Don’t think I’ve done a Michael Kamen score yet...a talent we lost far, far too soon. I’m a child of the 80s and, especially, the 90s, so his stamp on my cinematic experiences is large. 

And despite playing a Robin Hood Prince of Thieves medley in middle school band, this score to a show I didn’t even finish is the one that sticks. Cannot listen to without at least a lone tear escaping.

It’s the :55 second mark that quickens my emotional state. The main melody buoyed by the extra syncopation of strings.  And then shortly after at 1:37, that elongated transition that feels like the last 2 arduous steps to a precipice that reveals victory or solace of some kind.
