Ya know. I'm getting real tired off this shit.

I never started my own conversion while we were still married. I was pretty much the opposite of a non practicing religious person - I was practicing, for the sake of my family, but I never reached out to a rabbi to sponsor me.

But now, literal YEARS after we divorced, I recognized a part of myself felt like it was...missing.

It wasn't until I started practicing and educating myself so I knew enough to start the education of a then 6 year old child, that I truly realized what it was. So I found a rabbi to sponsor me.

Do you think converting is easy? Do you think you wake up one day and say "hmm, I'm going to take a dip in the mikvah today" and that's all it takes?

It is a process that takes years. I'd never do that for anyone but myself, let alone my ex.

I hope you can find some compassion in your heart as well, as it seems you don't have much for converts.

for a solid week now all i've been able to think about is the 2024 pokemon cypher, like i'd been waiting for that shit for over a year and every second was worth the wait, everybody involved completely killed it. i wasn't following it closely enough to keep up with the contest entries so when lime king showed up i'd never heard of him, and it took me about 2 seconds to fall in love with his entire gimmick and sub to his youtube channel, i am officially in love with this dude's vibe. he's not even my favorite in this cypher! the entire dark type trio (anonymuz, ty wild, and blacklynk) killed basically everybody else, and speaking of blacklynk's verse i wanna grab random people by the shoulders and rant at them for like 5 minutes about all the fucking meanings and references layered in the lines "for any mark i'm freddy darkrai, k right next to the ruger/ if the six down then it's big rounds, you better hoola that hoopa" and that's literally 2 lines in a 20-something minute cypher! the shit's incredible! every time i listen i find new shit to love about it! holy fucking shit go listen to this before i track you down and yell at you!

Hi, buns! 🍊 Hope you’ve all been alright in those crappy times.

So much ‘s been going on in the meantime, it’s hard to sum it up quickly, but most importantly I’ve been working extra hard to finally get my own place and I’ll hopefully get the keys by the end of this month ✨🤧 I still can’t believe it’s happening. My very own little rabbit den (can’t wait to build a huge ass shelf to put all the silly turtle- people figurines up there).

I’m still super busy, but have some cute stuff to post, and I really want to answer at least some of the asks, cause I love getting messages from you guys. And also thank you for all the support I got in the meantime, seeing new notes shot an endorphin blast straight to my adhd brain, and it really cheered me up in some tough times 🧡🍊

Alsoo, I’ve made a small Redbubble shop! (Yeah, I know it pays artists literal pennies, but it just makes me super happy to think there is someone walking around with my goofy art on their shirts and stuff. I have an old BioWare-centric redbubble and it always makes my day. And I’m not gonna lie, pocket money is always good as well 😗). Fun thing about it is that I usually post new stuff there before putting it anywhere else, cause it’s extra fun to see how it looks on products. (And, cough, doesn’t trigger my anxiety because no notes, just art looking cute on things).
