Effects artist Ralph Miller joins the Grue-Crew to add his experience working on Gremlin’s creature crew, led by Chris Walas, the designer of Mogwai and the gremlins. Though the crew focuses on the film’s effects, they also delve into the cast, cameos, crew, and behind-the-scenes stories.

Q: What Are the character’s sexualities?

A: in terms of characters you’ve already seen, Roy is gay and asexual, Marty is bisexual, aroflux, and cupiosexual, Carlo Romano is pansexual, Mary and Sue are lesbians, and Papa Louie himself is straight. Everyone else is bisexual. If i dont specify someone’s sexuality, just assume they’re bisexual unless I say otherwise because there’s a 99% chance that they are bisexual.

Song Rating: 8/10. Can't really go wrong with a light pop song with topical lyrics. I love BDG's voice and sometimes a song doesn't need to be overly complicated to be enjoyable. Very relatable message too... short and sweet!

Nostalgia Rating: 7/10. A really bittersweet song for me, but the sweet overpowers the bitter.

Brian David Gilbert was there for me when I felt all alone after the move. If you don't know who he is, he's an incredible content-creator on Youtube who got his start making short skits on his own channel and then was hired by Polygon. He's the "Unraveled" guy if that rings a bell, but if it doesn't, all you need to know is that he's a very charismatic, kinda dorky, extremely confident Youtuber who's got a little bit of everything on his channel. When I found out that he had collaborated with Zong on this track, I knew it was going to be awesome. His music since then has been so entertaining as well, and he's one of the few Youtubers who I cannot wait to see the new content of.

This was the song I played through my headphones on my first walk down to high school, and it was the song I played during my first homework session. When I had no one to talk to, this song was always there. It's extremely comforting, even if the song itself isn't about the happiest of messages.

I think it made me feel less alone to know that there were other people out there who were also struggling, because I knew if BDG could get through it... I could.

But I'm mostly just messing with you, I tolerated the move just fine and I found my own way eventually. I only cried like, twice!

One of the first lessons I learned was the vast difference between traditional writing and writing for new media. In traditional writing, the focus is on crafting a linear, cohesive narrative. But in new media, the narrative can take many forms and paths. From interactive stories and social media content to blogs and video scripts, each format demands a unique approach.

Early on, I was introduced to the concept of interactivity in storytelling. One of our initial projects was to create a podcast. This project was a game-changer for me. It taught me to think about the audience not just as passive readers but as active participants. Each choice they made led them down a different path, creating a personalized narrative experience.

Navigating the technical aspects was another challenge. I had to familiarize myself with content management systems, SEO practices, and the intricacies of various social media platforms.
