Do you think that Minecraft food is edible to our characters in our minecraft worlds other than the food that is meant to be eaten? Can you access foods from plants in-game that do exist, but that specific part of them does not? Do you think my little guy in their little house could have a salad with dandelion greens and spruce tips and dip bread in some mushroom stew and have crushed up ice with sweet berries and honeycomb for desert? Can you eat cactus like in real life? Could our characters dry fish and other meats and invent new seasonings to spice them with, like maybe glowstone? Are fancy dishes served in glow ink?

I am once again spiraling into the hole that is making food with what you can find in Minecraft. I have seen how to make Apple Cider Vinegar, Mozzarella, cream cheese, Gelatin, and I'm sure there's more but I stayed up and my brain is fried thank you friends.

Minecraft food is so interesting, like there's very basic things you can eat in the game and mods with more complicated things, but if you were actually transported in how would you season your food? What would a golden apple taste like? Could you actually eat the mushrooms?

I've got lots of ideas on these things if people are interested, planning on making a massive Google doc on it
