47. Texting the incorrect number but continuing the conversation.

“You got all that, right?” Shinsou asks, readjusting his stance, so others can leave their classroom door easily.

Midoriya hums absentmindedly. He’s still quickly jotting down the last few digits onto his planner. “And, you said tomorrow morning, around 7? At the library?”

“Yeah,” Shinsou shrugs, “Or anytime really. The deadline isn’t until next month, you know.”

“I kinda just want to get it done, as soon as possible.”

Shinsou breathes out a snort. “Figured you’d say that much. Just make sure you got my number. Repeat it, if you need to.”

“No time.” Midoriya drops his bag to the side, shoving his now closed notebook inside. “Thank you! I’ll text you later tonight!” He offers hurriedly, before taking off down the campus halls.

Shinsou’s warning falls deaf to his rushed mind.

He has to run the entire way, in order to graciously catch the last bus for the hour. Sweaty and flushed, Midoriya slumps into his seat in relief. Fortunately, he was able to cop a seat for himself, settling by the window and his backpack right next to him.

Staring out, Midoriya tries to remind himself of the rest of his priorities he needed to do.

He still needed to start on Doctor Chiyo’s online Physiology exam, and gather his notes for the open book portion. It was a bit bothersome to handle tests online, but if the rest of class prefers it, there’s nothing Midoriya can do about it.

Speaking of which, Ochako had requested for copies of those exact same notes, since apparently she barely writes anything during lectures. He wants to suggest to her to just simply take better notes, but alas, he will gladly help her out.

And, finally, Midoriya has to collect reliable, approved research articles for his and Shinsou’s debate, in their argumentative project in Communications. Being assigned “PRO SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCE”, while being the most uninvolved people on the internet, Midoriya and Shinsou had a lot of work to do.

Not to mention it was already 18:00 by the time he reached the school’s dormitories. And yet, he needed to shower, make dinner, water his plants, and watch the newest episode of his favorite drama, airing tonight.

University was eating him alive.

Thankfully, he’s able to complete half of his list.

He finishes the exam with a 98%, and quickly snaps the pages of his notes over to Ochako and Iida, making sure to highlight the main topics questioned in the exam. Ochako sends a ‘thank you’ gif, and Iida texts a long, yet endearing message of gratitude.

Midoriya doesn’t have time to shower, instead blasting the TV volume loud, as he waters his indoor plants at the same time. He overwaters them a little bit, busy glancing back at the screen for too long. But, at least he’s able to watch the episode. He pouts when it ends on a cliffhanger, almost drowning his bonsai tree in frustration.

He’s only able to warm up a plate of leftovers, and read through only one research article, by the time it’s already blinking 21:30 on his phone. Sighing, Midoriya closes his laptop and grabs his cell phone instead.

An all nighter wasn’t preferable. But, if Shinsou is working overtime at his late night job, Midoriya supposes he can stay up and keep looking through more articles, until he has at least the required ten.

Flipping open his planner, Midoriya inputs Shinsou’s number into his phone. He adds his name, a contact photo of him sleeping, and finally taps a quick message.

(21:38) < You working?

When Shinsou doesn’t respond right away, Midoriya simply sets aside his phone on his desk. Stretching his arms, he sighs in defeat, now expecting Shinsou to be stuck at work.

He’s never worked at a restaurant, but he bets Friday nights can get pretty busy. And, Shinsou always complains that group outings and dates tend to stay over, even after the place is supposed to close. And, Midoriya trusts his word.

So, by the time his phone dings, Midoriya has been clicking through more articles on social media, bookmarking a few to go over later, as he went.

He lifts his phone, and with a bright screen, a message stares back at him.

shinsou hitoshi (21:58) > Who’s this

Oh, he did forget to specify. But, Midoriya smiles, having a small prank in mind. There was no harm in teasing his friends, let alone Shinsou, who definitely needed a good laugh, now and then.

(21:58) < It's the cutie from your communications class ;)

shinsou hitoshi (21:58) > So, no one

(21:59) < Haha! I guess you’re right about that

(21:59) < Anyways, it’s Izuku! You still working late, Hitoshi?

shinsou hitoshi (21:59) > This ain’t Hitoshi

Midoriya's face drops, blinking. Oh god, did he mistype the number?

(21:38) < Wait, you’re not???

Another text pops up, shortly after.

shinsou hitoshi (22:02) > You got the wrong number

Embarrassment burning his entire face red, Midoriya wishes he could delete himself from the world.

(22:03) < I’m so so so so sorry!

(22:03) < God, I thought I wrote down my friend’s number right

(22:03) < But, I was in this stupid rush to get on the bus that I didn’t make sure

(22:04) < And, listen, if I had missed that bus, I would’ve had to wait

(22:04) < Not like a few minutes wait

(22:04) < Like, a whole two hours wait!

shinsou hitoshi (22:05) > I didn’t ask

Deleting the conversation, Midoriya erases the new contact completely. And instead, he looks back to his planner, and retypes the numbers in his phone onto a new conversation.

Hopefully, he has typed the correct series of digits.

(22:07) < Hey, Hitoshi! It’s Izuku

unknown (22:08) > ...

unknown (22:08) > What the actual fuck

unknown (22:08) > You've still got the wrong number, you goddamn idiot

Slamming his phone onto his desk, Midoriya grabs a pillow off his bed and shoves it in his face. The temptation to scream sounds awfully pleasant, but it’s too late at night to do so. His dorm neighbors would definitely wonder what the hell is wrong with him.

What’s wrong? Oh, he has completely done one of the most dreaded imaginary scenarios in his head; text a complete stranger. Twice.

What was he supposed to do now? Never text back? Delete it? Block it?

How is he supposed to contact Shinsou now?

His phone dings again.

Lifting the pillow off his face slightly, Midoriya eyes his phone warily from his swivel chair.

That definitely wasn’t supposed to happen. Another text from the same stranger sounds a bit unheard of.

After a seconds-long hesitation, Midoriya lifts his phone and opens it once more.

unknown (22:13) > You can fucking wait the two hours, dumbass

Midoriya grows a little irked. He has a bad feeling that his stranger isn’t too friendly, to say that least.

There was literally no reason to text back something so rude.

(22:14) < Well, that wasn’t nice

unknown (22:15) > Wasn’t trying to be

(22:15) < ..Are you always like this?

unknown (22:16) > Pretty much

(22:16) < That’s sad

unknown (22:17) > What’s fucking sad is that I was woken up from my sleep

unknown (22:17) > Because a damn moron didn’t write down the right number

Midoriya winces. He hadn’t even thought about the other person’s predicament, let alone if he had interrupted anything.

(22:20) > I really didn’t mean to do that, I’m sorry :(

unknown (22:22) > Yeah whatever

(22:24) > You should try to go back to sleep, then

unknown (22:25) > I was

unknown (22:25) > But the same moron from before keeps texting me

Midoriya desperately needs to call it a night.

After going through his nightly routine, he slips under his bedsheets, exhausted. He sets an alarm for 5:00 on his phone, hoping Shinsou will show up at the library, regardless of the missing confirmation text on Midoriya’s end.

He keeps his phone on awhile longer, swiping through his professors’ emails, before a surprising text notification pops in front of him.

The rest of the night, Midoriya hears his phone go off, but he doesn’t bother to open the messages. Fortunately for him, the time staying awake quickly catches up to his body, the moment he shuts his eyes. And, in an instant, he falls asleep, heavy.

However, he’s jolted awake by the ringing of his phone, the tone alerting him of an incoming phone call. Banging his head on the headboard, Midoriya blindly grabs and answers his phone. “Uh, H-Hello?” He blurts quickly.

“Tch.” A low voice emits, “You owe me, Deku.”

Click. The phone call ends.

Confused, Midoriya hurriedly rubs his eyes open. Running his messy curls through his fingers, he lifts his bangs up, in order to correctly look at the time.

The time was 5:10. And, his 5:00 alarm had been off the entire time.

And, instead, that same unknown number from last night was his saving grace.

Taylor Swift Albums Reviews

Hello my lovely blog readers,

I want to thank those of you who stick around through all my crazy rants and long Glee posts. You guys are the real MVPs and I will always appreciate you.

Anyway onto why we're here, in the wake of Taylor rereleasing her albums I found it fitting to take a look back at her discorgaphy so far! Thanks to my good friend Aly, I decided to relisten to all of her albums which the order was randomly decided. I will be talking about the deluxe editions so enjoy!

Let's start off with the first album that was drawn first which was Red.

One of my favorite albums right off the bat with probably her best album cover. I remember how excited I was for 22, mostly because my girl Dianna Agron's name was in the liner notes. Let's dive into what I thought now about 9 years later!

Favorite Track: Begin Again Least Favorite Track: The Last Time (featuring Gary Lightbody) Bonus Track I Wish was on the main album: All of them!!! Favorite Bonus Track: The Moment I Knew Album Ranking: 6th/9

Overall I adore this album so so much. The only track I didn't care for in the least was The Last Time. I think you'll find a trend with me that my least favorite Tayor tracks tend to be her duets (the exception being Everything Has Changed which is also on this album and is the purest of all). The album has held up and even moreso I love it than the first time I listened. Crazy. Anyway onto the rankings of each song. DISCLAIMER: These are just my opinions and you can disagree with them but please be respectful.

Honestly I adore this album so much as a whole and ranking every song was so hard. Holy Ground honestly had a lot of potiental I hated the arrangement but if I heard an acoustic version I would be sold, much like State of Grace which I wasn't huge on the original but the acoustic I'm obsessed with. Moving onto our second album which is one of Taylor's newest.

folklore! Funny enough on first listen I wasn't as into it as everyone else was but trust me, the relisten definitely helped me change my mind. I also heard the lakes for the first time which I loved. Since it's the only bonus track I'm going to say I definitely wished it had made the main album over some of the other songs on it. Let's dive into my thoughts and rankings.

Okay I know cardigan and betty being so low is going make people unhappy but honestly I just loved the other songs better listed above it. So many gorgeous songs and a great era for Taylor. It's not my favorite era and still falls in my lower half of her albums but I can appreciate the tracks on it more than I did before with the relisten.

Now onto Taylor's most recent album which came up next in our randomization in evermore

Unlike folklore on original listen I absolutely adored this album and had it in my top tier Taylor albums but will that opinion hold up? Let's find out.

I only see people being mad about 'tis the damn season being so low but honestly 1-11, I loved all the tracks so.

Up next is the rerelease that started it all, Fearless!

Now let's see after 13 years (hey Taylor's lucky number) if my opinion of this iconic album changed. Back in the day I was so obsessed with this album so let's see how I feel now!

I still remember when this album was first coming out how jazzed and excited I was for it. It was highly anticipated for me being that I had fallen in love with Taylor from her debut album and listening back it still holds up as one of my favorite albums. The only two tracks I wasn't into back then and still am not into are Tell Me Why and The Way I Loved You. Other than those two tracks the entire album is incredible to listen to. I'm so excited to hear Taylor's versions of all these songs and who knows maybe my mind will change on some of them.

Moving onto the next album to be randomly selected which is almost every Swiftie's favorite 1989.

Funny enough, originally this album isn't in my top favorites so who knows if my opinion will change on a relisten. Let's find out!

Okay listening back. I now get the hype behind it. Listening to it with bonus tracks honestly makes all the difference. No joke. It's a much better album with the bonus tracks added. Honestly if Wonderland and You are in Love were on the main album it would've been top tier to me. Thank God for the deluxe version but team Taylor what is up with you hiding some of her best tracks and only releasing them on the bonus tracks? I'm mad. Also speaking on Wonderland, I adore the song even without the rumours of it being about my favorite celebrity Dianna Agron. Had the bonus tracks been on the main album it would higher but as a whole I love the album.

And now for our next album, which is reputation!

This is probably Taylor's most controversial albums, some love it and some hate it. I actually am somewhere in the middle. I love some of the tracks while others I could've done without. Let's see where it goes for me listening back.

Okay I feel like my choices here are controversal especially Getaway Car being pretty low on the album. Honestly I liked the song just wasn't into the hype that everyone else said about it, sorry you guys. Also Dancing with Our Hands Tied on the ALBUM is my least favorie song. I absolutely adored Taylor's acoustic version that was in the rep Tour. Had she released that on the album it would be after Look What You Made Me Do. The arrangement on the album I just didn't care for and I prefer acoustic Taylor which I think a lot of you gather from my top picks.

Anyway moving onto to our next album that was randomized which is...Taylor Swift!

Ah yes the album that started it all. 15 years ago I discovered Taylor Swift via this album thanks to CMT. I was a huge country music stan back in the day who knew how this one album would lead to a career I've been following for 15 years. Now how does this album hold up? Let's find out!

This album still holds up 15 years later and made me so nostalgic. This had to be the hardest album for songs to rank thus far. Taylor hit it out of the park on her very first album crazy. She set the bar very high, funny enough it's the first album that a bonus track is my least favorite track but the entire album is a great listen, especially if you love country. It's very different from anything else Taylor did but that's what's so charming about it.

And now onto our second to last album which is another one of my favorites and the only album Taylor wrote fully on her own, Speak Now.

The album cover is up there with Red as my favorite and I'm excited to listen back to this album. I remember how much I enjoyed it when it was first released. Excited to see what I think 11 years later. Let's find out.

I know people are going to be mad about Enchanted being low but I just didn't love it as much as the other tracks on the album, this after all is one of the best albums she ever released so it's incredibly hard to make the call.

Moving onto our final album which I've called my absolute favorite, Lover.

It's only been an year since its release but will it hold up as my favorite album? Let's find out!

Yep it held up. This album is my favorite thing Taylor ever released. It was a tough call because I loved all of her top albums so much. Miss Americana still is my favorite performance which is no surprise, I was obsessed when this song came out 2 years ago. It's Nice to Have a Friend is the weakest track on the album but by no means is it a bad track. The entire album is a great listen all the way through, the only song that's hard to listen to especially if you have a sick parent "Soon You'll Get Better" I literally bawled after I finished it. Thank you so much @emiliaf25 for tagging me!!! I've seen a lot of fun writing tag games going around, but I haven't been tagged in any before now. This is probably due to the fact that while I write a lot, I don't publish most of my stories so like no one knows lol. I tried to put these in chronological order from newest to oldest, but they're not perfect, as I do not keep accurate time of when I write things (and probably should). Anyway, here are mine:

1. Blasting heavy metal so I can't think

Function (Free Will): original. I have been working on this story for nearly 2 years now, and I'm still nowhere even close to done. It's formatted like a script and also has the same type of rpg choice-based storytelling as Detroit: Become Human. Add to that the fact that this story is meant to critique our current political and social society, systems, and structure and touches on a variety of incredibly heavy topics, and you have the recipe for writing a story that feels like it just. Never. Ends.

"Choices": a horrible original romantic comedy I wrote as a script 5 years ago. Tbh the idea wasn't even that bad, it was the execution of it that just... really sucked. So it's a good thing we're stopping here, as if I went any farther back in my writing history, I think I might just cringe myself to death.

Woo, thank god we're done with that! XD In all seriousness though, this was quite a bit of fun and got me to revisit pieces I hadn't seen in years. Thank you again for the tag!!! :DDDD

Now for which one is my favorite... there are some that are definitely good, and others that are definitely bad. I like numbers 2 (cute opening line for a fluffy fic), 5 (wordplay with "coiled" and Crowley being a snake), 7 (twisting of an expected trope), 8 (brings in scifi element and introduces the character's personality while hooking the reader in), 9 (set up for the tone of the rest of the chapter and immediately introduces tension), 11 (same as previous), and 12 (also attention-grabbing), so we'll just let those make up for whatever atrocities 16 (horrible imitation of corporate writing), 20 (just plain boring), and the attempt of 18 (I had the right idea of it being a hook, the execution however was horrific) were. I start a lot of my pieces with dialogue, or at least I used to. I became aware of that within the past year and tried to work on introducing stories in other ways, which I think I've done a pretty good job on. If I had to pick a favorite, I'd probably go with 7. I just really like the subversion of expectations that you get right away from it. It announces the trope loud and clear, but plays with it instead of following it.

This is Talis as he is as of the latest short story that I’ve posted on AO3, so to anyone who knows things that happen later, that’s why said things aren’t brought up--this is the newest and freshest of Talis available :3 Fresh out of backstory and into the big city! Prepare yourselves for a lot of uncertainty aLSO HERE’S HOPING THE READ MORE WORKS, BECAUSE THIS IS LONG

1) if they could choose a new name, what would they choose?

Oh! Huh, I uh…. Well… I don’t really know. I… don’t think I’ve ever thought about it, to be honest. It doesn’t… really matter, what I’m called. The name I have is fine [Talis shrugs] I don’t really need a new one

2) what’s a surefire way of making them happy?

Ahh, I’m sorry, I…. I’m… not really sure [He rubs the back of his neck and offers a small, sheepish smile] I’m not doing that well at these questions, am I? Uh… Really, all I need is, uh, I guess down time? When everyone can just sit and rest a bit?

(happy is kind of a tricky thing for Talis, rn, and he doesn’t know how to handle it. Things like hugs or shared snacks or warm, quiet evenings by a crackling fire would make him happy, but also would make him feel a lot of other things at the same time. It’s complicated)

Oh, well, the, yknow, pretty usual… I mean…. It’s the… um…

I… [he hunches a little, wrapping his arms tighter around him] I uh…. I don’t know

Usually, I don’t [Talis laughs softly to himself] Friendship just kind of, happens. Beings who connect well, or work together, or have something in common. Or… someone who reaches out a hand. When you most need it

That’s the kind of friend I want to be. Someone who’s there when people need me most, who can protect those around me

6) what kinds of food do they like?

I’ll eat just about anything, I’m not that particular. Just as long as it’s filling… and there’s enough of it [he chuckles, but then looks uncomfortable]

(Warm, homey foods--stews and curries, harvest foods, bread. That sort of thing)

7) who is the person closest to them?

That… would be Ace. I met him when I uh… first got to town, I guess? [he smiles] He helped me find a place to stay, and… honestly, I don’t know what I’d have done, if I didn’t run into him. I mean, I don’t really know anyone else here, so… I can’t say I have a lot of folks to pick from? But, yeah, Ace. Yeah

(For the record, Talis would have ended up asleep in an alley somewhere, but eventually found his way to a Temple, and likely have found some kind of work and living space there. But things definitely went a lot smoother, running into Ace, and he feels a lot more secure to have the dragonborn to look up to as he gets his feet under him)

8) what kinds of music do they listen to?

Anything that’s, that’s being played, really. I wouldn’t know what to pick if you… asked… which… ah… [he looks like he wants to sink into the collar of his shirt]

9)  if logistics and money weren’t an issue, what kind of animal would they  keep as a pet? (includes fantastical animals like dragons as well btw)

I’m, ah, I’m really in no place to… I mean… I don’t think… [he looks about his room, as if looking for an answer] Uh… a… I don’t… think I need a pet…? Really I… I don’t…. 

(Something low maintenance and soft, like a cat, would probably be good. Maybe a local mouser that he could befriend, he’d love to just sit with a happily dozing cat on his lap ^^ Someday I could also see him getting some kind of pack animal, like a mule, if he has to take to the road with his adventuring party. Even if one of his teammates got a mule, he’d definitely take the time to get to know it and bond with it)

10) what does the landscape of their mind look like?

Uh… [his expression becomes strained] I mean, probably nothing… that interesting…? Like a, yknow, a mind…? I, I don’t know what that would look like…

(His mind looks like a field right before a thunderstorm hits--not as dark as it will be, but dark as night, with a fire in the far distance. A balance of unsettling stillness and precipitating, distant danger

And no, he doesn’t know what to do with it either)

11) why do they like themselves?

Oh, well, um…. [he draws his arms around him] Well, um… I know.... I was called to be a paladin… that… I was chosen. So… that has to mean there was something worth choosing. In me… right?

(this question assumes a character has things they like about themselves, and…. yeah)

12) what do they dream of doing if they had anything and everything open to them?

[he sits very quiet for a length of time] I would… I would ensure… no one would have go through the hell that… [he winces and stares at his hands in his lap. His voice is very soft] I would make sure all had a chance to live well, safely, and freely in the light of the day

13) what fashion choices do they make? do they go more for comfort or style?

I uh… haven’t made many fashion choices lately [he gestures with amusement to his own clothes, which are practical and too big for him, plain workers clothing] I mean, really, whatever’s… available, and sensible for whatever I have to do. Uh… I’m thinking of getting some, uh, gloves soon, it’s, it’s a little cold and… And maybe a, a sweater? Just for days out and about, and, [he holds back a small laugh, looking down at himself] and maybe a splash of color

(Talis loves warm, homespun fashion--vivid marigold and crimson and rich browns, embroidered collars and hems, layered belts and jackets, knitted vests and hats and gloves. Coordinated layers, varying bolder and softer tones, etc… He might decry it, but he loves picking out what to wear, when he actually does take the time to choose what to wear, and doesn’t just go to sleep in whatever he was wearing that evening ^^; Old habits die hard, eh?)

14) if they had to go somewhere without a map, what’s the likelihood that they would make it there without getting lost?

Aaaaaahhh, that would... very much depend on… uh, where this place is…? If I’ve been there…? I, I really haven’t been around, uh, much of Neverwinter yet [he bashfully rubs the back of his neck] I don’t think I could find my way down the street, as it stands

15) what types of people do they attract?

I, um, ah, well… I… I hope I attract people who need my help? So, so I can help them. I’m a paladin, that’s… what I’m here to do

(So far, anyone who’s been around him for longer than half a second has immediately gone “oh no, you need an adult, don’t you?” so mostly: he attracts parents XD )

16) what types of people are they attracted to?

Oh, uh…. Oh. Oh, that kind of….? Ummmmmm….. [his face flushes and he stares at the floor] Um, I really, I really don’t, I… I don’t…. know….?

(Romantically, Talis attraction has been just a giant pile of question marks to me ^^; It’s not something he’s thought much about, and right now, it’s extraordinarily low on his priority list to pursue. He definitely feels some form of draw towards anyone who’s hurt or scared, but it’s more a draw to alleviate that fear/pain than a draw towards the actual person. Yeah, there’s an intimacy to helping another, and he feels it, but that’s all there is, really. He’s got a lot on his plate rn, and isn’t looking for a romantic relationship. He isn’t looking for friends, either, he’s not really looking for anything--he’s just trying to get by ^^)

17) what is their greatest fear?

[his face blanches, and he’s staring at something with unfocused intensity] I……. I……. I don’t…..

I don’t want to hurt anyone [he twists his hands in his lap] I don’t want… anyone to get hurt, because of me

(More specifically, he doesn’t want anyone to use him to hurt others, but he doesn’t really know how to articulate that point)

18) what kinds of body modifications would they do if they could? (e.g. tattoos, dyeing hair, piercings, etc.)

[he idly rubs the scar on his cheek, then pulls his hand away] I hadn’t really thought about that, either… I… don’t know what I’d get… if I could. I don’t really have much to work with here [he laughs and offers a shrugs]

I’m… [he unconsciously rubs his wrist] I’m.... I… I-I don’t have time. For insecurities. Thinking… thinking like that just… [he frowns down at his boots] I-I’d rather skip this question, if you don’t mind

20) how do they treat people/beings who have less power than them?

You protect them. You look out for them. That’s, that’s just what you do. Anyone who doesn’t look out for those less powerful than themselves doesn’t deserve that power. Then they’re as good as abusing the power in their hands, if they can help another and don’t then they-- Sorry, I, I didn’t mean to…

17. What is your best quality, in your opinion? My honesty. I’m honest to a fault, something which my family often complains about, but I’d like to think it’s one of my better qualities. (Fun event; when my sister and I were little, we went to buy candy at the local mart. My sister put huge marshmallow dolphins into a bag. They’re about 30 cent a piece, but the shopkeep weighed them like normal candy, so she got all three of them for like 45 cent or something. I was livid, and kept bugging her to go back and pay full price, lol.)

18. What is your worst quality, in your opinion? My inability to cope with criticism. I don’t get particularly defensive, most of the time, because I know that criticism is someone’s way of telling me that something needs to be improved. What I do find difficult, however, is keeping in mind that the criticism isn’t directed at my person, but at the piece of work I am performing.

1. which season are you gonna play with first?

omg I have no idea, I want to start with springs cause I’m one of the people who believe the year starts with spring haha. Buuuuut, the winter looks so cool omg I hate this question

2. from what you’ve seen in the trailer, what are you most excited about?

Uhm from the trailer probably the holidays, but from all I know about Seasons I can’t wait to check the weather everyday cause I’m a big nerd

1. How did your parents come up with your name? Is your name anything like what you might name one of your potential future children? My dad has said he liked the name Stephanie and there was a character on some show he watched in the 80s with that name and so he suggested it to my mom and she liked it, too. As for myself, I’m not having children. 

2. When was the last time you changed your mind about something? What was it about? I was going to reschedule my doctor appointment I had yesterday, but I ended up just keeping it to get it over with.

3. Would you say that you are an indecisive person, or do you have little problem with making decisions? I do have trouble making decisions. 

4. How much time do you spend in the yard/outdoor area where you live? What do you tend to use those areas for? I don’t spend anytime in my yard, front or back. I’m not an outdoorsy person unless I’m at the beach. 

5. What are some of the oldest things within your bedroom? How about the newest? One of the things is my dresser that I’ve had since I was a kid. As for newest, the stuff I got for Christmas such as an R2D2 themed mini backpack and a Baby Yoda/Grogu animatronic. 

6. When feelings of boredom creep over you, what entertaining activities do you use to combat them? My days consist of the same activities and usually it’s fine, but there’s some days where those things just don’t do it for me so that sucks. I just end up lounging around and zoning out to the TV, maybe take a nap.

7. When was the last time you could not stand to be around someone? I wish I could get away from myself a lot of the time.

8. When you last asked for help, what did you need help doing? I recently asked my mom for help with a personal thing.

9. What is the worst bit of advice someone has ever given you? Did you realize it was awful from the start, or did you follow it? Hmm. I’m blanking at the moment.

10. If you are in school, are you out for the summer yet? Was the last semester your final one of high school? If so, are you looking forward to graduation activities, or would you rather they were just over and done with? I’m done with school. 

11. Who do you know that has a music taste similar to yours? Who do you know with a taste that is nearly opposite? My mom, brother, and I like a lot of the same. I like variety, so I share the same music taste with a lot of people. 

12. If one of your friends/acquaintances dressed in a way that seemed somewhat ridiculous to you, would you tell them, or let them wear their preferred outfit in peace? Hey, if that’s what they liked then go for it. Who am I to say anything just because I personally don’t like the style. It doesn’t matter what I think, I’m not the one wearing it.

13. How would you respond if someone you cared about honestly disliked what you were wearing for some reason? Would it make you inclined to change, or would you continue to wear what you had on? I can’t imagine why they’d have such an issue with leggings and graphic tees, but oh well. This is what I like to wear. 

14. Do you think that waiting until you are able to support a child is a realistic expectation for having sex? What are your expectations/morals regarding your sex life? If you are no longer a virgin, do you think that you made the right decision to start when you did? No, probably not. But that’s why it’s important to take the necessary precautions to try and prevent that from happening if you’re not ready. You have to know getting pregnant is a possibility. I’m still a virgin. 

15. Are there any foods that you love in spite of the fact that they are unhealthy? How often do you eat those particular foods? Everything I eat, ha. I’m not a healthy eater, but to be honest it’s not something I think much about. I just like to eat what I want. 

16. Does anyone ever comment upon your weight? If so, how do you react to their comments/compliments? Yes. I’m too thin, actually I’m underweight, so I get comments on that. I’m actually quite self-conscious about it. I’ve been trying the past few years to put back on some weight, but I haven’t been able to. It’s not that I’m not eating, but my appetite has changed significantly from a few years ago and it’s been hard. I don’t like hearing how I should eat more and “get some meat on those bones.” It hasn’t been that simple for me. Or hear about my stick arms or chicken legs.

17. What is something you wish more people would notice about you, or compliment you on? Why do you think this quality is not often noticed by others? Nothing, really. I’ve been especially self-conscious these past few years and I’m also just really shy and awkward, I don’t desire to be more noticed or get complimented. There’s nothing compliment-worthy about me anyway. 

18. What was going on the last time you felt as though your life was taking a turn in a different direction? Soon after I graduated in 2015. That’s when everything took a turn for the worst and I’ve been going through it ever since. 

19. Is college something you want to experience? Why/why not? If you are already in college, do you think that you made the right choice as far as where you are attending, and what major/field of study you are pursuing? I majored in psych and graduated with my BA. I truly thought I was making the right decision at the time, but now... :/ My degree has been collecting dust on a shelf ever since and I have no interest in pursuing anything in that field anymore. I honestly have no idea what I want to do. I don’t know what else I would have pursued if not psychology. I genuinely was interested in it and thought I’d want to pursue something in that realm. I still am interested in the subject itself. Gahh, I just don’t feel cut out for anything. There’s nothing I’m good at.

20. After leaving a particular school, did you ever go back to visit your teachers? Was it weird to walk the halls of a school you previously attended? I did that when I was in high school once where I went back to my previous school, which was a K-8th grade school, and saw some of my old teachers.

21. Describe a social time that you had this week, if any? How about a time when you wished to be alone and unsocial? I don’t have a social life anymore. 

22. Are there certain stereotypes/groups of people that you tend to avoid? Is there a reason for this? Or, are you someone who doesn’t care about what stereotype someone might fall under? I just try my best to avoid anyone who seems like a creeper and gives off uncomfortable vibes for me. I won’t hesitate to block you if you’re making me feel some type of way. I don’t have time to put up with that nonsense. <<< Yeah, I judge people individually and what vibe they give off. If I feel uncomfortable or they give off bad vibes to me, then I avoid them.

23. How did you last injure yourself? Was anyone around to see this take place? If so, was it at all embarrassing? I don’t remember, actually. It’s been awhile since I’ve had any injuries.

24. Do you think that it is possible to cease loving a family member? Why/why not? Are there any immediate family members of yours that you do not love? What caused that rift between you? Not for me, no. My immediate family and I have always been very close. My family is everything to me. 

25. If you could only bring one album with you on a road trip, which would it be? What made you choose this album? None. My family just listens to their Spotify in their car.

26. When was the last time you had unrequited feelings for someone? A few years ago.

27. Other than the computer and the parts relating to it, what is the most expensive thing on your desk/in your immediate vicinity? My iPhone 12 Pro Max.

28. If you post pictures or quotes with your surveys, what is it that causes you to post something? Are you going for a theme, or is it just things you like? I don’t do that.

29. Is there a limit to what you will share about yourself in surveys? Where would you say that line is drawn? Of course, but I am quite open I think.

30. Do you give insincere apologies? Or, are you the type to give them out only when you genuinely feel that way? If I apologize, I mean it.

31. Do you trust the apologies of others, or do you prefer to wait until their actions show a change? I can accept their verbal apology, but I’ll want to see their actions.

32. Who was the last person to exit your life? How about the last person to enter it to a significant degree? Ty. He was the last to enter in a significant way and the last to leave.

33. If you work, what is the hardest part about your job? Did you expect that, or did it come as a surprise? If you have not yet worked, what are some fears or concerns you have about holding a job? I just have no idea what I want or could do. I don’t feel skilled at anything. I’m not especially good at anything. I just really don’t know.

34. Do you know anyone who gets a lot of things just handed to them? Or, are you one of those people? Does it ever make you envious? Why/why not? I do know people that seem to have a lot handed to them.

35. When picking out a bathing suit or beach outfit, what kinds of styles do you look for? Are you comfortable displaying your physical form? I don’t wear bathing suits. I also don’t wear tank tops or shorts. My beach attire consists of what I normally wear, leggings and graphic tees. 

36. When was the last time that you compared yourself to someone else? Is this something that you tend to do? Recently. Yeah, I do tend to do that a lot. I think about other people my age or even younger than I am and where they are in life versus where I’m at. Everyone seems to be much further ahead than I am.

37. What kind of expectations would you say you set for yourself? Do you aim high/low? Or, do you prefer to set no expectations and just go with the flow? I’m just floating aimlessly through life it seems.

38. What was the last helpful thing you did for someone else? Does it bother you when other people ask you for your help? Uhh. I helped my mom last night with a few small tasks. 

39. When was the last time you refused to do something for someone, and why? Hmm. I don’t know.

40. Do you ever worry about being remembered after you die? How would you like others to remember you, if you care?   That’s not something I’ve really thought about. I know my family would always remember me, so that’s really all that matters to me.

41. Are you someone who fears abandonment? Have you been through anything which might cause that fear? No.

42. Are you more inclined to be clingy or detached while in a relationship? I feel like I’d be detached if I were to be in a relationship now. I’m not generally a clingy person, either. I need a balance of time with that person and our own time. 

43. If you found out your parents were divorcing (or getting back together if they were already divorced), how would you react to this? Is this even something that you think is possible to happen? It would be difficult and I’d be upset, of course. Even though I’m 31 years old, I still live at home with my parents so it would have an affect on me in that way as well. I know I would live with my mom if there were to happen, but still. Things would certainly be different and weird for awhile. 44. What is one opinion or view of yours that has changed since you were little? What is one that has stayed the same? Hmmm.

45. Do you ever make assumptions about survey-makers based upon what questions they ask? There have been times for sure. Like, sometimes there’s questions that are just so out there or disturbing and I’m like wtf??

What is more difficult for you, looking into someones eyes when you are telling someone how you feel, or looking into someones eyes when they are telling you how they feel? - Telling them how I feel. I feel like it’s hard to look into people’s eyes when they’re telling me how they feel too because I get nervous or blushy.

2. Think of the last time you were REALLY angry. WHY were you angry? Do you still feel the same way? - The last time I was really angry was when I was fighting with my sister’s trash boyfriend (soon to be ex). I was angry because he’s a narcissist, immature, mooch, liar, disrespectful, abusive, toxic and he was purposely talking at my sister and me when we were trying to gather her things and he was also sitting on the phone with his mom and purposely saying things loudly like: “Oh yeah! HUGE burden lifted off my shoulders!” I just hate him, so yes I still feel the same way and if I could kill him I would. If I end up on the show Women Who Kill, now you know why. (Don’t get me started on his mother sitting on the other line listening to him berate his girlfriend and then coming up a week later and acting like her best friend)

3. You are on a flight from Honolulu to Chicago non-stop. There is a fire in the back of the plane. You have enough time to make ONE phone call. Who do you call? What do you tell them? - My mom. I’m probably crying on the phone but I would tell her I loved her and how much I respect her and appreciate everything about her and then I would probably pray on the phone with her.

4. You are at the doctor’s office and he has just informed you that you have approximately one month to live. Do you tell anyone/everyone you are going to die? What do you do with your remaining days? Would you be afraid? - I would probably tell people, tbh because I’d probably be writing about it. With my remaining days, I’d probably spend so much time with my family and I’d be praying and in my bible a lot. I feel like I would be scared, but I also know where I’m going when I die and who I’m going to see so there would be a peace about it.

5. You can have one of the following two things. Which do you choose? Why? Love or trust? - In my opinion, they’re the same thing. With love comes trust, and with trust comes love. To answer the question, I choose love first because I feel like I was created for love and love is so important even if it’s not platonic or romantic. It can be as simple as loving yourself or helping strangers and being kind to them. I think love is very freeing so of course I’d choose that first. There’s so much joy and freedom in love, you’d be crazy not to choose it. I feel like love opens you in a million different ways and you just become your fully radiant self.

6. You are walking down the street on your way to work. There is a dog drowning in the canal on the side of the street. Your boss has told you if you are late even once more, you are fired. Do you take the time to save the dogs life? Why or Why not? - Um, I saved the dogs like because I’m not HEARTLESS?! my boss can suck it and i can find a different job. also pick your battles. i’d rather save an animals life than go to work knowing i let a puppy drown bc i wanted to save my own ass. there’s other jobs out there. 

7. Would you rather be hurt by the one you trust the most or the one you love the most? - Interesting question because the person you trust the most is probably the person you love the most. I think both would hurt, but I’d go with love because I feel love can recover from hurts and it’s easy to forgive when you love someone. When it’s broken trust, it cuts and scars deeper and it takes a long time to repair that.

8. Your best friend confesses that he/she has feelings for you more than just friendship. He/she is falling in love with you. What do you (or did you) do/say? - I’d probably be as considerate as I can, but I would just tell them that I don’t feel the same way. If we’re talking about my actual best friend, she is bisexual and I’m straight so there would be no way that I had feelings for her so I would tell her I appreciate her trusting me enough to tell me and being bold enough to tell me but that I don’t see a relationship between us. 

9. Think of the last person who you know that died. You have the chance to give them 1 hour of life back, but you have to give up one year of yours. Do you do it? Why or Why not? - Yes, because I feel like I’d give anything, even a moment, to have one more conversation with him. Even if it was just to look at him for one more second.

10. Are you the kind of friend that you would want to have as a friend? - No, because I feel like I don’t reach out enough. I’m very introverted so I’m fine just being alone and I find I’m more comfortable that way. I love my friends, but I’m just not very proactive as a friend. I feel that way at least.

11. Does love = sex? - No, love is more than that.

12.Your boss tells your coworker that they have to let them go because of work shortage, and they are the newest employee. You have been there much longer. Your coworker has a family to support and no other means of income. Do you go to your boss and offer to leave the company? Why or Why not? - It would really depend on how I felt. If I really felt like that was something I needed to do, I would. But I can’t honestly say that I would leave because I just don’t know. That’s a really tough question.

13.When was the last time you told someone HONESTLY how you felt regardless of how difficult it was for you to say? Who was it? What did you have to tell the person? - A few months ago when I ended a friendship. I wouldn’t say it was super difficult to say, but I felt bad for having to end the friendship. I just had to explain that I didn’t feel like we had a connection anymore and I felt like we were only friends because we were familiar and not because there was anything truly meaningful in the friendship. I feel bad sometimes that I ended the friendship but I felt like we were going in two separate directions and when I expressed concerns about her relationship she never listened and I just kept feeling like she wasn’t who I thought she was and it bothered me to the point I just didn’t feel like the friendship was beneficial anymore.

14. What would be (or what was) harder for you to tell a member of the opposite sex, you love them or that you do not love them back? - I feel like it’s harder to tell someone you love them because the stakes are higher. There’s rejection, heartbreak and humiliation that you’re risking or ruining a friendship/relationship. When you tell someone you don’t love them back, it’s hard to say because you probably don’t want to hurt them but you’re the one who gets to walk away unscathed. They’re the ones stuck with the aftermath of disappointment, rejection, embarrassment, and hurt.

15. What do you think would be the hardest thing for you to give up? Why would it be hard to lose? - My writing, because it’s my love and passion and dream. It would be like losing part of who I am and there are so many times i’ve considered putting it down and walking away but I never can.

16. Excluding romantic love, when was the last time you told someone you loved them. Who were they to you? - I usually say it randomly. I don’t know the last time I said it, but I do tend to say it a lot. Generally in texts or on the phone. I think the last person I told was probably my mom.

17. If there was one moment and one time in the last month what would you change and why? - This isn’t deep, but I would stop myself from saying to my mom: “Jen and I are going to the shoe company” bc now she prob knows what her present is.

19. Would you give a homeless person CPR if they were dying? Why or Why not? - Yes, because I’m not cruel? I would try anyway. I sort of learned CPR in grade 10 but I don’t remember much. So I would do my best but I would call 911 probably.

22. Are you old fashioned? - I don’t know. A little bit, but not really. I feel a little more progressive.

23. When was the last time you were nice to someone and did NOT expect anything in return for it? - Every day. If you’re only nice to people to get something back, you’re not a nice person.

24.Which would you choose, true love with a guarantee of a broken heart, or never loved at all? Why? - I guess the first one. I spend so much of my life wanting to avoid the guarantee of any kind of brokenness, but my mom has always said that if she knew my dad was going to die young and their time was limited she would still do it all over again because he was worth it. I feel like life without love isn’t a life, so I would take the broken heart just to experience love on a grand scale. I also feel like you’re broken for some time but good can come out of it, so it’s not always a tragedy.

25.If you could do anything or wish anything, what would it be? - A full life. Full in the sense of love and satisfaction and dreams achieved. Like a big life.

01.)  …their sleep schedule.

I don’t recharge on missions, especially if it’s a Hunt mission. I want on the trail of my prey, I don’t want it to go cold and if I need to find it everything in my systems is screaming at me to Seek. I only rest right before the blitz.

03.)  …how long they hold grudges.

Forever. As long as I’m functioning. There’s mecha long offline I’m still holding grudges for. I never said I was a good mech.

04.)  …how sensitive they are to insults.

When it comes to me? Chances are if it’s not too creative I’ve been called far worse. I’ve believed myself to be far worse. Say anything bad of Warp and I’ll rip their fragging glossa out of their intake and crush their vocalizer. 

07.)  …meeting new people.

It ain’t very mechly but I’m anxious about meeting new mecha. Professionally I am happy if Warp can be my buffer because he don’t mind it as much as I do. Personally, I avoid this. I don’t want new friends.

09.)  …eating.

I’m getting into the habit that I’m running more on full fuel tanks when not in an emergency. I’m worth having full fuel tanks and I know Warp prefers I keep it this way. I tend to stick to highgrade not for the overcharge effect but because being a Seeker and having a special ability means I can go through fuel at an alarming rate, I do it to keep my systems in the best condition possible. If I can splurge, I like me non-refined highgrade but to be completely honest it’s slag for my engines.

10.)  …their handwriting.

I make sure my writing is eligible and understandable. I think through carefully what I’m going to put on paper. I know I got a slant that shows off I’m left-handed but because I was mocked about it before I keep the slant. I like I’m different.

12.) …how educated they are.

Haven’t attended Academy but I did take several crash courses of War, Growing Up, Things You Need to Know To Be a Con in various barracks throughout the multiverse. I might not have come out of it unscathed but I did fragging survive. I’d say I earned my degree.

13.) …the type of music they like.

I need me vice. Drinking, sex, fighting, these things please me. It’s hard to find songs with flight involved, humans don’t do much of this as a pastime. My music is all over different genres and I’m not ashamed to say human music is among my favorite to listen too.

17.) …how good they are with technology.

I would say I’m not very good at it. There’s a lot of time I have to ask Warp for help. He doesn’t seem to mind, he’s one that can keep up with the newest trends. I tend to have a fondness for if something ain’t broke, don’t fix it and don’t fragging change it on me.

18.) …how they would describe their personality.

I like planning slag out. I’m a thinker, and I know I tend to overthink. I’m determined as frag and I don’t like being told no. I expect and set myself at a high bar of standards, I also expect other mecha to do the same.  Mecha tend to listen to me and follow me. I only really want to follow mecha that I believe are worthy of their leadership post.

19.) …what makes them happy.

One thing that makes me happy is Velcro!Hellcat. The idea that Warp can’t bear to be away from me and still clinging to me even when I’m trying to go about my morning routine… it makes me smile, even now. I love the way he holds on to my cannons and his legs wrap around me. I love how he rides on my frame and the way we press against each other. I love how his aft feels under my hand as I hold him too to make sure he stays where we both want him. Warp makes me happy in general but I wanted to be specific on this.

20.) …what they think the meaning of life is.

Meaning? Is that like purpose? My first purpose is to Serve. Not my Warlord. Not some Cause. My purpose is to Serve you, Warp. Your happiness is my happiness because you are an extension of me. I don’t know where you start and where I end in me and I don’t want to know. To give you everything you ever desired, to grant wishes you never vented. To bring your dreams to reality. I’m yours, Warp. My purpose is to Serve you.
