Make the changes you please, add or subtract Heros, but the BIG TWO are there. They clash. Like Titans. Like GODS. AfO getting frisky with his quirk use, throwing everything at the wall. But?

Oh. This time. THIS TIME, you bastard! Toshinori is NOT ALONE!

The power of community, of an ARMY, is not to be underestimated. They make be struggling. Have broken bones and worse. But they know he just... just needs ONE shot! They... they can give him one shot.

Even if it's the last thing they ever do.

Because? They are god damned HEROES.

AfO feels his legs rip out from under him, just as he's about to dodge. It's going to be a killshot. He may... potentially... THEORETICALLY... conceivably... possibly... panic... just a bit. MAYBE. A microscopic amount.

He lashes out.

With everything.

And he DOES mean everything. Yes, including that "grow flowers" and the "summon apples towards you"Quirk, for all the good THOSE would have done.

Something? Happens.

The blast hits the Oaf infront of him... and? Resonates. Like the striking of a great clear bell. It RINGS. Deafening. Without noise. The damn brat...rewinds? No. He's not younger. He RESETS! OH YOU MOTHER FU-!

Something sliding off him. Like dust. From the reset. Drifting towards other dust.

Swirling. Some merging, like planets forming. Most not enough. Turning grey and falling to the ground. But... but he can SEE it. A whisp of white hair gets in the way. HIS hair. Ha. Ha ha hA HA HA HA HA!!! Reset! NOT JUST YOU, ALL MIGHT!

The heroes are getting up. It doesn't matter. He'll just put them BACK on the ground.

INTO it this time.

But then?

The dust from him, all might, so many others. Solidifies, compresses, the pops like a firework. Dumping a very started black hair, blue eyed, toddler on the ground.

AfO connects the dots first. He has AfO hair texture. Quirk weirdness just happened and their is ALWAYS a cost or drawback to Quirks. Such as... any overflow creates an infant? Did he just make his own child?

Not risking it.

He lunges.

All Might lunges for the simple reason of "oh GOD SUPERVILLIAN AND A BABY!" D:> same as every other hero there.

Meanwhile DANNY? Retired Halfa Superhero, Zone Councilman, and LATE to his DnD night... is beginning to suspect THIS is what Clockwork meant when he said "some roads take longer to get home".

Oh, I am afraid this is very much a OFA Is Known AU and that while Izuku and co will try to keep the transfer secret, the truth will eventually explode into the open.

very funny to me when people write fics where Dan is short for Danyal/Danyul with a y. i understand why people do this. sometimes dan just needs a full name and it cant be the same as danny's, and Danyal does sound vaguely old world/ottoman empire/spooky so it fits.

but as someone who has spent time in the middle east and has met people named Danyal its all just very funny. because the pronunciation of Danyal is almost identical to Danielle, so

Okay, so let's say Izuku did develop a quirk when he was 4, but he was unable to really test it in the beginning.

Like, he never really managed to move objects or breathe fire. Everyone thought he was quirkless until he was about 8-9 y/o.

It was one of those days where, for whatever reason, Kacchan was not bullying him, he was still messing up with another kid, so Izuku being Izuku moves to try and help the other boy.

Kacchan is already making small explosions and menacing the other kid, but he stumbles over something on the floor and is about to fall over the other boy with his palms still burning with audible pops.

Izuku's first reaction is trying to disperse the fire, move Kacchan's hands away, and help both of them by getting rid of the fire! Then, it happens. The fire on Katzuki's hands is lifted, and similar to a comet, the explosion moves upwards and explodes above their heads.

Kacchan falls over the other kid, the boy screams and gets up to run away, while Izuku is still looking up to where the smoke is now being blown away by the wind.

Both kids look at each other with surprise in their eyes. Izuku may not breathe fire, but he can move it, a weird combination of his parent's quirks.

Suddenly, all the years of not talking to each other are deleted. Children are always better at forgiving and forgetting that being friends and working to be a hero team start to take shape.

When entering the UA, even after doing the exams in different locations, it is clear they have trained. As a team, they not only work in tandem, they manage to win and save at the same time. Katsuki on the offensive, Izuku defending; there's always mumbling between them and some discussions, but Kacchan trusts Izuku's analytic mind and is always fast to provide options too.

Sometimes, it looks as if izuku depends on Katzuki too much, but they worked on ways to help him start a little fire in certain circumstances, a small spark can be useful even when it cost Izuku a lot of effort to make it bigger or last enough.

Adding OFA here is not necessary, but if done, it would lead to building the Supernova team.

I'm writing something for another ask you made on this that will reveal more about Shanks' made-up mental illness. But no, it only really started after Baterilla. The wires in his brain got crossed wrong somehow, probably due to the immense amount of stress he was under, as well as being basically abandoned by his flock. (Side note: people only really build nests for fledglings or potential courting. I'll give you a guess what traumatic events caused the instinct to get rewired.)

And bad episodes (and I call them bad for a reason) really only start after they acquire Uta. Before that, it was an unusual quirk the captain had; he made fun of it too, and no one really thought anything of it aside from it could get annoying at times. But then they found Uta—and let’s just say her being on the ship caused repressed memories to surface—and the nesting became obsessive, and he eventually had a mental breakdown. That’s when he starts going on medication, at Hongo’s and the rest of crews insistence.

Shanks has a complicated relationship with his former crew (Mihawk doesn’t and wants to stab all of them, except Buggy, but only because he wants to stab Buggy for unrelated reasons). But Roger in hell , he would rather eat glass and take a swim in the calm belt than admit to anyone ever what’s up with him mentally. The crew only knows because they witnessed it firsthand; Mihawk knows because he’s stubborn and wanted to learn about what the meds Shanks was taking were, and Buggy knows because he’s Buggy and deals with his own issues. He can smell mental illness from a mile away.

As someone who deals with OCD and other mental illnesses and has had a mental break or two, this is what I’m drawing on for inspiration for this made up Illness. I also have a friend who deals with manic episodes and will be drawing from their experiences as well. If I write anything descriptive, I will be sure to put a warnings up. And if it doesn’t match your mental illness and your mad about it? idk man chill, people experience mental illnessess differently.

Feel free to write your own Headcanons and feelings on this. Or ideas I’m not gate keeping I am totally up to change things rearrange things or add things the contradict the other ideas! What ever it is please feel free to add to the stew!

This is all based on a dream I had that woke me up coughing my lungs out (not related to the dream, I've just been sick the past few days)

Hawks quirk (from mha if it wasn’t clear) being Robyn's quirk

Her apartment is in the sky (like actually I'm not even joking, it's just hanging there by pure magic) and right across from the lecture hall she takes notes from with her super vision (part of the quirk ig)

Steve becomes her roommate

Before she meets steve she's known nancy for a while now

Nancy think steve might not know Robyn's a lesbian but Robyn let's her know that "no yeha I told him everything we've been talking about this hot girl that literally everyone in town knows and how her nose is so perfect and how she's so graceful and-"

"Yes Robyn I get the point" Nancy says.

Steve up until this point just thought they were making conversation and was getting to know his potential date. His world view comes crashing down after only hearing Robyn's side of the conversation with Nancy on the phone.

Steve has a mental quirk so it doesn't outwardly show that much except for the little details around his body. Robyn doesn't know what the quirk is (neither do i honestly) and doesn’t remember to ask. Steve appreciates this and is large bonus to having Robyn as his roommate/friend(?).

Most people don't like going to Robyn's apartment because you need to activate your quirk to get there and you need to be synced up with her security feed, which takes a lot of patience and time to do. Steve feels conflicted about hearing this. On one hand it's good because that guarantees almost no one will be able to get to him here but he has to use his quirk everytime he wants to go home.

Now the rest of the Hawkins gang have all been synced up to the security monitor just in case, except for the quirkless and mutation type quirks but they still have a system for that. Almost everyone asks Robyn once in a while if she can just fly them there instead of them activating probably dangerous or embarrassing or not easily accessible quirks. No one else except robyn in the Hawkins gang has a transmutation quirk until Eddie comes along with bat wings on his back at all times. Robyn are the same in that sense, that they can both fly but Eddie can't exactly fly over large bodies of water and he's not as fast as her. No one is as fast as Robyn everyone in the party has agreed.

Robyn knows what she's capable of. She knows she could easily cheat during tests or quizzes at her university without getting caught but she just. Doesn't want to. She wants to prove to herself that she can accomplish something without resorting to taking the easy way out. If she has to bomb 3/4 of tests she takes than so be it as long as she doesn't get thrown put of the university she doesn't care. She'll work double shifts if it means getting to prove that she can do things herself. (This might or might not lead to her slowly neglecting herself and her needs, needing someone to make her understand spreading herself so thin she can barely hold her wings up in the sky is not proving anything to anyone, especially herself(Steve says all this yall, maybe less eloquently but the point gets across)). Maybe this all started from a young age when her parents expected a lot from her, expected her to solve all their problems for them (maybe financial? Idk) and it just made her more convinced to not do anything for themn, but for herself. And although, at the time, this kind of thinking was healthy, it was not sustainable in the long run after separating herself from them in the future.

Oh uhhh heros and villains don't exist, quirks and criminals exist. There is technology created that stuns a persons quirk factor and makes them immobile (paralyzed) temporarily. This technology was used on Steve as a child to make him more "docile".

I like to give as much angst to characters that I think would look hot being pathetic wet dogs-

Robyn and Nancy end up together obvi (if you didn't catch it up there, Nancy was a little jealous of Robyn talking about someone she might be interested in like that that isn't her (that was literally her who Robyn described but whatever)).

face: Describe your OC’s face. What’s their smile like? Are their orbs cerulean? What would someone notice first when looking at them?

"Ne looks an angry little alley cat." That was probably the first thought I had about Vendetta's appearance, lol. But let's tackle this question backwards because the last question is the most interesting. >:3

The first thing people notice is they can't hold an image of Vendetta in their mind. Vendetta's face might as well be a bunch of puzzles pieces, mixed up and jolting away from each other like repelling magnets. They might remember green, but not why the color comes to mind. Maybe it's a bland smile, no. It was an endless pout! Maybe? Was it? No ones meets Vendetta and leaves with a solid impression (with few exceptions), even back in the pre-HB days. Ne really doesn't want to be noticed and it bleeds out hard. I think most people would write it off as nem just being unexpectional.

But if you hang around long enough, stuff starts to stick better.

Mild green eyes, seemingly miles after but it's a deception. Don't fall for it. After the Void though, there's sometimes flashes of this unnatural poisonous green in them. Scary. Only happens when Vendetta gets emotional, so rare to see for most people.

Typically, it's an unimpressed frown but sometimes a real smile sneaks through, bigger and brighter than one would expect from such a sullen seeming soul. Ne never seems afraid to show nir teeth when smiling. Pointy little canines, would hurt to be bit by. Isn't afraid to bite either. Avoid.

So, so many freckles. Eyebags galore. You think ne could sleep a hundred days, but they would still persist. It just feels like a Vendetta thing ultimately, not something to truly worry about. Broken nose, but oh. Was that because of Owl? Or, was it broken before? It's hard to say, even after knowing nem for years.

Because while you might be able to hold down a few pieces to form impressions, remembering Vendetta's face as a whole is always tricky and hard to do, exponentially so after Heartbreak. Pieces are just easier.

formal: What’s your OC’s formal look? Do they like dressing up? Do they have different looks for different occasions?

Ahhhhh, that's complicated. Vendetta enjoys dressing up, to a degree. Getting dressed up is fun, as ne loves finding and wearing interesting and chunky jewelry and flowy gowns with a fair amount bare skin as Deja. Ne only wears formal clothes while working though, and that brings up one too many negative and conflicting emotions from nir time at the Farm, and it honestly makes nem feel sick the more ne does it as Deja.

Vendetta nemself really doesn't do formal clothes, and there's no way anyone is convincing nem to wear any outside of work (and even then, ne wore this to nir Hollow Ground meeting, sooooooo??).

If ne did have a reason to wear formal as nemself (outside of work, like for fun as strange as the idea is), definitely smart fitted blazers, for sure! God, ne would love them. Like bright colors and/or funky prints, orange would be fun! Suspenders too!! \m/!! If it wasn't for nir tattoos, ne would love forgoing a shirt too. Because even Ven trying out formal, it isn't gonna to be super formal. ^^;;

Little drabble that's been brewing in my head for days

Midoriya Hisashi has a fire breathing quirk. He has a gland that produces accelerant in his mouth and scales in his throat that he can click together to produce a spark for ignition.

Izuku inherits his father's fire quirk: he has the same scales for ignition, but his accelerant producing glands are in his tear ducts! He cries fire!

They don't know that yet though.

He's been a known crier his whole life, and his tears have probably always had accelerant properties. They've just never been exposed to an open flame.

He's already crying a little when his quirk manifests at school - the first time his crying hiccup has ever produced a little click and a spark. It startles him quiet for a second before it happens again and his tears catch. Then he's crying even harder than before.

The teacher makes all the other kids back up and starts digging around for quirk canceling cuffs and a fire extinguisher. She knows they keep them on hand just in case, but she's never had to use them before.

She's a little overwhelmed to be honest; usually when quirks manifest they're not quite so extreme. It's not that Izuku's is particularly powerful or anything either, there's just SO MANY tears and consequently SO MUCH fire.

Izuku can't stop crying; the more he cries the more fire runs down his face and arms. His little kindergarten shirt is burning off his body and he can't see past the flames and he's just so scared.

He startles when someone starts wiping his face, wiping his tears away. He thinks maybe it's the teacher. Maybe she found a way to put the fire out. But when he pries his eyes open and squints through the blur of tears and the flickering of fire, he sees Kacchan.

He tries to pull away, tries to push his friend back and protect him from the fire. He doesn't want to burn Kacchan!

The brave little blonde with his explosion quirk that manifested months ago doesn't let him; he knows by now that his skin is a little more resistant to heat and fire, especially his hands. He knows he can help.

His chubby little face is focused and determined and he talks to Izuku while he keeps gently scrubbing the tears away as they fall.

"S'okay, 'zuku."

"K-k-kacchan I *hic* I c-can't *hic* waah I can't st-stop!"

"Shh, I know. S'okay though. You're okay."

Izuku has settled into sniffles and whimpers by the time he feels the click of the cuffs around his wrists and hears the crackly whoosh of the fire extinguisher.

Kacchan is still wiping the last unlit tears from his face. Izuku frowns, worried for his friend.

"Are you okay, Kacchan? Did I burn you?"

"Tch, like you could do anything to hurt me. I make explosions, dummy. I'm pretty much fireproof."

He's exaggerating and they both know it. The sleeves of his shirt are burned off up to the elbows. His hands and forearms are pink and sting a little, like a sunburn.

Izuku gives him a big, watery, beaming grin.

"Kacchan's amazing."

Kacchan rolls his eyes but his chest puffs up at the praise. He feels like a hero.

He is a hero, to Izuku. His hero.

The concept of there being an aggressive phase is interesting and hilarious, because i can see? Why it might exist, whether it serves a purpose in a nature situation or if it's just a side effect of some other internal process.
