- has a small hobby in drawing/painting w watercolours as a passtime

- likes rock music + all subgenres of rock. also a bit of metal (piers fan maybe,,,)

- got his porygon Z from pure coincidence while sneaking around the Aether foundation. it kind of just,,, latched onto him and didn’t leave.

- cracks his knuckles often (moreso out of habit than anything else)

- absolutely loves murder mysteries and won’t admit he likes dramas too

- genuinely talkative when he wants to be + if he’s comfortable. He prefers listening to people speak. super blunt most of the time but tries not to seem mean in front of younger kids

^ sucks with words/hardly talkative otherwise so he shows appreciation via acts of service, etc

- i’m a personal “Gladion leaves Alola to become a trainer” believer than a “Aether foundation leader Gladion” believer. get my boy OUTTA THERE

- has a noticeable/large birthmark surrounding his left eye. probably the reason he grew his hair out like that (maybe Lusamine has a similar birthmark …… and he hates the similarity…… )

- less of a hc and actually more canon if anything; surprisingly good w kids. have u seen him with kiawe’s younger sister AGH

- slightly uneasy around ghost pkmn for no other reason than the fact they find him easy to scare

- basically nocturnal

ok so w.a.m.s is one of my FAVORITE (if not my favorite) songs off folie à deux and since it was recently folie’s bday (I’m like. two week late but it doesn’t matter) i thought i should do a piece for it!!!!!

about the piece: this piece went thru a LOT of redesigns because I really didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted it to look like—at first I wanted to have a bit of a retro, 50s diner, mid-century modern look but that kinda all fell apart with the composition I ended up choosing (and yes, i could have changed the composition to make it work but that is seriously overestimating my creative ability tbh). it’s supposed to be like a headshot covering the waitress’ face (haha get it. bcuz w.a.m.s stands for waitress, actress, model, singer. get it) but also I haven’t drawn an actual face in SO LONG so that’s why it. looks like that. originally I wanted to have some sort of receipt or diner menu that had the lyrics to the song but ultimately i couldn’t make that composition work so I scrapped it

speaking of which, the LETTERING FOR THIS DAMN PIECE. oooooh i Talk a lot about having trouble w lettering but this one takes the cake—i could not, FOR THE LIFE OF ME, figure out how I wanted to make this lettering and I’m not 100% sold on it so do me a favor and just tell me it looks good without looking tooooooo closely at it.

while I work in black and white usually, the colors weren’t all that complicated because they are taken from the folie à deux album cover! in case it wasn’t obvious LMFAO

also ended up using a different brush than my other pieces so it looks a bit more polished than the rough, traditional art-looking vibe of my other FOB pieces—I’m not sure which one I like more!! what do u guys think :0?

about the song/album: I’m a relatively new fall out boy fan and let me just say. i did not believe that folie was originally so hated because it’s genuinely my fav FOB album. it took a couple of listens to reeeeeaaaaallly get into it but it is such a good album. like omg. THEY COULD NEVER MAKE ME HATE U FOLIE!!!!

cork tree, stardust, and folie are all probably my top FOB albums (do NOT ask me to choose between those three. i could never)

i also didn’t really like w.a.m.s at first but the second time I listened to it was like something unlocking in my brain. clouds parted, angels singing, trumpets blasting, the whole thing. ITS SUCH A GOOD SONG it makes me want to scream into a pillow do u guys understand me.

He used to be a villain but I redesigned him so he's just an ex-scientist instead. Also he's Amazon Guy's younger brother and he used to be Steven's lab partner before he got turned into Two-Brains, that's when he quit. He's now the science teacher at Woodview elementary and basically tries to mind his own business half the time (more info on him in the pictures if u can read my handwriting LMFAO)

Before catformers I really just wanted to re-design a bunch of characters, and have people ask for specific characters to be redesigned. Like man idk which ones I wanna do. I really enjoy my OCs, so this would include drawing them and answering questions about them. Also in this is talking about the AUs and headcanons for all of the characters, including ships and such. So it’s not all OC stuff okay also others. I draw also your ships and headcanons!! (Rarepairs, hell yes! Proshippers, get the hell off of my page 🥰🙏) Will I draw your ocs? Mayhaps I will. Your ocs interacting with other characters? Your ocs interacting with MY ocs??? I’m going too far in my yapping I need to stop now sorry guys.

We want the consistent theme of cat transformers going. So I keep it as a series on my blog, maybe every second day or so, who knows, but we also want some diversity. Want to be able to spread wider and ask for other things.

Anyway, I just want to know what we are interested in keeping here, I’m open to anything really. I’ll probably either way accept asks of anything, but only openly “advertise” the blog as the thing that wins (if all of the above doesn’t win xD)

so as a lot of u know (about 50% of u at least) i have two main sonic ocs that i posted about a lot

Phantom (top) and Ghost (bottom)! these two were (and still are) very special to me especially phantom since she was the first oc i made when getting back into the fandom (plus she's self-shipped with Rouge... the thieves.... my ladies <3) and ghost is the persona i think i would have in the sonic universe ^-^ you can read more about them on their toyhou.se's! these two aren't related BUT im really proud of them regardless Nova is (obviously) based on my birds and the Riders games and my kind-of-hidden obsession over space. she got redesigned twice before i was happy with her design (the one im showing you), and tbh it was probably a good thing that i waited a year to do so LMFAO Roxanne was sort of a "oc im making for funsies but i got too invested" oc, and was meant to be in a trio band with two other bandmates (I've finished one so far, her name's Skylar and that right doodle went crazy on twitter when i first posted it)

these next ones are also other ones i did for funsies, so i wont put much besides little information or just their names: Nebulus the unicorn (Sonic and the Secret Rings inspired)

Nitre the ghost-cat (one i did for funsies, honestly LOVE their design still it SLAPS.) they have a zombie pomeranian friend named Candy that i've yet to design also...)

Coco the lop-eared bunny (one i did for funsies)

Both unnamed (did this as apart of that "give me 3 emojis to make an oc" trend a while back and i still liked how these came out

If you could redesign any of the BG3 companions, would you? And if so, what would they look like?

Ohh what an incredibly interesting question!

I like their designs, there's no character I think is awful and badly needs a redesign, I guess it's just up to personal preference and what I would change/enhance to fit them more to my personal taste, but not a critic on their design at all, just a fun experiment to make them more interesting to my personal taste

Astarion: Starting with him because I think he's the character that has the design that's farthest away from my personal taste: I liked the idea and the concept, I just really don't care for the 'fancy vampire' trope and never basically used it my entire life, my vampires are all goth junkies lmfao. I think I'd just make him edgier and less fancy and waay more trashier/rebellious looking in his design. I also know a big thing about his design is his curly hair, however that's too fancy too, I'd change his haircut too. The eye color and hair color is nice and iconic vampire though, so I'll keep that.

Shadowheart: I like her design overall, though looking at the early iterations in her makeup and hairstyle, I wonder why they didn't go with a gothier/edgier look that would've fitted her Sharran background better. I guess they wanted her design to be more grounded. I'd change her hairstyle because the more I look at it (and those fucking bangs) the less I like it, probably give her something different (i like the braid, just not Like That) and make her hair messier/her makeup edgier like in her early concepts. Nothing too crazy, she doesn't need to look like a goth raver, just something a BIT more 'dark' than her super normal look she has right now, that doesn't really scream Sharran to me

Karlach: Karlach's design is AMAZING, I love all of it, I'd just change a couple of small things like let her be more 'rough' in the face too (some scars/piercings/even face tattoos or warpaint) to match the other parts of her design, like the burn scars and tattoos she has on her body. I think her face is definitely too 'dolled up' if it make sense- I love her face and traits, I just think she has makeup on and it doesn't really make sense for her character, and I'd want her face design to match the roughness barbarian look of her body more. Kinda like they're trying badly to 'not make her too butch' or something. No fuck that, if you're gonna give me a huge barbarian woman with scars, burn marks, an infernal engine for heart and tattoos all over her abdomen, go all the way in her face too dude

Gale: I think Gale's look is the more balanced between all, and one I wouldn't change at all personally! I like the long hair and beard, I really like his design, it's simple yet efficient and works well with his character and story.

Wyll: I think the thing about Wyll is that he suffers the 'let's slap so much stuff on this character' syndrome: he starts with the heterochromia, which gives him a pretty interesting and novel look that makes him stand out, and then he gets... HUGE (dare i say ugly) horns, scars, tiefling scales, AND also the demonic eye? So now he has gone from having heterochromia to just having EVERYTHING slapped on his design. He looks so fucking bad, I hated his turning lol, it didn't make me want to have him in my party anymore. Sorry Wyll, you're lovely, I just don't get why they turned you into a walking Halloween store in the middle of the story for some fucking reason. I'd either start with him looking super normal (no heterochromia) so the changes into a demon later don't look as 'slapped and layered on what he already has', or just make the demonic change better and less trashy. My man looks like Mizora pulled out some Halloween props and slapped them on him. I hate it

Lae'zel: Nothing to say about Lae'zel either, I love her design and I think it works wonderfully for who she is and her story. I like the warpaint, the hair with the braids, her clothes, her facial features, everything.

Halsin: I really dig Halsin's design too, I like that he's an older character and you can tell from his realistic looking face. I like that he's a super buff elf, it makes for a nice twist and difference from the pubblic thinking of 'all elves are twinks', and I like his facepaint and face scar. He's cool

Jaheira: I really like Jaheira too, and that she's an older character like Halsin. I like the realistic and non sexualized depiction of women in this game, it's so refreshing. Women are allowed to be mature, powerful and badass without being sexualized to all hells. Thank christ for that

Minthara: I like Minthara too, I wouldn't change anything in her looks personally. Maybe just MAYBE I'd went a bit edgier with her too- just given her a tattoo, makeup or something more to spice up her look and make it more interesting- but that's again my personal taste because I like edgy shit.

So yeah! These are my opinions, honestly just some nice additions/details I'd change to these characters, nothing major. Their designs are great

Hey LMK fandom :3 some of you probably know me and some probably don't but I wrote the discontinued story "True Inferno"‼️because I didn't like how it was going lolol after discontinuing the story I've been doing my own thing until I watched the latest season and I got back into it :)) sorry to leave you guys hanging on True Inferno but its over.

I'm making new lore for my sona and a better story for him ^^ I just want to show you what I've got so far.

Here's his new look! I love this one more cause it looks more colourful like the actual bird he's based on Fenghuang

He's got his own little peaceful village up in the mountains that he protects and like I said I still am working on his story hahshdh

He is supposed to be the villain in True Inferno but I'm the rewrite I'm gonna make him a good guy with a villain background. Or something... One of the scenes in my head was that he took care of the village while Fenghuang and MK and the others went out to defeat whatever evil MK is facing then. ( Poor guy he's no good with the village kids ) but yeah that's all I have for him.

you probably get asked this a lot but… i was wondering what brush you used for your most recent piece of bro with short hair? also! how do you… make these redesigns, if that’s the correct term? do you look at ref photos for inspiration or do you just think, “hey, this character would look good like this”?

as for your second question its def more of the latter! for that drawing specifically, the idea came to me because i really love a bunch of anime characters with that kind of short spiky hairstyle lmfao (i have a whole list of em). but yeah most of my design choices are a combination of "i think this would look good" and more logical(?) rationale like "he'd have shorter hair for practicality since he always wears a hat anyway"
