I really hate whicever doctor put GAD back in my file after it took me a year to have it removed because I do not have generalized anxiety disorder. I have very specific anxiety based on traumatic medical events that almost killed me.

It’s the PTSD, babes.

Funny how that’s been removed from my file, though.

I just think admin time should be baked into my schedule. I average about 150 Epic/inbasket items per day on a good day and literal novels worth of physical papers per day to review, sign, or complete. How am I supposed to do all that when I am seeing patients every 15 minutes for the entire work day and get no breaks? People wonder why appointments are shitty, but this design is set up for bad patient care. No one can do a good job with these sorts of constraints. There is literally not time.
