I think it's like. The fact with how nonchalant they are they're still very expressive and emotional, if that makes sense? They seem like a cold hearted person who just goes for their goal, but they're very easily invested in things and are hard to pull away once they're invested. They care a whole lot and their care drives them to do right things even if not always good ones. It might be my interpretation, but u know.

🪀silly headcanon

They're not allowed to drive a car cuz it awakens their killer instinct. If you let them at the wheel they'll accidentally hit at least 3 pedestrians and not bat an eye.

📝misc thoughts/headcanons (you can specify something not on this list or i can say whatever comes to mind first!)

I like to think of them as a protective entity that came to be through Pink's own energy and their unwillingness to just Be and Do what they're Supposed to do. So while the puppet is a shell for Pink, Red is The being born within the shell, that Pink now shares the body with. Pink wasn't a fan of Red being there and causing pain to everyone they love, but realised how much they needed Red only when they were gone.
