threw it, too. You didn't stop until your bully was undoubtedly unconscious on the other side of the hedge.

"Anyone for more tea?" You turned, your usual smile on your face.

Lucifer:

As the kids used to say, Lucifer was shook.

His calm, caring MC suddenly became more like Satan for even just a moment.

He didn't know what to say at first.

"MC, what was that about?"

"They made my life a living hell growing up. Now let them call me a doormat."

That human had bullied you, had they? Lucifer did not like those words.

He planned to go to Lord Diavolo and discuss immediately dismissing the new human and potentially putting them under an amnesia spell so they couldn't remember their brief time in the Devildom.

Or you chucking bricks at them until they passed out.

While Lucifer was normally one for punishment, he only punished people he cared about. He had no interest in going near your bully unless it was to separate their soul from their body.

"I'm proud of you for standing up for yourself. That violent side is one I've never seen before."

Mammon:

Baby boy's eyes were as wide as saucers.

You went from throwing bricks with the most stone-cold expression on your face to smiling and asking if anyone wanted more tea!

"MC," he cleared his throat, "is everythin' alright? If you needed it, the Great Mammon would have helped ya!"

You laughed and patted his hand gently. He almost wanted to flinch after that sight they'd all witnessed.

"Thank you, Mammon, but I needed to do that on my own. They bullied me constantly when we were children all the way until we were teenagers. I think I had a lot of pent-up feelings."

Pent-up was one way to put it.

He had never seen his beloved human look so cold and angry. It was actually a bit scary!

But he was also extraordinarily proud of you for standing up for yourself. Even in a violent way.

Considering where you were and who you were surrounded by, violence being your first choice was not so surprising. He and his brothers were violent all the time.

"Well, let them try anything ever again! With the Great Mammon by your side, they don't stand a chance!"

Leviathan:

Leviathan was staring in stunned silence.

He had never seen this side of his beloved Henry before! The same person who often laughed and watched anime or played games with him! The person he cuddled with and, when he had the courage, kissed.

Seeing you so violent and so uncaring was beyond strange.

But it was also...kind of hot.

Leviathan.exe stopped working. What kind of thoughts were those!?

"MC, are you okay?" He was timid in his question as he put his hand over yours.

You smiled your usual smile and leaned over to kiss his cheek, an action that immediately turned his face red.

"I'm okay, Levi. I just couldn't let myself be degraded and made fun of by that asshole again. They've always been cruel to me. I haven't seen them since we were 15, but it all came flooding back."

If he judged you for getting violent over that then he would be quite the hypocrite, considering how he reacted to losing a TSL quiz game.

"I'm glad you stood up for yourself. That guy seemed like a total normie anyway. They aren't worth even giving the time of day!"

Satan:

Your man watched you with the biggest look of pride in the world. Surely the pride that he felt could rival even Lucifer.

He's the Avatar of Wrath. He supports you defending yourself and being violent while doing it.

He would often encourage you to let loose and lose your cool once in a while anyway.

"Impressive aim, MC. You've got quite a good arm on you."

You rolled your eyes and cut yourself a slice of Devildom fruit pie.

"I didn't want anyone else standing up for me. I needed to do it myself. Considering I'm in Hell, I figured violence wouldn't get me into any trouble."

He laughed and shook his head in response. "No, it won't. I'm sure even Lord Diavolo will understand why you did this."

Satan never wanted you to be bullied. Knowing that you had been long before you came to the Devildom was disheartening.

It was even more disheartening knowing that you never properly stood up for yourself until now.

"I'm very proud of you, MC. I want you to always stand up for yourself in any way you see fit."

Asmodeus:

Asmo's jaw absolutely was on the floor even after you had thrown bricks until the bully was unconscious.

His sweet, darling MC who was never mean or violent was suddenly violent!

Now, he didn't disapprove of you protecting yourself at all.

But Asmo isn't the most violent of demons. He finds it barbaric most of the time. He prefers to use his charm to make people comply.

"This is quite a revelation, sweetheart! I've never seen you act so cold and mean before!"

"I hate that asshole. They bullied me for years! If this were the human realm, I would never have gotten violent. I would have been arrested! I guess I just snapped, knowing that wouldn't happen here."

He giggled and lifted your hand to his lips, kissing your knuckles ever so softly.

"No, you won't get into any trouble. I'm sure we can explain this to Lord Diavolo and you won't get reprimanded. Besides, they're still breathing. They can be healed and sent on their way."

Asmo turned your hand over and traced over your skin with his fingertips.

"I'm very proud of you, MC. If you need something a bit more subtle when dealing with bullies, you can always call upon me instead~!"

Beelzebub:

Beel stopped everything to watch you throw bricks at your bully.

He was surprised, yes, but he wasn't as fazed by it as others were.

Honestly? He was surprised you hadn't snapped sooner given everything you had been through up until that point.

He was also very impressed with your ability to throw bricks with such ease. You didn't miss your target at all either.

"You've got a great throwing arm, MC. Maybe we should get you into a sport!"

You snorted and touched your boyfriend's arm with one hand.

"Now, Beel, I don't think Devildom sports are for me. I don't have the strength or endurance of demons. I'm flattered you think so, though."

"If you do sports back in your world, I'd love for you to summon me so I can watch."

He glanced back to where your bully lay unconscious from the blunt force trauma your bricks enforced. You had to have really had a lot of anger towards them for you to do something like that. He hated to think it.

"If you ever need to scare someone and you can't stand up for yourself, call upon me. All I've really gotta do is stand next to you. I'll gladly scare anyone away."

Belphegor:

Belphie was absolutely cackling long after your bully had collapsed.

Listen, this man was locked up for ages (and had his own...ahem, violent tendencies) so this was like a comedy show for him.

His MC who normally let things slide and was beyond patient losing their patience and hurling bricks at someone? Priceless!

He's the only one who outwardly laughed the entire time, though Satan was grinning.

"Damn, MC, that was impressive. Where do you keep that silent rage?"

You chuckled, feeling him take your hand under the table.

"That jerk bullied me for far too long. I didn't think I'd ever see them again, but since I did I couldn't let them bully me anymore."

He gave your hand a warm, supportive squeeze and smiled at you.

"Yeah, well, then they deserved what they got."

You couldn't help but smile at his compliment. It meant a lot to hear, considering how you'd been treated by your bully for so long. It had honestly made you believe you were a doormat just waiting to be stepped on.

"You might be patient and kind, but you're not a doormat. You're one of the strongest people I've ever met."

I like your exo art and how detailed you draw them! After the last DLC we got some *juicy* details on exos but one thing remains unclear to me - how do they have sex? Is the *cough* equipment needed build in? Is it always there or is retractable? xDD Do you have any headcanons or ideas in this regard? ;) I can’t even picture two exos kissing, imagine the metal on metal sound it would make?? >_< Or do they have some soft parts out there?? Should probably have some otherwise they’d be too heavy??

Thank you very much, anon! 💙 There was a time I thought I'd never be able to draw any Exo convincingly, so it's always nice to hear that :D

Well, the thing with Exos is that the road to their creation was quite rocky and a several attempts were made by Bray Exoscience to make this whole thing work. The first Exo models (ones I believe we can see in the facility on Europa) were built and designed in a way that stripped them off all human's organic "flaws" - such as the need to eat, sleep, reproduce, etc. Exos from Europa don't even have mouths (not to mention other... functional traits) and their bodies seem to be not meant even for wearing clothes or shoes. But even though Clovis Bray was extremely pleased with this concept, it eventually failed, since these Exos fell victims to the so-called Dissociative Exomind Rejection or DER. Basically the issue was human mind rejecting robotic body. DER could've been delayed by resets - blocking off all memories about the previous organic body. But it wasn't that effective, since 1 - memories couldn't be wiped once and for all and they inevitably returned at some point, causing DER all over again and 2 - Exos' brains could handle only a limited amount of resets before taking damage leading to insanity, the safe number being ~20 (that's why the numbers in Exos names are so important). So CB came up with another solution, adding some familiar organic needs to the Exo bodies to trick their brains - such as the ability to eat, rest and yes, have sex. The newer generations of Exos were built with these functions from the start and the old ones (like Cayde, for example) were modified/reuploaded into new bodies later. They probably included not only these new... assets, but also overall more simlar to human shapes so they could wear normal clothes, more detailed faces so they could express their emotions better and etc. So yeah, Exos have all equipment needed (maybe even more than that 👀) and it's always there, pretty similar to humans, it just wasn't like that from the start, when they were more similar to classic robots.

(I oversimplified it for a better understanding & shorter story, if you're interested in details, I highly recommend reading the lore, especially Clovis Bray's journal, it's one of the most interesting stories in Destiny imo)

Actually I think the possibilities are unlimited here, I mean, they could basically install whatever they wanted into themselves and change it any moment, how cool is that! Of course I highly doubt Bray Exoscience approved any of this, but I bet there were (and still are!) tons of "underground" workshops where Exos could mod themselves to whatever amount they wanted, starting from fancy lighting and ending with retractable robo tentacles 🤪

As for Exo kissing... Idk, I think they won't be able to kiss in a way that humans do? Since they, well, have very rigid lips and don't have tongues or even cheeks at all. Maybe two Exos can show affection in a different way, like sharing some sort of electrical impulses or connecting wires or something like that? I don't have any Exo/Exo ships so I never thought about it before tbh 🤔 And maybe it's for the better, I feel like I struggle enough with drawing human/Exo kisses already lol OTL

For Bob Dylan it's not as easy for me to go by album because I haven't heard all of them quite yet but I can tell you Blood On The Tracks, Blonde On Blonde, and Empire Burlesque are my favorite albums of his that I listen to all the way through pretty regularly aside from that, a few of my favorite of his songs are: Sara, She Belongs To Me, Isis, Ballad Of A Thin Man, Sad Eyed Lady Of The Lowlands, Series Of Dreams (outtake), When The Night Comes Falling From The Sky, Not Dark Yet, and Lay Lady Lay (Take 2)

And lastly I think it's so awesome you're interested in looking into Myles Kennedy, his voice is seriously fantastic and he's just such an amazing person. I've seen him live 3 times and I want to see him again SO MUCH. The last time I did I was so close to the stage I thought I was going to pass out or something. I almost did when the other guitarist noticed and smiled at me. I'm not sure if this will be your cup of tea, but I can give you at least a few from each of his bands and you can let me know what you think 🤗
