How Your Brain Processes Speech in Real Time#neuroscience #neuroscience ...
The human brain processes speech in real time through a complex network of auditory, linguistic, and cognitive mechanisms. When we hear speech, sound waves are transformed into neural signals in the auditory cortex, where phonemes, words, and sentence structures are rapidly decoded.

🌟 Does AI REALLY understand language? 🤔✨ With the rise of large language models, it’s easy to think that AI has unlocked the secret to human-like communication. But as we dive deeper, the truth appears a bit murkier! Sure, AI can generate text that feels relevant and coherent. However, underneath it all, there's a mathematical dance—words represented as vectors in high-dimensional space 🧮✨. This means that AI can identify patterns and relationships, but it doesn’t ‘understand’ these words the way we do! Human understanding is rooted in lived experiences and deep contextual awareness, which AI simply lacks. Relying on AI for critical tasks without this understanding can lead to serious consequences! ⚠️ Are you intrigued by AI's capabilities? Let's chat! What are your thoughts on this topic? Do you think AI will ever genuinely understand language? Drop your comments below! ⬇️💬 Read more about this fascinating discussion here: [Does AI Actually Understand Language?](https://medium.com/@meditationmusicshiva/can-ai-truly-comprehend-language-77b62c53b216) #AI #LanguageProcessing #ArtificialIntelligence #Understanding #MachineLearning #EthicsInAI #FutureOfAI

The tech giant believes that artificial intelligence is the future, and it will help many people to solve their doubts. From school children solving their doubts to developers asking their coding query, google is constantly making more advancements in their langauge research and its models are being integrated to provide a long range of products and services.
Launched in March 2023, google is working relentlessly to make bard the most reliable artificial intelligence chatbot in the technology world. At a time when other chatbots like ChatGPT, Microsoft Bing etc are trying to level up their dominance, Google’s bard is also not lagging behind them. In the Google I/O event this year, the company introduced a number of upgrades to bard. Google also has gave acknowledgment they have made with bard and said the company is looking broad vision for the future with bard. The I/O event is where google showcase its latest technology advancements, software upgrades, latest products etc.
Google has also committed to maintain the quality standards while following the principles of ai, and so many large language models are still in their early development. Google’s latest LLM (Learning Language Model), Palm 2 supports bard in multiple languages. Bard now supports the Japanese and Korean languages and the company is also planning to support over other 40 languages soon. With the capability Palm 2 has, it can perform coding and debugging as well, supporting more than 20 programming languages.
Using bard, users will get images directly from the google search image based on their queries. Google has allowed users to use google lens with the help of bard so that it will give some creative ideas. Users will have the control of privacy and security. The company will also connect bard to other apps such as adobe firefly, so that people can turn their own creative ideas into high quality images etc, and in the coming months, it will also connect with other google apps and partners such as open table, kayak etc.
Google has also said that they are taking the feedback from users and is continuously upgrading bard to make the product better. It will also add an export button from next week, as the users said they got good explanation and want to export to the code lab such as python, along with that users can also export an idea from bard to Gmail.
