MOBILE INSTALLATION FOR ZEMLYA I FABRIKA PUBLISHING HOUSE BOOKSHOP WINDOW. DESIGN. LAYOUT. CROSS-SECTION
1928
Material - cardboard
Technique - pen, aluminium paint, graphite pencil, gouache, collage, coloured ink, black ink, drawing instruments
From the early 1920s one of Lissitzky’s key ideas was “the power of technical supremacy” of man, as he expressed it in his foreword to the electromechanical show Victory Over the Sun. Kinetic effects, whether illusory or real, often constituted the core of his works in many different areas: dynamic proun compositions, speaker’s podium with a lift, bridge designs which included moving structures, theatrical puppets powered by electric drives, moving walls and moving friezes as exhibition design elements. A contemporary left the following comment about his pavilion design at the “Pressa” exhibition in Cologne: “There is hardly any ‘paper’ material at the display: everything gets moving, wound up, and electrified”. With his engineering degree received in Darmstadt, Lissitzky was able not just to conceive an impressive project but to develop its technical characteristics.
The draft installation design for the Zemlya i Fabrika (Land and Factory) publishing house bookshop window specifies all details, such as alternating portraits of writers and rotating prisms holding rows of books; a separate drawing is added for the conveyor mechanism transporting the books.
However, technical aspects formed merely the necessary basis of Lissitzky’s designs while the aesthetic concept always predominated. The design itself features an obvious merger of engineering innovation and elegant laconism of artistic rendering of the structure. Even the draft design is done not as a technical drawing but rather a self-sufficient piece of art.

Scaling Up: Material Handling Companies Offer Affordable Systems for Growing Businesses
Are you just starting a warehouse or distribution business? Then you already know that you're going to have to produce a lot with few resources—and the most significant ways you're likely to be challenged are financially, besides understanding the requirements of materials, equipment, and various tech needs. While it's unwise to invest in the latest and greatest equipment in the early days of your business, you have to start somewhere, and material handling companies offer the best affordable solutions.
Material handling companies assist you in planning effectively for your startup's needs. Using their expertise, the material handling equipment you invest in is not only tailored to your current requirements but can also be seamlessly scaled up as your business expands. This strategic approach ensures that your initial investments are both cost-effective and future-proof, supporting the long-term growth and success of your warehouse or distribution center.
Efficient Material Handling Systems for Startups
One of the key factors in the success of any warehouse startup is having an efficient and effective material handling system. The right storage equipment and material handling solutions can greatly improve productivity, maximize space utilization, and ensure the safe movement of goods within the warehouse.
Affordable Material Handling Solutions for Startups
As a warehouse or distribution center startup grows and expands, it becomes crucial to assess the effectiveness of the current material handling systems, including their impact on labor costs. It is also important to evaluate how these solutions are utilized, whether they meet their intended purpose, and whether they truly enhance productivity. Continuous evaluation and improvement are essential to establishing the business as a competitive player in the market.
Storage Capacity Solutions
Storage equipment ranges from simple to advanced. At a basic level, every warehouse space should have wire shelving or wire decking. However, as a facility scales its warehouse operations, and space becomes more of a premium, the storage solutions it incorporates can be modified to be more advanced. Some more advanced and space-saving storage solution examples include pallet jacks and flow racks, carton flow racks, and cantilever racks. Mobile aisle shelving is another option, representing an innovative, custom-designed floor track system.
As the warehouse operations scale up, and space becomes limited, more advanced storage solutions like pallet jacks and forklifts may be necessary. This equipment allows for the movement of heavy pallets and can greatly increase the efficiency of warehouse operations.

Overhead Cranes
Overhead cranes offer many benefits, notably when it comes to improving load control as it pertains to safely and efficiently moving heavy objects or cargo. What's more is that they move loads above the floor, which frees up floor space and can limit congestion. Overhead cranes are also versatile and can scale according to a specific facility's needs. For instance, to start, a warehouse may install a gantry crane or a floor or wall-mounted jib crane, options that tend to be effective and more affordable for smaller operations. As a warehouse scales up and grows, installing a ceiling-mounted bridge crane or a free-standing bridge crane may be a more viable option.
Lifting Tables
Lift tables are precisely what they sound like—tables that can easily and conveniently raise and lower heavy materials. Various types of lift tables can be incorporated into the warehouse environment. On a smaller scale, there are back-saver lite lifts and standard lifts. Low-profile lifts or pallet-handling lifts may also make sense. As a warehouse grows, heavy-duty lifts and space-saving high-rise lifts are options.
Conveyors
Conveyors are used to move products from one place in the warehouse to another. While they come in various styles, one of the big benefits of conveyor systems is that they're flexible and scalable—and they can easily be modified and updated to meet the needs of any facility as it grows over time. For instance, a startup facility may only require a conveyor with a more limited range. But as the facility grows, this conveyor can be extended accordingly. Furthermore, a growing facility may incorporate an overhead conveyor into its operation to free up more floor space.
Growing Material Handling Operations
Many of the solutions we discuss above, particularly those aimed at reducing material handling costs, can be scaled up or enhanced according to a facility's needs. Yet, it's also important to assess how your facility is using any material handling solutions, whether they're being used as intended, and if they're truly helping enhance productivity—before any further decisions are made about incorporating new or upgraded equipment. Continuous evaluation and improvement are a necessity if you want to elevate any business from a start-up to a true player in the market.
Conclusion
Material handling companies play a crucial role in the success of startups in the warehouse and distribution industry. By investing in cost-effective and scalable material handling solutions, startups can improve productivity, maximize space utilization, and ensure the safe movement of goods within the warehouse. As the business grows, continuous evaluation and improvement of the material handling systems become essential to establish the company as a competitive player in the market.

How will robotic warehouse automation systems be enhanced in 2023?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, enterprise warehouses struggled to keep up with the tremendous growth in internet buying, but 3pl warehouse automation robotics may help. Intelligent warehouse robots bridge the gap between automated material handling systems and more adaptable manual fulfillment methods. Warehouse automation robots assist humans in tasks such as choosing things, moving shelves, loading pallets, and inventorying tall shelves. A new breed of warehouse robotics meant to augment operations and work with people is driving this interest. Industrial robots have been around for decades, but their capabilities have typically been limited and they have been fenced off to protect workers and equipment. AI is being used by emerging warehouse robots to navigate a facility, pick things, and organize collaboration with humans.
Robotic warehouse automation company accounts for a modest fraction of total warehouse automation spending, but it is steadily expanding. According to Interact Analysis, the mobile robots market might rise from $3.6 billion in 2021 to $18 billion in 2025. The number of warehouses employing mobile robots is expected to grow from 9,000 in 2020 to 53,000 in 2025. Furthermore, Interact Analysis predicts that 2.1 million robots will be in service by the end of 2025, with 860,000 of these being supplied in that year alone.
For the foreseeable future, fixed automation systems such as automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), conveyor belts, and sorters will outperform alternative forms of automation.
The labor market picture in 2023 is bleak. Some analysts expect that unemployment will remain at little over 4% in 2023, while others predict that it will rise to more than 6% due to inflation. In any case, Distribution center robots or DCs are increasing their dependence on automation to lessen their reliance on human and uncertain labor. Warehouse automation company allows warehouses to protect themselves against shifting labor pools while improving overall performance.
It's 2023, and same-day delivery has become a standard expectation for city dwellers. To meet these increased expectations, several merchants are changing and physically moving closer to their urban clients by investing in DCs in urban regions.
It's a two-part strategy. On the one hand, firms are constructing entirely new DCs in densely populated urban areas. As a result, companies will be able to have things delivered the same day by local delivery vehicles at a cheaper long-term cost. DCs, on the other hand, will continue to use existing physical and mortar shop sites for fulfillment in 2023. These renovated retail spaces provide many of the same benefits as brand-new DCs, but at a smaller initial investment.
Warehouse space in North America has never been more scarce or expensive. According to the Cushman and Wakefield Marketbeat Report, the industrial vacancy rate in the United States will hit an all-time low (3.2%) in 2022, while industrial rent will reach an all-time high of $8.36/square foot. The picture for 2023 isn't much better, with vacancy rates predicted to remain around 4% throughout the year, while rents continue to rise. Building new isn't any better, since demand for new industrial space will continue to outstrip supply until 2023. Rising costs, low vacancy rates, and a lack of new industrial space will force DCs to continue the "building up" trend that began in 2022.
While capacity issues remain at the forefront of warehouse managers' considerations, third-party or on-demand warehousing will witness an increase in 2023, particularly in urban regions. Third-party (3pl) warehouse automation provides a unique option for firms to keep additional inventory – facilitating a "just in case" strategy – and manage greater growth while avoiding the risk of permanent space expansion. DCs will not only be able to store more goods with third-party warehouses, but they will also be able to store their inventory in more places, allowing them to control more of their own supply chain.
Most people have heard the statistic that "at least 30% of all things ordered online are returned," however that figure is 21% higher than the return rate at physical locations. Whether you like it or not, the pandemic's expansion of e-commerce shopping has fundamentally transformed customer expectations on returns, and those expectations are here to stay.
Returns have become such a problem that large merchants have very dramatic return policies - as in "don't even bother returning it, here's your refund" dramatic. To remain competitive, retailers and distribution centers must be prepared to manage returns and invest in reverse logistics operations; otherwise, they will continue to incur losses at ever-increasing rates as e-commerce grows.
In response to labor constraints and increased customer expectations, warehousing robots adoption expanded tremendously in 2022 and is expected to continue in 2023 and beyond. Up to 50,000 robotic warehouses automation companies could be built by 2025, with 8 million robots delivered to users by 2030. In 2023, distribution centers will continue to investigate the usage of order fulfillment robotics in the warehouse, such as robotic cube storage and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). To maximize efficiencies, DCs will try to deploy cobots (collaborative robots that can operate with people) in conjunction with a space-saving automated storage and retrieval system.

Pairing: Steve/Thor
Rating, word count: Explicit, 3.8k
Summary:  After Tony's misguided attempt at matchmaking, Steve finds comfort in Thor's arms and realizes that maybe it's time to tell the team about his relationship.
Link to the AO3 post
"I hope you don't have any disgustingly wholesome plans this evening." Tony's ominous words blare out of Steve's phone when he picks up the call in the middle of a supermarket aisle.
He jerks the device away from his ear and tries to lower the volume, shooting an apologetic glance at the woman whose shopping cart he crashed into in fright. They must think he's a lunatic, struggling with something as simple as adjusting a mobile phone's settings. He almost drops it, cheeks aflame, before he manages to put his thumb over the set of tiny holes on its side where the sound is coming from - not the solution he was looking for, but it will do for now.
"Tony?" He says, hoping he didn't hang up by accident. He glances at Thor, who's asking for a medium-sized goat by the meat counter. The baffled employee on the other side gestures at the steaks.
"The one and only." Tony drawls. "So? No bridge party with the fellas from the senior home?"
Steve heaves an exasperated sigh. The summer heat had him lowkey aroused all day, so he was looking forward to a lazy evening in bed with his boyfriend, but that's not an excuse he's going to bring up. Especially not in front of Tony. "No, I'm free."
"Excellent. Suit up and meet me by the cars at seven. I have a surprise for you."
"Oh no, I'd rather not be surprised." Steve groans. Tony's surprises tend to be rather embarrassing - either because of their sheer value or due to Tony's particular brand of humor. It's not something Steve wants to deal with today. He walks up to Thor and presses his hand to the small of Thor's back, just a brief touch to alert him to his presence.
"Would it help if I told you that it was Pepper's idea?"
Steve presses the phone to his chest and points at the steaks. "We'll take four, thank you."
"This marketplace is rather understocked on quality sustenance." Thor grumbles, upset that he didn't get his goat, but his frown disappears when Steve gives him a smile. He brushes Steve's arm as they move on towards the register.
"If this is another charity gala, I'm not going." Steve turns back to his conversation with Tony. He shakes his head when Thor gives him a quizzical look. They have piled a bunch of snacks in their cart and Thor has picked up something called 'Hammer Chain IPA'. He presented it to Steve with a grin, then laughed at Steve's wrinkled nose, but it seems like they're buying a carton of it nevertheless.
"I solemnly swear that I'm up to something good." Tony says. Judged by his tone, there was a reference in there that went right over Steve's head.
"Alright." Steve gives in. "Thor's asking if he could come along."
"Am I?" Thor snorts, loading their groceries onto the conveyor belt now. After a furtive look around for spying paparazzi, Steve pinches his side.
"No. This is exclusively designed for you to… socialize." Tony's voice has a distinct suggestive edge to it that makes Steve nervous. "To get that stick out of your bum, if you will."
"Gee, thank you, Tony." Steve deadpans. He pulls his baseball cap a bit further down over his brow because a little girl behind them has been watching him with recognition in her eyes.
"I do what I can." Tony says. He sounds like he's smiling. "Did you take the big boy shopping again?"
"I did." Steve can't help the happy grin pulling at his lips.
He gives Thor his wallet and watches him count the bills for the weary cashier. They could have just ordered their groceries to Stark tower - as they often do, but sometimes, it's nice to go out and share this experience instead. These supermarkets are new to them both, and they always have fun exploring them.
"Uh-huh." Tony must have narrowed his eyes in suspicion. "I'm starting to suspect that you two are hiding something."
Steve's heart skips a beat. It's not crucial to keep their relationship a secret, but when they discussed it in the beginning, Steve wasn't ready to share such a private thing about himself, and Thor agreed. He didn't enjoy Tony's and Clint's teasing during his brief affair with Jane Foster. The question hasn't come up again until now.
"It's something illicit, I bet." Tony adds. "Does it involve a certain strip club by the name of Juicy Lucy's? Which I wouldn't even dream of visiting, of course -
"Bye, Tony." Steve cuts him off pointedly and hangs up. When Thor looks at him, he answers with a sheepish shrug. "He wants to take me out tonight."
Amused, Thor pushes their cart towards the exit. "And I am not allowed to accompany you."
"Sorry."
Thor opens a bag of M&M's and pours some in his palm. He picks out the red and blue ones for Steve, then throws the rest in his mouth. "As long as you come home to me…" He shrugs and smiles.
Steve releases the breath he's been holding.
~o~
Tony's brilliant surprise turns out to be a double date at a Michelin-star restaurant. The girl - Tracy - is Pepper's friend, and she's as gorgeous as she's fierce, a perfect match for Steve if he was still chasing Peggy's dream. But he isn't. She was his first love, but it was an affection born out of youthful infatuation, and he's not the same man anymore. Tony may like to tease him about his 'old man ways', but there's truth to it. He has matured and changed.
He's also spoken for, as Thor would say. Very much so.
That is why, whenever Tracy leans in, he pulls away. When she touches his elbow, he reaches for his glass, and he keeps trying to engage all of them in the conversation instead of talking exclusively to her. She doesn't get the message though. It's something Steve blames on Tony and the idea that he perpetuates among all their acquaintances - that Steve is this shy, virginal mess who's too uptight to know flirting even if it smacks him in the face. Which is pure applesauce. True, Steve was a virgin until about four months ago and sometimes he has a bit of trouble talking about those things, but he isn't oblivious. For Christ's sake, he served in the army. He has seen things.
The dinner is a torturous string of too small portions, one-sided attraction and Tony's thinly veiled innuendo. It's a miracle that Steve makes it through unscathed.
After, when they drop Tracy off at her place, Tony winks at Steve in encouragement. Steve grimaces, but walks Tracy to her door like a gentleman's ought to, keeping a respectful distance. He can't help glancing at his watch though. Is Thor still waiting up for him or did he fall asleep?
Tracy fiddles with her keys.
"I had a good time tonight." She starts, stepping into his personal space, then reaches out, but Steve grasps her hand gently before it could touch his face.
"I'm very sorry, Tracy."
Her smile sours, but she nods and lets her hand fall away. "I should have known. You're way out of my league."
Steve rushes to correct her. "No, that's not why - I have someone."
"Oh." She blinks. Some of her disappointment clears up, but it turns into anger instead. "Does Tony know?"
"No."
They lapse into a moment of tense silence, then she steps away, a hard look in her eyes. "Tell him before you put another woman through this."
Ouch. Steve winces, gives her an awkward wave she doesn't care about, and goes back to the car. When Tony and Pepper turn to him, he shakes his head. They're silent all the way back to the tower. That wasn't fair, Steve thinks, feeling a little petulant. He didn't lead her on, it was her own inability to read the signs. He didn't do anything wrong. His relationship isn't anyone's business but his and Thor's. He's not obligated to announce it to anyone.
He can't quell the guilt in his chest though.
~o~
After parting from Tony and Pepper in the elevator, he takes a hot shower on his designated floor, then takes the stairs up to Thor's and makes a beeline for the bedroom. Thor is sprawled on his back, half-naked and dozing, but he stirs awake when Steve falls face down on the mattress beside him. He turns to lie on his side and nuzzles Steve's forearm.
"How did your evening go?"
"Awful. Tony roped me into a double date."
"A double date." Thor says meaningfully. Steve smiles into his pillow.
"A date with two couples. Bucky used to drag me along to a lot of those back in the day."
"Oh." Understanding dawns on Thor. He slips a hand under Steve's pajama shirt and rubs his back. "I was under the impression that you had liked it when Bucky took you on… double dates."
Steve didn't, not really, when he was there. But since he lost Bucky, everything they did together became a keepsake he cherishes and guards behind a golden haze. "I just like my memories of him."
Thor's hand moves up to his shoulder, then all the way down his back in one smooth stroke. He grabs the hem of Steve's shirt then and begins rolling it up. Steve hums, and props himself up on his elbows to let Thor pull it off his torso. Why did he even put it on?
"She was real sweet. Any other guy would have been keen to ask her out, and it made me feel terrible." Steve sighs when Thor starts kissing a trail up from his biceps to his neck.
"Next time, if you wish so, I will go with you no matter what Stark says." Thor mumbles into Steve's skin. "I can blame it on a misunderstanding. Midgardian culture is difficult to grasp after all."
"Thank you." Steve smiles. He offers his lips for a kiss, cupping the back of Thor's head with a hand. "Come here."
They make out lazily. Thor opens Steve's lips with easy familiarity, tracing their curve with his tongue and then dipping between them. He doesn't have a beard at the moment, but his stubble rasps against Steve's jaw and Steve can't help but chase the sensation, needy. When Thor's palm stops rubbing circles on the dip of his spine and moves under his flannel pants instead, he breathes an appreciative sound into their kiss. God, yes, he crows in his mind, then runs the back of his knuckles over the ridge of Thor's cock. He's been aching for it all day.
"Relax, my love." Thor kisses his forehead to cool him down a little, but he lets Steve touch him however he pleases. "Let me take care of you."
He pulls Steve's shorts off, then follows the same path up Steve's legs with his palms. He squeezes Steve's calves, tickles the soft dip in the back of his knees to make Steve snicker, and strokes his thighs. When he reaches Steve's ass, he hums and presses a kiss to the curve of it.
"Thor." Steve's cheeks heat up.
Thor's grip tightens for a second, then disappears. The bedside drawer opens, and the cap of the lube bottle pops up. The slick sounds of wetness on skin seem obscenely loud to Steve's ears, but he swallows his instinctive embarrassment and relaxes into the first finger Thor pushes into him. While it's pumping in and out, Thor lowers his head again and bites Steve's right buttock. It hurts, stings him just right, and honey-thick arousal pools low in Steve's stomach at the sensation. He's being marked.
"The most beautiful backside in the whole of Midgard." Thor's voice rumbles, and his lips move to the line of Steve's spine. He adds another finger, spreading Steve wide.
Steve laughs quietly. He knows he has a great ass, and Thor's unabashed appreciation for it is one of his favourite things in the world. "Wasn't always that way."
"I cannot imagine that." Thor crawls back up to whisper in Steve's ear. "I think it was always firm and shapely, but you were too modest to notice."
Thor's free hand slides under Steve's pillow, where Steve laces their fingers together. His face is burning, but he obediently arches his back to take Thor's fingers better when Thor presses down on his prostate. Pleasure vibrates under his skin, coils deep in him, sweet. He blows out a shaky breath. "You wouldn't believe how small I was."
What Thor murmurs against his temple takes him by surprise. "I have seen the pictures."
Steve freezes, an odd wave of shame shattering his enjoyment. He tenses up around Thor's fingers - three of them now. "The lab photos?"
"Yes." When Steve's muscles tighten even further, Thor pulls his fingers out and splays his damp hand on Steve's back, tracing the rigid lines there. "Did I hurt you?" Steve shakes his head. "Then what upset you, love?"
There's no good answer to that. Steve's scared. What does Thor think of him now? If he saw the photos they took of him before the procedure, he saw Steve's true core, what is still inside him and how he still defines himself when he's not on the battlefield. Yes, he's Captain America, the supersoldier who slept through seven decades, but in his mind, skinny, sickly Steve Rogers is only a few years away. If Thor found those photos repelling, Steve would forever remain insecure no matter how sculpted his body is now.
Before he can work himself up into a panic, Thor kisses the knob of his shoulder. "I did not see any difference that was of importance to me. You were adorable."
A quick laugh of disbelief breaks out of Steve, and then, the fondest of smiles. He doubts that Thor would have fallen for his old self, but now he knows that he would have had his respect nevertheless. "Thank you."
He gives Thor a deep kiss to chase the last remnants of his uncertainties away.
"Do you want me to turn around?" He asks when Thor climbs on him. He can feel Thor's body hair on his bare skin and the firm press of his muscles. His weight is grounding.
"I want what is most comfortable for you today, little one." Thor's voice resonates between his chest and Steve's back.
Steve hums. He loves it when Thor uses that endearment, and perhaps part of that is rooted in the fact that deep in his heart he's still that skinny kid from Brooklyn. Once in a while, it's soothing to be treated accordingly in bed. He bends one of his knees, drawing it up and to the side to provide more access, and feels Thor's cock settle warm and heavy between his cheeks.
"This is good." Steve pulls the pillow tighter into his arms and rubs his ass against Thor's pelvis.
"Very well." Thor smiles.
He nudges Steve's bent knee with his own to spread Steve wider, then feeds him his cock, slowly but without hesitation, until they're pressed flush together again, no barrier between them. He starts thrusting immediately in a shallow, measured rhythm that has Steve's knees curling. Every smack of Thor's hips against Steve's ass resonates in Steve's ears. It's just a hot fantasy, but Steve considers what it would be like if Thor fucked him only for his own pleasure. Like this, but without restraint, holding Steve down until he has had his fill. The idea makes Steve moan.
When he tightens his muscles to push back, Thor slams into him twice as hard and grunts. They pause for a second, panting from arousal. Steve tightens his grip on Thor's fingers under the pillow, not surprised when Thor's other hand finds the small of his back and presses down. A second later, Thor's knee pushes Steve's other leg up to spread him completely, forcing Steve to raise his lower body because he's not bendy enough for that.
"I can assist with your stretching exercises the next time we spar." Thor teases him smugly. He pulls his hand away from Steve's to steady Steve's hips and grind into him.
Steve huffs a laugh. As if Thor was any more flexible. "Just get on with it."
They fall silent again. Thor leans down and grazes the back of Steve's neck with his teeth, sucks at the juncture of his throat, and bites his shoulder. When he's satisfied with the way Steve is panting and riding his cock with minute shifts of his body, he circles his hips once more, then grabs Steve's shoulders and thrusts into Steve sharply. Steve makes a guttural noise.
"There you go." Thor sighs in triumph.
It's a mystery how he does it, but he manages to hammer Steve's prostate every single time Steve bottoms for him, and it's always glorious. The position doesn't matter, he finds that spot of mind-wrecking pleasure with precision. Steve buries his face in the pillow to contain himself and takes it quietly, his own cock aching and untouched between his legs. He imagines the sight he must make if someone were to look at him from the doorway now, and his breath hitches.
"Don't hide." Thor's words are barely audible over the damp noises of their frantic coupling. He tugs the pillow away. "Your pleasure is too stunning for that."
Steve rubs his sweaty forehead against his own wrists, feeling almost feverish as the first trembles ripple down his stomach. His cock jumps. "I love you." He babbles senselessly.
Thor grunts, his hands slip down to Steve's buttocks to give them a rough squeeze, and the next thrust spears Steve so hard that he slides forward on the sheets and comes, gasping. It rips through him like a summer storm, in thick pulses of rapture that flashes lightning-white behind his eyelids, and he feels the warmth of Thor's come a few seconds later, the rain of sweat on their skin. It's filthy.
God, he loves summer nights.
~o~
Despite the two rounds they went the night before, he isn't sore when he wakes up the next morning but - unusually, given the serum coursing through his blood - he feels the ache of a bruise on his shoulder. He doesn't open his eyes, just basks in the comfort of Thor's embrace, the firm support of Thor's chest against his back, and wonders about that.
"Good morning, Steven." Thor murmurs, sleep-rough.
"Good morning."
"My kisses were too enthusiastic last night. I apologize." He goes on mournfully. When he presses his thumb to a point above the jut of Steve's collarbone, Steve realizes that there's another mark there. "I hope they don't hurt."
Steve half-turns, searching for Thor's lips blindly, and they share a sticky kiss. "No. I like them."
Thor breathes out softly against Steve's mouth, then shifts to trace a spot on Steve's neck with the tip of his nose. "This one the others might notice if they happen to walk behind you."
Steve spends a long minute mulling that over. He takes a deep breath. "Maybe it's time for them to find out anyway."
"Hmm." Thor hums and draws him in tighter, pulling the neck of Steve's shirt down to mouth at his throat. His morning stubble leaves a pleasant tingle on Steve's skin. "Then I shall give you a few more. Leave no room for questioning."
Steve shudders and tilts his head up to give him more room.
He's out of his mind from nerves before he's about to step into the kitchen. His palms sweat and he has the impression that his knees are trembling even though he checked in the mirror and they're perfectly steady. He combs a hand through his hair. They won't be disgusted. They won't judge him. They're his friends.
But what if…?
They're all he has in this world.
He should turn tail before something irreversible happens. Go back to his room and hide until the serum wipes away those marks. It wouldn't take long. Thor would understand.
No. He's not a coward, damn it.
Steve furrows his brows and opens the door.
The rest of the team is already settled around the large granite table. Tony has a cup of coffee and a holographic screen of the celebrity gossip column open in front of him, Natasha's putting mayonnaise on her sandwich, Thor's cheeks are bulging from a mouthful of sugary cereal and Bruce is still half-asleep in his seat. Clint cracks a joke about Steve not being the first one awake, but the ensuing laughter is cut short when they actually get a look at him.
The silence paints Steve's cheeks red. Only Thor's undisturbed crunching breaks the stillness in the room.
"Woah. Somebody likes it rough." Unsurprisingly, it's Tony who finds his voice first. He gestures at his neck, indicating the decoration Steve has all over the pale skin of his own. "Did you go back to Tracy after all? Looks like she might have some latent super strength if she could mark you up like that. Did she transform into Ms. Olympia in 'the throes of passion'? We'd better notify Fury, he might recruit her."
"Just can it, would you?" Steve shakes his head as he moves to sit beside Thor, but he's smiling. When he chances a look at his other teammates, he finds Natasha smirking like she knows everything.
Clint whistles and claps Steve on the back. "Congrats, Cap."
"You look happy." Bruce adds with a kind smile.
"Thanks." Steve pours himself a glass of orange juice, doing his best to look casual. "It wasn't Tracy though."
"What?" Tony splutters. He feigns indignance. "Here I am, trying to be a good friend and introducing you to the hottest dates on the planet, and you don't tell me when you finally hook up with someone? I'm wounded."
Steve bites his lip, struggling not to react as Thor reaches down and strokes the top of his thigh under the table. "My partner isn't from this planet."
Tony's eyebrows shoot up, and Clint chokes on his scrambled eggs. Natasha just sips her morning coffee, her neutral spy face carefully controlled.
"Sparkles, you're suspiciously quiet." Tony turns to Thor. He waves a hand in the vague direction of Steve's neck.
Thor looks around with a proud smile. "I saw no reason for a remark as I was the one who put them there."
Tony's eyes go so comically round that Steve snorts. He'll have to ask Jarvis to capture a photo of it from the security footage.
Clint buries his face in his hands and groans. "Nat, how long have you known about this?"
Natasha shrugs, then drops the final bombshell. "Four months."
The joy in Steve's heart is worth every minute of the chaos that follows.

Adjustable Work Platform
What are the Stepover Work Platforms?
Stepover Work Platforms are designed to provide a secure means of access and over obstacles on the roof or any other area. They act as bridges over obstructions like pipes and industrial machinery. They may be used on many different roof types or in different environments (like factories, warehouses). When used correctly, it improves roof safety and facilitates maintenance work. Depending on its design, a step may be installed on roofs and the ground. It may be free-standing or fixed into the floor. For more informaion to click here https://www.portablestage.co.uk/listing/temporary-work-platforms/
Tumblr media
They're easy to put together and maintain, making sure the safety of workers. Mini step platforms are perfect for cable trays and low lying pipework. Once installed, the Kee Walk step provides safe access and demarcation of permitted walking routes.
What are Kee Walk step Work Platforms?
A Kee Walk step is an easy-to-configure bridge structure designed to work on roofs. It's a modular system made of galvanized aluminum or steel that makes it resistant to bad weather. A Kee Walk step may be designed to fit many projects; it is easy to install and repair. The system features made of glass fiber reinforced nylon steps, designed to reduce the chance of slipping. That makes them safe to use in wet conditions. Portable work platforms need no welding or drilling and may be rapidly installed on site.
Platform styles
Stepover work platforms are available in many designs, sizes, and finishes. Whatever you need, we have a solution for you. All step platforms are modular units, making them easy to put together on-site without the need for welding. They are very easy to repair if any section becomes damaged overtime only by removing that section and changing it with a new one, with minimal downtime. However, modular units sometimes do not meet the projects' requirements, so a premade platform is good to use.
These platforms may be used both outdoors and indoors. High-quality, industry-resistant materials (such as galvanized aluminum or steel) are used during the building of our units, which means the products will not rot or rust. Powder coating is available. Use the cross-step platforms indoors (in factories, warehouses) or outdoors (on rooftops) with the confidence that they'll stand the test of time.
Industrial cross platforms built-in any size like cable tray steps for plant access installations, power tower access platforms, rooftop units, and anything in between.
Fixed, free-standing or mobile You may select from many support options for your platform:
PVC counterweights for a free-standing option: Free-standing roof steps, such as, use these kinds of feet, so the roof membrane isn't penetrated.
Kee Klamp fittings for a fixed version: Fixed platforms use galvanized steel flanges that need drilling into the ground. That helps to ensure that the platform does not move.
Heavy-duty casters for mobile work platforms: Mobile step units are generally used for vehicle maintenance or other similar tasks and need many movements. It is when a wheeled unit is required.
Typical uses of step platforms
Steps are versatile products that provide a safe, non slip path over any obstruction or offer access to hard-to-reach areas, like Air Conditioning units, large vehicles (coaches, trains), or tall industrial shelves, for example.
Most of the typical uses for platforms are:
To help you navigate rooftop obstructions, obstacles include parapets, height changes, pipes, cables, or other units like Air conditioning.
To provide maintenance for vehicles: Our units may be designed to help in bus, truck, or train service.
To provide maintenance for aircraft: We may design custom platforms to help with aircraft or helicopters' maintenance and repair.
Access to other hard-to-reach areas: Platforms may also be used to access hard-to-reach areas like high industrial shelve units in warehouses or the top of Air Conditioning units on a roof. Smaller or larger stairs may be used to allow access to multiple entrances like lift shafts on roofs.
Modular Work Platforms
Bridge over conveyor belts: Steps may be made of any size to facilitate access over industrial units like conveyor belts, for example.
Air Conditioning Systems Best for maintenance teams, the step-over platform will provide safe access to the ac units.
Roof parapets: No matter how tall a parapet is, a step-over platform will secure access to the other side.
Pipes - A step-over platform will provide easy access to the roof piping systems.
Cable trays: A mini step-over platform may be rapidly installed to the cable trays and other similar obstructions.
Low-level pipework: Mini steps can help you navigate other trip hazards like low-level pipework.
Mobile platforms are available in lots of sizes and types; all staff who use the platforms must be informed about the rated loads.
Height Adjustable Work Platforms
The high-quality Industrial mobile platforms are designed to exceed other products in safety, durability, and versatility. Each step in the process is thought from the material used to the design of many components. Here are some things that will make these products stand out.
Mobile platform systems are very versatile and may work in many different situations. Including the Verastep Modular system may be used with trailers, modular, and other buildings. They may be adjusted to fit door frames of any height, making them best for buildings with irregular or even variable measurements.
They are created with functionality in mind. These mobile platforms are easy to install and remove and may be moved from site to site. All systems can be easily adjusted without shimmying. Most of the platforms may be folded down for easy storage, and they may be moved from place to place with the use of wheels designed for safety in use.
Best Work Platform
The mobile platforms are made of durable materials like aluminum and steel. The footpads are generally made from high-density polyethylene plastic, which can resist wear. They are easy and affordable to change if needed, eliminating the need to replace the platform's legs.
The steps on mobile platforms are available with a variety of treads to minimize slips and falls. The set up is sturdy and is often equipped with guardrails and handrails set at a height that meets OSHA requirements. All mobile ladders have safety features to prevent wheels from slipping during slike tilt and roll designs.
Mobile platforms may be customized for many needs. Many models may be modified to feature different stairs to suit every company's needs, and there are many different configurations to select from. With stairs and platforms built with safety and durability in mind, they will last for years and be a worthwhile investment.

Gundam Redux Prequel Chapter 4: side 7
“continue pursuit, this ship is willing to continue the fight well beyond its own means….I am intrigued” Char said, resting against the captains post aboard his Musai. On the screen in front of him, a great two hulled battleship roared towards Side 7’s Green Noa.
“captain, heat scans show large hollow areas aboard the ship, think this one of the transport ships like Prince Garma took out on Earth?” one of the crewmen called back to his captain
“it’s possible Slender, though what a cargo carrier would be doing this far out……no, that couldn’t be possible” Char said, shock showing in his eyes as he began to ponder what this could be
“crew, we are likely going to need to launch mobile suits, its possible that, because this suit hasn’t launched any mobile suits yet, and the carrier earthside that Garma was able to knock out was a mobile suit carrier ship, we might’ve caught this thing before it was able to pick up its cargo compliment…we might be able to stay a great victory for Zeon today soldiers. Keep our distance from that ship, let it dock, once its docked, launch in mobile suits and prevent from what its trying to onboard from leaving that damned colony!” Char called out, his crew cheering him as he called out. _________________________________________________________________________________
Denim Launching
Slender Launching
Gene Launching
Char watched the 3 Zaku launch from the Musai and approach the sunward airlock of the colony.
“keep me posted on what you see in there boys, send back video if at all possible”            “sir___ble to send__ideo____minovski densi____ery high” Slender called back
“sir….minovsky density is incredibly high within the colony super structure, it cant just be all from the Trojan Horse” Darius called back to Char, just as a burst of pink light fired inside the colony
“Darius what was that?” Char called back            “ugh…..judging from the minovski signature, a mega particle burst….inside the colony”            “that’s impossible, it didn’t pierce the structure in any way so it couldn’t have been from the Trojan Horse…..theres no way, Slender, Denim, Gene, report”            there was a long silence
“theres a ______ite Mobile Suit, four of ______ an’t sto_____” followed by static            “Ramirez, get the Musai over the main window, I need to see whats going on” Char yelled at the man at the helm of the ship.”            the Musai moved up, and over the great window of the colony. Light from the sun blasting through the Musai as the giant mirror arms hovered over them. Below them they could see four figures overtop of 2 Zaku, and an exploded husk of another. One looked like a tank, another a great red mobile suit, and then two slender suits, one carrying a sword and a great red shield, and the other a beam cannon as long as a Zaku was tall.
“shit, captain Char those are mobile suits….like the ones Garma met on Earth”            “hush, Ramirez, move the ship back to orbital distance, I am going to go in there and see if I can get a few pictures of what is going on. ______________________________________________________________________________
Char floated in through the open hatch of the sunside dock of the colony, air rushing out at him as the door on the other end of the dock had been left open by the zeon troops he had sent to their death.
“Ramirez, Darius if you can hear me, I am now entering the Colony, I can see the suits from here, they appear to be lifting pieces of the Zaku, and of additional mobile suits similar designs to themselves. I will get closer to see if I can take photographs directly of these suits
Char continued down the hallway, and out into the colony proper, he slowly allowed adjusted his jetpack, so that he matched the colonies rotation, and began to fly towards the ground, making a less than dignified landing, rolling in the dirt near the outskirts of town.
He could see the great mobile suits working away to lift parts of the suits that had been laying out on carrier trucks onto a great conveyor belt, heading towards one of the other docking bays, likely the one where the Trojan Horse was docked. Char grabbed the camera he had brought with him, and began to snap away at the suits. Adjusting the lenses and settings to get heat, and minovski readings of the suits. After he had been taking pictures of them for a while the suits themselves made their way onto the belt, and they too were loaded aboard the ship. A few dozen jeeps and ambulances coming down the ramp and going out into the city            “well, Darius, Ramirez, if you can copy me…I have taken around 100 pictures of the four suits and I am heading back to the dock. Luckily it looks like they are also loading a lot of refugees onto the Trojan Horse, so I should be able to make my escape through the dock without too much worry, see you guys in a few” Char said, putting the camera back into the small case on his belt loop. He turned and began walking towards the great faux mountain at the edge of town that lead to the dock. A staircase rose all the way up its side for emergency situations when the roads or conveyor were turned off, unsafe or simply down for maintenance.            “stop right there….drop the gun and take that mask off” Char heard call out to him from the bushes as he made his way to the exit. A woman holding a revolver looked out at him as she stood from behind the bushes and approached him            “….you’re pretty brave ma’am, you don’t look like a soldier, and you definitely aren’t a guerrilla” Char said walking towards her
“take one more step and I’ll shoot, I swear it!” she said cocking the gun. Char stopped and stared at her, she looked familiar, like a memory, someone from a past life
“take the mask off, and turn around!” she said again, motioning with the gun for him to turn around. Char undid the clips to his normal suits helmit and slid it back onto its resting position above the normal suits backpack. And undid his mask, sliding it off his head the red tint of the lenses fading allowing him to see the world in its true colors for the first time in weeks.
“wha…..what?” the woman said as char did so, a look like she had seen a ghost across her face, char smiled. Lunging towards her, kicking the gun from her hand.            “nice to see you too, Artesia….it’s been too long” Char said standing overtop of her, just then a Jeep drove up, and one of the soldiers riding in it fired a shot at him. Char pulled his mask back on, as he used his jet pack to launch back towards the Dock, another shot firing up at him, cutting through his side, piercing his kidney. Pain rocking his body. He made his way to the docks inner wall, and once he saw that no one was following him, he reached into the pouches around his belt and injecting himself with pain killers, and then covered the area where the shot pierced his normal suit with a bit of 0G tape to prevent air loss.            “Ramirez! Darius! Fire up the engines! Catch me, and begin pursuit of the Trojan Horse!
a zaku launched from the front of the Musai, and grabbed Char just as he launched from the Dock, the fuel in his Jetpack largely spent. The Red Zaku grabbed him, and then turned to head back towards the Musai. Once aboard they felt the ship launch forward, lunging towards the Trojan Horse, as it began to leave dock. Char Stumbled onto the bridge, looking at the great view screen ahead of him, the Trojan horse moving far faster than they were.            “Darius, track the ship, follow its heat trail, and ready the med bay, I got shot….think its bad” Char said clutching his side
Char awoke in the medbay hours later, an IV pump next to him whirring away slowly pumping pain killer into his vains.
“ugh…..Where are we?” Char groaned out, the intercom in the room, mounted near the door called back            “we’re nearing Luna 2, looks like the Trojan Horse is trying to get repairs or something near the Federations last real strong hold near earth.”
“do we have reinforcements in the area? We aren’t going to be able to take those suits on, even with my Zaku” Char called out, sitting up on the operating table, pulling the IV line out of his arm, bubbles of fluid floating freely out into the room
“well…Captain Gadems Papua should be in the area, we could radio for assistance”
“call him, we’ll need more Zaku, those Federation suits are monstrous”

Top 08 Tyres Company In World.
What is tyre?
Firstly know the difference between Tire and Tyre. A Tire (American English) or Tyre (British English, see spelling difference).  So, Tyre is a ring-shaped component that surrounds a wheel's rim to transfer a  vehicle's load from the axle through the wheel to the ground and to provide traction on the surface over which the wheel travels.  Most tyres, such as automobiles and bicycles are pneumatically inflated cushion that absorbs shocks as the tyre rolls over rough features in the surface. Tyres provide a footprint called a contact patch, that is designed to match the weight of the vehicle with the bearing strength of the surface that it rolls over by providing a bearing pressure that will not  deform  the surface excessively.
