[Shigaraki Tomura x Fem!Reader]
Tumblr media
Beginning: Prologue
Previous: Chapter Three
➨ Chapter Four
Next: Coming Soon...
Premise:
The multiverse theory is the idea that there is not only one universe but, instead, an infinite number of universes, parallel to one another.
You and Tenko were heroes in your universe. The war came and went, and that left only you. When you are thrown into a universe parallel to yours, you find out the hard way just how similar and different it is from your own.
A/N: My roommates and I totally got knocked tf out with the bad luck stick. This chapter already went through the first rounds of edits, and I was going to do a final round... but that was just not gonna happen today. So please excuse any typos or whatnot <3

Otherwise, enjoy!

CHAPTER FOUR
Toga made an unpleasant face when you dropped your large wad of rain-soaked clothing into her open arms. She was the lucky duck that was chosen to escort you on your trip back to the hotel. It turns out she was typically the one who volunteered to run errands and shop for the boys thanks to her quirk being perfect for going out undetected.
For your brief outing, she took on the form of the woman you’d seen outside the convenience store with Shigaraki the night prior. Her pretty face was contorted in distaste as it was clear she wanted nothing more than to drop the soggy pile on the marble tiled floor. Unfortunately for her, you had to check out of the hotel first, and you needed both hands free in order to do that.
You thanked the receptionist with a friendly smile and dipped your head politely before turning to leave. Toga was quick to shove your hero suit into your belly, forcing you to take it back from her. She had enough strength behind it to make you stumble back a step or two.
“Agh! That was so not cool,” she complained as she rubbed her wet forearms off on her sweater.
You rolled your eyes. “It wasn’t even a full minute. You’re fine.”
“You could have at least warned me! That felt so gross.”
You snickered at her, receiving a childish pout in return. But then, your smile dropped, and Toga’s body stiffened as the two of you spotted a pair of police officers passing through the entrance of the hotel.
You pushed against Toga, directing her to the outskirts of the foyer, which was decorated with a generous number of potted plants that would give you cover. It was hard to feel completely hidden when your arms were full of not only your dripping clothing but also several bags from the light shopping you had done before coming here. Making a silent escape would be a feat.
Maybe you were overreacting. The officers would never be able to recognize Toga with her current disguise, and you were much older than your villainous counterpart. Surely, you looked different enough to slip by without catching anybody’s eye…
But that was probably a reach.
“They don’t know what you look like,” Toga whispered to you, tugging on your sleeve to get you walking towards the exit. She always had a knack for knowing exactly what was going through your head. It was somewhat comforting that this version of her was the same way. Then again, it could very well be that you were just easy to read.
You gave her a questioning look. You remembered seeing pictures of yourself in villain garb during your little research project this morning. They had to at least have an idea of what you looked like. Then again, you recalled that in each of them you had been wearing a mask.
You glanced back over at the cops who were walking up to the receptionist, and you allowed Toga to pull you away. You were almost out the door when you overheard a piece of their conversation.
“—card statements alerted us that she booked the night here. She’s been missing for over a week now.”
“Oh…What did you say her name was again?”
You knew you should just keep walking—you were almost out of view—but the sound of your name caused you to look back out of habit. Just then, the receptionist’s wide eyes locked onto yours. She looked confused, her mouth opening and closing as she searched for her words.
“Go,” you hissed, pushing Toga out the door and causing her to trip over her own feet. Your firm hold on her shirt kept her from falling as you hauled her out of the building and down the sidewalk. She whined and tried to wiggle out of your hold.
The hotel was supposed to be your last stop. You decided then that you would have to tack on a few extra to be sure you wouldn’t be tailed. The last thing you wanted was to lead the police straight to your villainous friends’ hideout. The two of you filed into the nearby station, and just as you reached the platform, one of the trains pulled up. You wasted no time in hopping on.
You never imagined you’d be the one running from authorities.
And now that you were, you hated it.
The way your head spun and your heart raced. How your hands were shaking so badly you were struggling to hold onto your bags. The anxiety that rushed through your veins, overwhelming and taking over your mind with dread over what was to come.
You knew you weren’t a villain, and realistically, you shouldn’t actually be in any trouble. They were looking for you because, in this world, you had a missing person’s case. If they caught you, the worst-case scenario would be an interrogation into why you disappeared. You wouldn’t be arrested for any real crime.
Still, you couldn’t help but panic. Maybe it was because you were with someone who was wanted as a villain. Even then, she was unrecognizable in her disguise. Most likely, you were so worried because never before had you been the one the authorities were after. You never imagined you’d find yourself in this type of situation—and you certainly didn’t know how to get yourself out of it.
In the end, you weren’t really the person they were looking for—rather, you were just a doppelganger of sorts—and you had no explanation for them if they did bring you in for questioning. You knew close to nothing about your past in this world. There was no way her life had been identical to yours considering the vastly different outcomes.
She had money, but how did she get it? A proper job or crime?
Who were her closest friends?
Where did she live?
Your best bet if you were ever caught was to fake amnesia, you reckoned.
Your heart rate only slowed down after seven or so stops. Toga was patient with you, but you could tell she was getting antsy and eager to get off the train. It was maybe the tenth stop when you finally stood up to leave.
The train let you off at a street full of shops and bustling people, very similar to the one you’d gone to earlier in the day. The air was full of chatter loud enough to be heard over a cacophony of music resulting from various playlists intermingling. Had you been in a mall, the music may have been a bit more in sync, but this was what happened when multiple stores wanted to create an ambiance for their customers.
Getting to the end of each block proved to be quite the chore as Toga’s attention was caught by every other window display. She whined about how she never got to buy nice things for herself anymore because she had no money. Needless to say, your soft heart would give in, and you’d walk away with her beaming and admiring her new apparel.
Your attention was caught at one point when you passed a shop selling a variety of used gaming consoles. Some of the posters taped to the front entrance were advertisements for games Tenko and Iguchi had introduced to you. Toga didn’t bat an eye, continuing on her way, but you paused to wonder, if you hadn’t died in this world, would you make similar memories with Shigaraki and Spinner?
You missed the days when the three of you would gather at one of your homes. Beanbag chairs and a plethora of pillows would be gathered in front of a TV, surrounded by a mountain of snacks to last you days. Tenko never failed to provide enough energy drinks to kill a horse. He wanted to ensure that you—in a food coma bliss—wouldn’t pass out before it even hit midnight.
The sun would be peeking over the horizon, and your bloodstream would still be saturated with caffeine, resulting in you badgering them mercilessly to prevent them from nodding off. You’d be buzzing in your seat as the three of you played on, framed by two zombies who wanted nothing more than to knock you unconscious. Once he had enough, Tenko would pull the plug and drag your whining ass to the makeshift beds Iguchi had set up earlier in the night. You’d only settle down after several minutes of Tenko’s arm latching you to the floor.
You’d like to think that your counterpart shared experiences akin to your own. Although, you wouldn’t be terribly surprised if being wanted criminals took precedence over finding the time and money to play games through the night.
You turned away from the shop to follow Toga back to the hideout.
Twice was quick to jump on you both as soon as you walked through the door. He wanted nothing more than to dig through the bags of new goodies you brought with you. Compress wasn’t so invasive, but he still hovered to catch a glimpse at whatever was pulled out. When Twice reached the plastic bag you used to carry your soaked garments, he made an alarmed noise and shoved it off on Compress who was also fairly displeased.
“What on Earth is this?” he said, aghast.
“It’s my hero suit… It was raining in my universe before I was sent here, so it got totally soaked through,” you explained, taking the clothing back from him.
“Oh, I was wondering why you looked so miserable last night!” Toga chimed. You pursed your lips.
“Anyway, I’m gonna go get changed into something a bit more palatable,” you said, digging through a large paper bag full of new clothes.
“You weren’t kidding about that hero crap?” you heard Shigaraki grumble.
You glanced over at him as he lounged across one of the battered sofas, gnawing on a candy bar. You couldn’t necessarily blame his distaste for heroes being that he was on the receiving end of their dutiful efforts. It was more understandable given you knew just who they really were—without this universe’s societal views blurring your beliefs into following them instead.
“Of course not,” you said as you pulled out a cozy pair of pants along with a soft sweatshirt.
“So, your morals align with theirs then,” he said, and you didn’t miss the mildly sinister undertone in his voice. You looked back over to see his eyes boring into you. He was waiting for your response, his body visibly tense. It was clear that the wrong answer would trigger an exchange with an unappealing outcome, and that seemed to be what he anticipated, though his deep frown suggested he preferred that not be the case.
“No…” you said softly, watching him carefully. You felt like Shigaraki wouldn’t think twice about going after you while your back was turned. You knew Tenko would never do that, but you also knew he was passionate about his world views, intense and driven to defend them. With him already being on the opposing side of the law, you weren’t sure where Shigaraki drew the line when it came to fighting for what he believed in. You’d like to think he was as sensible as you remembered.
Thankfully, you wouldn’t need to find out today. “No, the heroes here were my enemies where I come from.”
He scrutinized you, gauging whether to believe you or not, but after a moment, his narrowed eyes and tensed muscles relaxed. “Mm,” he grunted in acknowledgment before turning his attention back to his food, pretending to investigate whatever was written on the wrapper.
Your eyebrows furrowed as you looked back down at the outfit you picked out. You hadn’t noticed your heart rate was elevated until that moment, feeling it slow down.
“I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little bit curious as to what we’re like as heroes,” Compress pondered, a hand tucked under his chin.
“Me, too!” Toga said and attached herself to your back, putting most of her weight onto you. “Are we, like, so awesome?”
You glanced over your shoulder at her and chuckled. “Oh, definitely, but I’m sure you’re just as awesome here.”
She giggled before pestering you to share more.
So, you did.
“Our agency’s focus was mostly on rescue. We were usually the first to respond to natural disasters or the destructive aftermath of villain activity. Sometimes we’d be given assignments to gather intel to help out other agencies,” you explained.
“I’ve got a hard time believing Dabi’s good at rescue. He should just scorch them!” Twice butted in.
“I said mostly,” you laughed. “Dabi… kind of had his own role.” Speaking of, both he and Spinner were missing from the common area. “Is he around right now?”
“No,” Shigaraki clipped with a mouthful of food, “He’s out recruiting for us.”
“What about Spinner?”
You didn’t miss the way his eyes shot over to look at you, causing a slight shiver down your spine. You couldn’t pinpoint why, but in this universe, his energy had a menacing edge to it.
“He’s sleeping.” Shigaraki swallowed his last bite and dropped the wrapper beside him. “Why were you using past tense?”
“Was I?” It hadn’t even crossed your mind. Apparently, Compress noticed it, as well, nodding along as if he would have asked about it if no one else had. Toga and Twice seemed confused, looking between you and Shigaraki.
You drew back slightly. Telling all of them about the tragedy that had struck your group felt wrong… You understood that things were different here, but you also didn’t want to put meaningless fear into their heads. They wouldn’t be playing the same roles as they did in your past, so it wouldn’t make any sense for them to face the same fate.
“I guess…I guess it’s because I’m technically from the future?” You shrugged with a shamefully false smile. Lying about this didn’t feel all that great either. What if—because of weird universal parallel laws or whatever—they will meet the same ends as they did in your world? If telling them could change that, then that’s what you would want to do.
You would do anything to change what had happened to your friends.
Spinner’s words from earlier in the day rang through your head. There was still a chance that manipulating their timeline could create a paradox, the aftermath of which could be devastating—according to the limited SciFi media you’ve consumed on that subject matter.
You wanted to rip your hair out. You hated being in this position, and you were eager to get out of it. Hopefully, it wouldn’t take too long for you to hunt down Dai Uchuu and convince him to send you home.
There was a sharp tug at your heart.
It occurred to you that home wouldn’t have all the people you cared so much about. That should have been obvious, but it was easier to forget than you’d think. Still, that’s where your life was, and you had to live with the outcome of your own battles.
You pushed past that uncomfortable feeling with a little help from Toga and Twice badgering you for more details on their lives as heroes.
You continued to tell them about Toga’s success and promotion, and how Twice was invaluable for his productivity and utility on the field, amplifying everyone else’s capabilities tenfold. Compress and Tenko were excellent at clearing debris, freeing anyone trapped or injured. There were a few people you brought up who the others were unfamiliar with, such as Minji, Sakiko, and other old classmates of yours.
You wondered if they had yet to meet.
“That sounds like so much fun,” Toga said. She was plopped down in front of you, hugging her knees to her chest as she listened to you share stories about where you came from. She stared at the ground with a blank expression. “I wonder how we ended up so different.”
“Me too,” you muttered
“I’m glad we’re not heroes,” Shigaraki spouted, kicking his legs off the couch so he could sit up. His eyes settled on you.
“What?” you asked, a bit jarred by his comment. “Why? I can’t imagine living in hiding is all that fun.”
“Because we don’t have to conform to the shallow ideals of society. Heroes like to act like they keep the peace when, in reality, they turn a blind eye to those they deem beneath them. I’m not interested in playing pretend.”
You blinked.
Some heroes could be like that sometimes, but they were the vast minority. Most of the people you knew were genuine and loved being given the opportunity to help others. You were sure Tenko felt the same as you, but Shigaraki’s opinions were the stark opposite.
You assumed that could be attributed to the fact the heroes here were just as corrupt as the villains you knew them to be. Shigaraki was their villain, and they were his enemies. If you were in his shoes, you probably wouldn’t want to join the opposing team either.
The energy in the room had changed, and you all silently agreed to drop the topic. Toga stepped into the spotlight to start showing off everything you’d bought her, which led to Twice begging you to buy stuff for him, as well. Compress tried to be subtle about it, but it was clear he wanted in on the gift-giving by the way he began listing items he lost or wished he could buy.
At some point, Dabi had returned, and Spinner had risen. Dabi made a b-line for the scarce-looking bedroom, but Spinner was eager to join in the conversation. He was a little less self-centered about the things he thought you should buy, more so concerned with what the group needed as a whole.
Shigaraki was silent from his spot on the couch, seemingly uninterested in the conversation, but his eyes were locked onto you all the while. There were a few moments where you’d look over but quickly look away when you saw he was still staring. It felt like he was in deliberation with himself regarding your presence, like he had yet to decide whether he’d let you stay or not.
You weren’t kept in suspense for too long.
Spinner was in the middle of arguing with Twice about needs versus wants when Shigaraki butted in to announce you’d be staying with Toga overnight. Then he left, you assumed to retreat to his own bedroom. Compress and Twice turned in not long after, but Spinner hung around until Toga dragged you away to give you a tour of her room.
Hers was the one that looked like a bomb had gone off inside. Her clothing was overflowing out of her wardrobe and across the majority of the carpeted floor. You could barely see her bed underneath the mountain of plushies she’d accumulated, and you had to watch your step to be sure you didn't crush any of the scattered makeup.
You were soon thankful her messiness made you more attentive of where you were walking, because you noticed the gleam of a knife peeking out from beneath her clothing. You crouched down and carefully picked it up. “Um… Toga? Why do you have this in your room?”
She gasped as her eyes widened and a gleeful smile stretched across her face. She pranced over to you. “You found it! I’ve been looking everywhere for that!” She plugged it from your hand and held it to her chest, giggling and skipping away to find a new home for it.
Okay…
You elected to ignore her absurd behavior in favor of helping her clear a spot on the ground for you to sleep. She began handing blankets and pillows off for you to arrange however you preferred.
You dodged an oversized teddy bear, covering your head for safekeeping. You lowered one of the fluffy pillows being lent to you to send a playful glare at Toga as she rifled through her stuffed animals. She began pelting you with anything she thought would be a good addition to your makeshift bed.
“This is gonna be so fun!” Toga sang as she tossed another plushie in your direction. You caught it this time. She turned around to start helping you gather everything into a somewhat bed-shaped pile. “Tomura and I just bought a bunch of snacks and stuff, too—Oh, that’s when we found you!”
“Right. You guys left some stuff behind, by the way,” you hummed with a soft smile. You tucked a blanket around your mound of a mattress to help it keep its form. “I tried to give it back, but you guys were long gone, so I returned it to the clerk.”
“Hm, I would have kept it if I were you,” she said, side-eying you. “I know where Jin’s food stash is. I’m sure he wouldn’t care if we took some.”
“He wouldn’t care if you asked? Or wouldn’t care because he wouldn’t notice?” you catch, giving her a suspicious look. She grinned wide, showing off her sharp canines.
“Jin’s a sweety. He’ll understand,” she said, waving her hand as if she was shooing away the conversation topic.
You finished working on your sleeping arrangements, and Toga dug around in her closet for anything she could use to give you a makeover. You were offended at first by the way she chose to phrase it, but you could recall all the times you’d spent with your Toga. The horrors she put your hair and skin through had long since been buried away—way more than six feet under.
Your body was stiff as she began working with your hair.
“If only Magne were here, too. The three of us were planning a girls’ night before—” Toga paused, looking off to the side as she emitted a strained hum. “She said it would be good for team building.”
You looked down at your crossed legs.
Losing Magne was hard. No one could have anticipated such an outcome. The planning that had gone into that assignment felt endlessly meticulous not only for guaranteed success but also to avoid serious casualties. Everyone believed all bases had been covered.
But reality never goes exactly as planned.
There was no plan to account for the unexpected adversaries. No plan when so many of your allies’ lives were at risk. There was no plan to prevent Magne from jumping ahead to act as a buffer. She made her own plan, and she went through with it, and she succeeded. She saved all those lives at the cost of her own.
You weren’t sure how she passed away in this timeline, and you didn’t feel it would be appropriate to ask, but you had no doubt it was for something just as noble. This world may have deemed her a villain, but you knew her as a hero. You knew her ideology and goals, and it was a shame she—like all the others—wasn’t recognized for it.
You wanted to know how the morals of this society got flipped around. How were the real villains able to pull it off?
With copious manipulation tactics, you were sure.
“Were we ever able to hang out?”
“Huh?” You blinked back to attention. To be fair, you both had gone silent for a minute, allowing your mind to wander. “Oh. The three of us?”
“Mm,” she affirmed.
“Yeah…” You began picking at your nails. “Yeah, we got to hang out a decent amount.”
Her hands, which were busy at work with your hair, slowed down. “What kind of stuff did we do?”
You weren’t sure what to say. You wouldn’t have to worry about causing any paradoxes, since your stories were in both of your pasts at this point. Still, it wasn’t good to dwell too much on the past, or on what could have been.
That probably made you a hypocrite, but you weren’t too keen on taking your own advice on such matters.
“Magne would take us shopping sometimes,” you said softly. “Our work studies didn’t pay all that well, and she felt bad, so she’d want to buy us all sorts of things while we were out.”
“Like a big sister,” Toga suggested, her hands returning to her normal pace.
“Or a cool aunt or something.” You smiled and turned slightly to look over your shoulder at her. Her eyes were focused on her hands, but she was smiling, too.

angst, bakugou x reader, after current war arc
---
You sit down at his bedside, a warm drink in hand and snacks for two placed on the table.
It's been your little ritual for the past year and a half. You'd buy a snack for you, a snack for him, and anything else that catches your eye that might make you or him feel something other than numbness.
That isn't fair, you think to yourself as you open your bag of snacks, you're not sure what he's feeling.
You've overheard the talks that happen after your pushed from the room, the doctors talking to Katsuki's parents and Aizawa in hushed tones. They say they aren't sure if he will wake up, something about his body being self-sufficient but he's refusing to open his eyes.
To that Mitsuki always replies that her stubborn boy just needs more time. The doctors leave, always giving you a sorry look as you wait in the hallway, but they never say a word to you. What would they even say?
You prop your feet up on the hospital bed next to Katsuki's. You stopped playfully nudging him months ago, your joke about him playing dead started to feel too real after a while.
Instead, you tell him about your day; the training he's missed out on that you're sure to kick his ass at, the dumb joke Kaminari said today during lunch, the latest gossip about all the budding romances in class.
"Shoto and Izuku seem to be in some sort of contest, they've been handwriting letters furiously trying to outdo the other. I think Sero is reading them and giving points." You laugh before your eyes fall to your fingers playing with the hem of your skirt.
You take a deep breath, the emotions you've been fighting off today suddenly clawing their way up your throat.
That should have been us.
You sink into your chair and cover your eyes. You haven't cried in front of him since the first month of endless tears. He needed to see you strong, and you needed to be strong. Strong for him, for his family, for your classmates.
If they didn't see you cry then they wouldn't have to worry. Katsuki was just being stubborn, just like Mitsuki said. Any day he would wake up, any day... any day you've been repeating for the past 547 days.
There's a knock on the door, and you try to hide the fact that you were just on the edge of a mental break down. Pushing the tears away from your eyes you turn to see Aizawa standing in the doorway.
He raises the coffee in his hand in your direction to acknowledge you before closing the door and walking to Bakugou's bedside.
He stands next to you, looking over all the machines and at Katsuki's pale completion. You can see the effects that time is having on him. There are some small whiskers on his upper lip you're sure he would be very proud of, his jaw line becoming more and more pronounced every day, and you refuse to think that its just from him wasting away.
Aizawa says your name, and it's unlike how he called on you in class, it's solemn and filled with sincerity.
His voice is soft as he speaks, "You know there will be a point where you have to move on, you shouldn't spend your whole life within these four hospital walls. He wouldn't want that."
Your hands clench and you turn your face away from Aizawa. The clawing in your throat returns and you squeeze your eyes shut.
You don't want to have this conversation. Especially in front of him. Especially with how raw and numb your heart already is. How are you supposed to give up on the only thing you've been waiting for?
Every afternoon, every evening, everything you've missed to be by his side; birthdays and movies, trips, vacations. Hell, you were even planning on spending graduation and prom night here too. Not being here with him feels more wrong than being everywhere without him.
"I don't know. I don't know..." Your tears start to fall again and you turn toward Aizawa, who's arms are already open for you.
You cry into his chest until your throat is sore and your eyes are red, until your body can't hold itself up anymore.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥
Pairing: Ransom Drysdale × Reader
Summary: You wanted to meet Ransom's family, he wanted to make sure you'd never want it again.
Word count: 3k.
Warning: Poorly written smut (+18 only, please), public sex (prompt 11), fingering, unprotected sex (don't do that, kids. be responsible), a bit of dirty talk, the Thrombeys being the Thrombeys. And I think that's it.
A/N: So, after finding out one of my stories was stolen an translated in Wattpad, I did not know if I should post this just yet but, what the hell? Let's do it. Anyway, this is for @stargazingfangirl18 and @navybrat817 's Shameless Hoes for Chris Challenge so, happy belated birthday! Yaaay. 🥳 Hope you like this at least a little and that it's not as bad as my paranoid brain thinks it is. Also, I just love how the prompts fit perfectly together, don't you? As always, lack of vocabulary and grammatical mistakes abound. *apologizes in español*

Draining, tedious, exasperating. Those were some of the adjectives Ransom associated with Thrombey family reunions. He'd arrive late, have some sort of conversation with his grandfather and leave early to do whatever that took him away from that big house.
Today though, he had a reason to stay for more than half an hour.
If it was up to him, you two would have stayed at home, happy, relaxed, and most importantly, naked in his bed, having a more pleasant time than the one you were most likely about to have.
He tried to persuade you. Of course he did! But your insistence and puppy eyes made it impossible for him to say no to your request.
So, here you were, getting out of his car, cake in sweaty hands and an excited smile on your lips, an expression so different from Ransom's, who seemed to be ready to get back behind the wheel and drive straight to Canada.
He didn't knock; he simply opened the door and held it for you to enter. If the three floor house was imposing from the outside, you felt impressed by the inside. Extravagant sculptures, apparently expensive paintings and other kinds of pieces of art were scattered everywhere, telling you just how wealthy and eccentric Ransom's family were.
“That's Harlan Thrombey! ” You exclaimed as you stood in front of the portrait of your forever favorite author holding a knife and a book.
“So?” Ransom asked, unconcerned.
You turned to him open-mouthed, the cake almost slipping off your palms as you went to playfully slap him in the arm.
“How come you are related to Harlan Thrombey and you didn't tell me?” Your question was more of a shock than an accusation.
The carefree gesture he did with his shoulders only accentuated his next words. “I did not think you would be interested in knowing.”
“I wouldn’t be interested?” Incredulity, flowing out of your lips. “He’s the best thriller author of all time! He’s like today’s Edgar Allan Poe!”
To say that you didn't believe him was an understatement. He knew for a fact that you liked Harlan Thrombey's books, just taking a look at the bookshelf in your apartment was proof enough of that.
“We call him grandpa here.” Said a femenine voice. A brunette walked in your direction, her pretty features hardening as she looked at your boyfriend. “Don't we, Hugh?”
He seemed to be ready to say something but decided not to. Instead he inhaled and placed his hand on your back.
“This is Y/N, the only reason I’m not telling you what you need to hear right now.”
Her eyes rolled in irritation and then turned to you. “I’m Meg. Let's introduce you to the rest of the family, shall we?.” And she dragged you to the room where more people were gathered together, discussing something, not before sending a deadly glare at Ransom.
Given the distance between you and him, you didn't listen to the heavy sigh he let out before waking behind.
“Everyone!” Meg called, making everyone leave whatever they were doing to look at her –and you, in consequence. “Meet Y/N, Hugh's new friend.” She then proceeded to introduce every single member of the family, including the housekeeper and the nurse, except for the grandfather, who apparently had a moment of inspiration and left them momentarily to put his ideas on paper.
None of them left their seat to go and shake your hand except for Meg's energetic mom, who hugged you and expressed how much she loved your coat even though it was soooo last season.
Sitting on a couch next to Ransom, you half expected someone to ask you about how you two met or how long had you been dating or what was it that you did for a living. Nothing. As fast as their attention was on you, it fell from you to their previous discussion.
You now understood why Ransom jokingly suggested deep cleaning the house instead of attending that reunion.
What you weren't aware of, Ransom thought, was that all of them were behaving wonderfully compared to previous times.
You didn't know if you felt more disappointed or uncomfortable. Ransom had left your side to go to the studio for a second and you had barely had any interaction with his family. All of them, dipped in their own matters to even notice your presence.
Fran, the housekeeper, was kind enough to take the cake to the kitchen and offer you a glass of water, but after giving it to you, she disappeared along with Meg and the nurse.
“So,” All at once, the room went quiet as Ransom's uncle spoke. “Have you read any of dad's books, Y/N?” Only until you heard your name was that your head snapped up.
“Oh, uhm… yeah. I'm a big fan.” Taken by surprise, you simply answered.
“Really? Which one have you read?”
And to that question, you felt suddenly included in the conversation since you had knowledge of the topic.
“I'm like fifty pages from finishing 'The Needle Game' and intrigue is eating me alive.” As you heard the excitement in your voice, you tried to compose yourself and said “Though 'Nick Of Time' is my favorite.” You smiled at him, hoping that your answer was a good one.
The woman that was introduced to you as Ransom's mother nodded as she licked her lips. The light of the fireplace, reflecting on her glasses as she moved her head up and down.
“Have you read 'Ultimatum' or 'Drop In The Pocket', dear?” Her tone was curious, but the look on her face said differently.
You responded anyway. “They're not bad. I feel like the ending of 'Drop In The Pocket' was a little vague and out of line but it can always be interpreted as an open ending so…” The change in their expressions told you that you had to add something else to that answer. Maybe it was not time for literature humor yet. “But I enjoyed both.”
She hummed and took her drink, detaching from the talk that continued with courtesy questions until it morphed into a heated discussion between Ransom's father and uncle, who would repeatedly ask for your opinion to back up his own.
The discomfort you felt, dispelled to be replaced by the disturbance of being bombarded with dozens of questions at a time, each louder than the other until they changed to a completely different topic to which you were occasionally included as a neutral point of view.
“She knows what she's talking about!” Said Richard at some point when you confirmed one of his arguments. “Thank you, dear.”
Ransom came back from his obligatory argument with his grandfather to find you nowhere to be seen.
“She's using the bathroom.” Informed Jacob, who did not take his eyes off of his cellphone.
Thinking that you went there to hide, he started his way to your potential direction until an overheard observation from his mother stopped him halfway through.
“… Did you hear how she talked about dad's work? Oh, I assure you she won't make it to next week with Ransom.”
Her and Richard's backs were to him, both of them unaware that their son was listening to their share of opinions.
“And did you see her hands?” Joni joined the criticism contest. “She could use some moisturizer, I tell you.”
As usual, they ignored her attempt to fit in and kept going.
“I know it's contradictory to say this,” Richard paused, as to make his point clear. “But he could do better.”
Despite their whispering, Ransom heard every single word and was glad that you were not there to see what was about to happen…
Ransom's words stuck on his throat when he saw you making your way out of the bathroom, fixing the skirt of your dress, with such niceness and warmth directed to him as you smiled, oblivious to the fact that the people you were trying to get to like you weren't going to.
His parents were right. He could do better. He could determine to not see them ever again and it would be the best thing to happen to him… Besides you, obviously.
“What's wrong?” Your concern was evident, just as his annoyance was undeniable.
Cold hands caressed his cheeks and Ransom thought of going back to Joni and tell her to fuck off. Your touch was soft, comforting, and gave him the greatest idea he'd ever had.
“I want to show you something.” Was his answer. It was better if you were the one who decided to never step on that house for the rest of your lives. It didn't matter if it was out of embarrassment.
Taking your hand in his, he guided you up the stairs to the first landing. The creaking sound of the old structure, probably alerting everyone in the other room that you were going to the next floor.
“Are you okay?” The sweet giggle that you let out when he abruptly stopped, almost making him feel bad about what he was seconds away from doing.
“Better than ever.” And he stamped his lips to yours.
Taken aback, it took you a second to respond. Hands on each side of his face as his own explored your body. When his fingers lifted your dress to caress your ass cheeks was when you ended the kiss.
“What are you doing?” You asked in a breathless whisper. “Not that I'm complaining.”
You were cornered against the wall with Ransom towering in front of your smaller frame.
Trying to escape from whatever he had in mind was useless, you knew that much. Though, you were not sure if you really wanted to escape.
“What I've been wanting to do ever since you got a shower without me this morning.” His lips found your jaw and descended to your neck where he sucked to create a bruise. Your eyes closed to the sensation.
“Wait. No, wait.” His fingertip that had started rubbing your still clothed bud paused it's motions as his eyes focused back on your face. “We can't do it. Not here.”
Ransom's finger went back to work, bringing a soft moan that you tried to suppress. “Why not? No one's gonna come here.” His other hand moved up your thigh to lift it. “Even if they did, they wouldn't notice.”
With an expert swing of his wrist, he moved your panties aside, letting the cold air that wandered inside the house hit you before his skilled middle finger entered you while still managing to rub your clit in circles with his thumb.
Adrenaline ran through your veins, fuel activating every nerve in your body and shaking away fear from your brain, replacing it with lust and boldness.
“I'm blaming you if we get caught.” Your hips jolted forward wanting to feel more of his hand, the contradiction between your words and actions, making him smirk.
He added a second finger. Knuckles deep and his cold ring slowly warming against the inside of your thigh, he said, “I'll take responsibility, sweetheart.” Pumping his fingers in and out, he felt your slick running down the back of his hand to his wrist, wetting his overly expensive watch and the cuff of his cozy sweater .“But I can't assure you we won't get caught.”
His words, instead of working as a bucket of cold water as one would expect, increased your need to be touched by him, the yearning for him to take you right there and then.
“Damn it, Ransom.” One of your hands flew to his shoulder to hold onto him for dear life. “I'm close.”
“You're not cumming unless I'm inside you, pretty thing.” At what point did he unfasten his belt and unzipped his trousers, you had no idea. The friction of his digits was gone in a second but the feeling of his already leaking tip rubbing against your most sensitive parts was enough to make you forget about those trifles.
Your lips opened, ready to tell him to keep his voice down when he suddenly thrusted home, stretching you out so deliciously that you had to cover your mouth to muffle the moan that threatened to inform everyone of your current activities.
Ransom's breathing hitched. Being inside you was a dream come true, feeling your walls enveloping his cock so fucking good… it was like you were made for each other, and he was going to prove it, even if his family didn't really get to know.
His hips started moving. Back and forth, back and forth. Delicately at first, letting you adjust to his size but the second he felt you throbbing around him, he increased the pace. Little by little his pounds gained power and energy.
Your whimpers –stuck in your throat, leaving only soft snuffles that crashed against Ransom's cheek, soon became more rapid, erratic and as his fingers dug in the flesh of your thigh to keep you still while he accommodated to go even deeper you heard a creaking noise.
Your boyfriend's blue eyes met yours, his movements never faltering despite the alert given by the dark wooden floor under your feet.
There was a conflict in your head, and Ransom could tell. The way you tightened and the pleading look on your face told different stories, yet Ransom knew they had the same ending.
Shaking your head, your eyes asked him not to do it, but you knew Ransom well enough to be sure that not even begging could stop him.
“You love it, don't you?” His smile grew bigger as his change of position allowed him to hit your sweet spot on and on, ripping high pitched whines from you and obligating you to close your eyes. “The thought of getting caught. The image of someone seeing how good I make you feel.” The placement of his foot, making the landing creak repeatedly each time he pushed up accompanying every word. “Fuck, you're talking me so well. Such a dirty girl, uh.”
His big hand yanked the strap of your dress down, exposing your left boob. Your already hard nipple was soon attacked by Ransom's fingertips. He'd pinch and twist it slightly, just enough to make your back arch in search of his touch.
Pleasure was overflowing your senses, you could feel your heart thudding in your ears and your legs losing strength. Your hand left your mouth to grip at the back of Ransom's neck to keep you from falling.
The sight of your lower lip trapped between your teeth didn't please Ransom. In other circumstances, he would've let you stay that way, as quiet as possible so no one would walk on you. This time though, it was his intention to rip the most delicious sounds from your lips so you thought of the possibility of his family listening.
And so, he lent to kiss you, passion and desire transmitted through his breath. His tongue asked for a permission that was not really required, but as you let it in, Ransom took the opportunity to bite down your lip.
With your lips forcefully parted and Ransom's restless hand traveling back to your bundle, you had no other option than to moan with each quick circle his digits drew.
A series of laughs and undistinguished words were heard from a distance. Both Ransom and you turned to see what they were about, stopping in your tracks with him still buried deep inside your needy cunt.
“Guess dinner's ready.” Unbothered about the information he just gave, he hid his face in the crook of your neck and resumed his movements.
A shaky oh, fuck fell from your lips as you felt the familiar knot in your stomach forming. Your head flew back, hitting the wall with a soft thud.
“Careful. We don't want to be obvious, do we?” You knew you were about to explode, and by the way your walls were clenching and your trembling body tried to separate from him, Ransom knew as well. “Let go, sweetheart.” A roar erupted from him as he felt you tightening around his length. “Cum for me.”
With a last, powerful thrust of his hips, you let out a silent scream. The coil snapped, making you see a kaleidoscope of colors behind your eyelids and listen to a loud ring in your ears.
Ransom followed right after, cursing as he finished inside of you, coating you with every last drop and making sure everything would stay there.
He slid out, leaving you with a feeling of emptiness as he zipped his trousers and took a step back to let you fix your appearance.
You managed to accommodate your dress just in time for Ransom's family to walk out of the room they were in to see you. Your agitated breathing and blushed cheeks, getting everyone's attention.
“Are you okay, dear?” Ransom's dad asked.
“She's fine.” Your boyfriend answered for you. “She's feeling a little sick. I better take her home.” He took you by the hand and helped you down the stairs to the door, which you thanked. Had he not done it, you would have tripped taking the first step.
“But she hasn't met grandpa yet.” Meg noted, furrowing her brows.
“It'll be next time.” And with that, Ransom took you out of the house and in the passenger seat of his car without giving anyone the chance to say goodbye.
When you were at a considerable distance, you sighed, letting out the air you didn't know you were holding.
“Just so you know, there won't be a next time.” You informed him, against your want to meet his grandfather.
“Why not?” He asked with a chuckle, already knowing the answer.
“Cause embarrassment won't let me come back in the near future.”
Behind an eye roll and a tap on your thigh, Ransom hid the triumphant grimace his perfectly carried out plan gave him.

༄ the mediterranean sea collection - masterlist
Tumblr media
Today had to be one of the worst days in your life. Freezing, drenched, and newly homeless, you tucked yourself onto the bus stop bench. Lucky you, this one didn't even have an awning to protect you from the elements.
The rain had no pity for your predicament as it pelted your body, the light clothing doing close to nothing for you. Summer had just come, yet the night rainfall seemed to have brought an unexpected chill.
Not to mention the suitcase and duffle bag you had with you were now also getting soaked.
You could only hope nothing was too waterlogged.
Your hand did little to protect your dying phone from getting wet as you tried to search for the nearest place to stay. Motel, hotel, air B'N'B; anything in range to get you off the streets for the night.
You had a feeling this would happen, and boy were kicking yourself for not seeing the red flags and preparing sooner.
Not having enough savings for a dorm, you had signed a contract with the residents of an apartment to rent out one of the rooms for cheap.
The agreement only lasted for two semesters, but they had promised that you'd be able to renew it once summer rolled around.
"Promise my ass." You grumbled, remembering how the original owner had gotten a partner. In return, they refused to let you sign another contract so they would have space for the "love of their life".
You saw the signs; you saw how their stuff slowly moved into the apartment and all the time they were spending there.
You just didn't think they'd be shitty enough people to kick you out the moment your contract ended.
A gust of icy wind rolled through, causing another shudder to rack your body. The closest place wasn't in walking distance, and it was far to late for the buses to be running. Sighing, you shut off your phone and closed your eyes.
You had resigned yourself to walk the several blocks to the nearest 24/7 fast food place to at least get out of the rain.
That was until the rain fall suddenly stopped beating down on you. The rain couldn't have stopped though, you could still hear it. You blinked your eyes open and looked up, surprised to what - or more accurately, who - you saw.
"...Kyojurou?"
Standing there in all his warmth and glory, Kyojurou looked down at you with concern, holding a bright red umbrella over your soaked form.
He couldn't seem to help the small smile that graced his lips at the sound of his first name.
"I'd be happier that you finally used my name if you didn't look so sad and drenched."
A humorless snort escaped your lips as you hugged yourself, shivering slightly. "Timing always has my side doesn't it? I'm just about to head to the closest food place to get out of the rain, so don't worry about it."
"Why?"
"I got kicked out," you shrugged, looking to the ground.
"This late at night?"
"It surprised me too. They found a new roommate and wouldn't let me renew my contract for the next school year, and it just so happens it ended tonight." There was a hint of bitterness in your tone, one that was completely understandable.
Kyojurou's brows furrowed. "They didn't give you a heads up? A two week notice?"
"I'm just lucky they let me pack all of my stuff before I had to leave." You continued to look down at the ground, not seeing the way Kyojurou's face contorted ever so slightly.
He didn't get mad often, but whoever your old roommates are were now on his shit list
"Well that's a shitty thing to do," he stated bluntly, causing you to sputter and blink dumbly at him.
It's been almost a year since you've met the blonde, and in all that time you never once heard him say a single bad word.
"Did you just curse??"
He pretended not to hear, pulling out his own phone to see the time as you mulled over the fact that this sweet ray of sunshine just called someone shitty.
Expression neutralizing as he schemed, he turned back to you. "You don't have to stay in a fast food place for the night."
"Huh?? Are you suggesting I sleep in a box?"
The man smiled, resting a reassuring hand on top of your shoulder, frustration forgotten for now. "You can stay with me!"
"What now?"
Chuckling, he passed the umbrella off to you to hold, beginning to slip his arms out of the jacket he wore. "You can stay with me for the time being until you get back on your feet! Well, us. If you wanted to of course! Sanemi just moved out, so we're looking for a new one regardless."
Baffled at the sudden offer, you started to shake your head, forming the words to decline him. It was too big of a favor, how could you accept that?
He was one step ahead of you, as he always is.
"Before you say anything, no, it would not be any trouble, you're a joy to have around! We can settle the nitty gritty later, let's just get you out of the cold."
"Wait, Kyojurou," you were silenced by a heavy warmth that suddenly engulfed your upper body, including your sight. Moving the fabric from your eyes, you realized it was his jacket.
His once dry clothes was slowly becoming just as soaked as you were as he took back the umbrella, insistently keeping it solely above you.
The gentle way he smiled in combination with the light post that shined behind his head had you convinced he was your guardian angel in disguise.
You hesitantly pulled the jacket closer to your body, not being able to deny how relieving the warmth felt. "But, won't you be cold?"
"My insides are practically pocket heaters, it takes a lot for me to be cold. A little wind and rain won't do anything to me, I promise! Now come on, before you get sick," he insisted as he grabbed your bag, throwing them over his shoulder.
"Little" was an understatement, but you didn't have the energy to argue. It was the middle of the night and you could feel your eyes starting to droop.
Grabbing your luggage to role behind, you let the other wrap his free arm around your form, hand resting on your arm. "Thank you, truly I don't know where to start showing how grateful I am. I owe you big time."
"Never refer to me as Rengoku-san again and I'll call it even!"
A wobbly smile tugged at your lips as you leaned into his side, letting him guide you down the route to his apartment. "You have a deal then, Kyojurou."
Tumblr media
The weather broadcasters warned everyone about heavy snowfall, but you couldn’t help but think they could’ve prepared everyone a bit more as you stared out your window and could only see the shadow of snow.
Thank the gods above it was winter break or they’d have to cancel classes, which would just be tuition money flushed down the shitter.
Your train of thought was interrupted by a knock at the door of the bedroom you were in, which was odd because the door was open.
Low and behold, it was your sweetheart of a boyfriend, holding two mugs and using his foot to knock. “I brought hot coco!”
"You don't have to knock, this is your room you dork."
"Our room technically, my dear." He responded smoothly, shutting the door with his foot behind him as he made his way to you.
"Careful not to spill it," he winked, laughing slightly as he handed you your mug.
"Just for that I should," you scoffed playfully, sticking your tongue out at him as you took the drink. The smile on his face was nothing but adoring, finding you to be adorable. You had to look away to dismiss the butterflies that swarmed in your tummy. “Looks like we’re snowed in for a bit. The snow is above the windows.”
Kyojurou hummed in agreement. “I still don’t understand how tiny snowflakes can become so damaging so fast!”
“You’re funny,” you chuckled, taking a sip of the hot beverage. Kyojurou always made the best hot chocolate.
“... UME! I’m glad I can be amusing!” You couldn't hold down the snort at the realization that he wasn't joking, swallowing and shaking your head. You granted him mercy and switched the subject.
“What are the others up to?”
Kyojurou leaned against the sill next to you, shoulder bumping yours affectionately. “Tengen is in the living room playing video games with his girlfriends, Mitsuri is watching a movie in her room and Obanai is watching with her. I think she's also painting his nails from the conversation I overheard while passing by."
“I see.”
The both of you were leaning against the window sill, basking in the comfortable silence. It wasn't common in an apartment full of unique roommates.
Even now you both could hear the loud victory cheer of Suma as Tengen groaned in defeat.
Taking another sip of your drink, you hummed, lifting your head to face Kyojurou. You were going to say something, but that was forgotten as you covered your mouth with your fingers as to not laugh suddenly.
"Hm? Is something wrong?" Your poor oblivious lover had a whipped cream mustache. He tilted his head at you - not unlike an owl - seemingly confused to your sudden shift in expression. You swallowed your laughter down as you placed your drink onto the sill, stepping closer to the blonde.
"No, nothing's wrong. You just have a little something rigghtt..." you reached out to grip his chin gently, swiping your thumb across his top lip to collect the whipped cream. "-there, all gone!"
A pretty, bright red color spread across Kyojurou’s face, wide eyes blinking owlishly at you with his mouth slightly agape. Laughing quietly at his reaction, you licked the cream off your thumb, patting the side of his cheek teasingly.
"You'll catch flies, hun." A click of teeth could be heard as he closed his mouth.
"RIGHT!" He stopped himself to clear his throat, turning to face the window as his usual smile reappeared, though a bit wobbly. "Thank you!"
All you did was hum, a slight mischievous smirk settling onto your face. You were set to happily go back to your drink when you shivered, the chill of the room finally reaching you through your clothes.
Kyojurou caught it from the corner of his eye, turning back to you. “Are you cold?”
You waved him off, shaking your head. It wasn't an uncommon occurrence, you'll just get another sweatshirt.
“I’ll be ok. The hot coco will warm me up in- WOAH!” That plan was thrown out the window when he suddenly scooped you up into his broad arms, smiling determinedly.
"You're not allowed to just continue on being cold, not if I can help it!" The firey man plopped you down onto your shared bed, quickly gathering the collection of fluffy blankets you have accumulated over time.
In the blink of an eye, you were neatly swaddled in said blankets and being held gently to your boyfriend's warm chest. He settled underneath the main blanket, wrapping his strong arms around your body.
“Is that better?” He beamed at you, looking oh so proud of himself.
What did you do to deserve him?
"Much," you all but groaned, snuggling your face into the warmth of his chest. It was like cuddling a big warm marshmallow. “I still can’t understand how you’re so warm.”
“I’m a living-breathing heater, my dear. I’ve explained this before, I’m sure of it.”
You snorted, leaning into his hand as he began to run his fingers through your hair. “I’m not complaining, you’re good to keep around for whenever my hands freeze.”
“I wouldn’t mind one bit," his voice came out softly, planting a warm kiss to onto your forehead. This in turn caused you to melt even further into him, burying your face into his shirt.
Kyojurou laughed with amusement as he turned on the television, looking for something for the two of you to watch for the rest of the evening. You eventually peaked your head out to look at him, wrapping your arms around his middle.
“Hey, Kyojurou?”
“Yes?”
All of his attention was on you. Even in these small moments he looks at you as though you're the most precious human being in the world. And to him, you were.
You hummed, placing a kiss onto his chin. “I’m happy I spilled my drink all over you.”
The small peck had similar effects from the whipped cream incident earlier, though he seemed to snap out of it quicker this time. He smiled brighter, cupping your cheek with his large, warm hand.
“That's an odd way of saying I love you."
This made you pause, the 'L-word' not being used between the two of you yet. “Wait, what?"
He gave you no time to question further as he placed a kiss onto your lips in return, his other hand finding the small of your back to pull you closer.
The initial shock of being kissed faded quickly, your arms finding their way around his neck as you pulled yourself closer. The kiss was short and sweet, yet the passion that Kyojurou lived by was always present.
The kiss came to a pause with you laying on top of his chest, remote forgotten and blankets wrapped around you as you steadied your breathing.
Kyojurou's eyes crinkled slightly with his smile, brushing the back of his hand across your cheek.
"I love you too."

I made you
Pairing: Rudy Pankow x female! reader
Summary: Without her, no one would ever know who the fuck Rudy Pankow is, thank god for good PR management and their advanced experience in fake relationships, too bad it got too real too quickly, the worst part is, there's a third person involved, and she's not happy.
Genre(s): Angst.
Warnings: None!
A/N: Although I don't like Elaine, I'm just adding the fame part to spice up the chapter and give it some drama, I don't want anyone thinking this part it's true, it's just for the story. I also want you to know I respect the job of a director's assistant and I do not agree with slut-shaming and women against each other, again, this is just part of the narrative and in no way is how I feel. Just because I write about something, doesn't mean I agree with it.

You opened the bottle of wine, poured yourself a glass, lit up a cigarette, and peacefully sat on the chair next to your balcony. You didn't know how he was going to react, or how the conversation was going to end, the only thing you knew is that it was going to be bad, messy, and loud.
You heard the door opening and the keys clicking, luckily you'd finished smoking, you had a lot to say.
"I brought dinner," Rudy walked to the kitchen.
"Hello to you too," you said with sarcasm.
"Hi," he smiled.
"How was your day?" you filled your glass again.
He raised his shoulders, "It was good, I guess,"
You nodded, "So Jake called me today,"
"I thought they would tell you until next week,"
"He didn't call about the audition,"
He frowned confused, "Is everything okay?" Rudy knew your agent only called you for work, he was very strict about getting too attached with all the people he managed.
"No," you took a large sip of the red liquid, "Apparently he overheard a phone call you had with your agent the other day, good to know you were gonna break up with me tomorrow,"
Rudy sighed and rubbed his face, "Y/N-"
"Save it," you cut him off, "You know, when we agreed to this whole 'fake dating' thing I never expected it to last forever, but I thought the end was gonna be better than just you finding a replacement,"
"I'm not replacing you,"
"I know, because let's be honest the only thing that's gonna come out of that is the end of your career," you crossed your legs, "We did a background check on her," you chuckled, "Poor thing is gonna get canceled a million times,"
"You're lying,"
"I wished I was, but I mean, misogyny, racism, cultural appropriation, and god knows what else the fans are willing to find because we found this in less than two hours, imagine what a person with nothing better else to do will," you grinned.
"Why are you telling me this?"
"Because you have no idea how brutal the internet is gonna get, not only will it affect her reputation and yours, it will affect the whole cast, the whole show even,"
"You don't know that,"
"But I do though, this isn't my first rodeo," you stood up, "Things are about to get real ugly, and you should start feeling really sorry for yourself, Outer Banks season one? Yeah, that was the peak of your career,"
"This is gonna affect you too,"
"Me? No, I'll be okay, in fact, I'll be better, you've given me everything I need for my next album,"
"Then why do you care?"
"Because I care about you idiot," you sissed, "I mean, really? That's it? You're gonna sacrifice your future for some director's assistant?"
"You don't know her," he squinted his eyes.
"I don't have to, sooner or later you're gonna realize that you're starting to the date yourself,"
He grimaced confusedly.
"Oh, don't act all innocent on me now, do I need to bring back the fact that you started dating me for popularity? Because don't forget, I made you," you pointed at your chest, "I was the one who took you out that Friday night two years ago, and suddenly, you were in every headline, the success of your show wouldn't've happened if it weren't for me producing the soundtrack, who do you think made the fucking phone calls for you to get more solo interviews? Without me, you wouldn't've gotten that part in the new Milano's movie and you know it," you got close to him, "And you're throwing all of that away just so you can fuck some white chick who's gonna dump you when she gets enough popularity,"
"I didn't start dating you because of that," he mumbled.
"Oh yeah? Then why did you?"
"Because I had feelings for you!"
"Bitch, please!" you scoffed.
"It's true! In the beginning, I genuinely liked you!"
"You're a bad liar,"
"I'm not lying!"
"Yes, you are! But the worst part is, you're not lying to me, you're lying to yourself because I don't believe you!" you spat.
"Do you really think I planned all of that?!"
"Yes!"
"You were not just some means to an end Y/N! You were my girlfriend!"
"Yes! Until we stopped dating and-"
"And we both agreed to continue this! Don't you think it's time to end it?! We both deserve to be happy!"
"But you won't be happy once you realize you made a mistake!"
"Then that's my problem!"
"It's also mine!"
"Why?!"
"Because I love you!" Your voice cracked.
"What?"
You turned your back at him, your hands were now shaking and your stomach was about to vomit regret. The room became quiet, torturously quiet, for what felt like hours.
"You- you can't do that," he finally whispered.
"I didn't do anything, I shouldn't've said that," you played with the strap of your dress.
"Yes, you shouldn't've," he clenched his jaw, "You don't have the right o do that, you know it right?"
"I-"
"No, this is fucking manipulation Y/N!"
"No, it's not!"
"Yes, it is! First, you bash me and try to convince me that I'm doing the biggest mistake of my life-"
"Because you are!"
"Who are you to judge me?!"
"Oh, you think that's harsh?! Trust me I'm going easy on you!"
"You think telling me you love me is 'going easy on me' ?"
"I wasn't thinking when I said that, it was a mistake,"
"Why? Because it's not true or because you remember?"
You walked to the kitchen pushing him off the way slightly.
"Tell me Y/N do I need to bring back why we broke up in the first place?"
"No,"
"I think I need to!"
"Rudy-"
"No, It's my time to speak!" he stepped towards you, "I did have feelings for you Y/N! A lot of them actually, I kissed you, I opened up my heart to you, I made fucking love you, I even told you that I loved you, and you pushed me away, I respected that, and to be honest, I agreed to this whole charade for me, because I thought that maybe you could love me after all, and now I'm finally moving on and you just do that bullshit? How dare you? How fucking dare you?!"
You were both crying at this point, both sobbing, both sniffing, both hurting.
"I've never loved anyone," you confessed, "I didn't even know what love was until four months ago when we uh- aha," after a few cocktails at the after party of a premier, things got out of hand, and let's just say you woke up in the same bed, "I just felt how much I had missed that, and I kinda realized I couldn't quite live without it anymore, and then I also realized I did love you back then but I just didn't know," you sat on the counter, "I probably should've said it earlier but I thought that you had moved on and now I know that you didn't," he handed you a kleenex, "I worry about you a lot, and when Jake told me that this morning all I could think about was you, what was gonna happen with you? who was gonna hate you? who was gonna hire a young starting actor?" you stared at him, "I just want you to be okay, and yes, we both deserve to be happy, but I don't think you should prioritize anyone above your career, I've seen so many of my friends get fired and neglected because of stupid rumors, hell knows what's gonna happen to you if they have proof. If you wanna end things, that's fine, I respect that, and I guess I have to respect who you're dating if that's your choice, but you have to be more realistic about it, and you have to prepare yourself,"
He sat next to you processing your words, "Thank you for worrying about me,"
You nodded and looked away scrunching your face about to sob louder, he pulled your shoulders to hug you and you wet his shirt.
"I don't want to end things with you because of her, we've only gone out like three times, but I figured that if I was gonna move on I really needed to move on and not just hope for a lost cause,"
"So now what?" you stuttered.
He sighed, "I don't know Y/N, I don't know,"

Flowers for a girl
A/N: This still comes back sometimes, so I thought why not to write it down, though I don't exactly remember some parts of it for some reason (is it ptsd? idk), but in Middle-Earth AU, Kili is little younger (12-13 in human years, in TH he'd be like 16-17 i guess. Reader is 10-11 years old) and it happens before TH events. It's something different than I usually write, because it's based off on my personal experiences, so...yeah.
I wanted to write it down mainly for myself, to accept my past. If this is happening to you, please seek for help!! Better be safe than sorry. If you'd needed to, my ask box and messages are open, if you need to talk.
Warnings/triggers: description of emotional and physical bullying, body shaming, very low self esteem of reader, hints of swearing, eating disorder thoughts, mention of catcalling
If any of these is triggering you, please don't read this story!! Even if there is fluff, there are still these.
Tumblr media
"Look at that fatty," one of the boys laughed into her direction. Y/n felt tears swelling in her eyes.
Don't cry, don't cry.
"How much do you weight? I bet as much as a pig!"
"You are so ugly and fat!" The other one said and pushed her. Y/n tried to do anything, but she was too scared.
"No, give it back, that's mine!" She said, when the boys took her sketchbook.
"Look at those drawings, they're like so bad," one of them pointed at them.
"Give it to me back!" She tried to grab him, but he put his arm up.
Don't cry, please, don't cry, not now...
"Ah, then come and get it!" He runned away, and Elle tried to catch him, but he was quicker.
"Ha! You out of breath already, you ugly fat pig? C'mon, come for it!" Him and other boys laughed. Y/N tried to catch his shirt, but he was running and jumping around.
"Look at how she jumps, look at her! It's like pudding!" They laughed. Y/N felt tears to come up into her eyes.
Don't cry, not now, you can't...
"Look, she's gonna cry!" You looked away, blinking furiously.
You can't cry in front of them.
"Leave her alone!" A voice came from behind the boys. They all looked back at him.
Y/N couldn't see him, she was shorter than them, and they were around her in a circle.
"Or what?" Said one.
"Look, the fatty got a boyfriend, eww!" One of the boys, and Y/N wanted to hide somewhere. She felt scared, shameful, and embarrassed.
Who would have ever loved her?
"Look, she's not speaking," they pushed her and Elle let out a surprised gasp as she fell to the ground.
"I'm saying it again, leave her alone," the other boy said. She looked around, and noticed him looking at her. She blushed, and looked away. He was handsome.
She knew she will hear about it later.
"Or what? What are you?"
"I'm Kili, from the line of Durin, and I would suggest you to get out, if you don't want me to kill you," he growled out, and Y/N felt fear rising in her. Would he hurt her?
Kili pointed the tip of one of his daggers to the main boy's throat, who then quickly took his friends and went away. They even threw her her sketchbook back.
"Did they hurt you?" Kili asked, then looked down at her for the first time.
She refused to look at him at first, but then she did. She was scared, and reminded Kili of a bunny.
She could be around ten years old. She was a human, he guessed, based on her ears.
"No, I'm...I'm okay," Y/N whispered and looked away.
"Thank you," she muttered.
"What happened? Why did they followed you?" Y/N looked down in her lap.
"I was drawing and reading here. I think they seen me, and went after me...it's been my safe place," You whispered.
"I can stay with you, in case they would come back," Kili offered before he thought of it. At this point, he was sitting down next to her.
"I-I don't know. They would laugh at both of us..." she said quietly, fearing of a wave of laugh. Kili furrowed his brows.
"How long has this been happening to you?"
"For over a year..." you said.
"I'm Y/n," she said a little awkwardly.
"I'm Kili," Kili introduced himself, remembering how his mother taught him to introduce himself.
"So that's decided, I'm staying with you," he said, and muttered some curses in Khuzdul, as he thought about the group.
"H-here, take my coat. It's getting cold," he said. She smiled nervously.
"Don't worry, I won't let them hurt you anymore," He offered her a smile, and she decided to take his offer, though she hoped he won't comment on her warming up face, or her body. She liked him, he was not just handsome, but actually kind to her.
It has never happened to her ever before, with a guy, who was a stranger...
The coat was big on her (that was a huge relief) and she cuddled into it.
"So, what are we going to do now?"
"Well, I-" Y/N didn't finished her sentence, because the first drop fell on her head, and other quickly started following. She gasped and quickly put her belongings to her bag. As she finished, it was raining heavily now. Her hair was soaking wet, sticking to her head.
Now he will see how I'm ugly, and laugh at me and call me names, and- she wanted to cry. Kili noticed her expression.
"So they did hurt you? Where is it?" Y/n shook her head, as they walked in the heavy rain.
"N-no, I just...I hope the sketchbook didn't got wet," she decided for the safer version.
"But you got wet. Where do you live?"
"Well...around twenty minutes of walk," Y/N said, so if anything, he wouldn't try to find her, though she was kind. But just to be safe.
"I'll take you home with me, it's not that far," Kili offered, and you quickly turned to him. He was kind, but her parents warned her about going somewhere with strangers.
"I-I think it's okay, thank you for your offer,"
"You are going to get wet to bone if you keep walking," Kili said and Y/N looked at him, but quickly looked away. The rain sticked Kili's hair and clothes to his body, and she blushed.
He surely has a girlfriend, don't be stupid, she snapped at herself.
He would never want to be with you, you are a child, and he is older. And he is super kind and handsome.
"Alright, then...I will go with you," you said unsurely. She thought she would think of something, if anything would go wrong. Plus, he was a prince. Y/N doubted he would do anything like this, if he was a prince.
"Amad, I'm home!" Kili said as he closed the door behind him. Y/N curiously looked around. It was a nice small house, with the smell of bread hanging in the air.
"Come with me," Kili said, and as Y/N was about to make a step, she noticed the puddle, and how she was soaked.
Before Y/N knew it, she was sitting in clean dry clothes, borrowed from Kili, wrapped in sweater and a blanket, sipping on warm tea.
"Kili, who is this?" Dis asked her son quietly. Kili looked at the human girl.
"Well, some boys called her names, so I went there, and then started raining, so I told her to come with me, because she told me she lives futher away, and she was soaking wet already..." Dis nodded, though she eyed her son, if he wasn't hiding anything.
"Where do you live, dearie?" Dis asked the little girl, who shyly looked around.
"I live near that small forest, my family owns multiple fields, and we work there," she admitted to the woman, who introduced herself as Dis.
"Would you like to have anything else to eat?" She offered her. Y/N shook her head. She didn't wanted to embarrass herself, and look like all she could do was to eat.
"No, thank you for your offer," she smiled, and carefully sipped on her tea.
The rain stopped, and Dis went with the girl where she lived, to explain what happened, and make sure she was safe.
Kili didn't seen the girl for next couple days, but when he was on the hunt in the forests, he overheard a conversation.
"He was cute, brown eyes and he was kind to me," Smile stretched across his lips, as he recognized that voice. He wasn't considered as too attractive among his kin, but hearing this made his heart warm up.
"Blue eyes are prettier, aren't they?" a voice of another girl said. Y/N was quiet.
"Well, they just are. Brown eyes aren't that pretty," the girl said.
"Don't you think so?" She turned to Y/N.
"W-well, um, depends on a person, I think?" The other girl got up.
"They are prettier." Kili could clearly see how Y/N looked down, and she seemed to feel sad.
He walked away, with thoughts of Y/N in his head, when he suddenly overheard some voices in the distance.
"Do you think we will find the pig today?"
"Probably. Her and her ugly drawings."
"It's not just her drawings who is ugly," the boys laughed.
"Do you remember her? 'Don't do that,' and then she went and started swearing back at us,"
"We are going to get her back, don't worry. She's slow runner, what about if we would take her things and made her run around? She would lose some weight at least."
"Great idea," other boys said. Kili felt his blood boiling.
How dare they to talk about her this way?
As the boys walked along, Kili prepared to scare them a little, but then he overheard another things.
"The guy who protected her, he has horrible taste in girls."
"Yeah, what a jerk. And those eyes the small fat pig made on him," one of them widely opened his eyes and wildly started blinking. The other boys were laughing.
Kili gripped his bow. He didn't knew the girl too much, but nobody deserved to be treated this way.
His arrows found their target quickly. The boys stopped, and looked around. Kili noticed they were really afraid, and smirked to himself.
When he came back home with two rabbits, he decided to go look around again. The sun was still not setting, so he still had some time.
His thoughts took him far away, and he didn't noticed he stepped on something, that felt like a pencil. He looked down, and realized it was a few pencils, hidden in grass, and when he looked around, he noticed sketchbook, hidden in old willow. If he wouldn't know what to look for, or didn't had as swift eyes, he wouldn't ever notice it.
He took the sketchbook out. It was familiar, and though he felt a little guilty, his curiousity was stronger.
He noticed a few sketches of trees, flowers and attempts of drawing people. They all were made with precision. They were not as realistic, but that certainly didn't mean they were not nice. It was drawn by someone, who was still learning, but truly excited about it.
Kili put it back carefully, and got back home.
It's been a few weeks, when he met the girl again. He came home with Fili from sword training, and his eyes widened when he noticed Dis with Y/N, chatting in the kitchen.
"Hi," she greeted them shyly.
"We have first strawberries, so I thought I would bring some for you," she shyly looked at Kili.
-
"Stop it," you muttered. Kili rose his brow.
"Oh, what is it?" He looked her into face, and noticed her shy smile, while he was grinning.
"You made me obsessed with these strawberry cakes your grandma bakes, can I have another one?" He made puppy eyes. Y/N sighed.
"Fine. But don't distract me, okay?" Y/N handed him the sweet pastry, and Kili winked at her.
"You're the best," He kissed her cheek quicker, than he thought of it. They both deeply blushed.
"Um, thank you, I suppose," Y/N muttered, and looked back into her sketchbook.
Meantime, when Kili chewed on his cake, Fili came back from his and Kili's room, and started reading a book. He started laughing, and Kili quickly took a look what was his brother laughing about.
"C'me read this, Y/N, this is so funny!" He said, but his smile froze, as he noticed her ashamed expression.
"What happened, Bunnie?" He used the nickname he gave her, because she loved bunnies. Y/N sighed.
"Well, um...it's embarrassing," she whispered.
"Neither of us will laugh at you, I promise," Fili said, and the girl looked at both of them. She took a deep breath.
"Icannotread," she muttered, and quickly looked away.
"You can't...read?" Y/N nodded shamefuly.
"It's, um...the school is too far for me to go  alone there, so, um...yeah." The brothers shared a look, which Y/N took in different meaning. She felt tears in her eyes, but Fili was quick enough to notice.
"No, we won't laugh at you, Y/N!" He said and pulled the girl into a bear hug. Kili quickly joined.
"Yeah, Bunnie, don't worry. We would never laugh at you," Y/N relaxed in the hug.
"Thank you," she muttered, and hugged them back.
They spend rest of the day by teaching her how to read, and write. Soon after, Y/N started studying with the brothers.
-
"You are distracting me," Y/N muttered, as Kili was kicking his legs back and forth. It was summer - over four months after they met. Y/N sat up on the tree, and Kili was sitting down on branch a little lower.
"How can be that possible?" He looked at her innocently. Y/N blushed, when she seen his big brown eyes in sunlight. They were in shades of melted gold and caramel.
"The tree is shaking, and I want to enjoy reading this book without distractions."
"I'm not a distraction!" Kili pouted.
"You are," Y/N offered him a smile, and got back to her book. Kili pouted a little more.
"Will you read it to me, then?" Y/N looked at him, and dramatically sighed.
"Fine. But let's sit down on the ground," Kili got down, and then he carefully placed his hands around her waist, Y/N placed her hands on his shoulders for support, and he put her down.
Y/N sat down, her back leaning against the tree, and Kili placed his head on her lap. Y/N smoothed her skirt and placed her book next to her, so she could read it, while playing with Kili's hair.
Y/N was the only one allowed to touch Kili's hair, aside from Kili's family. She never understood why dwarves were such touchy about their hair, but again, she was the same way, so she fully respected it.
Kili fell asleep after a while, on the sound of her voice.
-
"You the last cake I said was mine!" Y/N growled out and Kili laughed, but he quickly stopped laughing.
After the months of spending time together, running around the fields and archery lessons, she got much stronger, so her punches had strength and would hurt. Kili and Fili would never hit or fight with a girl, and though Y/N became like another part of the family, only tickle fights were allowed with her.
"You-you Kili!" Y/N was more upset than angry, and Kili started laughing again, as he was jumping around and trying to get away from her punches.
"Stop, Bunnie," and tickled her.
"N-NO-T T-HAT P-PLAC-E, K-KI-LI!" Kili grinned.
"Awn, who is ticklish?"
"I ha-te you!" Y/N slid her hand across the back of his neck, and Kili let out a squeal.
"N-NOO!" You giggled as you started tickling him.
"Gotcha," You sticked out your tongue on him, and quickly runned away to hide, before he would get you back.
You runned, but didn't noticed when you bumped into someone.
"Aah, long time no see," a voice said, and you shivered.
"You squeled on us, huh? Is that everything you can do? You loser," the boy said. Y/N kept quiet, with her head down.
"Oh, look guys, she's going to cry! What are you gonna do? Run to your mommy, or your friends? Go on, you tettle-tale." Elle felt tears in her eyes, and quickly looked up.
"I'm not a tettle-tell, I-"
"That's what you say, and then you will go and tell your mommy about 'the big boys are bullying you'," they laughed. Elle wished she could hide somewhere, and try to cry. She wasn't able to cry, even when she was alone, as she learned to hide her tears.
Whoosh
And then a yelp from the boys.
Y/N looked up and noticed the arrow in one of the surrounding trees. It was Kili's arrow.
"You told someone to spy?! You will pay for this later," one of the boys said, and then another two arrows pierced through the air. The boys quickly walked away, leaving her alone.
Kili runned out from behind the trees, and pulled her close to his chest. He started saying something angrily in Khuzdul, and Y/N was sure those were swear words.
"Shh, it's okay, I'm here," Kili whispered, when he finished his quick session of swear words. Y/N shook in his embrace.
"Let's go home," he said. They picked up his arrows, and went home.
Kili made Y/N tea and gave her his favourite sweater, which also happened to be her favourite as well.
When Y/N went to sleep, Kili checked her every few minutes. He felt guilty. He should've protected her better, stay with her.
He carefully sat to the edge of the bed, and slid his thumb softly over her cheek.
"I will make sure they get what they deserve," he muttered and softly caressed her cheek.
-
"Sure, I will go with Bella and Alia, you don't need to worry about me, I will be safe," Elle gave Kili a smile. Her two friends from her neighbourhood, with who she enjoyed to spend time too.
"I just don't want you to get hurt," he shrugged, and sharpened his dagger. Y/N started on brushing her hair.
"The boys won't do anything, if they meet us in a group. Plus Fili gave me that sharp dagger for my fourteenth birthday, I always keep in my shoe."
Kili looked at his friend, focused on brushing out the knots in her hair. Y/N grew up and changed the way she reacted to what other people told her. But that wasn't just what changed.
She grew up into a young woman. She was beautiful, and some girls were jealous of her because of it, but luckily, Y/N had great friends.
"You home, sleeping beauty?"
"Oh, of course I am!" Kili grinned as he heard Bella's voice.
"No, you are snoring beauty."
"That's Fili!"
"That's both of you," Y/N rolled her eyes, but chuckled. She and Kili said their goodbyes to each other, and her friends she knew for three and two years, turned to her.
"So, how was your date?" Y/N blushed.
"He gave me flowers for my birthday, so what? That's what friends do." Y/N turned to Alia to change the topic.
"How about you and girls?" The blonde rolled her eyes.
"Some of them are arrogant, but other than that it's good. But I have you, so I don't care," she grinned and hugged her friends around their shoulders.
"So, what do you-" Bella started, when a group of boys passed them. They whistled, and started talking about them. Y/N's cheeks blushed, as she overheard them.
"Don't listen to those idiots, they still share one brain cell," Bella and Y/N said at once, and they all laughed, though Y/N didn't felt any happiness. Her instinct to run and hide from these boys was still there.
-
And then we arrived to the market. I still looked around if they were not there, but luckily not, Y/N wrote down the sentence, and put the notebook aside. She felt happy they didn't recognized her, but it still stressed her out. She looked over to the bow and quier with arrows Kili gifted her, when she had thirteenth birthday.
"Trouble with sleeping?" Kili's raspy voice appeared behind her.
"Yeah," Y/N sighed out, and pat on the bed next to her.
"C'me here, snoring beauty," Kili chuckled at that nickname.
"Ugh, again?" You nodded with a grin.
As you laid in safety of Kili's arms (and him being soundly asleep), your mind turned into a specific direction. Would Kili like you? Not just as a friend, but...more?
You'd fall asleep like this, if you had bad dreams. Kili fell asleep first, and softly snored, but he looked cute while doing so. You shook your head, and decided to listen to his breath, and soon, you fell asleep yourself.
The memories of the times you used to be bullied by those boys came back. You didn't felt confident at all, and mostly sad. You couldn't fall asleep at night, and you often found yourself looking over your body. Fat pig, that's how they called her. Was she still...like this? Would she ever be pretty enough?
It's been a while, since she cried before sleep, and then fell asleep afterwards.
The brothers noticed something was going on, when their friend seemed to be bothered by something. So, they decided to do thing they always did, which was making flowercrowns together.
-
"You're messing it up, Fili," you giggled, when the blonde prince's flowercrown fell apart.
For fifth time in twenty minutes.
"Well, I'll go get some fresh flowers, over here," he pointed to the carpet of daisies in the golden light of setting sun.
"Guess who," Said smooth voice next to your ear, when his hands covered your face.
"Hmm, is that you, Ki?"
"Who else."
Kili sat in front of you, and placed a flowercrown on your head. You both stood up, and he twirled you around.
"I've got you something else," he whispered.
"Flowers," you looked happily over the small fresh bouquet of wild flowers, and felt warmth spreading in you. You looked into his chocolate eyes.
"Kili, thank you so much, it's...it's beautiful,"
"Not nearly as beautiful as you," he looked deeply into your eyes.
"Flowers for a girl," he said, with a slightly pink-tinted cheeks.
"Now finally braid her hair," the lion prince's voice interrupted the romantic scene.

Tumblr media
While I'm on Sunset, are you on the subway?
While I drive, are you gettin' on the L-train?
Bakugo can feel the longing in his heart as he watches a couple pick out engagement rings. His fists tighten at the sight as he feels an ache in his heart while he longs for an embrace his body misses, a body he missed to cherished, pair of lips he missed to place upon his. He lowers his head as he does his nightly patrols. Winter coming in closer than he realized, another year passing by. He thought he wanted this year to end as fast as it could yet here he is, sorrow and regret on his shoulders. Half of his heart gone, nearly falling apart as he stares at every happy couple his eyes fall upon. Even if his fans came to him, no matter how loud the praises and compliments were thrown at him, he felt nothing.
All he wanted to feel was her.
He wanted to feel how warm she was pressed against him, he wanted to feel her lips on his once again, he wanted to hear her voice again. Not the voice he last heard that was full of sadness but the voice he loved to listen to whenever he had his nightmares, his insecure nights. The softness in her tone, the way every laugh of hers would sound ethereal to him, the feist in her words whenever they had their battles. Now all those sounds seem to grow deaf to him. It's been a year, a year without her. A rather long year for him. Everyday he had to wake up to a cold bed, no arms wrapped around him, no view for him to enjoy when he opens his eyes. The way your moments were held in the walls surrounding him, every milestone of your relationship cherished in one household. He felt as if it was mocking him, making him remember the happiness your relationship brought him.
Hope that eases the pain
So you remember to miss me
Before, your house was filled with pictures of you two. Now it was empty, a house for one man when it was supposed to be a house for his ever after with her. Where was his savior? Where are the soft melodies she'd sing to him whenever he had his insecurities drag him down? All these moments he can only replay in his mind.
As he opens the door, he remembers the smile that falls on his lips no matter how exhausted he was, ready to see his girlfriend safe and sound in their own house. He'd catch her asleep on the couch with her favorite blanket cuddled up to a stuff toy he won her in a game.
He lets out a tired sigh before stepping in the shower. He closes his eyes, trying to surpass the way his eyes wanted to shed tears at the sight of her without his side. The more he tries to ignore it, the farther she gets from his view. He only remembers the way he raised his voice at her, the tears that ran down her cheek. The hurtful things that left his mouth, he never meant to say.
Unsaid things only to be said to a wall as his chances were slimming down as time passes. The words he wanted to say only being said when he was intoxicated but the person he badly wanted to say it to wasn't there to listen.
Does the trick for all of the things left unsaid
He didn't dare to face his friends, knowing questions and reactions are the only things he's gonna get from them. They'd be the ones to mention your name when they notice your disappearance. Kirishima knows about the split and has made many attempts to get the blonde back on his feet like he used to but every attempt would just end in bottles on the floor and carrying Bakugos intoxicated body back in your old couch.
Kirishimas heart wanted to cry for him.
Whenever your name was mentioned in missions or groups, he'd noticed the sadness that sets in his eyes and expression while he tries to hide it by being his aggressive self. Even as his best friend, there's nothing that he could do when the only solution to Bakugos heart was you.
Tumblr media
You tried to ignore the fact that every night for a year you drowned out your emotions by overworking yourself and thinking that by being surrounded by lights and alcohol brought you contentment while you had no clue of what your other half was doing. Like him, you craved nothing more than to be with him.
Some have tried to contact you, you tried to sound believable as possible. Trying to sound like the boy you love was still around you pulling pranks behind you or him randomly wrapping his arms around you.
But you're on the other side of the country.
An offer you couldn't possibly lose, not even letting him know where you were. Him only knowing when the news had caught you fighting off villains in a city he can't just run to when he missed you. You knew that distance never fixed anything but at this point is there anything to be fixed? When laid out in front of you two are broken pieces of your own hearts. Scatted in cities where he remembers you by, scattered in his clothes that fit like a dress on you, scattered in streets making a path for you two to retrace your steps and fix what's happened. Hanging onto memories day by day. Trying to grasp a reality that was too good to be true.
All my demons have your smile
Unlike him, your surroundings were new.
Everything was new. You weren't stuck to suffer in the place where your love blossomed, the new environment insisting you to change but the way you saw couples and kids ticked you off to the very least.
December hasn't been this cold than you remember it. You shed a tear or two whenever you overheard one of the heroes ramble on how excited she was that she was engaged. It would've been 6 years with him by next month and a ring should've been placed in your very hands by now knowing the shared conversations you two had about marriage.
Saddened by the thought of it, you head home changing out of your hero clothes. You sat in the train, your exhaustion getting the best of you as you opened your eyes to see Bakugo sitting in front of you but as you blink he was gone. As the train goes under a tunnel, you look at the window as your memories play like some movie scene. You turn to look at the couples that surrounded you and your mind betrays you thinking of a girl that can make Bakugo happy like you did.
The darkness of the train enabled you to cry. You covered your face in your hands as you let out a sob. As a hero you couldn't care if people saw you like this, everyone had a breaking point. You've had enough of today. You continue to cry as you tighten the grip on your sweater and on the necklace that you wore.
"Who knew you could do things like this?" You teased as he taps your nose. You were set on his lap as he brings out a box. His hand caresses your cheek as he looks at you with love, love and nothing more.
"Shut it, dumbass. Now turn around." You rolled your eyes as you turned around, your back facing his chest. He sits up properly, gently moving your h/c aside as a cold piece of jewelry was placed around your neck. Once it was attached, Bakugo pressed light kisses on your shoulder as he whispers for you to face him. When you did, he smiled.
"You look amazing, Y/N." He says with pink painted cheeks. You blushed at his words your hand playing with the necklace.
"What's this for, Katsuki?" You asked as you intertwined your hands with his. He kisses the back of your hand as he looks at you.
"So you'll always have me."
As you wipe your tears, you felt a buzz in the pocket of your jeans. Picking it up the name "kiri<3" flashes before you. Sniffling a bit, you decided to answer.
"Kirishima? Is everything okay?"
Meanwhile on the other line, Bakugos breath hitched at the sound of you. It was another night where he dragged Kirishima to another bar and drown his feelings. He begged Kirishima to dial your number, just to hear it even if it wasn't meant for him.
"Hey Y/N! Sorry if I called a little later than expected, you doing okay? This is really random and unmanly-"
"Kiri it's fine! I'm fine yeah just heading home. How are you by the way?" Bakugo stays silent as he hears your voice. He missed it so much. He hadn't felt this desperate since you left.
"Well I'm doing fine too, Y/N. Guess I kinda just miss my partner in crime." You smiled at his words, finally feeling relieved after your session of crying.
"I miss you too, Eiji. How-"
"Y/N!" A familiar voice suddenly rushing to your ears as you sit up. It's him. Bakugo tries to steal the phone from Kirishima but Kirishima won't give it to him, thinking it was wrong for Bakugo to talk to you in a state like this.
"Bakugo-" The call ends before you can even say anything else. Kirishima sighs as Bakugo notices the call has ended.
"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO THAT FOR SHIT HEAD?!"
"WHY CAN'T YOU CALL HER ON YOUR OWN, BAKUGO!" Kirishima shouts. Bakugo is taken aback by his sudden burst of words. Bakugo stays silent as Kirishima puts his phone in the pocket of his jeans.
"If you love her why don't you call her yourself? Make some fucking plans with her, talk it out. You're suffering because you're weak enough to reach out to her. This would've been simple from the beginning when you actually had the balls to talk to her and apologize!"
"If you feels so shitty about Y/N leaving, we're her friends too you know. We also lost her. I always have your back Bakugo, but this time this is your problem." Kirishima leaves your apartment with a sigh of defeat as he glides over your phone number, texting a sorry before he went home. Bakugo had his head hung low, taking in every word he heard.
He's right. He thought.
You had a hand placed on your heart when you heard him. You figured that it didn't end well for Kirishima when the call ended. Your screen flashes before reading the message.
kiri<3: I'm really sorry about that Y/N, but I do miss you. we all do. especially bakugo.
When you were home, your hand traces over the blocked contact of your other half. You smile as you reread your past conversations. But as you hug your pillow shutting the device off, you felt your eyes close remembering the warmth you used to have when he slept beside you.
He came home from a patrol, promising to save as many as he can but ended up saving only half of what he intended to. The cries of people ringing in his ears. He felt low, unworthy, selfish, weak. He couldn't save them, he could've been better. Now he realizes the fear that grows on him that he can't always save you.
Tumblr media
"What the fuck did you say, Katsuki?! You don't get to say shit like I'm not a hero like you! We're both fucking exhausted. I'm asking you for one, one day." You shout.
He wasn't as strong as you. He utters words that mean the complete opposite of what he wanted to say, even denying love when he first experienced it. So scared of feeling emotions since the only thing he relied on was himself. He is strong in battles, the thrill giving him life, excitement. This is what he wanted. To live the life of his idols, to surpass them and show them he meant every word when said he wanted to be #1. What he didn't want was a girl who held his heart with strings. Playing with his emotions, discovering the branches of love. Discovering how his world changed when he fell for the girl he could never reach. He didn't want his heart to be fragile. He wanted it to be tough and unbreakable, a barrier around it where no one can see through his sharp demeanor. But there she was. Breaking every barrier with ease. In this moment, his heart made barriers once again.
"I fucking meant it when I said I don't have any time to be with you anymore. I need to work, Y/N! Why cant you get that through your fucking skull" He shouts back, a finger to your forehead pushing you back. Your cheeks were from the anger that sprung to your spirits. Every part of you was aching with anger. Tears spilling from your eyes as he watches you.
"That's all you ever fucking do Katsuki! Do you just purposely forget that I also work hard and here I am asking for one night with my boyfriend and you're pushing me aside like I'm nothing to you!"
"Nothing?! Maybe you just don't fucking understand what I'm saying! I have my own shit to deal with and I can't always drop everything for your needy ass. Do you need me to pat you on the back for being a good hero? You shouldn't even call yourself a hero when I'm the reason you even made it this far, princess." You closed your eyes as your hands turned white from how much you were tightening them.
Y/N, don't believe it. Please. I'm begging you-
"OF COURSE YOU GOT ME HERE! Call me anything you want. Weak, laid back, unworthy, low, insecure, stupid, worthless, have at it but I'm fucking drowning in my own stress, shitty paper work and patrols. I am a hero. You don't get to fucking remove that title from me. While you got me here, you're forgetting all the shit I did for you!"
"The things you did for me? What, like love? That's nothing to me."
Love.
All the smiles you've given him. The moments where you made him realize that if he wasn't the #1 hero, the only thing that mattered him was you. The memories of you with your head on his shoulder enjoying the sunset while he talks about how much he loves you. The feeling of his hands intertwining with yours as you danced in your living room. The moment where he said he'd catch you no matter what. The moments where you would wake up to his kisses on your face. The feeling when you see him safe and sound as you hug him enjoying life when his love surrounded you. The feeling when you imagined yourself marrying the perfect man for you.The promises. Future plans. The kisses. Never ending hugs. 5 years with the person who made you the happiest, who made you determined, who made you feel like you can conquer anything, who made you believe in love even in the toughest ways.
It was all nothing.
You bite your lip as your head hung low. He hears your sobs and it wasn't enough for him to wake up from all this anger. He needed you just as much as you did, but in this moment he didn't realize it. He thought he needed a break, some silence to drown out the cries of the people he had left behind but now he can only hear his heart shattering. Piece by piece. Torn. With every word he says. With every glance he gives you, seeing you so hurt because of him. He bared no meaning to his words and he hopes you can see that he too needed saving but he notices the drop in your tone. Dull eyes, tear stained cheeks, unsteady breathing.
"I just w-wanted to be with you.. t-to be saved. To be saved from this asshole of a man claiming he loves but me pushes me away like dirt. A man who tells me an empty promise of always being there to catch me. Katsuki, was it all really nothing y-you?" He bites his lip before taking a step forward but you step back, life drained out of you. Every color saturated to liveliness was nothing but black and white now. Storms and heavy weather. Tears and broken hearts.
I can't do this.
"I just can't save you anymore." He whispers but you heard it clear as day. You let out the most painful sob as your knees give in, a thud to the floor as you cover your face in your hands. Now the fear in his head of him never saving you, he only faces the truth that he can't save everyone, even you. Your sobs echoed through the house as he turns around to wipe away his tears, a hand to his pained chest. As his back was turned to you, you left to go to your room. He notices your disappearance as he only sits on the couch, knowing the events that were to happen next. You grabbed a bag stuffing in whatever you could as you continued to release your sorrows. When you were finished you took a last good look on your room. The room where every nightmare was comforted with love, the room where secrets were shared, deep fears, everything. You take a deep breath before opening the door. You see him sitting on the couch with his head in his hands.
-
You both wake up with tears in your eyes as your head weighed a ton, making you grip your pillow with such force, completely unhappy you were greeted this way. You looked up at the mirror to see bags under your eyes, puff cheeks, and a version of you that you despised to see everyday.
Not a single glow of happiness.
You weren't ready to face another tiresome day at the agency but your limbs forced you to knowing it'd be another patrol then by the night some paperwork and then patrolling once again. His words replayed in your mind, still affecting you with how he belittled you as a hero. Sure, you couldn't save millions but you saved hundreds, even if you were on brim of your quirk affecting your mental state, you would still save thousands.
And it pains you that he doesn't even notice how your quirk affects your mental being.
It takes immense focus for you to portray what you needed, and it requires you to be sharp and quick with your mind. Yet, overusing it alters the reality you wanted. Your mind playing a sick game to your overall being, stuck in the darkest part of your mind, leading you the same night that started it all.
But he still wouldn't save you.
-
Bakugo had his vermilion eyes on the road, as the others discussed on the upcoming mission. He didn't even bother to pay interest on where they were going, more focused on fighting with the villain and finishing the job.
Maybe it was the hundredth time today where he thought about you.
He looks at the beautiful scenery in front of him, and his mind leads him to remember your smile and your features he loved to gaze his eyes on. Now, villains and explosions were the only things that clouded his vision or sometimes the sight of his companions, which didn't really help him.
Then the vehicle comes to a stop, his eyes landing on a store. Seen through the glass was a beautiful dress, painted in her favorite color, with the perfect length and dainty design. He smiles to himself, visualizing how stunning she'd look wearing it, especially seeing her skin looking so bright and healthy under the winter atmosphere.
She'd love that. He says to himself, feeling bittersweet that he wanted to buy it, but who would even wear it? He can't just give it to her without having a conversation. Even if it's been nearly a year, how can he prepare for something he avoided?
He steps out of the vehicle, feeling exhausted thinking about her. He hears his companions talk about splitting up so each hero wouldn't be suspected, he agrees with them, not even bothering to give them a snarky comment. He was too occupied with the thought of you in that splendid dress.
He wonders around the city, hands to his pockets. Especially in his hero costume, he received so many stares from the people. He'd either glare back at them or ignore them completely, but this time he just let them stare for as long as they liked. The only pair of eyes he wanted to land on him was yours, your ever stunning ones.
He remembers the moments where the sun beamed perfectly on your eyes, depicting the color with such grace and beauty. He remembers every memory where your eyes were gateways to your emotions, filled with such genuine and love. It even helped him at times where words weren't needed to express the way he felt. He loved how you managed to read him so easily, like a book she's memorized every page of. Even the slightest change in his tone, you were able to pick it up and soon interrogate him if he was okay.
He watches a couple who had boxes in their hands with smiles evident in their eyes and lips. He watches as the man gestures to help the girl but she declines walking ahead of him, he follows behind the girl making sure the boxes wouldn't fall.
"Katsuki stop!" She shouts with a giggle, he ignores her completely, pushing her slightly to make the boxes fall. She completely looses balance as the boxs fall on the floor. She gasps as she runs to punish the blonde as he quickly puts down the boxes as he runs away from her. You can hear her screaming profanities at the man as the couple runs around outside their house.
Bakugo hides from her, eyeing her from his secret spot. He takes the opportunity when he sees her completely confused he was gone, so he takes you by surprise by slinging you over his shoulders, chuckling at how she threw mild punches at his back.
"Babe! How are we gonna finish moving in our stuff!" She says with a laugh, still trying to beg for him to put her down. He spins around making her laugh even more as he sets her on the ground. The sun beams down on them, her eyes glowing so beautifully under the golden light. His hand reaches her cheeks, squishing it lightly as he smiles at her expression.
"Who said we even needed to finish it today? C'mon. We have the house all to ourselves." Katsuki says, as you sighed giving into him. He smirks to himself as he lifted you off the ground once again, swinging you over his shoulders too easily.
"Baby!"
His eyes wander elsewhere, feeling his chest tightening once again at the memories that resurface upon him.
After a long fight with a villain who kept scarring you with their weapon, your mind was completely going to collapse at any minute. You've been creating bullets and barriers for so long you didn't notice how other objects that you didn't need were suddenly made, dropping behind you. You can feel the throbbing pain of your head as you limped to the town. Random objects still were popping up every minute and it annoyed you how your quirk was out of your grasp.
(TW! Hallucination/Panic attack)
You simply wanted water and some first aid kit to make sure you make it to your agency but when you imagined the bottle of water, you immediately acted like it was created but it wasn't. All the things that you thought you made weren't there and you felt your eyes feel droopy as you let your hand hold onto the wall for support. It was starting to alter your reality, making it worse for you to think straight while your thoughts were all tied in loops from overusing it. Your vision blurring at the sight of people who were walking by.
Your mind was growing more and more explosive as you felt pain surround your head. You let out a scream as you felt every part of your head ache as unnecessary objects were still appearing beside you. This scream alerts the people but they chose not to gather around you, unsure what was happening. They were all muttering questions but this only added to the problem as you started panting, harshly closing your eyes trying to avoid any eye contact from them. You heard a loud shout before your mind completely goes blank, feeling like you were shot. It happened all too fast as you fall to your knees, mind empty and damaged, your system completely failing to support you as a person was seen pushing through the sea of people.
Then, their eyes met.

A Bunny with Bunny?  -Tamaki x reader-
Word count: 2k
Tamaki was someone who needed constant reassuring, you knew that when getting in a relationship with him. But sometimes, you forget. With a new tiny addition to your family distracting you and taking all your time, its hard not to get insecure and jealous.
A/n: AHHHHHHH, I can’t. I hope you guys enjoy the first fanfic I post here. I’ve literally never posted in Tumblr ever. I’ve always used Wattpad.
Tumblr media
It was common knowledge by this point that Tamaki Amajiki had a lot of insecurities and anxiety. It only heightened when it came to you.
Although, a lot of the time you diffused his anxiety and insecurities pretty quickly once you realized. Whenever it came to you, he found himself deep in thought at night thinking if he deserved you.
In his mind, you were an incredible person with an equally wonderful personality. While he, on the other hand, was shy and riddled with nervousness at any social interaction. You shone bright, much like Mirio, he thought of himself as nothing compared to you.
Every single time he's had one of those thoughts, you'd be able to sense his doubts by the way he carried himself. Not doubts about your relationship or you, but on himself.
So, the entire day you'd stick close to him, showering him with light affection that you knew won't embarrass or make him feel even more embarrassed.
He considered himself EXTREMELY lucky to have someone as understanding and caring as you in his life. He knew dealing with his myriad of issues was difficult. But you went through them with no problem.
You even helped him with helping himself. By your constant words of affirmation, he's been able to be a bit more confident, even when you weren't there to help him.
Time went on, and by the second year you were dating, he barely had any doubts about himself in your relationship.
That is until he heard your conversation with Nejire.
"Just look at him!!!" You squealed in excitement.
He was going through a hallway when he heard your and Nejire's voice when the hallways separated to the right and left. He stopped to listen in, curious about what you were talking about.
"He is adorable." Nejire seemed to agree with you, peeking at the corner. He saw how you gushed about whatever photo you were showing Nejire.
His heart sank a little bit, but he wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was a photo of a family member.
"I just met him like last week and already have A LOT of photos of him."
Ok, this is starting to not sound like a family member.
Maybe it's a friend's baby brother. You have a lot of friends outside of the school you were close to their siblings as well.
"I just want to pamper him with all the kisses in the world and give him world!!!" You gushed.
Shit.
Tamaki felt his heart drop. There's no way you were talking about a family member. Not by the way you seem to be enamored by them.
He tried to think back on when you seemed to lose interest. Thinking back to last week, did you act any differently?
If you did, he didn't notice it. The problem was last week you said you were ridiculously busy with stuff at home. He could even see from the tapping of your foot to the ground when it was last period you were aching to go back home.
Was it because of this new guy?
His heart clenched at the thought.
"God, I love him so much." His mind begged him to stop listening.
But before walking away, he wanted to hear what Nejire might say. There's no way his best friend would be ok with this.
There's no way she wouldn't protest at you being infatuated with another person when you were still in a relationship with Tamaki. That's just what a good friend would do. Instead of that, she said jokingly.
"Watch out a certain blue-haired boy might get jealous." You both laughed at her remark.
Did you think he wouldn't get jealous over you doting on another guy?
Did the nights you spent together cuddling and napping together really meant nothing to you?
His insecurities crept back into his mind. Tiny voices whispered about how he should've expected it. He should've expected someone as radiant as you would never want to be with someone like him.
His vision was blurred by the lot of tears that came down as he furiously tried to wipe them away.
He didn't watch the way he was going, and as a result, he bumped in head first to someone's chest.
He tried to mutter an apology, yet it came out as a stuttering mess of squeaks. "Woah! Slow down, Tamaki. What's wrong?"
Mirio.
Thankfully the guy he bumped into was Mirio, one of the most understanding guys he ever known.
Mirio pulled Tamaki to the side, where they both sat on a nearby seat. He patiently waited as Tamaki rubbed his eyes red, trying to clear his eyes from tears.
When Tamaki finally calmed down a little and is now just sniffling once in a while, Mirio braved himself to ask the question.
"Hey, Tamaki, what's wrong?" Tamaki's gaze still fixed to the ground, spoke in a voice barely above a whisper. "I think Y/n doesn't love me anymore."
Mirio's eyes went wide in shock. He didn't believe that in a second. You're the person who'd take any chance you can get to attack Tamaki with kisses or force him to cuddle with you whenever he felt unloved.
"Why do you think that?" Mirio composed himself. "I overheard them and Nejire talking about some guy she found cu- cute."
He stuttered a little bit at the end, finding it hard to believe that he would ever say that out loud.
"There has to be a misunderstanding here. Are you sure it's not just some celebrity or a family member?"
Tamaki heard the small panic in Mirio's voice. He knew Mirio didn't want to accept the fact either. "I heard them say that they just met him last week and that they wanted to give him kisses."
Mirio rubbed his temples to try and cope with the upcoming headache caused by stress.
There would be no way that you'd do that to Tamaki, is there?
There was a possibility that you and Tamaki's relationship didn't work out. He knew relationships aren't always permanent. But he didn't believe that you'd be such a coward, flirting with other guys when you were still in a relationship with someone who's head over heels for you.
"Tamaki, how about this." Mirio wanted to come up with a plan. Since it was already time to go home anyway, he thought it'd be a great idea to do it. "You and I can both go to Y/n's house, where they're most likely at right now, then we can talk about it."
Tamaki looked like he was about to disagree until, Mirio cut him off, "We need to make sure we read the situation correctly. We don't want to assume the worse, but at the same time, we shouldn't be needlessly positive either."
Tamaki gaped at Mirio's calmness. He knew he was so lucky to have Mirio as a friend. Someone level-headed that was able to bring Tamaki's mind to the situation at hand.
Tamaki agreed with Mirio together made their way over to your house. Albeit, both of them pretty nervous about what they might uncover.
When reaching your front door, Tamaki noticed how your parent's car wasn't there, which meant they weren't home. Tamaki took the spare key you gave him and opened the door.
It was relatively quiet until there was a high-pitched squeal from your bedroom.
Tamaki jumped at the sudden sound, and Mirio identified it as Nejire's voice.
"HE LOOKS CUTER IN PERSON!!!" They both heard Nejire scream.
Both the boys had incredibly bad feelings about this. Nejire's statement only confirmed the fact that you had brought this guy to your house.
Tamaki shook his head when Mirio motioned him to open the door to your bedroom.
He didn't want to see you all over a new guy who took your interest.
Hell, he didn't even want to be there in the first place.
Mirio sighed and nodded. He understood the circumstances his best friend was in and decided to open the door first.
When he did, the sight made his mouth gape open.
"Mirio!" You greeted the Tintin looking man (he looks like Tintin sue me.) "I've been looking for you everywhere. I want you to meet a special someone."
Tamaki, from behind Mirio's muscular physique, was still hidden from the two other people in the room and also couldn't see anything.
He only assumed the worst.
"This is Shiro. My parents bought him as a gift, and isn't he just the cutest little thing."
Wait
Wait
WAIT
BOUGHT??
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BOUGHT???
Tamaki pulled Mirio away from the door frame and looked at the sight that made Mirio so speechless.
Nejire was sitting cross-legged on the bed, her hand filled with fresh and clean greens.
You were sitting cross-legged as well, but on the ground. In the middle of your legs slept a tiny little black and white Dutch rabbit. (search them up they're adorable)
Now he understood why Mirio was speechless.
It was never a family member.
It was never a new guy.
It was never even a human being.
It was a fucking bunny.
He got so jealous to the point of crying, over a damn bunny.
Embarrassment seeped through him and he instantly walked to the corner of the wall to face it.
He should've noticed the litter box in your house. And how there were tufts of fur stuck on your clothes.
God, he felt so dumb.
You were so confused at your boyfriend's sudden timidness, but because of the tiny little ball of fur currently sleeping where you're sitting. There's no way you'd move and stir him from his sleep.
Mirio laughed out loud, and you quickly quieted him, explaining how bunnies are easily spooked.
He apologized and sat cross-legged in front of you, examining the tiny bunny thankfully still deep in slumber.
"Tamaki heard you talking about little Shiro to Nejire today." You nodded, while your hand softly caresses Shiro's head.
Tamaki shuffled closer into the wall, wishing to any god out there to melt into the wall. "After he told me, we genuinely thought you found a new boyfriend."
Your eyes widened and you looked over to your shy boyfriend.
Your heart ached at the thought.
Luckily for you, Shiro began waking up. Upon waking up, he promptly walked away from you to examine the new human being in the corner of the room, Tamaki.
You stood and gave Tamaki the biggest hug from the back you could muster.
Shiro nuzzled on Tamaki's ankles a little bit, making you giggle. "He seems to like you a lot!" Tamaki still refused to turn your way.
"You know in the RARE chance that I find someone even better than you. Which may I add is close to impossible I would never lie to you and still be in a relationship with you." He valued your honesty and the way you didn't try and make empty promises.
Mirio and Nejire took this as a cue to leave. Nejire, leaving the leafy greens on your bedside table above some tissues.
You took Tamaki's arm and turned him to look at you.
"Hey, hey. Have you been crying over this?" His gaze still fixated on the floor, he nodded.
You sighed and took one of your hands to his cheek to caress it. He enjoyed the warmth of your hand and leaned into it more.
Still trying to reassure him, you gave him a small peck on his lips.
Reminding him that right now, he was the most precious HUMAN guy in your life.
Shiro suddenly thumped at the ground with his two back legs. Both of you glanced over at the tiny bunny.
He looked pissed. He seemed to be demanding your attention and is furious to not be getting any.
Both of you burst into laughter at the silly behavior your bunny was now showing. You both sat down on the floor and began to give the bunny attention.
"See even he's jealous of you." You picked Shiro up on both your hands, all his four feet safely planted on the palm of your hand close to your stomach and not high from the ground.
Tamaki looked at you and Shiro and smiled intently. "Bunny with their pet bunny."
Your face heated up at the comment he made using your pet name, "oh shut up." You tried not to sound flustered but failed miserably. By the dopey smile you have decorating your face right now, Tamaki knew you were still ridiculously in love with him.
Even if one day you're not, Tamaki feels good knowing you'd break up with him before you hurt him any further.
After all, you are his most precious, incredible, kind, caring, daring, loving, patient.
Bunny

Friday
12:50 PM
"Pleaseeee." The red haired boy nagged.
It was your first year in Karasuno High. You had lots of expectations on what your high school experience was going to be like but you had absolutely no intentions on being involved in any sports whatsoever. Yet, there you sat in your seat, bombarded by two students from the neighboring class during your lunch break. You barely even know them.
"Hinata stop shouting! We're in someone else's class, idiot." The raven haired boy ironically yelled as he hit his shorter friend on the head with a roll of documents, which were being forcefully shoved into your hands just a second ago. "I don't even know the first thing about volleyball! Besides, I don't know anyone there, won't it be awkward?" You whined, trying your best to decline their ridiculous offer.
"That's not true! You know us!" Hinata smiled. That was in fact, false. The only reason why you even know their names was because they forced Hitoka, your classmate, to tutor them for the exams and unfortunately, she caught a cold a few days before the exams so she forced you to cover for her for a few days. It's not like you disliked them or anything, you just didn't know anything about them other than their names and the fact that they both have very short tempers.
"Come on Y/N-chan! It'll be fun." Hitoka followed, smiling in the same manner as Hinata. You shot her a look, expressing your disgust at her betrayal. "Well if it's so fun why don't you do it instead, Hitoka-chan?" You replied to which she reacted by furiously shaking her head and hands, "My mom would never let me." She playfully sighed, though you knew damn well she was relieved in the inside to have her mother's strict wishes as an excuse to pass on the burden to you.
After another minute of bickering, the bell finally rang, dismissing everyone from their lunch break. Kageyama swore silently under his breath as he heard the familiar melody. "Look, just come by the gym today after school. Just um... think of it as a free trial. Let's go Hinata." He swiftly said, putting the club application form on your desk as he dragged his friend by the collar before escaping to their respective classrooms. You turned towards your blonde classmate who was already giggling at your suffering.
You sighed as you watched the teacher walk in your classroom. You slid the stack of papers under your desk and tried your best to forget your worries for the time being.
Tumblr media
3:00 PM
The bell rang for the final time for the week and you quickly packed your bags. You had no intentions to stop by the gym whatsoever. You knew if you stopped by even for a second, You'd definitely get roped in and they'd guilt you into signing the form before the day was over. You were hurrying so much, planning to not bump into Hinata and Kageyama on the way home that you were practically shoving anything and everything into your bag. You said your farewells as quickly as possible to Yachi and your fellow classmates to avoid Yachi's comments about skipping the meeting and rushed out to the hallways but unfortunately, you underestimated how eager the students were when it comes to going home for the weekends. But despite the tightly packed hallways, you were determined to slip into and nook and cranny available to get home safe and sound. It took a whopping five minutes for you to just get to the staircase. And as you were getting ready to finally reach the first floor, you overheard something peculiar from behind.
"Oh! Shoyo mentioned that there'll be a new manager dropping by today."
"Really? Damn I hope she comes cause if not, I guess we'll just have to take her to the alley."
The stairwell was filled with chatter but your ears oddly picked up the conversation revolving around the short first year volleyball player and the manager he was invited.
They were talking about you.
Take her to the alley? The alley? A million intrusive ideas came up to mind. Were they planning to kill you if you didn't show up?
You laughed at yourself quietly. There was no way a high schooler could commit such violent crimes over something small like a sports club. Though curiosity got the cat and you slowly turned your head as naturally as you possibly could to see what they looked like. You caught a glimpse of the two boys conversing about you and felt like you could wet yourself. One was tall and had a buzz cut land the other though not as tall and was actually around the same height as you had spiky dark hair with a blonde streak which fell on his forehead. They looked like thugs.
Feeling terrified was an understatement. Were they members of the volleyball club too? The sight of the two unfamiliar menacing men changed your mind. No highschooler would commit such crimes but if one was to get murdered by two highschoolers, they'd probably look like them.
The conversation you overheard made you subconsciously turn on your survival instincts. As soon as you reached the first floor, your body turned towards the gym unwillingly. It was too late now, you could hear their footsteps trailing not far from you. You pushed open the gymnasium doors and was greeted by the sounds of squeaking volleyball shoes rubbing against the floor.
Everyone's eyes turned towards you and the squeaking stopped abruptly. You couldn't do anything but watch as their towering bodies slowly walked towards you. You have always avoided sports in general because you were short and naturally bad at it so you assumed that volleyball players were at least closer to normal people unlike the basketball players that looked like skyscrapers from a distance since Hinata was in the club but boy, you were wrong.
"Are you Y/N?" A deep voice right in front of you said. His shoulders were broad and big, though he wasn't the tallest person in the crowd, his presence was still overwhelming. "Oh the new manager?" Another deep voice joined in. You turned to the new source of voice and froze at the sight of the volleyball player.
He had a beard.
You have heard a rumour circulating the halls about a third year in Karasuno that has been held back for five years because he was dealing drugs and had a favorite past time that consisted of beating up the younger students. Could it be him?
In the midst of the sea of terror, a vibrant familiar voice yelled, "Oh, Y/N!". You looked up and felt tears of joy pooling around your eyes as you saw the red haired boy.
"Asahi, scoot over, you're making her cry." A grey haired senior laughed as he pushed the now concerned bearded man away from my sight. "So you're going to be our second manager right? Y/N-san?" He continued, "My name is Sugawara Koushi and i'm the vice-captain of this club." He had a soft and prince-like voice which helped calm you down. His smile was bright and charming, fit for royalty. He extended his arm gracefully and you carefully shook it.
It took a full ten minutes to get to know everyone in the club. Sawamura Daichi, the first person who spoke was the captain of the team. He definitely seemed intimidating at first but had a fatherly aura to him which made him a perfect fit for a captain. Azumane Asahi, the bearded man immediately cleared up all the rumours I've heard about and clarified that he was just an innocent 17-year old student. Then you were introduced to the second years and the rest of the first years who you weren't familiar with. Tsukishima shocked you the most since he was pretty much the tallest member of the club and he was only a first year. You didn't know how you went three months of school without knowing he was in the class right next to yours. With his height and blonde hair, you wondered how you could possibly miss him. Lastly, Hinata and Kageyama showed you the current manager, Shimizu Kiyoko.
She's breathtaking.
Her silky black hair flowed in the air as she turned to greet you. All you could do was stand in front of her and be stunned. You felt like you definitely stared at her a second too long before introducing yourself which made things awkward but fortunately, she didn't seem to notice. She was about to ask you about something but she didn't get to finish her sentence as two screams filled the echoing gym.
"Kiyoko-senpai!"
You turned around to the entrance and fear took over your body once again.
The buzzcut and the blonde streak duo.
They were preoccupied with Shimizu so you tried your best to avoid attention and inch closer to the two boys you actually knew but before you could even make it anywhere close to the red and black haired duo, the two upperclassmen shifted their gaze from their senpai to you.
"Ah, Shoyo! So it worked!" The shorter of the two exclaimed as he jumped up and down, pointing at the red hair opposite him who was jumping up and down in the same manner.
You stood in the middle of the court confused. Work? What worked?
"Don't tell me you actually went through with the plan." Daichi scolded, his hands already crossed in front of his chest, to which the other third years responded with a laugh while the buzzcut, blonde streak guy and Hinata froze in the presence of their upset captain. "Oh so that's why you're here Y/N! Don't tell me you actually believed the things Nishinoya and Tanaka were saying." Sugawara attempted to sigh before chuckling himself as he put his hand on the captain's shoulder in an attempt to calm him down.
"I told you it would backfire." The tall blonde sniggered alongside his olive green haired partner.
After a few minutes of scolding, Daichi made Nishinoya, Tanaka and Hinata apologize to you, which took you a few moments and an explanation from Sugawara as to why they had to apologize to why they had to do so. According to Suga's explanation, the volleyball club was desperate to find a new manager since the third years would be graduating soon. As an act of desperation from Hinata, and a drive to impress their senpai for Nishinoya and Tanaka, they came up with a plan that would intimidate and scare you into joining the team. Though Hinata claimed and insisted that the second years went overboard and tweaked their plans on a whim.
"Well, now that everyone is here, Y/N, I think you can finally properly introduce yourself since all the distractions are out of the way." Daichi sighed, shaking his head at his troublesome players.
You held your breath and faced your future, much taller teammates. Even though they are intimidating, they seemed much more fun than you thought. This moment may not be that pleasant in real time but you're sure you could laugh back at this moment in the future.
"My name is Y/N and I'm in class 1-5." You started, glancing from left to right. "I guess I'll be your manager from now on so... I look forward to working with you all." You bowed towards the unfamiliar faces. Your words were shortly followed by a series of cheers. "I guess this would be my life from now on for the next three years." You thought to yourself.
Tumblr media
6:00 PM
Three hours later, the Friday sun began to set. Though you have done the bare minimum of only watching balls get thrown across the room for several hours, you felt exhausted. The boys had three-on-three games amongst each other and you felt like you've aged ten years after watching a handful of them. If matches against their own teammates are that intense, you wonder what would happen in a real match against actual rivals. You prayed that you won't get high blood pressure by the end of the year.
"All right, that's all for today. Don't forget that morning practices are still on for tomorrow and that the practice match against Aoba Johsai will start at two in the afternoon so make sure to pack a lunch." The coach, Ukai Keishin, who you didn't notice was the coach until thirty minutes into practice because of his youthful hairstyle, announced before the whole room scattered to clean the gym. You were in the middle of folding the chairs and storing them when it hit you.
Tomorrow is a Saturday.
You have also just realized that unlike the other clubs you've barely joined in the past, the vast majority of sports clubs train on the weekend as well. You mentally facepalmed yourself and cursed at Hinata under your breath for getting you involved in the club. A distant sneeze was heard from the red haired boy.
The clean up was easier than you thought, you were only halfway done picking the balls up from the ground when Nishinoya and Tanaka proudly announced that they were done mopping the floors in an attempt to impress their senpai manager. Shimizu quietly chuckled with you as the two of you continued to fill your arms up with more volleyballs.
"So, Y/N, I think you should get one of the boys to walk home with you. We don't usually stay back until late at night like today but it might be scary to walk home alone." Shimizu advised you as the two of you stored the balls away in the storage room. But before you could even ask for anyone's help, the bright red-head started bouncing off the storage room walls. "I'll walk home with you Y/N!" Hinata proposed eagerly as he dropped the folded net in the corner of the room. "But Hinata, don't you live in the mountains? That's the opposite way from my house." You said, turning him down but despite your rejection, he was still keen to walk you home and insisted on going.
"I'll walk you home instead, I don't think I burned as much energy as I wanted to today so I don't mind a longer walk home." The black haired first year suggested. You raised your eyebrow and found it baffling that he felt like he didn't burn as much energy as he wanted to despite just finishing a three hour long practice where he constantly had to run and jump.
You and Kageyama began to walk together. The sun was already out and the yellow tinted street lights were the only thing illuminating the streets besides the pale moonlight.
"Um, Y/N, we are headed towards your house right?" Kageyama abruptly spoke as the two of you began to enter your neighbourhood. "Yeah, why'd you ask?" You asked back. "That's a weird coincidence, I live on the same street." He stated, with a concerned and focused look, probably thinking of a reason why the two of you have never seen each other despite having the same route to and from school. It took you a few minutes to realize that you never go to school as early as him and go home as late as him because you're never had morning and afternoon practice before.
"Oh, yeah! I've been in sports clubs for so long that I forgot that normal people don't have the same schedules as we do." He lightly chuckled after you voiced your thoughts.
"Gah! Teddy, NO! Don't piss on my leg!" A voice yelled in the midst of the serene and empty night. Kageyama stopped abruptly as the voice filled the deserted street. The voice began to quiet down and started mumbling muffled words but It didn't die down. In fact, it started to grow clearer and you and Kageyama started walking again. Shortly, you and Kageyama stood in front of a sweaty brown haired boy walking a small brown poodle.
"O-Oikawa-san?" You turned to your teammate.
Kageyama knows this freak that has been yelling and talking to himself?
The boy shifted his gaze sharply from the dog to you and Kageyama. "Oh, it's Tobio-chan!" He sniggered as he ran his fingers through his hair.
His face was pretty and fair. Even under the yellow street lights illuminating him, you could see his sparkling brown eyes matched his equally as captivating brown hair perfectly. You rarely found deep interests in random strangers even if they were attractive but you can't seem to take your eyes off the one standing right in front of you.
"What are you doing here?" The stranger in the turquoise and white jacket asked. His voice was stern, as if he demanded an answer from Kageyama. "Er- I live in this neighbourhood." Kageyama mumbled but it was loud enough to be heard by you and the boy standing in front of him. "Really?! The one time my family decided to move to a new neighbourhood, you happen to be my neighbour?" He groaned, face palming dramatically while Kageyama continued to stand beside you awkwardly in silence. You began to question the identity of the stranger. He seemed like he hates Kageyama a lot but Kageyama isn't doing anything. In practice, it seemed like any little thing Tsukkishima and Hinata did and said made him scream in annoyance but this guy who was so blatantly rude to him isn't triggering him at all.
"Alright, alright! I get it, you need to pee!" The irritated brunette screamed at the odd acting dog that has been scratching his trouser for the past five minutes. "Tobio-kun, I look forward to destroying you in the match tomorrow." He declared with his chin up, pushing his concerns for the dog away momentarily before walking past you two Karasuno students towards a nearby park.
You questioned and interrogated the now, much more quiet teammate and squeezed as much information you could in the remaining two minutes you had with Kageyama before you reached your home.
His name is Oikawa Toru and he goes to Aoba Johsai, the school Karasuno is playing against the next day. You tried to squeeze more information about the memorable stranger from the raven haired setter but all he told you was that he was his senpai back in middle school

12:00 AM
You plopped on your bed after a long day and closed your eyes to process the things that have happened in the last twelve hours alone. Even reliving the events that occurred earlier that morning overwhelmed you. You couldn't believe you went through all that in a single day. Despite the variety of chaos you endured that day, you went to sleep that night with an image of a peculiar yet oddly endearing brunette stuck in your mind.

TWICE | Other Female Idol Flirts with S/O
Tumblr media
A/N: Thank you for requesting!! This has lots of mentions to other female idols in other groups or solo, but no hate to them! I love all of the girls mentioned here. Some of these are where the reader is the 10th member of Twice or a member in another existing group, but Mina's has a random rookie idol if that's okay.
➜ masterlist.
▻ JIHYO
Tumblr media
Jihyo watched as Suzy, her sunbae, walked into the practice room. It was fairly early in the morning and you were waiting for your dance trainer to come in and help you all learn the new choreo. You and the other Twice members were pretty fast learners, so it was no rush. But still, you were very tired.
Suzy had two cup holders in her hands, each holding 5 small cups of coffee. Your members all sighed in relief and thanked the smiling soloist.
Once Suzy gave you your coffee, she smiled at you widely. "Hi, (Y/N). How have these past few days been for you? You have another comeback soon!" You smiled at her and took a sip of your coffee.
Jihyo watched from across the room as she stood against the wall with Sana. Sana was talking to her, but she couldn't concentrate very well. She overheard the last bit of conversation in which Suzy asked, "well, maybe tomorrow me and you could get some coffee together, alone?"
Your girlfriend's eyes widened. It's not like she could do anything. Your relationship was practically secret; besides each other's parents. Jihyo was a bit scared of the answer you'd give to Suzy, but you rejected her softly, telling her you had plans. Suzy was very understanding and then left the practice room.
You walked and stood by Jihyo, trying to make it the least obvious that you possibly could. You grinned at your girlfriend who immediately smiled back. You leaned against the same wall she was on, then, with your hands behind your back, you held onto Jihyo's fingers. Her heart raced as she giggled quietly and continued listening to Sana.
▻ NAYEON
Tumblr media
You knew Jennie, who didn't? And you also knew she was close with your girlfriend, Nayeon. You were still a trainee at JYPE so no one really knew of you, but Nayeon and you started dating just like that. She loved you so much, but it was a big risk to tell anyone. Currently, only Momo knew about it, but she kept her mouth shut often.
Nayeon and yourself were on a little date at the cafè when the doors came open and in came the brunette herself, Jennie. She had Lalisa by her side, as well. But you were kind of intimidated as she walked over to your table with a smile on her face. Both you and Nayeon wore hats on to hide your face from anyone who wanted a picture or something, but Jennie didn't seem to hide it as she yelled, "Nayeon!" You looked around but no one seemed to notice.
Your girlfriend stood up and gave Jennie a hug, followed by Lisa. "Who's this?" Jennie asked in a sweet voice, holding out her hand.
"Oh, this is (Y/N). She's a trainee." Nayeon said. You stood up and took Jennie's hand and shook it, then turning to Lisa and doing the same.
Lisa and Nayeon seemed to be caught up in a conversation, but Jennie seemed to be pretty interested in you. "How long have you been a trainee?" You answered a lot of her questions as well as asking your own, but it got a bit awkward when her final question came up. "So, um, you seem nice. Do you want to, like, go somewhere sometime?" Jennie asked awkwardly.
Nayeon's eyes widened and she grabbed your wrist quickly. "Um," she chuckled, "we have a lot of practicing to do. And JYP is planning to film a lot of it. I don't know if she'd be ready." Nayeon's fingers tapped on your wrist and the both of you smiled at the Blackpink member.
"That's fine." Jennie smiled, and her and Lisa sat down across from you and ordered their coffees.
▻ JEONGYEON
Tumblr media
The members of TWICE and Park Jinyoung knew of you and Jeongyeon. You were a soloist under JYPE who had debuted about a year before TWICE did, but ever since then, you and Jeongyeon had been dating. It was practically a secret to other JYPE artists, but it didn't make your relationship any less exciting. You'd join them on variety shows and whatnot, and fans simply thought of you and Jeongyeon as close friends or fanservice, but it was obviously more than that. You're often at the TWICE dorms with her and no one getting in the way. It was nice, at the moment. But you knew you'd either get caught or have to come clean someday.
You, TWICE, GFriend and Chungha were on a Variety Show together. The hosts on the show were asking each person who they'd like to be closer with out of the other artists there that day. When it came to you, one of the hosts said, "(Y/N). Which one of the other artists in this room would you like to be closer to?" Before you could answer, he quickly added, "besides Jeongyeon."
You all burst out in laughter and watched as some of the knowing TWICE members laugh nervously in panic. After a quick look at Jeongyeon, who was trying to make it not as awkward as it was, you spoke up and said, "SinB!"
The member of GFriend smiled at you, and the camera panned to her as she winked your way. Everyone laughed as you covered your mouth, seemingly hiding your blushing face. Jeongyeon tried to make it less obvious as it was that she was jealous, but she just faked a grin.
"Jeongyeon, you look angry." The same host joked, gaining more and more laughter from the other girls in the room. Jeongyeon awkwardly giggled and shook her head.
Truth is, Jeongyeon was very jealous. She just wanted to come out and say the two of you were dating right then and there, but she waited it out.
▻ MOMO
Tumblr media
You and Jimin were very close, and Momo knew all about it. How Jimin used to cheer you up close to debut, how she help with singing lessons and memorizing lines; all of it. Jimin was very supportive of you and your career, but after you and Momo started dating, Momo couldn't help but feel slight jealousy whenever she saw you and Jimin hanging out together.
You were a soloist who's been with JYPE for over 4 years now, and it couldn't have been any better. Especially with close friends such as Jimin, and of course your girlfriend, Momo, to help you out.
It was at the JYP Nation annual concert where Momo seemed the most down. You and Jimin were singing a duet together with Momo watching from backstage. When Jimin kissed your cheek, the crowd roared even louder than they already had. Momo grew worried about what that was. Why would Jimin kiss you? Even if it was just on the cheek?
Sana nudged Momo with her elbow. "Hey, what's up?"
"You know what's up," Momo sighed. Sana rolled her eyes, then put her hand on Momo's shoulder.
"It's fine. It's fanservice. You've done that stuff with me before." Sana explained.
"That was before I started going out with (Y/N)." Momo said sadly. The performance came to an end and you ran backstage and right into your girlfriend's arms.
"How was I?" You asked with a huge smile on your face.
Momo smiled as well. "You were great! I never heard of that song? JYP is going to make you record a studio version, I can just feel it." You giggled and kissed her cheek before she went on stage to perform with the other member's of TWICE.
Nearing the end of the performance, when JYP was singing on stage, you and all the artists were preparing for the finale where you all got to sing and dance together.
Once you finally got on stage, the show went great. Fans were screaming the entire song and you and your labelmates were having a great time even if it was hard work. When the song ended, the crowd was roaring and waving around lightsticks of their favorite JYP artists. You laughed and ran to Momo, giving her a backhug and kissed her cheek, making fans who were looking cheer.
Momo explained to you why she became jealous, but then realized it was stupid and held your hand as you walked off the stage.
▻ SANA
Tumblr media
TWICE was performing their comeback stage and fans were so riled up. They barely paid attention to you and Chungha, whom were MC'ing together, but rather the excitement of being able to see TWICE. But that didn't stop you from putting your all into introducing their favorite artists with Chungha.
Sana watched the TV in the dressing room as your smile lit up her mood. You looked so amazing even if you were just introducing artists to a silly script.
Sana watched as the station got back from a commercial break and your eyes sparkled. Chungha looked at you and back down at the script in her hands.
"(Y/N)! You look so pretty today!" Chungha said, holding a hand to her heart. Sana raised her eyebrows and Chaeyoung laughed as she nudged her.
"Oh, really?" You said, seeming to stare at the script. Chungha nodded.
"Do you know what else is pretty?" You asked. Chungha smiled and put on pouty lips.
"Me?" Chungha asked. Chaeyoung giggled at the TV and looked over at Sana who seemed to be enjoying this as much as her.
You shook your head and read from the script again. "No! This next group!" You proceeded to introduce the girl group to the stage as Sana laughed.
"Sana, you better go get her." Chaeyoung giggled. Sana shook her head and stood up, ready to get her hair done. Once her hair was finished, Sana and her TWICE members were ready to go up on stage.
You introduced them with Chungha and they sang their song while ONCEs in the crowd cheered loudly for them, doing the fanchants perfectly and waving their Candy Bong's around. You and Chungha made small talk until the performance that wrapped up the show was over.
After the camera stopped recording and fans exited the building, you ran backstage and into TWICE's dressing room. The other girls were gone except for Sana who was packing some things into her bag. You smiled at your girlfriend and wrapped your arms around her.
Once she saw you, she turned and laughed. "(Y/N)! You look so pretty today!" Sana said in a teasing voice, mocking the script that Chungha said earlier. You scoffed and pulled yourself out of the hug but Sana put her arms out and wrapped you in them again.
"I'm sorry! It was so funny! But also really cute." Sana smiled and gave your cheek a soft kiss.
▻ MINA
Tumblr media
You were one of TWICE's managers and you were about to leave to go home. Until your girlfriend, Mina, pulled you back into the hallway with a smile. Your relationship was very secret, but you didn't seem to hide it very well. Lots of artists and employees under JYPE caught on to your flirting but simply didn't say anything.
“(Y/N), we're throwing the new group a party! They just debuted last Wednesday so we're celebrating it now. Can you stay?" Mina asked with her hand wrapped around your wrist.
You sighed but gave in to her cute puppy eyes, walking back into the practice room. Jihyo and Jeongyeon began lighting candles on a cake that read Congratulations on Debut! and a few cute hearts and smiley faces. "They'll be here any minute. Tzuyu and Chaeyoung went to tell them to come to practice. It's gonna be like a prank, you know?" Mina smiled at you as she let go of your wrist.
Around a minute later, the newly debuted girls were heard from outside of the door. Sana ran and shut the lights off and pushed Jihyo and Jeongyeon into the other room. The girls all came in and you heard them all very confused, asking someone to cut the lights on. Mina held your hand. The lights flickered back on just as Jihyo and Jeongyeon walked back in, holding the cake out to the girls. Many of them covered their mouths or their hearts, smiling happily as you all sang their debut song.
A bit after everyone got their piece of cake, Mina got up to go to the bathroom from the small bench sort of chair from next to you. But almost as soon as she left, one of the members came and sat next to you. She was about 4 years younger than you. The rookie smiled at you. "Hi, (Y/N)." She seemed to get a pink tint to her cheeks rather quickly when you smiled back at her.
"So, um, do you know if you'll be joining us for any future concerts? Or fansigns? We have a fansign in 2 days. Will you be there?" The girl talked quickly and it was obvious that she was sporting a crush on you. Before you could answer, your girlfriend walked back into the room and raised her brow when she saw the rookie idol making googly eyes at you. But once the younger girl saw Mina, she got up, bowed to you, and went to talk with her members.
Mina grinned and sat down next to you, crossing her legs in the process. She giggled. "She seemed to like you."
"Yeah," you laughed. You looked over at Mina who stared at the new idol from across the room, then stared back at her feet. You chuckled and then looked around the room to see if anyone was watching, then wrapped your fingers with Mina's. Mina smiled her gummy smile while staring at your intertwined fingers and giggled.
▻ DAHYUN
Tumblr media
You and Dahyun were two idols who were known to have a strong friendship, but what the public didn't know was that you were dating for over a year now. You could be seen walking together and the internet would go crazy over how sweet your 'friendship' was. The other TWICE members knew, so did you families and JYP, but other than that, you didn't know if you were ready to come out and say you were together.
You were at a music award show. TWICE, you, and almost every other group and soloist was there. You loved going to award shows because you had so many idol friends and tons of idols came to talk to you to make friends with you. Plus, the music was always great.
By the end of the night, you had 3 awards and your girlfriend's group had 4. You and everyone else were smiling happily, some even crying tears of joy. You were all standing on the stage, Red Velvet on your right side and Loona on your left. The member's in your group were seen having a good time dancing to the music that was playing, holding your awards, and fans took lots of photos of you all.
Irene from Red Velvet nudged you with her elbow. You turned towards her and smiled, giving her a small wave. The two of you had talked before but not much, but she was a great person, you knew that much. You and Irene had a conversation for about 7 minutes before the awards show was practically done. The artists were getting off the stage and Irene placed her hand on your shoulder and nodded with a grin as a way to say goodbye. You smiled and bowed to her as she walked off with her group.
TWICE started making their way to your side of the stage to get off. Your members were caught up in conversation as you began walking off stage as well, when you felt your girlfriend's arms wrap around your waist and her chin fall on your shoulder. A few fans still in the building were laughing and cheering while taking photos.
"What was that?" Dahyun asked quietly but playfully. You giggled and tried to get out of her grasp but she held you tightly. "Huh? I thought you loved me!" She playfully said.
You laughed and she let go of you. "I love you," you mouthed your words to her as she took off with her group. She gave you finger hearts and then turned back around and started waving to her fans.
▻ CHAEYOUNG
Tumblr media
You were the 10th member of TWICE and were dating Chaeyoung. You and Chaeyoung had been dating predebut; even before you each became trainees. Chaeyoung and yourself were pursuing your dreams as idols together, and neither of you would want it any other way.
TWICE was invited to shoot a variety show with Red Velvet and Blackpink. You'd participated in many variety shows before, so you knew how it went down. However, the last time you were with Red Velvet somewhere, Yeri ended up being very close to you. Chaeyoung got jealous fairly easily but she was great at hiding it.
It was about a half hour into the program and you were all paired up with different members of different groups to do a three-legged race. You were paired up with Yeri while Chaeyoung was paired with Jennie.
Chaeyoung already looked uneasy about this, but she hid it so no one would suspect anything. You and Yeri's ankles were tied together and your arms were around each others shoulders as you smiled at one another. "Ready?" Yeri asked with a laugh.
You nodded and the hosts blew their whistle, and you and Yeri began hopping to try and win the race. Everyone was giggling and laughing, and so many teams tripped over while doing it. You and Yeri were close to the finish line along with your girlfriend and Jennie, but you hopped too soon and Yeri fell forward, causing you to tumble onto her.
Everyone in the room was laughing, including the hosts, and everyone began singing the famous romantic song. You and Yeri were laughing while Chaeyoung and Jennie passed the finish line, then you started to crawl your way over it.
It was all fun and games until it was over, and Chaeyoung seemed pretty upset about it backstage. No one was within earshot as she crossed her arms over her chest and you placed a hand on her shoulder, asking her what's wrong.
"Did you mean to flirt with her like that? Or was it all fan service this time?" Chaeyoung asked quietly, a slight shaky tone in her voice.
"Chaeyoung, don't be like that." You pleaded. Chaeyoung stared forward as you ran your fingers up and down her arms. When she continued to give you the silent treatment, you leaned over and gave her a peck on the cheek.
"Are you crazy? We could get caught!"
You started giggling and Chaeyoung tackled you in a hug. You mocked her previous voice. "Are you crazy? We could get caught!" You exclaimed while giggling as she gave you multiple kisses all over your face.
▻ TZUYU
Tumblr media
At an awards show, your 5-member group was doing a special stage collaboration with another 5-member group, Red Velvet. Your girlfriend, Tzuyu, was a member of TWICE and was proudly watching you from her circle table.
Tzuyu was smiling as the 10 spotlights shined on you and the 9 other idols, clapping her hands with everyone else in the room and cheering for you loudly. The music started and it was a mash-up of one of Red Velvet's songs and one from your group's that had surprisingly fit together. Many people were out of their seats and clapping their hands while screaming your name and other idol's names, swinging their lightsticks around.
Tzuyu's face showed pure glee, but quickly changed when a part of the choreo involved you and the Red Velvet member, Joy, to press your hands together, gaze in each other's eyes, turn around and stand back to back, then hold hands for a few seconds before going back to doing the rest of the dance. Your girlfriend didn't get jealous a lot. She never had no reasons to be, really. She knew you loved her a lot and vice versa. But something about another idol doing it seemed off to her. She tried convincing herself that it was fan service but she couldn't stop thinking about it the entire night.
Especially because once the award's show was completely over, she saw you talking to Joy in front of her group's van, both of you laughing while Joy's hand held onto your shoulder. Tzuyu couldn't hold back when she quickly walked over to you and smiled towards Joy.
"You both did great tonight!" Tzuyu exclaimed. Joy gave her her signature eye smile and the two of them talked for a bit, but you knew that something was up with your girlfriend. She wouldn't usually go over to other idols on her own terms.
"What's going on?" You whispered to her after Joy got in her van. "Meet me at my dorms." Tzuyu asked.
You did just that. Once Tzuyu invited you inside, she pulled you into a tight hug. "What's this?" You chuckled, wrapping your arms around her. Tzuyu rested her chin on your shoulder. "I admit it, I'm jealous." You giggled, "Tzuyu, dont be jealous." Tzuyu leaned back and gave you a kiss on the lips, then you pulled her by her hand to her room and cuddled for the next hour.

Undying Love (Chapter 18)

*The next morning at the Jade Palace*
It was a cool frosty morning at the Jade Palace, and everyone woke up from their peaceful sleep. The air was cool and crisp with a gentle breeze. A fresh layer of snow fell the night before, and everyone was sleeping peacefully. Soon the two lovers Po and Tigress woke up, shared a warm, sweet good morning kiss and then gently woke up their sleeping teenage cubs. After they hugged and kissed each one and told them they loved them, which they said back happily, they waited for the morning gong to ring. Shortly after the gong rang, Po gave them their training instructions for the day and they all headed to the kitchen for breakfast.
*In the kitchen*
The four, Po and Tigress, along with Hannah, Jade, Zhan, and Kara sat down at the table and peacefully ate their warm breakfast that Po cooked. Po also passed out some hot tea which everyone seemed to enjoy and thank him for. While they ate and causually carried on conversations, Po and Tigress were discussing who would be going down to the noodle shop to help Mr. Ping. The four cubs usually took turns and they loved to help out their grandfather in the family noodle business.
"There's a winter festival later today so who should go help at the noodle shop, kitten?" Po asked gently as he held her paw while they ate.
"Hmm..." Tigress hummed thoughtfully then she smiled at her handsome husband. "Why don't you decide, hun? We are all going later aren't we?" Tigress asked softly giving his paw a squeeze while eating a cube of tofu and then turning to the noodles.
"Yes of course we are! But I can't seem to remember who's turn it was... ah, I'll figure it out." Po said with a warm smile.
Tigress gasped and blushed slightly at the sight of his smile. Just seeing it still gave her butterflies even after over a decade.
"You always do, hun." Tigress cooed softly and then started to eat the noodles that she still loved.
Meanwhile, the teenage cubs Hannah, Jade, Zhan, and Kara overheard their conversation about who's turn it was to help out at the noodle shop. The four began to have a small dispute on who's turn it was.
"Dad, I think it's my turn." Zhan spoke up truthfully after swallowing a dumpling.
"No, I think it's my turn!" Jade stated with a smirk. Then her sister Hannah butted in.
"No, it's not! You went last time, sis! Besides, I think it's my turn anyway." Hannah said with a cheeky grin putting her chopsticks down.
Kara just rolled her eyes but knew it was neither of theirs or even her own turn. They all loved their other grandpa, Mr. Ping and even though they rarely argued, they did have disagreements over who's turn it was to help.
"Hannah! Jade, sweetie. Don't fuss over it, let your father decide." Tigress interrupted gently and they stopped and bowed their heads sadly in shame.
"Ok, we're sorry, mama." They both said sadly.
"It's ok, just let your father choose." Tigress said lovingly with a smile to ease their guilt and then turned to Po with a smile.
The two apologized to each other and forgave each other with a hug and turned to listened to what their dad would say. Po stroked his gotee thoughtfully and suddenly, Po remembered who's turn it was and he spoke up.
"Zhan, you were right! It is your turn today; so after breakfast you may go and help your grandpa Ping!" Po said happily with a smile at his son who just grinned in response.
"Awesome!" Zhan exclaimed happily and then he turned to his siblings. "Sorry you guys, it'll be your turns next time." Zhan said softly with a cute, cheeky smile that he always had.
"It's ok, Zhan we'll see him later anyways. Have fun!" Jade said with a grin giving him a dumpling as Hannah and Kara nodded in agreement.
Zhan happily took the dumpling with an eager expression in his eyes. "Thanks sis!" Zhan said and then ate the dumpling with a grin and turned to the rest of his food and continued eating happily.
Jade simpily smiled at her brother. Then Jade and Hannah resumed their conversation with Kara about girl stuff. Tigress then turned to Po with a grin.
"I knew you'd figure it out." Tigress stated giving his paw a squeeze.
Po chuckled "Was there any doubt, sweetie?" Po asked raising a brow with a heart warming smile that Tigress loved.
"Nope." Tigress chuckled warmly and Po simply smiled and then they all continued their breakfast in peace.
After everyone finished breakfast, Hannah, Jade, and Kara hugged Zhan goodby for the day and they went to the training hall with the four to do their normal routine. Po and Tigress gave their son a hug and a kiss, which he returned. The two also gave him a dark green scarf with a matching green winter shawl to keep warm as the breeze was starting to pick up making the air colder than it actually was. Zhan happily thanked them for the clothing and he wraped the scarf around his neck and fastened the shawl around his neck, covering his shoulders, neck, back and part of his chest.
"I love you mom and dad, I'll be home some time after noon." Zhan said with the cute, furry-cheeked smile he always had.
"We love you too, Zhan and ok be safe and don't catch a cold." Tigress said lovingly as Zhan reached the doors of the hall of heros to leave.
"I'll be ok mama, don't worry." Zhan said with a grin and Tigress just smiled at her son as did Po.
They waved him goodbye as he opened the doors of the palace and stepped out from the warmth of the Jade Palace to the cold of the outside and shut the door behind him. Tigress turned to Po feeling a few tears in her eyes and she held his paw.
"Our little son is growing up too fast, Po just look at him." Tigress stated as the two remembered how much he's grown over the years.
"Yes, he definitely has my sweet kitten. Remember the time when he was younger and he used to chase Jade’s tail?" Po asked with a chuckled and Tigress laughed as her heart was warmed at the memory.
"How could I forget?" Tigress asked with a chuckle. "Jade was so scared." Tigress said as they both laughed and remembered that day.
Flashback
Zhan was a curious cub when he was younger and he was a natural hunter so that led him to chasing his sister Jade’s tail. Although Zhan didn't have a tail, he was curious of Jade’s and she didn't like this one bit. Tigress remembered hearing Jade’s footsteps fast approaching, and the scared look on her face with Zhan on all fours in hot pursuit behind her. Jade ran into her mother Tigress's arms and hid behind her from her brother. Zhan stopped in front of them and looked sad afterwards, but the whole thing was just so cute, Tigress just laughed it off. Tigress didn't scold him, but gently told Zhan that her tail wasn't a toy, and that he shouldn't scare his sister like that. Zhan apologized to Jade and the two made up with a hug like they always did and Zhan didn't chase her tail anymore after that.
End of Flashback
Tigress smiled warmly at the memory and Po chuckled and kissed her cheek. "Yeah I'll never forget that, kitten hehe." Po said softly and then Tigress turned to him.
"Me neither... now let's go train, hun." Tigress said and gave his cheek a warm lick making him blush.
Po nodded and the two headed off to the training hall.
Meanwhile, Zhan was outside admiring the snowy scenery as he walked through the courtyard to the thousand steps. It was a beautiful day even though the sky was grey appearing like it would snow again. Zhan hummed happily as he started down the thousand steps to the valley below to the noodle shop. About halfway down, the wind picked up again making the snow on the ground swirl around him in a very pretty way. Zhan sighed blissfully and his breathe vaporized as it hit the cold air. He then adjusted the shawl around his neck and shoulders a bit to stay warm. Soon he got the bottom of the thousand steps and came to the valley below where there was decorations and banners everywhere. It truly was a beautiful sight seeing all the decorations and the people of the valley preparing for the festival later that day.
The streets of the valley were swept clean of the snow and so were all the stores. As Zhan came into the town, the villagers greeted him warmly as they always did, happy to see the son of Po and Tigress that they all adored.
"Good morning Zhan, nice to see you as always!" A goose said warmly from his marketplace shop.
"Good morning Mr. goose, it's nice to see you too!" Zhan replied mannerly with a charming smile.
An older female pig walked by him and complimented his scarf and shawl as she walked by.
"I like the scarf and shawl! It looks good on you, Zhan stay warm!" She complimented warmly.
"Thanks ma'am and I will!" Zhan replied with a smile as he continued down the street to the noodle shop.
