Y'know, Izuku NEVER would have thought that he would have the literal gods of reality living in his room, but he also hadn't expected them to be so small and adorable and- Oh god there's 19 of them. The Cat, Dragon, and Butterfly are snuggling in his hair. The Ox and Goat are in the kitchen trying not to burn down the house. The Peacock, Pig, and Fox are playing dancing games in the living room. And among the 11 others, the only one that seems to even have one semblance of control would be The Ladybug. And he's taking her out with him tonight to go prowl around the rooftops in Vigilante mode. So that leaves 18 unsupervised deities to the dangers that is the modern day Japanese apartment. But basically, Izuku has access to the Miracle Box from Miraculous Ladybug, and is determined to use the several new friends he has to hopefully get through life and commit several technically legal acts to save lives!

Miracle X Problem Children: "I meant they didn’t have Miraculous"

Deus, you yourself have written enough quirkless Izuku fics & AUs to know that that doesnt have to mean anything.

Heck, it probably means they are worse! And that is under the assumption that the entire class is quirkless, which, given the world of BNHA, is very unlikely.

The funny (and sad) part of this all is how close to Miraculous canon this is, given how Marinette is constantly expected to fix everything, both in an out of her mask.

Poor girl deserves a break! (and better writers)

If there was a Crossover between Miraculous Ladybug and My Hero Academia, what quirk do you see Marinette having? Or Adrian's? Would it be similar to the powers of their Miraculous?

If the world of Miraculous Ladybug was similar to the world of MHA, how do you see the series going? Like what are your main headcanons for a crossover like this?

I actually see neither having quirks.

While France has a bit of a better attitude than Japan does about quirkless people, it's still not the greatest. So Gabriel uses that as an excuse to keep Adrien in the manor while Marinette gets bullied by Chloe.

The Miraculous have been around longer than quirks and have their own magic. To Paris, Ladybug and Chat Noir are vigilantes who have quirks that can manipulate luck. And they are vigilantes, considering neither has their license until, like, S2 when the city just decides to give them both one, considering the local heroes can't do anything about the akumas until they show up.

The rest of the cast do have Quirks. I'm imagining that most akumas actually twist the person's quirk to make it monsterous.

So far, I can only really think of Alya's quirk being a truth-revealing quirk while Lila has Sirensong, a quirk that convinces most people that lies she tells are the truth. Because if I can't have them rivals in the actual show, then they'll be rivals here.

//Oooh that's a good one! I have thought of a Childhood!Bakunette but this one might be fun to write. Okay, here we go let's see what I can cook up with this request!

Inko Midoriya found out about the bullying earlier than in canon.

After visiting the doctors and finding out her son was quirkless, the woman was at a loss at first.

Even with the assurance of her high school friend, Mitsuki Bakugo, and her husband, Masaru, that their son, Katsuki, will look after Izuku during their time in school, Inko felt uneasy.

And then...her boy came home after playing in the park with Katsuki and the other boys, covered in dirt and bruises.

Mama Midoriya was not having it.

She went off on not just Katsuki, but to Mitsuki as well. Despite Masaru trying to stop the rage that was coming from the green haired woman, he clammed up as soon as her fury was turned on him for being a coward against his wife and spoilt son.

Suffice to say, Inko severed her ties of long-lasting friendship with the Bakugos after that.

But that also meant that Inko could no longer stay in the neighbourhood, not with the Bakugos being the most popular in the community and all. Neighbours tend to talk, and Inko didn't want to be isolated and make Izuku feel guilty of why they were not friends with any of the other kids and their families anymore.

Luckily, Inko had a friend outside of Japan that could help them.

While it was not ideal to move to another country, it wasn't as if Hisashi was coming back for them. That was the only reason that Inko stayed where she was and raised Deku in the home that her supposed husband has provided for her while he worked overseas.

No, Inko was going to be the hero for once. Izuku's hero.

She called up that friend, explaining the situation and she smiled when the friend said that they're going to help her and Izuku. After all, Paris was one of the countries that had more quirkless than any others of the world. They could make a new life there.

Who would've thought that Sabine Cheng was the friend of Inko's. Apparently the two of them were part of an online flower arranging club, mostly giving tips to other women that loved the art and soon it formed a sort of 'pen-pal' relationship between them for years.

Sabine easily helped Inko with paperworks of divorce and a visa to Paris, thanks to the Cheng family having connections.

Inko wasn't ready to tell her son that she was quietly separating from his father, but then again, Izuku never seems to ask about his Dad anymore. Not since his fanatic obsession with heroes and All Might. It should relief her a bit, but it also worried her.

When telling Izuku that they were moving away, at first, Izuku cried. Mostly because he still dreamed of being a hero, of being like All Might...even if he was quirkless.

But somehow, after a few days, Izuku was quiet and conceded. Inko had a feeling that the last day of school for Izuku, something happened (she finds out later that Katsuki had said some mean choice of words...something about a swan dive. Who teaches an elementary school boy that?!)

Izuku tried to be happy, he really did.

While being a hero was the number one dream in his heart, he can tell that his mother was feeling guilty and sad about him. Especially when finding out he wasn't going to be like other kids.

On the bright side, at least he's away from Kacchan and the bullies.

Paris...was bright and colorful.

Both Midoriyas were at awe when they first arrived.

Sabine was there at the airport to greet them with a smile, along with a huge bear of a man that was waving at them happily and on his shoulder was a cute sweet little girl Izuku's age holding up a sign that said, "Bonjour et bienvenue, Midoriyas~!"

Marinette was excited to have a new friend.

When her Maman told her that an online friend was coming to live in Paris and be somewhat their new neighbours, she was quick like her Papa and was trying to make a huge welcome feast for them.

Her Maman told her to be kind to Izuku, since he's been through a tough time, and Marinette promised she would be nice.

When she and Izuku met for the first time...the two of them felt butterflies in their stomachs.

"Hi...My name is Marinette D-Dupain-Cheng! What's yours?"

"...Midoriya, Izuku."

"Well Midoriya, Izuku! We're going to be great friends!"

"A-ah, just Izuku i-is fine..."

They become neighbours after that. Living in the same building, Izuku and Marinette had been side by side ever since.

Even when Sabine and Tom offered to help Inko find a job, Inko assured them she was fine and managed to land a job on her own as a nanny to some girl named Chloe Bourgeois.

With her Mom always gone and Andre busy in political campaigns, Chloe ended up being raised by Inko instead.

Andre never had time to spoil Chloe, Inko assuring the Mayor of Paris that she could handle the girl, and even treated her the same way she treated Izuku. Which meant that if she misbehaved, she was given a time out and lightly lectured on what she did wrong before hugging her and gently giving her a motherly talk.

It didn't stop Chloe's attitude, per se. She was going to be Audrey's daughter, through and through. But she wasn't as bad as canon.

It didn't help that Izuku was around when Inko was babysitting, meaning Marinette was always around as well.

Izuku was reminded of Kacchan at first when meeting Chloe.

Chloe's first impression on Izuku?

"What are you wearing? If you're going to be my friend, you're gonna have to dress the part."

Thus, Chloe managed to take Izuku shopping for new chlothes, despite Inko's protest in spending her Daddy's credit cards (who gives young children credit cards!?)

Izuku, Marinette and Chloe became a trio after that.

That was...until Adrien and Felix came into the picture.

Okay, more specific on the deaths:

-Michael has the quirk of partial rebirth. He was killed when he was younger, along wity the rest of the Tormentors when they were out playing. He possessed Nightmare Foxy and was able to rebirth half of himself to let himself age. When he was older, he was killed by Elizabeth and Crusher with the scooper, but used his quirk to keep him as a corpse. He finally died as a spirit after the fire that also killed Henry, and he possessed Glamrock Freddy to keep himself in Earth.

-Marinette has the quirk of creation (similar to Momo's but her quirk requires her to use her hair to create objects, not flash anyone). She was killed after witnessing Elizabeth's death. She was attacked by Funtime Foxy and possessed Funtime Foxy later on.

-Zegariah has the quirk of dinosaurs, being able to morph into any dino (but he prefers to be a Triceratops). He was killed by a car running him over to protect Crusher. He possessed Nightmare Freddy, kicking out Frederick from Nightmare Freddy.

-Crusher has the quirk of storms, being able to create storms. He was the only one who knew Michael was dead from the getgo. He was killed by Ennard attacking him. He possessed Ennard and kicked out Noah's spirit.

-Darington has the quirk of stars, just like his mother Clara. He was killed by William when Glitchtrap mind controlled him. He was placed in Toy Bonnie, who he possessed.

-Pickle has the quirk of removing other people's quirk, just like his Uncle Shota. He was attacked by Funtime Freddy but ended up possessing Bon Bon.

-Elizabeth hadn't developed her quirk yet when she was grabbed and crushed by Circus Baby's stomach hatch. She possessed Circus Baby.

-CC was quirkless, like his father William, which is why he was bullied constantly. He was killed on accident by the Freddy's mouth and by Michael and the Four Tormentors because of their prank. He possessed Golden Freddy with Cassidy but later separated himself to possess Shadow Freddy.

-Tenko has a decaying quirk, given by All for One. Before AFO could get him, though, Vincent and Inko adopted him when he was younger. After Vincent's death, Tenko had started getting possessed by Glitchtrap and accidentally killed Izuku with his quirk. In despair, he killed himself with his quirk, and Vincent got him to possess Shadow Foxy before AFO found him.

-Izuku has a glitch quirk, just like his father Vincent, but he hid it after Vincent's death. He was accidentally killed by Tenko's quirk. Vincent got him to possess Lolbit, and later on, got the OFA quirk by Allmight.

-Hitoshi has a mind-controlling quirk. He was adopted by Shota and Hizashi when he was abandoned by his biological parents. He was killed during a villain attack in UA, and Vincent got him to possess Toy Freddy.

-Eri has a rewind quirk. Her death is more recent than the other kids, and it was during the fight with Overhaul. She was killed in the battle, and Shota got her to possess Bonnet to keep her on Earth.

-Katsuki has an explosion quirk. After Charlie, Kyoka, and Izuku's deaths, Katsuki blamed himself and felt guilty for what he told Izuku (he thought Izuku was quirkless in middle school). He took a swan dive from the roof and died. He later possessed Monty.

-Kyoka has an earjack quirk. She was killed by a robber coming into their home and trying to steal their money. Mitsuki killed the robber but Kyoka was already killed. She later possessed Roxy.

-Charlie hadn't developed her quirk yet (she's the same age as Elizabeth in my AU). She was killed by William, and she possessed Puppet to help the other kids who were killed. She was found by Lefty later on, Henry's creation, and she soon possessed Lefty from time to time (she's still more comfortable with Puppet).

Why do you think Adrien has more salt than Marinette? I've seen some fandom has more salt/bashing toward the protagonist than the side character since they're the focus on the show and yet Adrien and Alya has more salt than Marinette ever.

I mean if they hate Adrien because he's a "harrasser" like salter claims, then they should also hate on Felix but they like him better instead. If they hate doormat then they should've also hate Luka because he's way more passive than Adrien is.

I asked this because I'm curious, not because I'm hoping more salt/bashing toward Marinette. It just weird that people more focused on minor character than the protagonist.

Oh I know what you mean, it's really frustrating, especially since Alya and Adrien are so heavily bashed supposedly for Marinette's sake.

I think it's actually because Marinette's the main protagonist that Alya and Adrien are so heavily and unfairly demonized. Unfortunately Marinette gets identified with so heavily a lot of times, that both her actual personality and the personalities and reasoning of everyone around her gets shunted to the wayside in favor of using her as a tool to vent frustration at anything that bothers her fans in their actual lives - such as a friend not doing what they want them to do in Alya's case.

As for the stuff with Adrien, the "doormat" stuff and the hatred for him for that is REALLY misguided, and tends to assume that Adrien knew Lila was actively malicious during Chameleon, which he did not. I think it's part of this wider push against people who you look up to and care about the opinion of seeming to push back against some course of action you're planning that you really want their support on, regardless of whether they have a point or not. I see something like that with the way Yagi Toshinori is demonized in the MHA fandom sometimes for telling Izuku he couldn't be a superhero once he found out he was quirkless, even though Yagi was basing that on how wildly dangerous the profession was and how badly he himself had been injured, and with him changing his mind and apologizing to Izuku and training him just a few chapters later.

With the "harasser" stuff and preferring Felix to Adrien, Felix's actions in his debut episode are often just ignored in that case. I'm betting because the person had already decided that Felix would be the person they'd pair with Marinette in Adrien's place, so any actions he actually took in canon didn't matter, since he was being made to fit whatever the writer wants without regard to canon. Also Felix's cleverness is fun to watch, and his meanness is useful if you want to sic him on people - which in these cases, are often Marinette's canonically much nicer friends.

You'll see stuff like this in other really popular series, like Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. It appears to only really take off with the main protagonist, since that's the person you're meant to identify with and made to see the viewpoint of the most, and because this kind of warped bashing often requires the audience member to identify with the main protagonist, and ONLY the main protagonist, and not consider the situation from anyone else's point of view.

Hi. Merry xmas. About the fic you mentioned of BK and consequences "bk saves a quirkless kid and all praise" I still remember this fic bc it was, as you said, unsatisfied.

I remember how people were ready to jump conclusions about Izuku as if he is jelly over bk. As if he is the type of person to do this of shit.

I think this fic/author unintentional showed how class A1 can be a bit shitty. Not sure if you heard about Miraculous ladybug....but lets say one character named Lila lies in her classroom against Marinete which is the mc.

Keep in mind she is lying and such lies are easy to prove as false....yet....the others took the bait and look at Marinette as if she is the bad guy.

Marinette has a minor stamina-boosting Quirk that can give her a kick of energy like how caffeine works in fiction. This also tends to make her jittery when she does so, which is partly why she's known for clumsiness.

Adrien is Quirkless purely because I think that's neat and we need more of it

Remember when Miraculous Ladybug had specific salt fics where Marinette went with the Batfamily and they supported her and they paired her with Damian? Same with Danny Phantom kinda?

Now that My Hero Academia is over and people are salty about the ending and overall story, why don't I see any salt fics where Izuku goes to Gotham and is a Quirkless Hero with the Batfamily??

It makes more sense to have MHA in the DC/Marvel world than ML or DP, so why aren't there loads of fics where Hisashi relocated his wife and son to Gotham/New York/wherever and Izuku meets Batfamily, impresses them with his analysis skills and drive to be a Hero and take him on? Or if Marvel is your preference, why not have him be MCU!Peter to Tony Stark, he gets a damn Iron Man suit in the canon end of the manga anyways?

I see a lot of salt and rewrites and whatnot on the tags, but it's odd I never see crossover fics with DC/Marvel (or even The Boys) worlds for a series I would think would make the most sense to cross over with.
