Anger- Once he sees that you have indeed moved on, and that he is no longer living in fantasy land, he gets extremely angry. His general mood spikes, he lashes out (wayyy more than he used to), and a-lot of his servants are scared to talk to him. Will absolutely keep bombarding you with texts every day. He will even get his servants to start texting you on his 100's of extra HellPhones.

So yeah... thats just one example. He has so many spelling mistakes because he is typing so fast, and practically brekaing his phone from how angry he is.

But in reality he does need you. You are. the one thing that keeps him running. However he will never, over his dead body, ever admit that.

Bargaining- He will send things to your... new home... in gift baskets. Fizzarolli plushies, flowers, tickets to his live events, expensive jewelry, the list goes on. It gets to a point where (if you live in an apartment complex) People start stealing his gifts and start putting them up online to sell. (And they go for 10s of thousands of dollars.)

He send these to you so that you can hopefully come crawling back into his life, so that he can control you again.

At this point, you have most likely made it public about your distance between you and the sin. Your relationship was extremely public, and known by everybody.

He refuses to speak publicly, because he wants people to think he still controls you. And when i say your relationship was big, it was definitely the most talked about relationship in all of Hell. People will go nuts about you two breaking up. Another author said this as well, but people will go crazy with the comments.

You try your best to ignore the comments, but eventually you cant, its not just online, but in real life you feel cornered as well. You might even start to reconsider your departure with him. Which is exactly where he wants you.

Depression- He spirals into somewhat of an insecure man. He strives to be better. He ups his game for his big pageants, soon to be bigger, just to impress you.

He maaaay or may not have killed people in your favor. This is known, obviously, but his obsession along with his newfound insecurity has left him no choice but to show that if you dont want to come home, he will show you its safer than anywhere else.

Overall, if you do end up coming back to him, he is overjoyed with happiness, and will take extra precautions to ensure you wont ever walk out on him and his warm embrace again.

However if you end up never wanting anything to do with him, he will be devastated, but he will force himself to get over it. He is Mammon, he truly does not need you. In reality, you were somebody he felt an unexplainable feeling to protect. He absolutely can live without you, but for some reason, he feels like he cant. If somebody were to ever bring you up, he would lash out, and make his anger everybody's problem. He may get over you after a while, but he will never fully accept the fact that you left him.

SINDROME DEL MARTIRE: QUANDO IL SACRIFICIO SI TRASFORMA IN SOFFERENZA

Hai mai sentito parlare della sindrome del martire❓Se non ne hai mai sentito parlare, non preoccuparti: cercheremo di approfondire questa condizione, scoprendo cos'è e cosa si cela dietro questa espressione. Inoltre, esploreremo come superarla, soprattutto se ne siamo affetti.

La Sindrome del Martire: Definizione

Hai mai notato quelle persone che sembrano sempre sacrificarsi per gli altri, ma continuano a lamentarsi❓Questo comportamento è spesso riscontrato in individui come le mamme che lavorano, gestiscono la casa e allo stesso tempo si lamentano con i figli e il marito. In effetti, stiamo parlando di coloro che, in un certo senso, mettono costantemente gli altri al di sopra di sé stessi, finendo per assumere il ruolo di vittime. Questo è un chiaro segno della sindrome del martire.

Aspetti Psicologici della Sindrome del Martire

Innanzitutto, è importante notare che chi adotta questa mentalità lo fa in modo del tutto volontario, spesso cercando la sofferenza. In un modo paradossale, il martire può trarre beneficio da questo atteggiamento, poiché si convince che offrendo sacrifici sia un gesto di bontà e coraggio, ma in realtà sta ignorando le proprie necessità.

Cosa si Nasconde Dietro alla Sindrome del Martire❓

Il martire tende a mettere le esigenze degli altri davanti alle proprie, ma non necessariamente per aiutare gli altri veramente. Invece, lo fa per trarre soddisfazione dalla sofferenza stessa e crede che possa ottenere amore incondizionato solo agendo da eroe. Questo atteggiamento spesso ha le sue radici in una famiglia priva di affetto, fredda e distante, dove l'amore sembrava emergere solo nei momenti di sofferenza. Gli adulti che provano questa sindrome spesso vivono la vita in modo incompleto e hanno convinzioni limitanti.

Sintomi della Sindrome del Martire

Le persone con questa sindrome tendono a lamentarsi costantemente, anche per le piccole cose, anche se scelgono volontariamente di aiutare gli altri. Questo atteggiamento può influire negativamente sul loro umore. Inoltre, sono inclini all'autoelogio, riferendosi a tutti i sacrifici compiuti per raggiungere ciò che hanno. Se questi sforzi non vengono riconosciuti, possono reagire con rabbia. Inoltre, hanno difficoltà a delegare e rifiutano aiuto quando viene offerto. Spesso vedono se stessi come brave persone e gli altri come egoisti e ingrati, esagerando la loro sofferenza per attirare l'attenzione.

Consigli per Superare la Sindrome del Martire

Riconoscere questa sindrome è il primo passo per superarla. La consapevolezza e l'attenzione verso se stessi sono fondamentali. Non è necessario cercare di soddisfare costantemente gli altri, poiché il senso di accettazione non dipende dalle azioni. Per affrontare la sindrome del martire, è importante:

Smettere di assumere il ruolo di vittima.

Assumersi le proprie responsabilità.

Abbandonare l'abitudine a lamentarsi.

Prendersi del tempo per se stessi è cruciale. Rilassarsi e prendersi cura di sé può aiutare a ricaricare le energie e rendere le interazioni con gli altri meno stancanti. Prima di accettare una richiesta da parte di qualcuno, fermati un attimo e rifletti sinceramente se desideri farlo. Concentrati su come migliorare la tua autostima, perché il primo passo verso un cambiamento positivo è credere in te stesso.

La chiave per liberarsi dalla sindrome del martire sta nel riconoscere il problema e agire per cambiarlo. Ricorda che ogni momento passato a lamentarti è un momento che potresti dedicare a migliorarti e ad affrontare la vita in modo più costruttivo. Non sprecare il tuo prezioso tempo❗️

Modena: "24 ore di Basket", ritorna la sfida infinita alle Ferraris. Dopo tre anni di stop a causa dell’emergenza sanitaria torna a Modena la “24 ore di basket”, la lunghissima partita organizzata da Modena Basket che nel week end porta a canestro quasi 600 giocatori tra atleti tesserati, appassionati, dilettanti, esordienti, grandi e piccolissimi. La manifestazione, promossa col patrocinio del Comune, si svolge come da tradizione sul campo della palestra della scuola media Ferraris di via Divisione Acqui 156 dalle ore 15 di sabato 15 alle 13 di domenica 16 aprile; all’appuntamento, giunto alla 21esima edizione, sono invitati tutti i cestisti, gli sportivi, gli appassionati e anche i curiosi di Modena e provincia, che faranno parte delle squadre e possono giocare a loro piacere per un minuto, un’ora o una giornata intera. L’edizione 2023 della “24 ore”, denominata “Moba - My 24 hours of basketball”, è stata presentata in Municipio oggi, venerdì 14 aprile, da Claudio Coppeta e Gianni Nardiello, rispettivamente direttore tecnico e responsabile commerciale di Modena Basket, con la partecipazione dell’assessora allo Sport del Comune di Modena Grazia Baracchi. Come sempre, la partita no-stop, lunga un intero giorno, si propone come un momento di accoglienza e di inclusione, valore fondante di ogni disciplina sportiva: all’appuntamento, infatti, prendono parte anche gli atleti con disabilità di “Ambo” - progetto sportivo di Modena Basket per ragazzi e ragazze con disturbo dello spettro autistico - che scendono in campo insieme ai loro coetanei e partecipano a tutte le attività. Entrando nel dettaglio della manifestazione, sul parquet si sfidano tutti i gruppi di Modena Basket, quasi 600 atleti, organizzati in due grandi squadre, bianca e nera. Un elemento di novità di quest’anno è rappresentato dal coinvolgimento dei genitori, che possono dunque cimentarsi nello sport dei lori figli e giocare nella stessa squadra.
