this women's day i'm thinking about all the women and girls who were tortured and killed for the crime of being jewish within reach of hamas, those that survived but were taken hostage to continue being tortured, every single woman who will never get true justice for what was done to them. the infants that will never see adulthood.
and i'm thinking about all the western women who cheered.

if I get One More Ad interrupting my morning cat videos to tell me to request a ballot as an Overseas US Citizen (which I am not) for the sake of Democracy (🇺🇸🦅🔥🍔), I am personally funding the next wave of russian bots running election interference

Alright
Things i have learned after 10 minutes on a rollator
- the speed goes faster and steadier and it's incredibly helpful
- knees do hurt a LOT less
- everyone stares at you but no one tries to talk to you they just walk out of your way as if you're gonna eat them. I'm fine with that. (I'm from a country where it's incredibly ableist. People who need mobility aid just don't leave home. You don't see ANY young people using mobility aids)
- THE WRISTS HURT
- in order to drop the weight on it you have to use all your arms and it makes you EXHAUSTED
- you can NOT sneak out with it thinking no one will figure it out
- there's a good chance you'd be in big trouble when you get back home because they now know you snuck out with it and they have the exact same ableist mindset and believe you don't need it
- you can just sit on it as soon as you get tired. This is incredibly helpful. Breaks are helpful to save spoons.

ok so in the show i’m crewing right now with the theater i work for, one of our out-of-company actors that was hired is an ambulatory wheelchair user and she’s incredible and the theater and management have made it this whole production to try an accommodate her needs through the process. Which is wonderful!
But on the part of the the theater it comes of as so disingenuous to me (especially with the way they’ve been publicizing it on social media), knowing that i spent last semester crying after every rehearsal due to the way my disability was treated and i was considering quitting theater altogether. and even going into this production the way i’ve been treated has been subpar. and it makes me so angry but i can’t talk to anyone i know about it because i dont want them to think im bashing the actor when im really just pissed at theater management.

it’s really fucking annoying when goyim come in halfway to a conversation between jews and start bitching about what we should be talking about instead. like, you’re seriously going to come on to a thread of jews talking about the antisemitism in the way people use Israel’s right of return policy to delegitimize Israelis’ indigeneity and all the other countries that do it but don’t get criticized despite their own histories of colonization, just to go “ummm acktually you should be talking about how the right of return is used to colonize palestine”. get out. get the fuck out. this is why jews don’t feel comfortable having conversations about these kinds of gray topics with goyim, because all you’ll do is intentionally misread the room and shout your moot point from the rooftops like you’re a hero and then whine and cry when it’s not taken well, not to mention you won’t even look into the people already participating and find out what they think BEFORE you assume everyone talking is just an evil zionist colonizer nazi. stay the fuck out of jewish conversations and unpack your fucking antisemitism.
