Newt and you lay in the middle of the glade looking up at the stars unaware of the dangerous lurking outside the walls, “Do you think we’ll survive out there” you murmured lowly before your eyes fell on the doors of the maze thoughts swirling in your head.

“Yes we will so don’t worry because I’ll protect you” Newt whispered before he leaned his head on the crook of your neck placing a small kiss on the base of your neck, you turned your head looking up at the stars once again a smile finding its way onto your face.

Newt’s right hand slipped into your hand lacing your fingers together tightly before he placed a light kiss on your intertwined hands, “How do you know Newt, the maze is full of dangers” you whispered feeling nauseous of knowing you were leaving tomorrow.

“Because I love you and I’ll throw myself in front of danger without a second thought for you” Newt murmured lowly into your ear turning your head to the side to look in to Newt’s brown eyes seeing the nothing but truth and love. 

You leaned in closer placing your lips onto his, kissing him softly your right hand cupping his cheek, pulling away slightly to catch your breath “And I’ll do the same for you and for the exact same reason because I love you”

Y'all! Can I please just shout out some of the awesome fic writers I've found over the years? Both active and inactive, whether it be permanent or on hiatus? I just feel like I gotta do this, so here we go.

Please keep in mind this is not everyone I enjoy reading, there are many, many more but these are just some of them. I didnt choose them for any particular reason, I dont think one is necessarily better than another because they all have their own writing style. There is not much reason I chose to include these ones other than they are some of the writers who I enjoy reading.

The smell of coffee and pastry's over whelmed your senses as you walked into the small cafe hidden away from the busy world. Removing your coat and placed it upon a booth reserving your spot.

You smiled as you approached the young male at the counter; “Hello is there anything in particular you would recommend me, it’s my first time here” You spoke softly to the boy.

He smiled kindly to you before he looked over you right shoulder to get a glimpse of the gloomy weather outside the cafe, “I’ll get you some hot coco and a blueberry muffin if you would like of course” He asked you hesitantly unsure if he spoke to strongly, you merely smiled once more and nodded you head.

“That sounds perfect how much is it?” You asked, the boy typed into the modern cashier “Four seventeen but you can pay that once you’re ready to leave” The boy glanced up at you, watching your reaction.

“Thank you, I’ll be over there” You pointed to the booth where your items were placed, he nodded his head before he walked into the kitchen to prepare your order.

As you took your seat a male swung the door open, cursing lowly as water dripped down his matted brown hair. His coat was placed to yours as the water from the coat dripped down onto the light tiles of the cafe.

The sound resonated as you made eye contact with the owner of the soaking wet coat you smiled as his baby blue eyes shined brightly under his long dark eyelashes. He smiled at you softly making your heart race and cheeks turn warm.

The sound of your mug being placed on the table cut you off from gazing at the man who entered. Taking another glance at mysterious man, you found him speaking softly to the cashier as he ordered.

He turned slowly eyes observing an open spot for him to sit in, he grinned slightly as he made eye contact with you. He then gestured to the open seat in front of you asking if it was taken, you nodded your head in a no motion before tapping the space in front of you with your left hand inviting him to sit with you.

As he settled into the seat in front of you his left hand shot up immediately “Hello my name’s Niall” you grinned as you picked up your right hand shaking it “And my name’s (Y/N)”

You gripped Dan’s hand tightly on stage as the fan’s boo’ed at the recent statement Dan said. A fan threw a water bottle at your feet and exploding as it impacted splashing Dan’s and and your legs, you gasped looking down as your light colored turned dark. 

The fan’s laughed chanting for you to go away, disconnecting your hand with Dan’s as you turned around from the crowd and began walking away the fan’s cheered loudly as Dan and Phil scold at the fans.

You sat on the sofa in the backstage area leaning your head back breathing softly holding in the tears, you would have never expected Dan and Phil’s fandom to be so hurtful. The way Dan described them made you smile but tonight they made you cry not out of joy but out of sadness.

Dan and Phil ended the show about thirty minutes early they were no longer in the mood to perform for the fans after the hurtful stunt was pulled on you. Phil came up to you pressing a hand to your shoulder muttering an apology on behalf of the fans. 

While Dan watched as you placed your hand on Phil giving him a tight smile muttering a small thank you, Phil left but not before glancing at Dan and patting his shoulder.

Dan sat next to you pulling you into a tight hug “I’m sorry I never knew they would react like that, they were supposed make those cute ‘aws’ sounds but that never came” Dan whispered into your ear.

You gripped Dan’s waist as you let the tears fall into your cheeks you cried silently not wanting to gather anymore unwanted attention.

Dan’s left hand traveled to the back of your head rocking your body softly, “Oh Darling you don’t deserve all this, you’re so beautiful, smart, caring, funny there are no amount of words to describe you because you are the definition of perfect”

I didn’t find any information on Dan’s parents so I’m making up their names and their information.

You sat in front of Dan’s mother watching as she cut up chicken, “Do you need me to cut up anything?” you asked “Yes please can you get the tomato’s” Dan mother placed the knife down pointing over to the counter where the tomato’s were placed.

You stood up from the chair, foot getting stuck with the table’s leg causing you to trip, your cheeks turned a bright red shade “I’m sorry” you muttered before. You stood up straight and walked over to the counter picking up the tomato’s as you made your way back you were careful placing the tomatoes on the table.

“Mrs. Howell where are the knifes?” You asked looking around the open kitchen “There right over there sweetheart” she pointed over to a drawer “Be careful dear I sharpen the knife’s quite often” She said.

You opened the drawer picking up the knife making sure to point the blade downward, making your way to the table “So Mrs. Howell how was Dan as a child?” You asked placing the knife down and sliding back into your chair but not before you smacked your knee with the table once again.

You hissed settling in your seat before your hand made its way down to your aching knee, you glanced up at Dan’s mother she watched you back with an amused grin.

“Are you alright there sweetheart?” She asked as she watched you put on a painful smile “I don’t think your chair or table like me very much” You muttered. The front door opened to reveal flustered Dan with his brother behind him “We’re home mum” Dan announced before he made his way towards you placing a kiss to your cheek and making his way to do the same with his mother.

His brother Adrian couldn’t stop giggling; his mother shot him a curious look “Alright Adrian spit it out what happened?” Adrian began to laugh as he tried putting together a sentence.

Dan’s cheek turned beet red “Don’t Adrian” Dan mumbled out before he glanced at you “What happened?” you asked “Oh I’m glad you asked” Adrian threw his arm over your shoulder before he pointed at your boyfriend.

“Turn around Danny” Adrian made a circular motion with his fingers causing Dan to turn around shamefully, you watched as Dan’s pants were soaked with muddy water. Dan mother gasped “Oh no those pants are ruined” she muttered “I’ll have to clean them” She said sadly.

“Don’t worry Mrs. Howell I’ll get it” You placed your hands on the table pushing yourself up but you didn’t noticed the tomato under your hand as you squished it causing the tomato juice fall onto your clothing.

Adrian laughter echoed through the kitchen, you looked down in horror as your now blue blouse was doused in tomato seeds and juice. Dan’s mother sighed watching the scene “I’ll clean it just go up and get changed both of you” Dan mother pointed up the stairs as Dan and you made your way up to Dan’s room shamefully.

As you made your way inside Dan’s room you busted out into tears. “Darling what’s wrong” Dan pulled you in wrapping your arms around Dan, “I don’t even know how to walk on flat land” you muttered into Dan shoulder.

“Darling if you noticed neither have I and I have the stains to prove it, I mean did you see my ass it was soaking” Dan spoke. You shook your head “That was one, it happened to me three times” You mumbled shamefully.

“I bet your mother doesn’t even like especially after that scene” You whimpered out Dan hugged you tighter “Don’t worry darling”

You made your way down stairs carrying Dan’s and yours clothes mentally preparing for your speech on how you were going to apologize, “Mum she’s almost as clumsy as him, it’s hilarious I can only imagine their poor kids oh my grandchildren” Dan mum laughed you stopped dead in your tracks.

“Mum I swear the next time they come back I’m not surprised if they’re married” Dan mom laughed again you smiled gripping the clothes tightly in happiness. “You know it’s not nice to overhear someone else’s conversation” Adrian spoke softly causing you to throw the clothes up and tripping down a step but Adrian gripped your bicep to prevent from falling.

“Yup mum was right I already feel bad for my nieces and nephews”

Your eyes took in the words that were printed onto the page.  Hearing a whine from your left to see Cash staring at your bowl of fruit, doggy drool visible from where you sat.

Cash looked up at you pleading for just a taste but you knew better Tyler had the luck to walk in this exact moment to see you giving him the piece. Hearing another whine from your right, seeing Marshall also giving you an identical look as Cash.

“Oh so your both ganging up on me aren't you” You scolded them but they paid no matter to your tone of voice; they were determine to get a piece of your fruit. Marshall nudged your elbow encouraging you to give them a piece, sighing you placed your book onto the coffee table in front of you. 

“Alright your daddy is going to be pissed at me when he finds out I gave you some fruit, telling me about ‘strict diet for the dogs’ you know the drill; but I swear if you throw me under the bus you’ll both won’t get cuddles from me tonight” You pointed your finger at both dogs.

They looked at you excitedly as if they knew what you were going to do next, groaning lightly you picked up a piece of mango deciding which dog to give it first.“Alright boys, Sit.” You ordered the dogs before deciding to give it to Marshall then picking up another piece of mango and feeding it to Cash.

A wet snout nudged your ankle to see the small white puppy Gerry, picking the dog carefully from the ground you frowned “I’m sorry baby these giants fur balls didn’t let me see you down there” You petted the small dogs head before grabbing a piece of strawberry and feeding it to the puppy.

“Alright boys don’t tell your dad what I did because I have a feeling if he finds out then he might send me to the dog house” You whispered lowly.

“Hey (Y/N)” Tyler called out from door frame of your shared bedroom “Yeah” you mumbled back as you folded back the bed sheets “Did you give the dogs anything out of the usual” Tyler asked you tensed up only for a few seconds but it was enough for Tyler to notice something was up.

“No, why are they feeling sick” You asked, feeling concerned that you might have caused them to get sick, your fingers playing with the fabric of the bed sheet to distract you from the horrible feeling in your gut “Nah just wanted to see if your lying” Tyler spoke casually you whipped around a horrified look on your face admitting that in fact you were lying.

“How did you find out” You questioned “Sweetheart check my Instagram story” Tyler walked over to you showing you his phone in the process. You clicked on the app waiting it for it to load, you glanced up at Tyler who stood in front of you with his arms crossed. 

Clicking on the video you saw that he caught you in the act, looking around him to see the dogs sitting by the door frame you pointed your finger accusingly at them “You traitors you were supposed to keep watch” You shook you head “I’m not giving you cuddles till tomorrow” You frowned slightly.

Glancing up at Tyler who had a full blown smirk on his face “Oh stop I get it, it’s just that they looked to cute so I just had to” You mumbled. “Oh sweetheart you fell into their temptations” Tyler giggled before wrapping you in a hug “It’s fine sweetheart at least it was this once” Tyler mumbled into your neck.

“Well, there was this incident with the doughnuts.....”

 You leaned back onto your chair pushing away from your desk sighing out stress fully; you let your head fall back onto the back of your chair before stealing a glance at your laptop once more.

You shook your head before you stood up walking out of your office immediately looking for your boyfriend around the house, you found him in the living room playing with the tennis balls. 

“Hey handsome” You smiled softly at Fredy “Hello Darling did you finish up the business meeting” Fredy placed the tennis balls on the coffee table patting the space next to him, walking towards the couch you practically threw yourself onto Fredy.

Your arms wrapped themselves around Fredy’s waist placing your head onto his chest sighing out again; Fredy’s hand found themselves in your hair running them softly down your back “Tell me about” Fredy spoke softly.

“They want me to do a back to back interviews tomorrow” You mumbled arms tightening around Fredy “I don’t want to because tomorrow is the only day you’ll be free before you start traveling” you felt Fredy nod from above you.

“It’s okay its part of your job I understand” Fredy kissed the top of your head “I’ll invite the boy’s over so I won’t be alone and when you get home I’ll finally introduce you to the boy’s” Fredy said.

“Are you sure? I can cancel the interviews” you twisted your head up looking at Fredy but Fredy shook his head “You shouldn’t put your career on hold for me, you worked so hard to be where you are now, you can’t let a guy like me make lose all of it” Fredy spoke.

You stared at Fredy before you kissed him softly “Thank for being so understanding” you murmured before you kissed him again.

{The Next day}

Fredy sat down at the kitchen island catching up on emails, and paying some bills that were due that month. The doorbell rang causing Fredy to get up closing the tab and moving the laptop aside, the doorbell rang again causing Fredy to jog over to his door unlocking it.

Fredy opened the door to be met with Mitch raising hand to press the doorbell again, Mitch grinned before pressing the doorbell causing Fredy to give Mitch an annoyed look.

“Well come on in” Fredy moved aside allowing the boy’s to walk in with bags of food in their hands. Fredy watched as each of the boys’ made themselves comfortable in his living room, turning on the TV in the process.

Fredy closed the door walking to the sofa sitting down besides Morgan, Willy flipped through the channels before settling on your live interview. “Jesus I can’t believe she exists, she’s freaking gorgeous” Auston spoke causing Willy and Mitch to agree.

Fredy glanced at them smirking internally knowing you belonged to him “I mean her personality is perfect too, she’s knows about hockey, she’s funny, caring about her fans-” Mitch was caught off by Morgan “Yeah when she had the concert outside during the summer she made sure everyone had a least a bottle of water not every celebrity does that” Morgan pointed out.

The boy’s nodded attention going back to the TV “I know everyone asks you the question but I just got to know” The interviewer leaned slightly closer “Are you currently seeing anybody?” You smiled at the camera you took a couple of seconds preparing your answer.

The boy’s leaned in closer unknowingly “Yeah I am actually” You answered the boys groaned out leaning back onto the sofa “Do you mind telling me who it may be?” The interviewer smiled happily she received the news first.

“Well he’s ginger, about six four and about two hundred and some pounds” You said glancing at the camera “Do we get a name?” The interviewer leaned in closer “I will tell you where he works at and then maybe you’ll be able to figure out who exactly who it is” you breathed in deeply.

Fredy gripped the armrest waiting for you to say where he works at, knowing the boys will figure it out by then. “He’s on the Maple Leafs team” you said the interviewer practically jumped up, “wait your saying your dating Frederik Andersen the goalie of the Maple Leafs” The interviewer was excited.

The TV screen turned black, Fredy looked at the boys whose faces were written in shock “You didn’t tell us” Willy yelled to Fredy but all Fredy did was shrug “I didn’t seem that important that I got a girlfriend” Fredy said.

“No were not mad that you got a girlfriend, were mad because you didn’t tell us you were dating THE (Y/N) (Y/L/N)” Auston said Fredy looked at boys watching their facial expressions.

“Can we meet her now, like now how about if you call her she’ll answer right, what about if we can get tickets to see her, like some really good tickets, she’s going to be part of the WAG’s right well since she’s dating you she’s already part of the WAG’s I can’t believe she-” Mitch rambled on but was cut off by Morgan throwing a pillow at Mitch causing him shut up.

“We are going to meet her right?” Morgan asked Fredy smiled at them “Of course she’s on her way now”

Dan stared at his camera with his famous ‘Why did you make me do this’ look you giggled beside him giving the camera a small wave. Dan shook his head “I can’t believe this fandom fell into the statistics I thought we weren't that kind of fandom” Dan touched his chest right above his heart.

Dan shuddered in fake disgust “Let’s get this torture over with” before he dramatically looked away from the camera looking at you and the bags you had next to you. “Right if Dan is not going to explain why you fell into the statistics, it’s because a lot of you have been requesting Dan to do” You stopped before looking dead into the camera.

“Girlfriend does my makeup tag” you cheered as you lifted up your arms to reveal bags hanging from them “This is what I get for getting a girlfriend” Dan sighed sadly you looked at him in shock before smacking his arm lightly “Dick” you mumbled.

“Now boys and girls let’s get it started with this” You grinned before pulling out some wipes to clean Dan’s face “Always got to have a clean when applying” you left hand touched Dan’s jaw to you could have some movement of Dan’s head.

You watched as Dan closed his eyes “Darling please do not go overboard” Dan pleaded “I won’t I swear” You winked at the camera knowing you were going to do all the works.

“Dan open your eyes” You sighed “Nope I don’t want to because you’re going to use that contraption on my eyes” Dan turned his head to the other direction avoiding your hands. Both of your hands touched Dan’s jaw straightening hid head “C’mon sweetheart let me so those eyes of yours” you mumbled sweetly placing your forehead on his.

“I don’t want to” Dan was stubborn but you knew how get his eyes to open “C’mon gorgeous let see those eyes I fell in love with” you pecked his lips softly Dan sighed softly before he opened his eyes revealing his brown eyes to you with so much love in them.

You smiled before you pecked his lips again “You see let’s get this over with and then we’ll cuddle for a bit sound good gorgeous” You murmured waiting for his reply he nodded his head.

You applied a coat of your favorite lipstick Scandal from lime crime “Now you see were done, that wasn’t so hard was it” you placed the lipstick back into the makeup bag before grabbing the mirror from behind Dan.

“Alright before you judge I am not a professional in make up so don’t hate on me” You spoke up so the camera would hear you “Alright gorgeous I want you to keep you eyes closed and I’m going to face you towards the camera and the you’re going to open your eyes” You quickly explained.

Moving his head softly into place you went behind the camera to focus it on his face; moving back into your original position where you sat next to Dan you placed the mirror in Dan’s left hand.

“Did you focus the camera” Dan asked “Yup don’t worry gorgeous I got it” You moved your left hand so it rested on his lower back. “Alright gorgeous open your eyes” You whispered softly waiting for Dan’s reaction; his eyes opened adjusting to the light before glancing down at the mirror in hand.

“Oh my god I look horrible” Dan yelled “Dan what did I say about judging my makeup skills” You teased Dan “No, I meant makeup wouldn’t suit me Darling” Dan cleared up his sentence.

“I don’t know Dan I would bang you either way” You said Dan cheeks turned a bright pink before he cleared his throat “Woah Dan I didn’t know I applied that much blush” You tease Dan even more “Okay were done here”

“Gorgeous we have to go, after all you are a guest speaker” You spoke softly Dan groaned out from annoyance “Why can’t I speak from the comfort of my bed and not go out into the dark cruel world” Dan spoke from underneath the covers. 

“C’mon gorgeous do it for me and I’ll do that one thing you’ve been wanting for me to do” You spoke softly leaning closer to the edge of the bed where Dan was laid out. Dan practically threw the covers off himself and looked at you seriously “Why didn’t you tell me sooner, I could have been getting ready if I knew you were going to bake for me” Dan spoke at a fast pace, which also meant he was going to get up quickly he then stumbled out of bed legs tangling in the sheets causing him to fall on the floor with a loud ‘thud’.

Dan looked up at you helplessly his hand reaching out towards you, but you really couldn’t pass up the opportunity of seeing him on the floor, so you ran towards the other side of the room trying to reach your phone where it layed on the nightstand.  

You weren't focused at all your only concern was to take the picture, but of course Karma decided that you’ll get it instantly so next thing you know you were on your back landing with an equally loud ‘thud’ sharing a look with Dan he gave you an all classic ‘Dan’ look which basically translated to ‘Ha you deserved it’.

“Maybe we should stay in” You suggested Dan looked over at you once again his famous ‘I told you so’ look was directed towards you. Rolling your eyes you heard someone clear their throat glancing up at the door to see Phil shaking his head.

“I’m gone for five minutes” Phil shook his head in fake disappointment  “Although I did get really cute photos of both of you” Phil raised his left hand to get a glance at his phone to see indeed he took photos of the situation.

You shook your head “If your going to post them make sure I’m tagged in it” you smiled at Phil sweetly before your attention was drawn to the sheets that were wrapped around your ankle “You know the fans are going to go crazy when they see those photos, they rarely see you guys acting all cute , and its because you both rarely go out” Phil explained from the door frame.

You pointed at Dan “It’s his fault you know that my dear Phily” Phil nodded his head  you glanced down at Dan who had a hand on his heart faking to be hurt by the situation. You were snapped out of your trance with the sound of a camera snapping another picture of both of you. 

“Why did you take another picture” Dan asked confused written in his features “Because it looks like you both did something wrong” Phil explained he then proceeded to turned around and make his way out of the room.

“Alright love, lets get ready for this disaster”

Joe Sugg was the first person to spot them ‘The couple of YouTube’ even Zoe and Alfie thought so, they were rarely seen but when they did go out it was because one of them did something extraordinary. There were rumors that when (Y/N) and Dan are together in such events they would argue like an old married couple, but when approached they acted friendly immediately making you feel as if you’ve been their old friend.

Joe then nudged Caspar and Oli “Boys look at them I can’t believe I’m fanboying over them” Joe whispered softy “I mean who wouldn’t they rarely go out and when they do its because they’re doing something amazing” Oli whispered equally as shocked.

Caspar continued to stare them down “I really want to go over to them and use them as the thumbnail” Caspar whispered to loudly. Oli and Joe slapped his arms signalling for him to be more quite Caspar frowned and responded with a small ‘ow’. 

The young blonde then looked at Joe and Oli “Is it bad that I want to use them as a thumbnail? I mean you don’t think they would mind right I mean they’re both youtubers they’ll understand right?” Caspar rambled slightly hoping his friends would accompany him to get what he needs for the perfect thumbnail.

Joe and Oli exchanged looks they wanted a good thumbnail too, and maybe a good Instagram picture or two.

“Dan suck it up and smile; you don’t want to become another meme right” You mumbled into the cool air, Dan huffed besides you “I don’t want to become another meme, I cried last time” Dan sighed out he then put on the fakest smile you’ve seen.

You raised up your hands slightly “I give up, Mother Nature you deal with him I hope you have better luck than I” You spoke up into the sky “Oh stop being so dramatic, I’m the dramatic one in this relationship we’ve discussed this many times” Dan proceeded to put his arm around your waist snuggling his head into your neck.

“I really want to go over to them and use them as the thumbnail” Was heard behind you, followed by a slapping sound. Dan picked his head up turning around slightly “It’s Caspar, Joe and Oli” Dan whispered into your ear “Shall we surprise them” You suggested. Dan looked down at you slightly “Perfect idea especially since they’re vlogging maybe they’ll catch they’re own reactions” Dan then tugged on your hand to follow his lead.

Caspar, Joe and Oli argued to see who was going over to disturb the two of you to use you and Dan as a thumbnail. A hand fell onto Oli’s shoulder causing the young boy to turn around emitting a gasp from him causing his two friends to stop arguing and turn.

There they were the Youtube’s biggest couple was standing within feet of them and waiting for one of them to speak to them. Caspar opened his mouth but all that came out was a squeak, Caspar cheeks turned into a deep shade of red, he glanced down in embarrassment but to his horror he realized he was still live on YouTube.

“You alright there Caspar?” (Y/N) asked the young blonde you placed a comforting hand on his upper bicep “I just squeaked in front of (Y/S/N) and about three thousand people on YouTube” Caspar spoke calmly but you saw the underlying fear in his eyes.

“At least he’s trending on twitter right” (Y/N) spoke Dan looked over your shoulder to look at the screen “I knew we should have stayed at home for other peoples sake” Dan muttered “Even I don’t want to become a tag on twitter for that” Dan shook his head reading over the tag #SqueakyCaspar

You sat on the couch checking the clock on the wall six twenty four; you rested your head back onto the couch watching as your ice cubes melted into the fruit punch. The condensation outside of the glass was more convincing it would be here on time than Peter.

You glanced outside the window staring out into the sky, the pink’s and oranges of the sky eased your mind ‘Maybe Peter got caught up with Aunt May’ or ‘maybe he was simply tired of pedaling to your house and needed a break’.

Being so caught up with making excuses in your head you didn’t realize your doorbell rang until you saw Peter waving at you from the window. You stood up from the couch sluggishly walking to the door, as soon as you opened the door a bouquet flowers were thrusted forward practically hitting you in the nose.

“Thanks’ Peter c’mon in” You opened the door farther walking into the kitchen grabbing a vase, “I’m sorry I was late I was-uh with Ned you know lost track of time” Peter said chuckling awkwardly while stuffing his hand into his pockets.

Your eyes immediately took in his figure your eyes scanned through his clothing it looked as he put on his clothes in a haste, your eyes shifted to his collar immediately finding his collar unfolded.

You stepped forward fixing his collared as you did so Peter sucked in his breath, your fingers slid over the collar creasing it you noticed a small splatter of blood on his collar.

You stepped back smiling falsely eyes meeting his “Well c’mon let eat” he smiled back at you.

“That’s how you found out” Peter’s eyes found your eyes “I didn’t think you would find out so fast” Peter said you scoffed “Peter sweetheart I’m a detective and might I say a hell of a good one” You said putting your hand over heart.

“I should have known” He mumbled his eyes widened “Guess who I met though” He practically screamed in your face you flinched back at the sudden sound “Yes I know you met the Avengers” you waved it off as if it was no big deal.

He looked at you shock written on his face “Who do you think I was the first person to talk too” He stared at you “Where the hell was I” You shrugged your shoulders.

Walking out of the house hands stuffed in your pocket, you climbed into passenger seat of the car you sighed before leaning your head on the headrest. Jamie slid into the drivers sear putting the keys into the ignition “What are you going to do now”.

You looked at Jamie “I got a promotion and it’s in Toronto but I haven’t confirmed anything because of well you know” You trailed off glaring at the house in front of you. “So you’re going to take it” Jamie nodded his head understanding “Make sure you text me everyday got to refrain myself somehow from punching Tyler” Jamie spoke trying to lighten the mood.

“Or you know you can say you needed glasses and punch him on ice and just say ‘Sorry I thought he was the opponent” You suggested giving him a small smile. He laughed, “What am I going to do if they ask me ‘Don’t you recognize your own colors” you thought for a second before snapping your fingers.

 “Tell them you’re also color blind” you nodded your head “It’s a fool proof plan” you pointed out Jamie laughed “I’m pretty sure they’ll tell that I’m lying” Jamie looked over at you smiling softly at you “You never were the greatest liar”

Jamie lifted the last box into the moving truck you walked over to Jamie handing him a bottle of water. He chugged about half of it before he wiped the remnants of water droplets on the back of his hand “Jesus that one was heavy what did you have in there” Jamie questioned you “It had all my vibrators” You kept a straight face watching as Jamie looked at you horrified before he looked down at his hands.

“I-oh my god” Jamie yelled out in disgust “I’m kidding Jamie the opportunity was too good to pass up” You patted his bicep softly he sighed in relief “I’m really going to miss you” He looked at you sweetly “Me too but remember to always text even if its three in the morning no matter how small the matter is I better know about it” You pointed your finger at him making sure to get the point across.

7 Months later

You walked into Arena hands intertwined with Morgan while Auston, Mitch, and William trailed behind you observing the building “They weren’t kidding when they said everything is bigger in Texas” Mitch muttered the other boys muttered in agreement.

“(Y/N) YOU’RE HERE” Jamie yelled from the left side causing the boys to jump and turn towards the perpetrator you let your fingers untangle from Morgan before running over to Jamie who had his arms wide open waiting to catch you.

A loud ‘ouf’ was sounded before a thud was heard right after there laid Jamie and (Y/N) laid on the floor laughing next to each other “That’s not how it happens in the movies when best friends greet each other” You muttered Jamie laughed “Yeah but then again we aren't people to be scripted” Jamie spoke up from beside you.

“She definitely isn’t” Morgan spoke up from above Jamie sat up abruptly lifting his hand to shake Morgan’s “I’m Jamie Benn (Y/N) designated best friend” Morgan shook his hand while Auston picked you up from the floor “Thanks for keeping her safe while she was here” Morgan looked at you smiling.

“If anything she kept me safe and out of trouble” Jamie laughed “Yeah she definitely keeps us out of trouble” Mitch laughed before throwing his arm around you pulling you close “She’s like the mom of our team always pestering us and giving us advice” Willy looked at you fondly “Even though she’s 2-3 years older than us” Auston smiled at you.

You looked at Jamie’s face noticing his face some where mixed between fondness and horror, he looked at you “Do they always support each other sentences like a freakin book” the boys laughed “No, but when it comes to her we do” Morgan spoke up.

You moved from under Mitch’s arm and made your way to Morgan “So Jamie when am I going to meet the girl”

Walking into the bar you turned towards the Auston, Mitch, and Willy “If you’re going to drink make sure you come to me when you want to leave” You gave them a pointed look they nodded before they left you, Morgan and Jamie.

“(Y/N) and Morgan she’s waiting by the table” Jamie pointed to a girl who looked like she walked right out of catalog walking over she stood up from the stool before greeting Jamie with a kiss to his cheek. Jamie smiled fondly at her “Morgan and (Y/N) this is my girlfriend Katie” Katie stuck out her hand waiting for either you or Morgan to shake it. 

“Sorry Katie” You let go of Morgan’s hand before pulling her into a hug “But I’m a hugger kind of person” Jamie laughed beside you “You scared me I thought you were about to reject me” Katie laughed “Nah, Jamie like’s you too much and from what I can tell by your facial expression you like him too” You quickly explained.

“Katie meet my boyfriend Morgan” You moved aside so Katie could greet Morgan you watched as her eyes never trailed off from Morgan’s eyes you smiled in satisfaction before looking at Jamie during there exchange of ‘hellos’.

You smiled at him “I like her” you mouthed to Jamie. “Shall we go bar hopping or” Katie trailed off her eyes darting around “Yeah let’s go bar hopping this bar doesn’t give me a good vibe for some reason” You nodded your head. 

“Alright let’s buy a round and then we’ll head out” Morgan replied “Katie and I will go buy them and Morgan and Jamie look for the boys to tell them what’s our plan” You spoke “I’ll pay for them but you got to buy the next round” Jamie said.

“Sounds like a plan shall we go Katie?” You gestured to Katie to go with you to the bar when turning around Katie bumped into a guy your hand shot out grabbing Katie’s arm preventing her from falling; you turned around to tell off the guy who bumped into Katie.

“Tyler” Your voice seemed to disappear from your throat as you saw the ‘stranger’ that bumped into Katie. “You’re back and with some of your ‘boyfriend’s’ teammates” Tyler spoke the word boyfriend in distaste before he gestured around the bar pointing to each one of your boys.

“Don’t see this ‘boyfriend’ around” Tyler eyes darted around before he settled his gaze on you. “I’m actually right here” Morgan wrapped his arm around your waist.

“Oh fuck you Jennifer shove that Prada purse up your ass” You growled out you felt curious eyes on you watching every move that you take. Her smirk dropped from her face “I-uh” she tried to come up with a smart remark but ultimately she had nothing; a smirk now appeared on your face.

You spun on your heal looking over at the sea of people who gathered around you “and for the rest of you fuck off” anger in your voice caused the mass of people to flinch, taking a step backwards from you hoping you won’t swing at them. You motioned for the mass of people to get out of the way; they parted like Jesus parted the red sea. You walked forward smirking as people avoided your gaze and walked towards the door.

“AND CUT” the director yelled out you dropped the facade and looked over at ‘Jennifer’ “Good Job sorry about the whole Prada up your ass” You shook the fellow actress hand giving her a friendly smile. “It’s okay really it’s all about the show” She smiled back giving you a reassuring smile that no feelings were hurt.

“Girls that was wonderful but that’s a wrap for today go and in joy your weekend I’ll see you Monday” The director shook both of your hands before the director turned around on their heel and walked off set, the fellow actress turned to look at you one more time “I’ll see yah later (Y/N), maybe we can get drinks later on this weekend” She asked in a flirtatious tone. 

Your eyes widen only a fraction before she started laughing gripping her sides “Oh that was too good I know your dating that hockey player I won’t make a make on you…yet” She explained before she left.

“Sweetheart of course the same sex is going to be attracted to you, I mean look at you, you look like you just came out of a freaking magazine” Tyler complemented you, which in turn made you blush. Jamie’s girlfriend Katie spoke up beside you “Hell if I wasn’t dating Jamie I would want to bang you too” Katie bumped her hip onto yours.

“HEY I’m right here, although I wouldn’t mind if Katie and you got together if you know what I mean” Jamie teases you, causing you to look down from embarrassment avoiding everyone’s gaze. Tyler wrapped his arm around your waist causing you to glance up at him, he then gestured down to his beer in his hand.

Sighing in relief you gripped the bottle in your hand before you proceeded to chug down the rest of his beer you were to sober for this amount of teasing.

The team laughed at one of the jokes you made, making sure to add different accents, flailing your arms to add to the dramatics. Tyler sat beside you was incredibly bored, he questioned himself ‘Is this how you feel when he gets drunk’.

Hearing one of your favorite songs you jumped up pulling Katie’s hand dragging her out of the VIP section to the middle of the dance floor making sure the team had a good view of what Katie and you were doing.

The boys looked at each other shock written into their faces “Damn” Bishop muttered he squirmed in his seat eyes staring both Katie and you that definitely didn’t go unnoticed by Tyler and Jamie.

Jamie glared at Bishop while Tyler punched his arm making sure to get the point across, the girls later returned with a platter full of tequila shots setting them causing some of them to spill lightly.

Your hand stretched towards the alcohol but Tyler gripped your wrist to prevent you from getting a shot, frowning you tried pushing his hand of your wrist.

“Woah dude I got a boyfriend and I don’t plan on leaving him anytime soon so can you yah know let go?” Tyler felt his cheeks burn up, but he blamed it on temperature inside the club. “(Y/N) I am your boyfriend c’mon let’s take you home sweetheart” Tyler tugged on your wrist once again getting you to follow him out of the club.

I trudged down the stairs holding my lower back as yesterday practice with Dad was worse than conditioning.

“William wake up Alex please” My mother Camilla said as I took the last step on the stairs my father chuckled as he watched me struggle to turn my body and walk up the stairs.

“C’mon William or I’ll make you practice even harder than yesterday” hearing my father’s voice saying that allowed me to push through the pain and climb the stairs faster.

As I stood by Alex’s door I knocked hard wincing as I moved my arm I heard Alex groan from inside his bedroom “Help me I’m stuck” I turned the door knob to reveal Alex’s legs hanging off his bed and laying down.

I laughed at his pain but quickly stopped as my ribs began to hurt “I can’t help you my back hurts” I whined as he tried to reach out to me. “You have too dad’s going to make us practice again if you don’t work through that pain” Alex reasoned.

“But-But” I whined out again before I walked closer to Alex grabbing his hands “Alright I’m going to pull but you’re going to have to use those legs” I spoke warning him to actually do what I told him to do “Fine now help me”.

I pulled back wincing as my back popped loudly lifting Alex of the bed “We did it” Alex cheered giving me a high five. We made our way back downstairs slowly, Alex was first just in case I fell I wouldn’t get hurt but Alex would.

Just as we reached the last step again our dad looked up from the newspaper “Willy and Alex whichever of you, we need you to buy the ingredients to make s’mores for later on tonight” We both groaned at the thought of grocery shopping.

“Alright its fine we’ll just head out onto the ice” Mom said Alex and I bolted out the door grabbing the car keys and settling our self's in the car. I put the car in reverse before Alex shrieked “Wait” I braked hard freaking out as Alex opened the door and ran inside the house.

Alex came back out running two minutes later Alex flailed as he waved around the fifty dollar bill in his hand and sat back down in the passenger seat.

“I got the money” Alex panted closing the door loudly “Now we can go” I stared at him in disbelief “I never you knew you can shriek that high”
