So there's this meme on Twitter where you ask your followers what the traits of your art style are, then try to draw something without using any of those. So what I got was...

Thick, round, colored lines with line-weight

Soft blurry shading

Detailed eyes

Natural colors (not too bright/too dull)

Hands with rounded fingers

Detailed, wrinkled clothes

Limp thin hair

Round chin, round head

Detailed nose, lips

It was an interesting challenge! This looks super weird to me but I guess that's the point, haha. I dunno if I hit some points as much as others but I gave it a shot. Oh, here's the meme if you want to do it yourselves!

However #the group I was with before was very much not one for roleplaying most of the time so the previous charas never got any development #xi was my second character for a cos game after my og one died to the windmill hags and dm ruled the were supposed to be soulless #but in trying to play them like that I accidentally got really involved in figuring out their motivations and personality #and I developed them and they got sad when another party member died #and even after that game got tpk'd because the dm got bored xi sticked around in my head #and then I was invited to join a different cos campaign by online friends I had made and I decided to reuse them there #and now here we are 3 years later and we've beaten strahd but there's more bullshit afoot so we're still playing and I'm still playing them #all that is to say that xilant's very important to me ;u;

ok the purist in me wants to haaaaaaaaaate this series for having ghosts innit because the original stories were all about regular detective stuff . but i can't the purist is crossing its arms in the back of my brain and pretending not to be watching, but it is, and it's having fun

#others may complain because they changed half the characters names to not be so 1950s (not me i respect it)#or that many of the characters have become different races or sexualities #(i think it is perhaps one of the funniest slays in the world to make thomas swift. of 'the swifty' linguistic joke fame. a gay black man)#but my one gripe i was expecting was to be upset that it was deliberately paranormal #i Want to be!!! but i'm not!!! they didnt ease into it like riverdale either it was right from the jump #anyway and either way. i think the best possible thing in this show is that they DO have a joe hardy character but they can't say that #because as of the start of this show joe hardy wasn't public domain yet #but they DON'T have a frank. because he's boring #nancy drew #q

Going through a really big frustration phase with my art rn, please be patient with me (and by you I mean myself I feel the need to wrap my spine around a lamp post bites bites bites bites)

#it's been a while since I had one of these #i want to draw something beautiful #but I don't like anything that I come up with #all of it is so fucking ordinary and then when I get inspired and I experiment I don't like it one bit cause it doesn't look like mine #*look mine #so I'm really just frustrated #I want to sit outside and colour something using my pencils and have a relaxing time #and I want to draw rooms and I want to draw washing machines and shit. but whenever I imagine myself actually drawing them it feels ordinar #and boring and not spectacular and beautiful #i need a drawing that will rearrange my personality as I know it #i wanted to draw a lot of blood and meat so I drew a lot of blood and meat and it just feels cheap #having a really bad time rn. i can't find anything that would make me really happy or at least invested in the drawing #well to be fair I've been that way since like february none of the Jaidens I've drawn make my brain spark #bites bites bites I want to achieve the beauty I see in other people's art but I know it's not for me I need to find beauty in myself #hard hard so fucking hard #rambles rambles rambles

PIBBINS.... cheering clapping hooting hollering glorious applause everytime I see a pigeon in public #2. Birthday card that I drew for someone. .. kittys...#3. 2023's annual haul of tiny white pumpkins.. i get at least one white pumpkin every year around fall when they have pumpkins in stores #because I just love the color and texture ... bright white and smooth and cold and round.. kind of like a volleyball or something #4. A brief adventure into watching big brother (only earlier seasons of course as I hate all reality shows post like 2013 or something when #they became overly focused on social media and overproduced memeable phrases more.. like even though ALL reality shows have always #been extremely fake and annoying and mindless it's like..... newer stuff seems A Different Kind Of Fake or something) since whenever #I'm sick sometimes I find weird mindless things like that to watch (that one time I had bronchitis I watched all of Flavor of Love in my #half awake illness stupor and now everytime I heat up canned minestrone soup (mostly all I ate that week) I think of flavor flav since #thats just a weird brain connection I have now lol) ANYWAY.. I was sick and watched like 2 seasons of this and then thought it was too #uninteresting and obnoxious to continue (more like 1 and a half since I skipped the rest of one once only boring people were left) BUT this #one guy had a very mischevious looking face and he also said a few things (like the above captioned speech) that sounded like dialogue #some fantasy character would say.. so I took a screencap of him and edited him into a mischevious wizard i guess.?? idk I was sick lol #~your little friend has a poisoned tongue~ is just a very unexpectedly serious sounding wording for some random normal #frat dude looking guy to say while casually chatting on a reality tv show in like 2008 or whenever that was filmed lol #5. FLUFFY CLOVERS!! I'd never seen them be furry and soft before?? inchresting..#6. Noodle sitting in bed with the cat figurines looming above him... the council of kittys...#7. McDonald's full breakfast platter + asparagus + strawberries & cream (also of course this is old and I am now boycotting mcdonalds etc)#i try to group the images somewhat consistently like.. winter stuff with winter stuff or summer stuff with summer stuff #but I have so many random pictrues floating around on my computer that I never post that sometimes some are not organized or just #thrown into a set because there's nowhere else for them.
