Guys, guys, guess what?!?

Heck, I'm sure nobody cares but I gotta say it somewhere. I went to my first transgender support group and everybody was so nice and... well... supportive! It was so cool to see people being who they really are and sharing their stories, and it makes me feel like it's actually possible for me to achieve that one day.

AND everybody called me by my chosen name and it felt so darn GOOD! Gaaaah, I need to come out so I can have that feeling every day. Only other time I used it publicly was when they needed a name for my sub order at Publix. It was terrifying but exhilarating. Tiny wins lead to bigger ones!

I don't think my parents will use my name, though; I picked a weird-ish or at least uncommon name for myself (one shared by two of my favorite characters that I relate to on some weirdly specific level) and I have a feeling that my mom would say it's stupid. (She's pretty blunt about things, but I can't blame her. It's better than having her lie to my face. 😑)

But yeah! I'm pretty happy, I'm just trying to pick a different haircut so people won't think I'm a girl all the time. It makes me scowl a bit inside every time people assume. I've been all "macho-boi-liftin'-heavy-stuff" lately to try to get people to see me as me, but that really doesn't work and it feels like I'm trying too hard to be what I already am. I just... haven't had the resources to physically come out, so I thought it would be pointless to come out as-is if everybody would misgender me anyway.

Heck, I'm not even sure it's what I want. But it's what I've dreamt of and thought about all the time for the past 6 months... it's just weird that it took me 20 years to sit there and go "woah... I'm a dude." 🤯

(Or something of that nature... mostly a dude-? I might be gender fluid because I'm worried I'll miss "being a girl" but I've felt like a guy for a while now and I don't know where I feel comfyest yet.)

F/n has always loved Wally Darling, the resident sweetheart and Wally loved her, the thing is that both were just to scared to confess or even try which lead to F/n getting her heart broken.

It a started with a new neighbor, their name was R/n and they were the neighborhood sweetheart. Of course F/n was happy that a new neighbor joined the quaint little town but she couldn't avoid the pit she felt everytime Wally would blow her off for R/n, it was almost as if he was replacing her and maybe he was, trying to move on from something they both were to scared to begin in the first place.

Months happened since F/n last talked to Wally and it was too painful to watch him being so happy with someone else so she decided to do the only thing that was left to do and that was leaving. She made her bags and started saying goodbye to her neighbors, Frank pulling her to the side to ask the reason of her parting.

"It hurts to much to see him with them Frank... I know I should be happy for them, I really do, but it was supposed to be me... It was supposed to be Wally and I but this is for the best! I have been putting to the side visiting my hometown for long enough," said F/n while hugging Frank, with a teary goodbye they parted ways but F/n knew that as soon as that train started it's way she would forget the little town and she would never see Wally Darling again but... She had to get away.

Aemond x Reader who uses sign language

This idea is so random but I refuse to back down from it, hear me out…

Disclaimer: I’m not deaf, nor am I completely mute - I have been learning British Sign Language, however, as it’s part of Makaton which can be used by autistic people like myself. However, because this is Westeros, there’s no official sign language and so I haven’t described the signs in great detail

✨ Reader has no assigned pronouns or gender, and I haven’t specified why you use sign language - could be for a deaf reader, could be for someone who is mute… whatever the reason, you’re valid! ✨

When Aemond first meets you, he’s taken aback by how attractive you are, so he immediately goes to speak to you - only to be confused when you just smile bashfully at the sight of him but don’t say hello back

One of your friends has to explain to the Prince that you don’t speak (they quietly explain the reason so that no one else overheard), and that you use your hands to communicate. You’re a little afraid then that he’ll be disgusted by you or think that you’re deficient in some way, that you’re incomplete

Yeah, no, you couldn’t be more wrong about that

For one thing, Aemond is a scholar: he has studied many languages, though none more so than High Valyrian of course, and so he’s of course intrigued to learn that there’s a language that doesn’t involve speaking aloud, that people can use their hands to speak instead. While he thinks it must take longer, he also muses that it would be interesting and also helpful in certain situations to not have to use a voice to communicate

Secondly, Aemond is all too familiar himself with people thinking him deficient - people still shudder when they talk about his eye, even though he makes sure to wear the eyepatch all day and to never remove it unless he’s alone in his room. He knows what it is to be treated like he’s lesser, to have to work harder to overcome a disability - and he immediately sympathises with you

Aemond begins researching, seeing if there are any books on the subject of using hands to speak, but the information out there is extremely limited - so it makes sense, of course, that he go to you directly to learn first hand

At first you’re shy and a little scared because what would the One-Eyed Prince want with you? But to your surprise, he does his best to be reassuring, and he eventually gets across to you that he actually wants to learn some of the hand movements so that he can speak to you properly

As I said, Aemond is a dutiful pupil - he picks up on it faster than most others might

Some are relatively easy to remember, he finds; hello is a gentle wave, thank you is moving a hand down from the chin and bowing the head… he laughs softly when you grin and show him that “dragon” is miming blowing fire with your fingers acting as flames. Others aren’t as easy, admittedly, but he practices long after your sessions together in the privacy of his chambers, usually using a mirror to make sure his movements are clear and fluid

Before too long, it becomes second nature to him; he immediately starts signing to you when you pass each other, saying the words out loud to himself even as his hands move gracefully. He really does have such beautiful hands, you often find yourself thinking, with such long fingers… that thought definitely makes you blush

You’re honestly touched by his efforts because no one else has ever tried this hard just to speak to you, just to understand you, and it makes your heart grow in your chest that Aemond would do such a thing for you

What’s even more surprising is that soon enough, Aemond even begins doing some of the signs without even thinking when he’s talking to other people - only a couple of basic ones like please and thank you before he realises what’s he’s doing and stops, but it still happens from time to time

When Aemond asks to court you, he does it in perfect sign language but you have to ask him to repeat it because your eyes are blurry with joyful tears; he worries for a moment that he’s gotten the signs wrong but you hurriedly use your hands to tell him that no, he did it right, you’re just so happy and you want to see him ask again

Honestly he’s just super attentive and highly tuned to whatever it is that you’re saying, you always feel like you’re being heard when you’re with him because he takes everything you sign seriously

Woe befall anyone who dares mock or make cruel comments about you - Aemond doesn’t have time for such uneducated filth, and he wastes no time in making sure they never do such a thing again

Hello! I have a really roundabout question but it's like 3am and will try to be succinct but likely fail.

You are one of my favorite fanfic authors who makes me feel so blessed because of so many of the fandoms I love and grew with are fandoms you have written wonderful stories in. I think I first read one of your FMAB stories and later felt a gender euphoria when you wrote "An Invisible Summer" where Naruto was Gender fluid. Later when I got into the Untamed, I was ecstatic to see you had posted wonderful multi-chaptered works centering characters and relationships so meaningfully. You have always been to me an amazing writer and I want to thank you for the beautiful stories you have shared. Finding out you had written even more stories in Tumblr and had directories felt like Christmas!

I recently got back into fiction writing after a 10 year hiatus and I want to ask you, how do you choose the projects that go to AO3 vs stay on Tumblr? I love both platforms and I'm trying to get the hang of the nuances.

it's really up to personal preference. you can put ANYTHING on AO3 really, although i'd be wary overtagging. then again, keep in mind i have been accused of undertagging, so again it's a personal preference thing

for me it's to do i have the time, passion, and energy to commit to writing this all the way through in the cohesive manner and to the standards i have for my ao3 fics? if so then, yes

part of it is that i try and not to have too many ao3 wips going at once because i try really hard to finish everything i start, even if i lose passion and interest in it. i know how much it sucks when a work you like gets abandoned, so i try really hard not to do that. part of that is not putting every idea i'm excited about on ao3 as a wip even if it means lots of things just live as snippets on tumblr or as outlines

tumblr is playground and ao3 is my office. i can post random stuff here and not worry too much about it or stress about it

but that's just how *i* choose to interact with these sites because that's what works best for me. there's no wrong way to go about it

Hey!! This has been in my inbox for a while, because I wasn’t sure what to write exactly since I didn’t want to do it in the wrong way. Hope headcanons are okay, and while I’m of the opinion that anyone can date anyone (as long as it’s legal) I still informed myself on what some GF people experience in relationships, since Angel is Gay :)

Angel Dust

Angel doesn’t like people dictating on how you two should live your relationship at all.

He knows very well that he fell for your masc-aligned side and you guys discussed this many times, with you reassuring him that it’s okay if he doesn’t feel as attracted to you when you’re feeling more fem-aligned.

You guys also discussed your preferences in regard to how your partner dresses and when it came out that there’s next to none and both of you are free to wear anything you like, you both immediately felt way more comfortable in the relationship.

So he highly dislikes when random individuals try to convince you or him that your relationship is not genuine and that you’re not deserving of love, and he will outright insult them and get into fights with them if these comments are being spewed in hearing distance.

Back at the Hotel he definitely reassures you that he does want you as a partner with a kiss and some cuddles, and if he needs to he’ll even list all the reasons why he’s attracted to you again for you to hear.

He’ll also remind you that he loves you and how stylish you are, and will even offer to lend you some of his clothes if one day you want to feel particularly pretty, as he owns a lot of fem things, and in case you’re not the same size some of them are even pretty oversized so you should find something that fits you either way.

I Headcanon that Angel would probably own some pride stuff, so he would definitely get some for you as well to remind you that he’s your number one supporter!

Husk

Husk is honestly chill with dating anyone; it doesn’t matter what their gender and sexuality are, or how they dress, or what they like to eat for dinner on a Saturday night...if he likes you, he’s going to try and make his best impression and be all gentlemanly with you. He’s going to do things he wouldn’t do with anyone else such as cuddling and gifting you roses.

So if somebody calls your relationship not genuine, it doesn’t take him much to call them out on their bullshit and prove to them that it’s nothing of the sort.

He also highly despises when people are transphobic to you, and he will try to reason with them but this is Hell after all and he doesn’t expect to find many souls worth explaining this kind of thing to down there. So after a while he just leaves it and leads you elsewhere.

He absolutely loves the way you dress, when you get all pretty for him it makes his heart skip a beat. Same thing for when you try your best to look handsome; he will look at you up and down with a smirk that he can’t really hide.

In a relationship, Husk is very romantic and affectionate, so after he’s done dealing with the people who insulted your relationship he’s going to shower you in kisses accompanied by his deep purrs.

It’s very obvious though that you took those words to heart, so he’s also willing to take you out somewhere if you need your mind to get clear once again. He doesn’t want you to turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as alcohol or anything like that as he does, so he’d rather spend time with you and slowly get you to trust his words instead of trusting theirs.

Wally Darling with a partner who is on their period.

While puppets don't really have the same anatomy as humans, and not totally understand some things, they can realize when you're uncomfortable or in pain.

Which grabs the attention of the absolute most of a neighbor, and he doesn't understand why you're in so much pain that you're curled up and crying. He does know that something is wrong though and will try and help you in any way he can.

Will also ask so. many. questions. and try and know everything there is to know, even if he doesn't understand why the human body even does the whole "menstruation" thing anyways.

He doesn't strike me as someone who would be grossed out with any bodily fluid really because puppets don't have any, and therefore don't understand what they even are.

Is attached to your hip for however long it lasts, constantly attending to your every need.

“…hello?” a hand waves in front of your face.

You blink for a moment before fixing your gaze on the person talking to you, “…huh?”

“Are you feeling alright neighbor?” you make eye contact with Wally as he places a hand on your arm “you look a little red, did you forget to put on sunscreen?”

You did feel rather hot. And uncomfortable. And in pain. Why did you agree to a neighborhood picnic anyways? As you open your mouth to brush Wally off, a violent pain overwhelms you, making you let out a strangled cry and you double over in pain on instinct.

“Oh goodness! Are you okay neighbor?!” Wally rushes to your side and rubs your back soothingly.

Embarrassment and irritation flooded through you as a scene was beginning to form, “yes, just..." you clench your jaw for a moment, "argh!” you growled and pushed Wally away from you.

You didn’t look at him as you pushed yourself to your feet and started to walk away. You didn’t see his pupils shrink and a look of total devastation painted across his face. Even in the way he held himself, he was truly hurt.

You couldn’t even begin to think about your actions, the wave of anger that suddenly washed over you took control as you briskly walked towards a quieter and shadier part of the woods. The harsh sun beat down on you as you tried to breathe through the pain.

You didn't even notice that you were being followed.

"Neighbor!" A voice called out to you. When you turned, you saw Wally running to catch up with you, "I'm sorry neighbor, I didn't mean to embarrass you. I was just worried about you!"

While he was rambling, you got a moment to look at him. He seemed sweaty and frazzled, and it dawns on you that you were incredibly mean to him for no reason, and yet he is still in front of you, worried and apologizing. Your anger and irritation melted away and a feeling of guilt settled on your chest. Your face felt flushed, and you were sweating a ton. From the sun, or from the embarrassment you weren’t too sure anymore.

Another wave of pain washed over you, which made you bend over and wrap your arms around your lower torso.

Wally places his hands on your upper arms and looks up at you, “I know what's wrong, I remember you telling me about this, neighbor. You should go home and rest."

You allowed yourself to be tugged in the direction of your home by Wally, who took great care in guiding you and comforting you whenever you grimaced in pain.

When you made it to your house, Wally escorted you inside and lead you over to the sofa in your living room.

"Can I get you anything? What can I do for you?"

Looking into his eyes, seeing the concern written all over his face was too much for you.

"I don't know what's wrong with me!" You cried out, tears quickly forming in your eyes as you begin to breakdown, "I'm sorry Wally, I'm so sorry!"

As you're sobbing, Wally comes closer, trying to comfort you which leads you to wrap your arms around him and pull him in for an embrace.

"I know you didn't mean to," Wally mumbled, "but let me help, please neighbor."

You took a couple of breaths, trying to calm down, "I-I don't want help" you whimpered, "I just want you here with me."

Wally's eyes widened for a moment, before he gently wrapped his arms around you, "of course I'll stay neighbor," he nestled into the crook of your neck, "you are the absolute most after all."

At my last job I always felt nervous about being, "clockable," as trans, about presenting as a woman (I'm AMAB). But my current job there are a lot of other enbies around me and it's easier tbh. Even today, although I usually spend a lot of time thinking about how to dress as a woman, I was able to just throw something on and be comfortable. That's not always the case.

They always told when invoking and working with demon it's need to be treated with respect. Working with these entity require an effort, time, patience and doing shadow work. Even some practioner reveal the demon don't have the same concept as human so they don't have gender, they present any form they want. The demon gremory, marchosias they identified with her/she prounouns and in other cases the demon is genderfluid or non binary

Vivziepop treated these thing as a joke like using random sigil without proper research or even considering it can be disrespectful toward these entity or the practioners

Again I found it funny how Viv prides herself for having queer rep in her shows when in actual demonology, there are many demons who are non-binary and gender-fluid but her Hell still has a binary gender system for some reason. One of the many things about the Hellverse worldbuilding that will alway confused me is Hell having a binary gender system and the hell species having sexual dimorphism because it. The idea of gender came from humans so by default Hell and Heaven shouldn’t followed these rules but let say God did create gender, it still doesn’t make sense for Hell to have a binary system. Hell is supposed to be the opposite of Heaven so if Heaven is enforcing the binary then Hell wouldn’t. Sorry I didn’t say everything on Viv’s lack of respect for religions. You explained it perfectly in your ask and I won’t be adding much to the conversation from the last time I discussed it.

Been thinking of Seinfeld remade as tumblr users again. I have some concepts based on the last few episodes I watched. I think Seinfeld needs to always be a little tastefully offensive, so keep that in mind. I don't actually think these actions these characters are doing is correct, it's just in character.

Elaine wants to date a gay man and decides to begin presenting as male to get him to be into her.

Jerry: "So, you are going to change your gender, just to get a guy?"

Elaine: "Gender is fluid, Jerry. What's wrong with trying things out?"

Jerry: "But you don't actually feel like a man?"

Elaine: "I could feel like a man. If that man was sleeping with another very cute man."

Meanwhile, George is campaigning to get baldness recognized as part of the body positivity movement. Begins developing new progressive language like "scalp-centric persons" and accuses his employer of discriminating against him based on it because he found out a black coworker with an afro got more of a raise than him.
