"how do you play a warlock in Pathfinder 2e" - fortunately, and unfortunately, the answer is perhaps fivefold I'd argue, depending on WHAT precisely about the warlock you find appealing: witch, thaumaturge, magus, psychic or oracle.
The PF2E witch is a full spellcaster using intelligence - but they rely on a patron who gives them their spells via a special familiar. Definitely Pact of the Chain warlock vibes. However, way more powerful spellcasting then a 5e warlock, more equivalent to a wizard.
The thaumaturge has strong occult vibes, focused on "esoterica" - magical scraps and relics that empower special abilities. No patron, technically not spellcasting, but a Charisma-based occult magic user that looks sick as hell. Does seem a bit Hexbladey though, given armor and weapon proficiencies and capacity for melee combat.
The magus similarly is a strong melee combatant, with limited spellcasting much more akin to how the warlock pact slots work in 5e (though Intelligence based). They can use spells to empower their weapon strikes, and they can only cast at their highest two spell levels available (though unlike the warlock, these levels go all the way to 9)
If the thing you like most about the warlock is being able to build a mass murderer around a cantrip, the psychic might be right for you. One of their cool base class features is additional psychic-only cantrips, which you can then "amp" for more power and utility.
The oracle, like the thaumaturge, shares more flavor than mechanics with the warlock, and is probably the weakest case for equivalency in this post. They're charisma casters with divine spells, but unlike clerics their power isn't from a god, but rather a "mystery". One of their key features is a curse, which as it's strengthened provides both power and drawbacks. The curse mechanics feel very eldritch.
ANYWAY at first glance I was like "wtf no warlock, that seems like a missed opportunity" but no, Paizo was like "how do you like your warlock?" and served you up a buffet.

The Botanical Bestiary is a project I had the honor of being the artist for. It's a bunch of leshy miscreants who will try to destroy you, or possibly be adopted into your party as family. It's a bit of a toss up
The Botanical Bestiary is for Pathfinder 2e and D&D 5e. It contains:
65 leshy monsters
10 leshy heritages  You can find it on DriveThruRPG here

I've been really getting into Worlds Beyond Number podcast, specifically the Wizard, Witch and the Wild One series. The story is brilliant, you can see they're enjoying themselves with the roleplay, they're all paid professionals of course, which is understandable, it's their job, but also it's pretty entertaining, so I don't mind much. What I do mind, and I do mind it SIGNIFICANTLY is that, for some reason (the reason probably being that WotC paid for it to be so) is that they're playing the whole heavily investigation and diplomacy based campaign using the DnD5e system?? So not only are the player characters tailored heavily towards combat, they actually never do the combat? Since the campaign is mostly investigative and about diplomacy, all the characters do is they roll Arcana, Perception, Insight, Intimidation and Diplomacy against arbitrarily set difficulties. The Wizard and the Witch only ever cast Prestidigitation and Detect Magic, the Wild One (a paladin) only ever uses Divine Sense, and yet the GM insists on granting them items and bonuses that would be useful in combat? They had like maybe three turns of combat somewhere around episode four maybe, and the Wizard spent it spamming Magic Missile, the Witch was down for most of the combat, and the Wild One just sort of swung a sword for a couple turns and won the fight.
Like, this series would benefit MASSIVELY from being run in a system like Forged in the Dark (you know, the Blades system) or maybe Dungeon World, hell, even more crunchy systems like Pathfinder 2e or RuneQuest would do the job, as they're more suited towards the Investigation+Diplomacy campaigns like that.
I mean the story is great, I love the characters and all, but to be perfectly honest, the DnD5e feels so tacked on and it's absolutely not fitting the campaign here, it might as well just not be there.

Some doodles of my Pathfinder 2e Witch, Cabbage. We're using the free archetype rules so she's now a Witch/Wizard because she found an dirty old spell book in the saddle bags of a dead horse. I'm sure that blood splatter on it means nothing.

Ashurah or Ash(for short) (She/Her,)
Art I did for our Kholo( Pathfinders word for Hyena people) Thaumaturge(superstitious warriors who use stories and folk lore to do magic-esque stuff and exploit enemies weaknesses)
She is a Nephilim( the term pathfinder uses for aasimars, tieflings and other outerplanar influenced people) and the apprentince to the Communitys local witch.
Her main attacks are her bites and her extra long tail from her supernatural origins.
She was gifted a semi-magical chalice thats always filled and can heal her and allies. Its made from the bones of a fallen tribe member.
She is a bit overconfident and eager to prove her place her in community. A bit rambuctious but she is a loyal student and apprentince.

This is Jh'ura, my PF2e Catfolk Witch, for a campaign I'm currently in, and her familiar, Mittens. A void cat with her void cat because we can never have enough cats.
Also a good example of my more complex coloring style.
