Some Crime Sorciere joining Fairy Tail headcanons:

- Jellal wins his S-Class trial easily.

- Meredy quickly wins everyone’s hearts. She's very close with Lisanna.

- The fact that Erik can hear so well freaks them all out. A lot of them avoid him at first because of this.

- Mirajane plays matchmaker for all of them but instead of relationships, she’s trying to get them to befriend specific members of the guild.

- The Oracion Seis in particular need a lot of help making friends at first. They are so used to only having one another that they are terrible at being social.

- Mira and Erik form a very freaky friendship. She makes him special drinks with poison and he gives her the latest tea of fairy romance

- Jellal gets challenged to a fight at least 3 times a day. Everyone wants him to throw down with laxus or gildarts. He is not interested in the slightest

- Meredy loves the guilds fights. She hits you with the huge grin and then punches you right in the face. She’s a little terror

-Macbeth makes fast friends with Lucy and Levy because he often sleeps in the library which the two girls frequent often

-Sawyer and Richard love Jet and Droy. They are almost always spotted drinking together in the guild

(Attempted) Realistic Laxus as Guild Master headcanons:

Meetings keep him away from the guild for much longer than they did Makarov unless someone goes with him, because of his lack of a sense of direction

He defers to other guild members, especially older ones, as often as possible. He doesn't take advice or criticism lightly.

He quickly gets sick of all the paperwork and nonsense that he has to deal with whenever property is destroyed, and intimidates the shit out of any "destructive" guild members going out on a mission. This somewhat works, sometimes. Almost. Fortunately Levy and Freed help him with the paperwork, and his intimidation factor works better on the stuffy higher-ups demanding apology letters than it does on Natsu or Gildarts.

(He's still constantly buried in property destruction paperwork).

Both Natsu and Jellal are important in his acceptance of his role as a master. Natsu gets him to accept initially, and, just as he got Jellal to accept and understand his role as a Fairy Tail wizard [separate headcanon], Jellal gets him to accept his role as Master on a deeper level and influences his dynamic with the rest of the guild. As his natural bro, frequent challenger, and someone who can empathize with guilt and self-doubt, he's the one who's able to explain leadership in terms Laxus can finally, fully accept.

Building off the last point, Jellal and Laxus are such equally-matched drama queens/leaders/bros that Jellal attains his own position of leadership at some point--possibly when Oracion Seis is made a branch guild to help criminals reform themselves?

He frequently scares off new recruits by blasting the shit out of them when they try to pull "I'll be the strongest!!" crap (only sorta a headcanon considering 100YQ, but they got it right on that one).

He changes what it means to be a good guild master, not just for Fairy Tail but in general. After being raised in Makarov's shadow, being subjected to the abuse of his father's greed, squaring off against Precht/Hades, and coming to know Mavis, who picked Precht to be the next guild master and blinded herself with war to prolong Zeref's defeat (albeit subconsciously) he realizes the foolishness of having one, always-indisputable leader for the guild--especially himself.

Ivan shows up again after he becomes master, and tries to push his weird "power above all" philosophy again. Gildarts is present to watch Laxus face him down, and tells Laxus he's proud of him afterwards.

his memory is really good. he was the one that reminded lucy of virgo during eisenwald bc

he very quickly analyses things when the adrenaline’s rushin. like how wind can’t cut the ground without like a LOT of evidence. twas no evidence with erigor’s barrier. so its not underground. so escape is underground.

when the adrenaline’s NOT rushing hes oblivious. so its a good thing his adrenaline’s almost always goin. like if he wasnt fighting jacob he wouldve had no clue why anyone was flustered or uncomfortable with lucy’s clothes Going. like yeah. what of it. but he saw the weakness with jacob.

knows words. honestly thinks its hilarious when people think he doesnt. he understands and can spell shit like unbeknownst and superfluous and defenestrate. sometimes he pulls that shit out in the wrong context for the giggles. sometimes he pulls it out in the right context so people can tell hes fucking serious. but its still so funny seeing their shocked looks

she went to fairy hills bc everyone was saying that they were like sisters there. it took a few weeks for people to be properly comfortable with her there, but when they were, they realized just how much she really cant take care of herself

the girls of fairy hills now watch gray like a HAWK. if he fucks something up once with juvia’s needs they will be taking her back

laxus and gajeel nearly convinced erik to join fairy tail. the only reason he didnt is because the noise cancelling headphones laxus used to wear didnt actually block him hearing thoughts, just the ones further away.

laxus and loke were a thing.

before loke nearly died he and laxus would spend so much time together. more than laxus spent with the raijinshu

anyone who would call them boyfriends would get shocked and blinded. people assumed they were blinded from laxus’s lightning since loke didnt have any light rings

laxus knew before bickslow that loke was a dying spirit and was the main reason loke lasted three years. like yeah sure leader of the twelve and all but he could really only survive a year on his own.

sometimes leo opens his gate when lucy wont need any spirit for the day and spends it with laxus. they were always open, but now even more so.

sting was in cait shelter with wendy for like four months. he didnt travel with mystogan he just showed up like seven months before oracion seis. he left with rogue when he eventually showed up.

despite the five lights on 7/7/x777, they all woke up at different times. gajeel and natsu woke up first, with the others in stasis wherever they landed. wendy woke up before she was meant to because mystogan found her. sting and rogue woke up at the same time and next to each other, but went their separate ways to find their parents.

it took until that year fairy tail was disbanded for levy to not be scared of gajeel. it took until lucy got her award for levy to even think of the possibility of dating him. babies are Years out, if she ever even wants to. she still wakes up from nightmares of that night.

gajeel really wants to date levy. he spends most of the time with the other slayers going on about how he really wants to show her that hes sorry and so deeply regrets what he did but also theres no way in Hell hes walking up to her and mentioning anything about it. he doesnt want to scare her away, and this tentative friendship they have is enough for him.

what is your favorite arc of fairy tail? i think for me it would have to be the fantasia arc. seeing my favorite team of all time debut, mirajane satan soul, JUVIA DOING SOMETHING NOT FOR GRAY MY BABY JUVIA ILL FREE YOU FROM THAT MASHIMA MONSTER, and seeing laxus' character development start at his excommunication honestly had me so happy for him, i loved seeing characers in a 'friendship centered' show face lasting consequences and scars that would carry on (though i wish there was more tension with receiving him back lol)

Honestly that's my favorite arc, too. The only arc competing with it for top spot is the Oracion Seis arc, which would literally be perfect if Jellal weren't in it (saying this in complete seriousness, like he actively drags down a good arc).

Fantasia has everything--a powerful and compelling antagonist (Laxus), great fights where our queens Lucy and Mirajane took on baddies and won, Levy being useful, and Gajeel and Juvia changing the game. Like, it genuinely felt back then that Fairy Tail was going places and that things were changing quickly and getting more intense. Not to mention the plot worked without a hitch.

I think my favorite moment of the anime is Laxus chain-fighting Mystogan, Erza, Natsu, and then Natsu and Gajeel 2v1 and then trying to cast Fairy Law only for it to hit nobody. There aren't many better ways to have a character avoid crossing the moral event horizon than to have said horizon actively spit them back out. It was an amazing story.

24) Favorite Wizard saint

ahahahaha so I got behind a bit this weekend. I was busy and away so here’s me dropping three at a time!

My favorite wizard saint is Makarov because he’s the wisest, sweetest, and cutest old man in the entire series. They barely mention his height bc it’s not big deal to him or anyone else. He truly cares about his children and wants to see the youth walk the right path, Gajeel and Juvia for instance, but he isn’t afraid to set his foot down like he did with Laxus! I love Makarov :)

25) Favorite Edolas counterpart

For this one I would say Lucy, because she had the Fairy Tail spirit and the desire to do what was right even when the rest of the Edolas Fairy Tail didn’t (which, let’s be honest, is totally something Lucy would do). But I also liked Erza Knightwalker a lot! She’s wasnt stupid or a joke, but she was actually strong.

26) Favorite Oracion Seis member

This has to be Midnight (Macbeth)! This is such a shallow choice because it’s because I like his aesthetic 😂 like I literally just like his look and his attitude. But also Cobra’s entrance during Eclipse was pretty epic so I gotta give him props!

About the Oracion Seis post previously.

I've been making a list of who the mysterious 4th person (or fifth I suppose) could be during today's daydreams. (I mean you said the previous post was "one person off", and I interpreted that by "clearly Erza, Jellal, Erik and the faithful Cubelios should be here for sad-boy-stick purposes, but Gajeel won't be there" and I feel there will probably be another person given that this is a serious threat.)

Here is my list (and the reason why I'm not sure about each).

- Ultear - she's clearly involved in this mess (but only if she joins Fairy Tail post Galuna which is a stretch)

- Bixlow - I only skimmed the Thunder legion chapters, but I think he was held in the same laboratory as Ultear? Didn't Brain work there? (However how do you justify sending him without his team when Fairy Tail doesn't have foreknowledge about who the Oracion Seis are?)

- Grey - Because Lyon will be there (but does he get along well enough with Erik, given his relationship with Natsu? Erik might be more understanding due to overhearing things, but still...?)

- Wendy (and Carla) - because of the Nirvits and the ghost-whose-name-I forgot (but how do you justify sending the 12 year old when there's plenty other options?)

- Mystgoan - just to mess with everyone. (But it's Mystgoan)

I've just thought about a couple other options :

- Natsu (and Happy), because he would fit well into the team. There's no reason in particular for you to have him there, but no reason not to either. I'd actually love to see him spend time with those 4. So wholesome.

- Mirajane (if she gets her powers back and is mentally ready to fight) for firepower - and girl power.

- Lucy I guess, because of Angel and her spirits - including Aries - plus she knows Erza and Jellal (but then again, why the newbie?)

- Laxus just for firepower (but without his team? Yeah I don't see it.)

- Simon/Wally/Sho/Milliana (in that order of probability) on the off chance that they join the guild and make up with Jellal before then. (Do you feel me getting desperate? Nah kidding.)

Or you'll just screw with us and pick Cana or Levy or something XD.

Been rewatching Fairy Tail due to nostalgia and my thoughts (spoilers!)

Why is Jellal and Erza still pining after A DECADE of this series I hate it here

It was a good idea for giving Jellal a conclusion in FT100 where he finally forgives himself because in the original he was left questioning about it.

My mans Mystogan deserved more appearances

Rogue deserved to have the spotlight of talking about how guildmates are supposed to be your family. He was the one who didn't have to lose a battle to begin questioning his guild's toxic motto.

Yeah, so Rogue deserved more interactions with Yukino because he was the one who was truly worried about her (though this part is me being shippy)

Erza trusting Laxus on protecting the guild while she is in the 100-year quest is really nice

MY FUCKING GOD AUGUST STORY IS TOO FUCKING SAD.

How come His Majesty's child was never loved? Because he never knew he had one.

We need more of the ex-Oracion Seis members in the aftermath of their sins being pardoned.

I like that the difference when Erza met her Irene vs Gray met Silver, Erza didn't get so emotional over her because she never felt emotional attachment towards Irene. Meanwhile Gray was really emotional over it, it goes to show how Gray had a happy family which was destroyed by Deliora.

Jellal and Erza. I've been shipping you for a decade that your pining is making me angry I'm THIS close to just forcing you both to kiss.

We need more interguild interactions.

We are teased so much about the potential of Jellal joining Fairy Tail.

Chapter 3: The Three Seals, Oracion Seis Arc

“Well, since Wendy is going with Natsu to look into that dragon rumour, we’ll take Y/n on another request... if we can find her anyway, any clue Luce?” Levy asked, leaving Lucy to just sigh as she looked around.

“Doesn’t Y/n just sneak around through portals? She could be anywhere!” Lucy replied but Levy just pointed with a gasp.

“Or just wherever Erza is.” Levy deadpanned leaving Lucy to sweat drop before yelling “seriously?”.

You’d gone with Erza to order strawberry cakes from a local Magnolia bakery for the celebration of the two new guild members, Wendy and Carla when both you and Erza sensed the sword wielding creature.

Erza head-on fought the creature with her swords whilst you portalled behind it, eventually kicking it in the head to no effect whatsoever.

Of course, a conversation with the Master later, you were all told to continue as normal until Lucy realised that Gray was gone.

Last thing you were expecting even though you should have was that Juvia was flooding the place with her tears.

“Is it a bad time to mention that I can’t swim?” You asked as you stood on the bar in a panic.

“Not to worry child, the guild will be drained before swimming will be required of you, however, you could learn in the pool out back if you wanted.” Makarov suggested, leaving you to just sigh.

“I suppose, Hibiki’s busy so I don’t have much else to do-” you began but you were quickly whisked away by some of the female members of Fairy Tail to teach you how to swim.

“Just throw her in!”

“That’s one way to traumatise her!”

“This is ridiculous.” You grumbled as you listened to the guild try to decide how to teach you to swim.

“I suppose throwing her in could work.”

“Doesn’t matter, she’s already in, just needs to learn how to swim, and not stand.”

“Could somebody perhaps, teach me instead of just arguing about how?” you whined before you felt the water move around you.

“Juvia?”

It was new that all the women in Fairy Hills were staying up to keep guard, some at the guild hall, and some watching the dorms whilst you were told to sleep.

All you knew was what you’d seen when Erza and yourself were attacked, in addition to Natsu, Wendy, Carla and Happy not being back from their investigation into the dragon rumour.

So Cana standing near your door to check on you was an unusual sight to say the least. You’d been aware for years that both Erza and Mira would check up on you, but never anyone else.

Cana was probably expecting you to be asleep however, not lying in your bed, watching her watch you as she looked at you in shock before she walked in and sat on the end of your bed.

“Thought you be sleeping off the alcohol by now.” You stated, leaving Cana to just give you a look.

“You act way older than eleven, y’know, kid.” She stated back but you just turned away from her.

“Thanks, it’s the pre-Fairy Tail trauma.” 

You didn’t realise Cana had a sleep card until you were sinking into your nightmare-less slumber, a rare slumber indeed.

Waking up hours later, it was still dark but you’d been moved to the guild hall. Looking out of the window, your blood ran cold as you spotted the dragon flying towards Magnolia.

Grabbing a hoodie and some shoes, you quickly opened a portal to arrive at the front of the guild where Mira, Cana and Team Shadow Gear stood along with other members of Fairy Tail.

“Y/n? You’re supposed to be asleep.” Mira tutted, leaving you to just shrug as you remembered you were still technically in your pyjamas.

“Light sleeper, and... dragons are kinda loud, fake or not.” You deadpanned, rolling your shoulders back as you looked up at the incoming fake dragon.

Standing outside of the guild hall, you didn’t move from the table you were stood on as Elfman, Wakaba and Macao returned with Gray, the traitor who was the reason that Natsu was being used as a battery to fuel the fake dragon.

That meant you were ignoring the ongoing arguing between everyone and Gray, instead staring at the fake dragon in an attempt to focus your powers.

“Y/n, what are you doing?” You ignored whoever said that as a portal opened and you jumped through without a second thought, shocking everyone else.

“Where’d she go?!”

“I don’t see her!”

“You’ve ran out of time.” Daphne cackled from inside the fake dragon, leaving Erza to slide down it’s spine as it landed in Magnolia.

Until she wasn’t sliding, something was holding her down to stop her from it.

“What the- Y/n? Get away from here!” Erza demanded as she realised you were hovering near her as the two of you landed on the ground with a light thump.

“Prepare to be crushed, Erza Scarlet!” Daphne howled as the dragon roared, it’s talons about to crush the two of you until Alzack and Bisca began to use their guns magic to fire on the dragon with Cana’s card magic, Juvia’s water slicer and Max’s sand magic not too far behind.

The orders were to destroy the dragon, regardless of what happened to Natsu. The Master’s orders and Natsu’s orders.

But you weren’t having it.

Standing on a nearby Magnolia rooftop, you were focussing your powers as a f/c aura began to emanate from your body.

“Y/n? What the hell are you doing?” 

But the only way to destroy the fake dragon was for a dragon slayer to take it down from the inside.

“Y/n, calm down, opening a portal inside that thing to grab Natsu won’t work, you’ll be attacked by the lacrima energy before the portal is open.” Gray stated, leaving you to just sigh, the aura dissipating immediately.

“Damn, even for a kid, that was a lot of magical energy...” Jet mumbled to Droy who just sweatdropped in response.

“Go at the lizards with everything you’ve got! I’ve got the dragonoid.” Erza explained, leaving you to jump into action as the lizards began to rain down on the town.

Of course your magic as an eleven year old consisted of portals, mild gravitational pulls and the occasional energy orb.

“Damn. That’s awesome.” You whispered from your position with Mira who was holding an unconscious Wendy, Lucy and the two cats, Happy and Carla as a fusion of ice and water magic began to rain down over the town thanks to Gray and Juvia’s unison raid that was taking out all the lizards.

“This magic power feels sort of familiar for some reason.” Lucy admitted, Carla adding to it as she hovered next to her, “I think it’s an ice and water unison raid.”

You were standing next to Mira with a hand over your mouth as you listened to Gray, Happy, Lucy and Erza try to provoke Natsu into actually fighting back, the sight of the dragonoid with Natsu’s facial expressions arguing back was making you laugh, to Mira’s concern.

“I don’t see how you find this funny, Y/n.”

“It’s funny because I used to idolise Natsu along with the rest of you, thinking you could take down anything in your way, whether on purpose or not, now one of my role models is giving up so easily? How the hell are you going to find Igneel if you’re being used as fake dragon battery!” You shouted, gaining the attention of Natsu the dragon as he glared at you.

“What the hell, Y/n! Isn’t it past your bed time!” The dragon howled back but you just raised an eyebrow, folding your arms in unamusement.

“I gotta admit I didn’t see that one coming.” Cana stated as as Bickslow just groaned quietly, “there’s not much time left. That orb is about to absorb all of Natsu’s spirit.”

“If you can’t muster the confidence to value your own life, Fairy Tail has no need for you. I’m sure if your precious dragon ever saw you again, he’d be ashamed of what you’ve become, if he had any kind of pride, he’d beat you senseless for disgracing his legacy!” Erza shouted as she requipped into her Purgatory armour.

“All your trash talking has got me more fired up than ever!” Natsu yelled as the intensity of fire from the dragon began to increase even more.

That was until Gajeel used his Iron Dragon Secret Art to drill into the orb to get to Natsu.

Of course you didn’t have any flame magic to give Natsu some fire to eat but you were able to assist Sagittarius in sending the fire up to Natsu

“You’re about to see a Fairy Tail mage in action, carrying out our most sacred role, eradicating evil.” Makarov exclaimed as everyone stood watching.

By sunrise, the dragon was eradicated and Daphne had been stopped.

“Looks like the dragonoid’s weakness-”

“-was an unstable power source known as Natsu.” Gajeel and Gray shrugged, leaving you to laugh with everyone else as Natsu and Gray began to argue.

You were standing on your own, watching when your yawn got the attention of someone standing behind you.

“Looks like it’s time for bed for you.” Erza chuckled as she patted your head, making you shrug as she walked past you to talk to the Master.

“Hey, Lucy. Anyone ever tell you that you kinda look like a crazy sun fish whenever you smile?” Happy asked, staring ahead at the crowd of Fairy Tail mages.

“WHY WOULD THEY?” Lucy screamed, leaving you to jolt awake from where you were standing to stare back at her in shock at her outburst.
