the next time a man tells you rape exists because sex is a biological need that can hardly be bent, ask them why women with baby fever aren't out there raping males regardless of their age or consent left and right because of their longing to get impregnated & get a baby is a "biological need" too
Once you start noticing the passive voice being used for men's actions, you can't unsee it. In history class it was always "women weren't seen as equal human beings" or "women weren't able to own property or have jobs or get education" rather than men legally considered women their property and banned them from work, school, and property rights.
In the news it's always "girl raped in park" or "woman killed in home" which would make some sense if the perpetrator was unknown, but they often have already caught the culprit by the time the article comes out and it's always a man.
The amount of times I've seen a headline about a man murdering his entire family before killing himself being titled "man commits suicide after family is killed" with a nice little family photo of them is absolutely absurd.
Hell, just last night I saw an article titled, "3 kids killed after mom let ex-partner take them to get food." Her male ex took the kids to get food and murdered them before killing himself. Not only is the headline passive, but it also phrases it in a way that makes the mother somehow look guilty like she knew what he had planned or knew he was insane.
To top it off, people get really uncomfortable if you stop using the passive voice for this stuff. They start squirming if you straight up say "men wrote laws banning women from voting" even when that is literally what happened. BOTH men and women act this way. It's like we're all just supposed to pretend that rape, enslavement, murder, and other human rights violations against women just fell from the sky.
I found out something today that just infuriated me. Back in December we got an email from our kids school saying that one of the families in the community had suffered a tragedy. Through the grapevine, I heard that it was a murder, a husband killing his wife. There was talk that it was a murder-suicide, which would be no surprise, as men typically kill themselves after committing horrific crimes they have no intention of paying the penalty for.
Today I learned that he shot his wife once, then as she ran out the front door for help, he fatally shot her, and THEN HE TOOK A SHOT AT HIS FIVE YEAR OLD CHILD AS THEY RAN FOR HELP. Like, what the fuck dude? Killing your wife wasn’t enough? You had to do it in front of your kid and then try to kill them too?
This is why I don’t fucking CARE when people bring up male suicide rates because FUCK THAT. This man should have saved everyone the trouble and trauma and just killed himself. Then this kids mom would be alive and they’d need a whole lot less therapy. Because any man who could take aim at his own child, after killing their mother in front of them couldn’t have been the type of father anyone would miss too much.
As long as male suicides are preceded by the murder of one or more person, I DO NOT CARE. Stop taking other people with you when you decide to give up, and maybe THEN I will start caring.
"men are only bad because they're socialized to be violent :( without capitalism there'd be no patriarchy"
quick! who is doing the socializing! who is doing the socializing! no LOOK AT ME! hey *whistles* hey man just tell me just tell me who is doing the socializing if you could just tell me who is doing the socializing that would be so awesome haha!
"but their mothers don't tell them to put the seat back u--" I'm going to ask you very politely while clasping my hands and batting my eyelashes for you to shut up :)
if you genuinely believe that you are a radical feminist while you STILL think that misogyny & male violence is a black male problem / white male problem / christian male problem / muslim male problem / any male problem that isn't just a male problem i do have news for you
Yuka who discovers Violence Milo, she is quite surprised by his appearance, a little more different and…..where has the shy boy gone…? No matter how much Yuka loves Milo in all his forms, she has said that she will accept him as he is, so she is obliged to accept this version of Milo, isn't she?
"hmph!?"
Maybe she wasn't ready for this, let's say :b
Yuka?
AH yes, I forgot, "maybe" she has breathing problems, or either Milo is holding her too tightly, in your opinion, which is between these two choices?
Oh well, she seems to be doing a little better!
Could Violence Milo squeeze a little too hard without realizing it? I think so but that's just my opinion :b
tras will say there's no "inherent advantage" a tim has over an actual woman in general or in sports even mma but the moment you bring up that you don't want them in a female only spaces, that they belong with other males suddenly they bring up male strength and violence...tims basically pull "i'm not like other men" but no you're worse
going crazy over another post like imagine calling perez quiet and responsible when first of all (almost) anyone would look that way next to strahm
and second of all the good cop/bad cop routine is not for the benefit of the bad cop. the bad cop will not be fixed. nobody is trying to fix the bad cop. the good cop is not setting an example for the bad cop. the good cop and the bad cop share the same goal. the bad cop induces psychological distress in the suspect and the good cop takes advantage of that distress and in this way they coerce a confession.
she's not his babysitter. she doesn't take his gun before the interrogation scene, she takes the clip he hands her without a single question, which imo suggests they've probably done the same thing with a lot of suspects and if perez hadn't gotten a face full of shrapnel she would've been on the other side of the glass waiting for jill to crack so she could come in soft and play the savior, and that's not responsibility that's complicity
Sporting events are clearly linked to domestic violence and a increase in it. As the first article states, the sporting events don't "cause" domestic violence. That is only the abuser who does. It does cause instances though. Much like drinking.
Can't stand how they always pick a photo of a sad abused woman to be the face rather than a pathetic ugly and violent man with spit dripping from his mouth and sauce on his football shirt.
If you want to do some more scientific reading please do.
I genuinely don't get why people say that Sam's s8 Trials arc was "female-coded."
Idk his behavior struck me as more analogous to a monk self-flagellating. There's this emphasis on him confessing to and suffering for his perceived sins, and he has obvious fantasies of martyrdom throughout the Trials. These things just seem to indicate that the fixation on purity has to do with his fear of being evil and it manifests as something similar to religious fervor, which isn't a gendered theme at all.
I think the reason there's a growing anti trans movement among scrotes obsessing about the "grooming tranny menace" is because shifting all the blame on trans predatory behavior removes the attention off cis male offenses
remember when (pro gun) Conservatives started fearmongering about trans terrorism after that transman made that shooting in a Christian school, when in reality the vast majority of mass shooters are cis male?
oh and let's not even forget how they suddenly grasped that easy access to gun was actually dangerous..... because *gasp* they were available to mentally deranged trans people TOO 💀
So you agree? Gun access to anyone is the problem?
so you're telling me that I have to now tolerate sigmafied edits of Ranbir Kapoor in Animal being a chauvinist abuser to his onscreen wife and killing hundreds of people for his "love" for his emotionally absent shitty father?? as if watching sigma edits of Kabir Singh and American Psycho was not enough?
(X) If You Need Help, Women Are More Likely Protect You. TikTok she's responding to is from Raych Jackson (X) regarding the recent attack on a woman named Rho (rho_reports).
So in other news water is wet, the sky is blue, men consistently stand by and watch women being attacked and abused (usually by other men) and still have the audacity to call themselves "protectors" and leaders.
