I love how in TCP, both Jude and Cardan don't really change their personalities like main love interests do in other YA books. Like in other YA books, the love interest changes for the other love interest because they 'love them so much'. But in TCP, both Jude and Cardan relatively stay the same throughout the whole series (and in Oak's series as well). And yeh, I know y'all gonna say:"But they did changeee" --- no they didn't. They were just both so comfortable enough with each other that they both brought out parts of each other that make them Jude and Cardan (does that make sense lol). like Jude always keeps a well-guarded composure, but she becomes comfortable enough with Cardan that she shows her vulnerable side to him. (and its the same with Cardan but in a diff aspect ya know).

EVERYTHING about the second season of good omens that we have seen so far has me completely obsessed. it is literally everything i have dreamt of and i can't believe i get to just watch it all unfold before my two very eyes. jealous crowley??? give it to me !!!! the slow realization that they've been in love this whole time??? yes!!!! the painful pining, tiptoeing around each other because they just don't know how to proceed, this whole time they've had an excuse for being around each other because essentially they had to 'thwart' one another and had the arrangement but now they are completely free of their respective offices and now comes the question of 'oh, what actually are we?'. not to mention that they're celestial beings whose relationship exceeds any human understandings so they don't even know how to go about defining each other. and in the new clip released today we see aziraphale hesitate when he says 'he and i...go back a long time', because perhaps he wanted to say more but he isn't sure where they stand either and what crowley is okay with and i want to HUG neil gaiman for creating the most delicious dynamic i've ever seen in any piece of media. them eventually and finally coming together in the end will make me explode with the pent-up feelings of having to watch them slowly realize that their beings are interlaced and one can't exist without the other; they exist only because the other exists and they only make sense together. and they will find their ultimate purpose and meaning in love and in each other.

Anyway it's been three years since the book came out and if you dont like the way its written that's no problem but it's always bothered me that people wrote off the book because of the "romance" and the fact that it's from Snow's perspective and "oh no he's hot" but if you read past the fucking tropes maybe you'd understand that we're not meant to like him. He's a despicable human being in a despicable society and he's written as such and I hope the movie does that justice.

he wasn’t powerless, he was in on it.

a common tactic with abusers is to isolate their victim so that they become emotionally dependent on them bc they’re all they have.

and also so that no one will intervene when they abuse their victim, and the latter will have no one to turn to.

claudia not only reminded armand of lestat, which is not good, but she was also incredibly protective of louis, and she was not afraid to report back whenever she felt the coven (including armand himself) had done something wrong.

she was not scared to speak her truth and be honest with louis in an attempt to wake him out of this spell his relationship with armand had seemingly put him under.

yes claudia’s existence broke the coven’s rules, but if armand had wanted to he could’ve taken them out, and yet he did not.

claudia was in the way of his fucked up relationship with louis, and madeleine sadly for her was just kinda there.

armand needed louis isolated to fully take control of his life and its narrative, and 70 something years later, we see that he succeeded.

As someone who got bullied at school for being the odd one and then went home and watched Magneto break into prison for the first time to tell beast he did not have to be someone else to be accepted, Erik had always been a hero for me. The X-Men I loved with my heart but magneto was always the one I draw reassurance from, a comfort character. Because he had seen the worst the world had to offer and he was trying to make sure others wouldn't go through it. It doesn't justify some of the stuff he did but it always made him the safest and the most comforting character for me both as a child and an adult. As a kid it was small things but now as an adult I see the world drowning and my mind goes back to this world and it is both a reminder and a comfort.

Six months before the show aired, at Worlds 2016, three skaters attempted 3 quads each in their free programme (Javier Fernandez, Yuzuru Hanyu, and Boyang Jin). Imagining a skater to jump one more quad is not that much of a stretch. In the same year, Yuzuru Hanyu landed the first 4Lo in competition and Shoma Uno landed the first 4F.

YOI might have been a little ahead of its time, but the creators put tons of research into the programmes, consulted with figure skaters and hired a figure skating coach to create the programmes to make sure it's well within the humanely possible.

Have some ideas for a short Hoshina x Reader fanfic but I have no time to write them down urghhhh

I’m thinking about Reader as a captain from another special force (I expand the worldbuilding a little bit) and you have known Hoshina since high school. The timeline takes place when Hoshina had just been promoted to Vice-captain but some of the members don’t acknowledge him and so they disregard his commands. One day you witness it and decide to take action. The whole situation will be giving “You disrespect your Vice-captain again and I’ll feed you to the Kaijus” kinda vibe.

I did write a brief in my native language tho, just have no time to elaborate on it and translate to English.😫

The second episode of Generation Loss was so fucking cool the way everything just felt off for almost whole episode, the way everyone acted and the moments of "glitches" where Ranboo seemed to regain their consciousness just for a second always followed by what seemed like snowfall media taking over their mind even more. And the fucking ending?! The mask getting turned off and Ranboo finding out he is being lied too all the time. Them breaking the 4th wall and genuinely sounding panicked like this scene was so fantastic, and it's such a good scene to end the episode at. Also all of the sets look so fucking amazing the last room that we end in that kind of looks like a shopping center genuinely made me gasp also the change of light in this scene that just completely changes the atmosphere in a second AAAAAAAAAAA! I could talk about cinematography for hours. I love it so much, and I genuinely love the mix of horror and comedy and Ranboo and everyone involved in this project just did such a phenomenal job. I'm so fucking excited for the 3rd episode
