If you are like me, you used Rufus for years to “burn” ISO image files to a bootable USB drive. However, once I discovered Ventoy, I moved to using it for all my USB boot needs. It is a great tool, and we will talk about its advantages here. However, recently iVentoy was released that brings all the Ventoy goodness to network boot, which is great! Let’s look at iVentoy, the ultimate network boot…

Headcanon for the Ambush Sim AU that I put in Chapter 5 and then completely forgot about:
As he laced up his boots, Tenko smiled up at the bulletin board propped against the shelf above his headboard.  It was so thoroughly plastered in photographs that the cork wasn’t even visible anymore.
Tenko.
Photographs.
Everything.
Every major event, every casual outing, he's taking pictures. People tell him to put down the camera and live in the moment, but the reason he does this is because there are few surviving photos of his family and the only ones he can find are the soulless photos for ID cards, drivers' licenses and school pictures.
It's the memories he wants. He wants to remember what people looked like when they smiled in the moment because he doesn't have that with his bio-family.
And on that note, in spite of his father's abuse and his family letting it happen, Tenko's feelings toward them are of sadness. He doesn't remember them well enough to miss them. He misses them enough that he named his dog after his sister. Since Tenko has the outside perspective of how the Todoroki siblings individually view their father and how Toga views her family, he wonders how he would feel about his own father if he were still alive. He has the optimism that Kotaro could have changed for the better and he would forgive him for what he did, but Tenko also recognizes that thought is rose-colored. Ultimately, though, he lives with the resigned guilt that, accident or not, he's the reason they're dead and he'll never know what could have been.
“Hana will never be a hero, she’ll never have summer vacations, she’ll never hug anyone ever again.  I took that from her, and now her only legacy is a photo on our altar and a dog named after her."

THE GHOST OF PICS: MECHS PAST
And with THAT tortured pun, December's Patreon-backed @tfwiki picture batch is all stuff we've kinda needed forever, all stuff from the prior century, and all stuff from outside the US market!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
We start with Takara's original DEATHSAURUS, Decepticon leader in 1989's Victory, who just had his Legacy Haslab toy start showing up on doorsteps. And of course, new separate pics for his Breast Animal partners EAGLEBREAST and TIGERBREAST (yes, get them giggles out, go ahead).
Tumblr media
Let's jump back a year to 1988's Super-God Masterforce, and the Godmaster RANGER. This mold is the only one of the three Powermaster Autobot cars to get recolored for its Takara release. Sadly, the MIB copy I bought back in 1996 was missing its gun, thus my general reluctance to add a pic to the wiki. But lord, that tiny, crunchy book scan we were using suuuucked. Made Ranger look white when he's a very light stony blue. Still using the scan though, just now in an inset panel to show off the gun I don't have.
Tumblr media
And now we bounce ahead to 1990's Zone, and the Micro Transformer base SKY HYPER, piloted by Deadwheeler. I took these pics forever ago at some BotCon, and have long lost the notes as to who owned this piece a few hard drives back. This sample was also missing the three ramps, thus both the length of time it took for me to get comfy going ahead and adding these to the wiki, and the new book-scan inset to show the missing ramps.
Tumblr media
Let's shift over to the European market, with 1992's THUNDER CLASH, the leader of the Autobot Turbmasters. His gravity-feed missile launcher was, like all the Turbomaster and Predator launchers, very much not US choke-gate compliant.
Fun fact: Thunder actually did get a Japanese release! He and Skyquake were straight imported to Japanese stores in Hasbro packaging, with just some necessary legal info changed to Japanese on the boxes. This was the Operation: Combination year, where Takara released the small Turbomasters and Predators in 2-packs.
Tumblr media
And now we're going much further back, and much further south. No, that's not Brawn, that's OUTBACK, the 1987 Mexican version by IGA. Apparently, IGA was unwilling or unable to pay for the new '86 Mini Vehicle molds, thus they made their own versions by simply recoloring the '84 originals and slapping them on new cards for the '86 characters. Sometimes with alternate decos to boot!
Sadly, I don't own this toy, and like Sky Hyper, this was a BotCon pic taken with original owner info lost to time. (I always try and credit the toy owner when they let me take pics.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now here's the ones I'm super-happy about. These are two of the three Eletrix, ESPORTE and PORSCHE, exclusive to Estrela's 1985 Brazilian Transformers line! These toys transform and walk/roll forward via remote control, attached by a wire over 4 feet long. I'm keeping an eye out for the third one, Jipe.
None of the '85 Brazilian toys have any faction markings, but the Autobot-style packaging leads one to assume "all good guys". As do the bios of many of the toys in the line... but the Eletrix lack bios, sadly. Which is weird, as Estrela made up new bios for some toys in the line, and just straight-translated others from their Hasbro bios.
These molds were released in the US, but as the "Pow-R-Bots" in Village Toys' TF-wannabe line Convert-A-Bots. Like Estrela, Village licensed them from Japan's Yonezawa Toys, where they were the Remote Change Robo Series. All of these releases use the same plastic colors, but give them new stickers for branding and language.
I bought these two MISB (cellophane still there!) earlier this year, but was a little gunshy about opening them, worried the electronics might have somehow rotted. Schrodinger's Electronics. But no, since they didn't come with batteries, no corrosion, and they work as well as a 1984-mold cheap electric gear-powered toy can (that is to say, loudly).
And of course, since I got the boxes, I took the opportunity to take 600dpi scans of the box art unique to Estrela's packaging!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Man, I love going through these older, not-US corners of TFdom, and hope you learned something new about the vast TF universe. And if you'd like to help make that just a little bit easier and get more pics out a month, consider joining my Patreon! "gregstfwikipics" there, every little bit helps, plus at higher pledge levels you can pick a theme for the month!

"Boot Device Not Found" installing Linux Mint 22
I am installing Linux Mint 22 Wilma on an HP EliteBook 8470p, Intel Core i5-3320M @ 2.60GH x 2, 8GB RAM. After booting LM from a USB drive & running the install program, I got the error "Boot Device Not Found" when attempting to boot from the local hard drive.
In the BIOS settings, under Boot Mode, I have these 3 options:
Legacy
UEFI Hybrid (With CSM)
UEFI Native (Without CSM)
The Legacy setting was active & did not work, but either of the UEFI settings did allow LM to boot off the hard drive.
I previously had Linux Mint 20.3 Una running on this machine, & it required the Legacy setting, so I don't know what changed here.

Eulogy of a Laptop
The career of my laptop has been a long one.
Through thick and thin,
From two week minecraft binges to elden ring playthroughs,
Extremely modded lethal company and hundreds of hours of Baldur's Gate (which i still haven't finished),
It has done its best.
It did its best for years, and through replacements of parts and a RAM upgrade.
But every hero must fall, for nothing is permanent, and entropy shall have its way.
Oh beloved laptop, bearer of memories, you have passed away in a most grievous fashion:
The fabled bluescreen.
Every time I boot you.
Though I fought for weeks, scouring the depths of Reddit for a solution,
Your bios utility held no prize,
And your safe mode no solution.
As a last resort, a reset. To no avail.
Your time has come, to pass on from this mortal coil,
But your legacy shall be that of memories shared with friends and of slaving over homework.
Of creation of art, music, and games and videos,
And of hours spent writing dumb things on the internet.
Farewell.

okay here's my problem currently:
there's some bug in the official arch iso from 2022 I have installed in this USB drive. it does not recognize my sata SSD and freaks out when I try to partition it. I can't simply update the packages because there's not enough space on the live CD media.
I need to install a newer version of the archiso. I do not have a working computer with an operating system installed (reason I'm trying to install arch in the first place), and I can't flash a new image onto the USB drive without one.
I'm using ventoy to have two live CD media on the same USB drive, and it just so happens I have have another iso with kubuntu in a different partition. it occurs to me I can use the live kubuntu environment to download the newest archiso and flash it over the old one.
BUT. I can't mount the arch partition, because the device it is on is currently busy (running kubuntu). I can't unmount the USB without everything breaking because kubuntu has not been loaded to ram. I can't reboot and load it to ram because I can't access the grub boot options from the legacy/bios version of grub. I can't change to UEFI grub because I explicitly set up ventoy with the legacy/bios configuration. and I can't change the way ventoy is setup BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER

So, I already told my immediate friends about this absolutely batshit insane discovery (and tagged the one who started it all, sorry :P), but it turns out that I've been running my computer severely underclocked ever since I first built it at the beginning of 2018. Almost 6 FREAKING YEARS!!
Some MSI motherboards supposedly have an issue with AMD Ryzen CPUs where they'll just throttle them at 1.5Ghz (around half of what a R5 1600, my CPU, can do) after installing chipset drivers or god knows what else. Most people online seem to have varying reasons and some, like me, have no idea the exact cause.
I suppose I just never noticed it because I ran quite a few modern triple A titles (NieR: Automata, Resident Evil 2 Remake, GTAV once or twice...) with little issue. I'm guessing it was my GPU, a GTX 1060, doing the heavy lifting, and those games probably only needed the visuals and not the processing power.
After an on/off conversation with @gumpeiyokoi about Saturn emulation, and discovering how my comparatively weak laptop could run the games perfectly, the issue eventually clicked after many hours of fucking around with settings and fighting SEO for the answers I was looking for. I always saw that my CPU was running around 1.3-5Ghz in Task Manager, but never thought much of it unless I was doing something taxing. By then, I ignorantly thought it was the program's fault for being poorly optimized. Not until finding some articles online did I realize "No? It's supposed to show 3.6Ghz even when it's not doing anything big?" Thankfully, this was all fixed by resetting the BIOS settings to default (while turning back the things I needed on).
Now, my computer runs even FASTER than the upgrade from a HDD boot to an SSD boot, and recently, a Legacy boot to a UEFI boot. Not only can I play Saturn games flawlessly through Mednafen (don't worry, physical Saturn I actually own, I have component cables coming in the mail for you next week), but I can even run Minecraft with slightly fewer framerate drops! Wow! Ain't technology something! It'll be something I'll have to test out over the course of time, but it should certainly help in making videos in the future. As long as it took to process some of those parts in the Tenchi video, this will probably be a major game changer.
How it took me this long to discover it, I'm embarrassed to even acknowledge it. But, so it goes! ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

re: this reddit post
Tumblr media
the specs below might be different from what i have? - double check my own machine tomorrow & correct specs post if needed. great
chromebook needs to support either legacy boot mode or have UEFI firmware available
> what is legacy boot mode? (is legacy BIOS the same?)
> "upgraded legacy BIOS mode" upgraded? can it be changed if needed? how difficult is it?
> what is UEFI firmware?
"back up your stock firmware" so this means like make a backup of store bought chromeOS right?
"boot a linux live in usb legacy mode" > sounds to me like it means a portable/emulated linux. reddit says if this works then a full transition should be fine
>> figure out how to do the usb boot

A bio for my main character, The Traveller!
Basic Information Full Name: Markus Caldwell Pedersen Nickname(s): The Traveller/Traveller/MARK-01/"Marissa" (Female persona) Preferred Name: Traveller Brief Bio: Originally lost by the machinations of The Event, The Traveller was revived by Karsum to continue his legacy, and to do some good in a wilder multiverse.
Physical Information Age: 25 Height: 6,3ft Weight: 160lbs/11 stone Species: Human/Inkling (alternate form)
Gender: Genderfluid (Male Presenting, alternate Female Persona)
Eye Colour: Red with black sclera Hair Colour: Dark brown Noticeable Features: Red beanie, navy blue jacket, black trousers, boots with steel foot caps, fingerless gloves, scar on right side of mouth, massive red scarf that wraps around face and chest
Mental Information Basic Personality: Incredibly cold and aloof, sometimes angry, but not above some forms of levity and jokes, and can lose his "cool" rather quickly Likes: Red Velvet cake, dispensing justice, killing evildoers Dislikes: Karma Houdini's, Karsum, Warmongers in general Personal Problems: Hair trigger temper, extreme self-loathing, identity issues, post-traumatic stress disorder Fears: That the multiverse may one day be overtaken - or worse, destroyed - by Warmongers Goals: To protect the multiverse from his mistakes, and perhaps one day end the Warmonger Condition once and for all
Powers and Abilities Innate Abilities:
Incredible strength
Fast reflexes
Impressive marksmanship
Special Powers:
Hysteria Form: When truly enraged, Blade "takes over" to deal with the problem. In this form, Traveller glows white with pupilless eyes and bloodied limbs, and his strength and speed go up tenfold, but it drains his life energy and can cause his body to break apart if used too long.
Inkling Form: Given by an unknown third party, Traveller can call upon Aether energies to temporarily transform him into an Inkling, with all the strengths and weaknesses that comes with.
Elemental Blast: Through channelling an element through Blade, Traveller can fire blasts of fire, lightning, water etc from his hand.
Strengths:
Incredible fighting prowess
Immune to later Warmonger abilities
High sense of justice
Weaknesses:
Fragile physically
Easy to enrage or distract due to poor temper
Incredibly bad social skills
Biography
The life of The Traveller is long and pained. Before The Event, it was him picking up the Blade of War and Turning after the death of his sister and led to the multiverse suffering heavily for it. This eventually concluded in The Event; a multi-person operation involving a Genesis Wave Device designed to wipe Markus, the Blade and Warmongers as a concept off of the map. The Event eventually did happen, resetting the multiverse and erasing any possibility for a Markus to even exist...or so they thought. Somehow, the spirit of the mangled Markus crashed into the Dark Aether, overtaking the corrupted body of a Keeper and becoming Karsum.
As the Warmonger Condition was re-established, as it flourished through the realms, Karsum realised that the multiverse still needed someone like Traveller. The light to balance the dark. To that end, he used human materials and Aether magic to create a new Traveller, a separate body built in his image. However, Traveller was horrified to find that the condition they literally ended the multiverse to snuff out was back and better than before, and he defected from Karsum and went into hiding.
Years passed while Traveller was off the grid. He found another War Lilac and travelled with her for a while, became human, struggled with his identity and trying out a number of alternate personas. Eventually he escaped to an old mining town and "retired", but not without telling War Lilac where to find him if he was ever needed again. And sure enough, it wasn't long before he was found by the War Splats. Now out of retirement, he fights alongside his "mistakes" in order to protect the worlds at large, ensuring nothing as bad as what he did ever happens again.

1. Secure Boot (Khởi động an toàn)

Inside the PSX BIOS: The Unsung Hero of the Original PlayStation
Introduction
The original Sony PlayStation, often abbreviated as PSX, revolutionized the gaming world upon its release in 1994. With its 3D graphics capabilities, extensive game library, and innovative hardware, the PSX quickly became a household name. However, behind the scenes, one crucial component made all of this possible: the BIOS. While often overlooked, the PSX BIOS is an essential part of the system, acting as a bridge between the hardware and software.
What Is the BIOS?
BIOS stands for Basic Input/Output System. In the context of the PlayStation, the BIOS is a small chip that contains firmware essential for booting up the console and initializing hardware components. It functions similarly to a PC BIOS but is tailored to the PlayStation’s specific architecture.
The BIOS resides on a ROM chip inside the console and is not easily accessible or replaceable. When the system powers on, the BIOS is the first piece of code that runs, checking the hardware and ensuring that everything is ready for the game software to take over.
Key Functions of the PSX BIOS
The PSX BIOS performs several vital tasks that make gameplay possible:
1. System Initialization
At startup, the BIOS initializes the PlayStation's hardware components, including the CPU, GPU, memory, and sound processor. It ensures that everything is functioning correctly and ready for the game to load.
2. CD-ROM Management
Since the PSX used CD-ROMs for its games, the BIOS plays a major role in reading and accessing data from the discs. It manages file systems, disc authentication, and ensures that the correct game data is retrieved.
3. Security and Region Locking
The BIOS includes routines for checking the region code of a game disc. If the disc does not match the region of the console, it will not run, a feature implemented to enforce regional licensing agreements.
4. Graphical Boot Interface
Anyone who has used a PSX remembers the iconic boot-up sequence—the swoosh of the logo and the chiming sound. This sequence is rendered by the BIOS and adds a level of polish to the user experience.
5. API Support for Developers
Game developers could use BIOS routines through system calls. This allowed them to access low-level hardware features without having to write complex code themselves, simplifying development and ensuring compatibility.
BIOS and Emulation
When it comes to emulation, the PSX BIOS plays a critical role. Emulators such as ePSXe, RetroArch, and PCSX-Reloaded often require a copy of the original PlayStation BIOS to function correctly. This is because many games rely on the BIOS routines for input handling, CD access, and other functions.
However, due to copyright concerns, emulators typically do not include the BIOS file. Users must legally dump the BIOS from their own PlayStation console. Some emulators use open-source BIOS alternatives like HLE (High-Level Emulation) BIOS, but these may lack full compatibility with all games.
Legal and Ethical Considerations
The PlayStation BIOS is protected intellectual property. Distributing or downloading the BIOS from unofficial sources is considered illegal. While emulation itself is not inherently illegal, the usage of copyrighted BIOS files without owning the original hardware breaches legal boundaries. For ethical and legal emulation, users should always source the BIOS from their own consoles.
Conclusion
The PSX BIOS may not be the most visible part of the PlayStation gaming experience, but it is undeniably one of the most important. From booting up the console to reading discs and providing essential APIs for game developers, the BIOS is the silent backbone of the system. As emulation and retro gaming continue to grow in popularity, understanding the role of the BIOS is essential for preserving the legacy of one of the most influential gaming consoles of all time.

FULL NAME: helena rosa bertinelli.
AGE: verse dependent but portrayed anywhere between late twenties to late thirties.
BIRTHDAY: april 8th.
ZODIAC: aries.
GENDER: cis female.
ETHNICITY: italian / american.
NATIONALITY: american.
SPOKEN LANGUAGES: english + italian.
RELIGION: catholic.
OCCUPATION: assassin.
FAMILY DYNAMICS.
PARENT’S: franco bertinelli [ father, deceased. ] + maria bertinelli [ mother, deceased. ]
SIBLINGS: only child.
MARITAL STATUS: single.
BIO.
[ THE MASSACRE ]
born to one of gotham's most powerful crime families, helena lived a life of luxury laced with danger. the bertinelli's controlled money, territory, and secrets — but when a rival mob sought to erase their name, helena watched her entire family be gunned down in a brutal massacre ordered by the delcaro crime family. she was the sole survivor. but not the only victim.
[ THE GHOST YEARS ]
after the hit, helena disappears. some say she was taken in by distant relatives. others whisper she was raised in a secret catholic orphanage, where they taught her scripture and silence. the truth is darker. helena buried herself in shadows — books on criminal law, combat manuals, newspaper clippings on the underworld that murdered her family. she trained her body in secret. hardened her heart in private. she learned that justice was a lie told by men in power. and vengeance? that was personal.
[ THE FIRST BLOOD ]
her first kill wasn't perfect — but it was poetic. one of the men responsible in the massacre. older now. sloppy. thought no one remembered. helena found him in a club, whispered her family name in his ear before she ended him with a blade she carved herself. the cops called it gang retaliation. she didn't correct them, it was only the beginning.
[ THE MAKING OF A WEAPON ]
she traveled — milan, sicily, prague, backroom gyms in rome, alleys in hong kong. learned from mercenaries, ex soldiers, monks, even former mob enforcers who owed her father old debts. she studied strategy, weapons, infiltration. she learned to read rooms like crime scenes. to move like a ghost and strike like a god. and when she was ready, she returned to gotham.
[ THE BIRTH OF HUNTRESS ]
helena stitched her legacy into leather and steel. she chose the name not for the drama, but for the truth. she wasn't a protector. she was a hunter of those who hid behind crime families, corrupt systems, and blood money. she became the huntress, and gotham took notice.
she walks alone. too brutal for batman. too righteous for the mob. too dangerous to ignore. she doesn't want justice. she wants balance. and she's keeping score.
raised in the shadows and sharpened by rage, helena didn't run — she rebuilt. trading pearls for weapons and grief for grit, she forged a new identity: the huntress. she doesn't wear a badge. she doesn't answer to capes. she hunts gotham's underworld with precision, fury, and the kind of justice the law can't offer. once a mafia princess, now a ghost in stilettos and armor, helena walks the line between vengeance and virtue. she isn't looking for redemption. she's looking to make them pay.
[ ATTIRE ]
helena's vigilante / assassin suit is a matte black tactical bodysuit made from a lightweight, bullet resistant fabric that moves like a second skin. it's designed for stealth and speed, with reinforced stitching and subtle armor plating over vital areas like her shoulders, chest, and shins. the suit has a faint violet undertone that catches light in just the right way without making her a target.
gone are the cape and exaggerated cross motifs — instead, she wears a high-collared zip-front jacket with discreet utility belts at her hips and thighs, perfect for carrying throwing knives, smoke pellets, and a pistol. fingerless gloves give her precision and grip, and her boots are silent-soled for rooftop landings.
no mask, she wants her enemies to look her directly in the eyes and see her face before taking their final breath.

How to fix UEFI Error HWC8010 or HWC8011 on Dell server r750xs POST
Fixing UEFI Error HWC8010 or HWC8011 on a Dell PowerEdge R750xs during POST typically involves troubleshooting hardware compatibility, firmware settings, or memory/storage issues. Since this is a server-grade system, the steps may differ slightly from consumer PCs. Below is a structured approach to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Possible Causes for HWC8010/HWC8011 on Dell R750xs:
Incompatible or Faulty RAM
Incorrect UEFI Boot Settings
Outdated or Corrupted BIOS/UEFI Firmware
Storage Drive Compatibility Issue (NVMe/SATA)
Secure Boot or TPM Configuration Conflict
Step-by-Step Fixes:
1. Reset BIOS/UEFI to Defaults
Restart the system and enter UEFI/BIOS Setup (usually by pressing F2, F12, DEL, or ESC during boot).
Look for an option like "Load Defaults" or "Reset to Factory Settings".
Save changes and reboot.
2. Check & Reseat RAM
Power off the system and unplug it.
Remove RAM sticks and reseat them firmly.
Test with one stick at a time to identify faulty RAM.
Ensure RAM is compatible with your motherboard (check manufacturer specs).
3. Update BIOS/UEFI Firmware
Visit the motherboard/Dell support site and download the latest BIOS.
Follow instructions to update (usually via a USB flash drive in BIOS or using a built-in updater).
4. Adjust UEFI Boot Settings
Enter BIOS and check:
Boot Mode: Set to UEFI (not Legacy/CSM).
Secure Boot: Try disabling it temporarily.
Fast Boot: Disable if enabled.
5. Check Storage Drives
If using NVMe SSD, ensure it’s properly seated.
Try booting with only one drive connected.
If the drive is new, check if it requires a UEFI driver (some older systems need NVMe support updates).
6. Disable TPM or Clear TPM (if applicable)
In BIOS, look for TPM (Trusted Platform Module) settings.
Try disabling TPM or clearing its keys (if error persists).
7. Test with Minimal Hardware
Disconnect all non-essential devices (extra drives, GPUs, USB devices).
Boot with only CPU, 1 RAM stick, and boot drive.
8. Check for Dell-Specific Fixes (if applicable)
Some Dell systems may need a BIOS recovery (check Dell’s support site for HWC8010/HWC8011 errors).
Try Dell SupportAssist for automated diagnostics.
Final Steps if Error Persists
Test with a different PSU (if possible).
Reset CMOS (remove motherboard battery for 5 mins).
Contact Dell/Motherboard Support if the issue remains unresolved.
If the error appeared after a hardware change (e.g., new RAM or SSD), revert to the old configuration to confirm compatibility.

This guide will explore the most common Windows boot problems and how to fix them effectively. We'll also introduce a reliable solution, Best Windows Repair, to help you resolve these problems quickly and efficiently.
Common Causes of Windows Boot Issues
Understanding the root cause of boot problems is crucial for finding the right solution. Some of the most common reasons include:
Corrupted System Files – Missing or damaged system files can prevent Windows from loading properly. Learn more about Windows system files.
Malware Infections – Viruses and malware can corrupt essential boot files. Using a reputable antivirus tool like Windows Defender or Malwarebytes can help prevent this.
Hardware Failures – Issues with your hard drive, RAM, or motherboard can cause boot failures. Diagnostic tools like Windows Memory Diagnostic can help identify these issues.
Faulty Updates – Windows updates sometimes introduce compatibility issues or bugs that disrupt startup. Microsoft’s Update Catalog provides details on the latest patches.
Incorrect BIOS/UEFI Settings – Misconfigured boot settings in BIOS/UEFI can prevent Windows from loading. Ensure that your boot mode (UEFI/Legacy) matches your system configuration.
Bad Sectors on the Hard Drive – A failing hard drive may not be able to load Windows correctly. Tools like CrystalDiskInfo can monitor hard drive health and help prevent boot issues.
How to Fix Windows Boot Problems
1. Check for External Devices
External devices, such as USB drives and external hard drives, may interfere with the boot process. Disconnect all USB devices and peripherals and restart your PC to see if it resolves the issue.
2. Enter Safe Mode
If Windows fails to boot normally, try entering Safe Mode to diagnose and fix the issue:
Restart your PC and press F8 (for older systems) or Shift + F8 during startup.
Select Safe Mode with Networking from the Advanced Boot Options menu.
Once in Safe Mode, scan for malware and remove problematic updates or drivers.
