Penny and Lazer are the night owls of the family. With their current occupations their sleep schedules can be a bit all over the place. Lazer is most popular playing at raves/parties in the evenings that last till the early hours of the morning, and Penny will sometimes travel for work for fashion shows and such. The two have wild text conversations when they're running on 2 hours worth of sleep

And lastly, the nap squad! Out of all the cousins Zoot is the one who naps the most, with Raph and Liv being the next. Zoot obviously will sleep anywhere and everywhere, but I like to imagine he relexify grows sleepy around the band since they're basically his second family. Liv used to not nap that much but after she became the bands sparky and going on tour with them she started to (Liv will prefer to take a power nap near Zoot since she worries he'll float away in his sleep). Raph usually seeks out his cousins when they're sleeping so that he can meditate nearby or relax with them since it'll be nice and quite, but he ends up falling asleep too!

hey guys, sorry i took so long i had errands to run and i had to call my friends and get all this information, This may be a little lengthy so bare with me, There are some things i saw when i scrolled through on here looking for questions you guys had for me about the situation. I saw some people calling me a bad friend/ calling it trashy for what i’m doing but it’s not for the reasons you think at all. I’m not here to start drama or blow this thing up, It’s because liv deserves for people to know the truth as she’s not allowed to speak up for it herself and defend herself as her name has been spoken poorly and unrealistically online for a while, accusations and slander saying she was the one at fault for the end of their relationship and even that she was the one that cheated when that is about the furthest thing from the truth. Liv has stated herself she wishes there was something she can do or say so i took it into my own hands, I wasn’t really sure where I could share information on here and what apps/pages were dedicated for hockey and hockey players. Originally I was on reddit but I had no luck finding any active ones for this type of situation so i found your account and found this specific account as I could tell quinn was a name that was brought up often on here. As I said in the beginning is out of my control and out of my worry as to who believes me and who doesn’t but that doesn’t matter to me and that’s not the reason I’m talking about this. In the beginning of Liv and Quinns relationship, Things were great, They were seeing each other whenever they had an opening in their schedules, She would rave about him constantly, Be on the phone with him whether it would be text or call and it just seemed like a super healthy relationship and that lasted honestly pretty long until this past winter around January/February when liv mentioned that he would act a little off sometimes, They would visibly talk less, argue often and she would overall talk less about him but they were still together. My friend mentioned to me over the phone that she recalls liv even saying she is afraid of him cheating and how he would sometimes not text her for entire nights at a time but she decided to ignore it and not overthink it, We also often comforted her thoughts and told her that he was just busy or not on his phone, anything to get her mind off the fact that he may be doing something. He began to distance himself so she followed but they still stayed together, She got the dm from the girl he asked for nudes in june. She confronted him but not in person, He defended himself till the end claiming “He never messaged that girl in his life” and claimed they were fake the entire time. Liv broke up with quinn and forgave him even though he never admitted he cheated and they stayed civil until he noticed liv was moving on. He thought she was going to eventually get over it and she didn’t so when he saw her following new people, traveling more often and around other guys he didn’t take it well, texted her, they fought and they ultimately ended very poorly and olivia blocked him on every social media and deleted his phone number. I asked my friends if she was ever on a date with a football player and they said no so i’m not sure about that rumor i saw on here.. Liv is one of the sweetest and forgiving people i’ve ever met and she still wanted to be on good terms even after finding out he was cheating but he flipped when she decided to move on. She said she was convinced he would cheat on her when they were apart and maybe even had a different girl in Vancouver for the better half of the relationship. I hope i covered everything, Just let me know if i didn’t answer something but this just needed to be said for her somewhere and i decided to take it in my own hands and be her voice. Thanks.

At the other end of the sofa, Choso sits incredibly stiffly. He's as close to the edge of his seat as he could possibly be, his knees very nearly knocking against the edge of the coffee table which sits in the centre of your living room—poised halfway between the couch and your television, which is currently a mere twenty minutes into the horror movie the two of you had decided to sit down and watch that evening.

Well, maybe saying the two of you decided is a bit generous; but when you had suggested it—having heard nothing but rave reviews about it from one of your coworkers a few days prior—Choso had obliged you without question.

"No," Choso replies, his voice a little strained. He peeks over at you from the corner of his eye, his lips curling up in an unconvincing little smile. His eyes return back to the screen where one of the tertiary characters is in the process of being brutally slain. "It's alright. I'm... enjoying it."

But perhaps therein the issue lies.

Choso always obliges you. And now, you recognize it may be to his own detriment.

"Choso," you call to him softly, and he peeks over at you again. Your living room is dark save for the cool blue light from the television screen, and it bathes him in a gentle, almost ethereal glow. You push yourself up on your hands and knees, creeping down to the other end of the couch towards him. He welcomes your intrusion without any reservation, effortlessly accommodating the way you curl into his side and toss your legs into his lap so they drape over his own.

Another nameless character on the screen meets their bloody demise, but this time Choso doesn't stifle a flinch—his attention is on you.

"It's kinda scary," you say, letting your lip jut out just enough that it doesn't seem overly feigned. You scrunch up your nose and then lean further into him, burying your face in the collar of his hoodie. You mumble a quiet, I don't think I like this, into the fabric for good measure.

Choso's hand creeps upwards, his thumb tracing a delicate shape into your skin as his sweeps his palm along your back comfortingly. You grip the material of his sweatshirt in your fist as you turn your body into his just a little bit more, practically chest-to-chest and straddling one of his strong thighs now as he holds you.

When you peek up towards him, lifting your face from the crook of his neck, you see the way his lips are parted and glossy—like his tongue only just laved across them—and his dark eyes are fixed raptly to you.

"You were so excited about watching this, though," he murmurs softly, his deep voice reverberating through his chest and into yours, and the sound makes something kindle in the pit of your stomach. His lashes flutter in a blink, and you inch a bit closer to him unconsciously until your lips are almost level with his own.

"Yeah," you sigh the word softly, and Choso inhales responsively as if to share the breath. You use your grip on his hoodie to pull yourself a bit more firmly against him, a subtle but intentional roll of your hips that makes the highest points of his cheeks stain in a pretty pink blush that's stark in contrast to the television's blue light. "But there are other things I'm excited about too, y'know."

I just watched the Big Hero 6 series and I can't help but wonder what the group would have looked like if they had been transformed into monsters by Liv Amara too.

How well would this version of Lady Gaga's "Heavy Metal Lover" fit your Floyd when he's on drugs and partying?

uhm, no offense but Lady Gaga is the probably the furthest from the music at the raves they go to in my headcanon. The pop trolls are still trapped in the tree/in hiding during that time period so there's very little pop trolls around hinterlands, and the band stays clear of non-troll races, so there's no pop music at the places they visit. The only time they hear it is if it's on the radio (e.g. music from mount rageous).

The concerts they attend are mostly what their band plays; nu metal or other kinds of alt. rock, and the parties they go to aren't much different. The underground raves I imagine are mostly located on the outskirts of the techno kingdom. That's Liv's domain, and she usually takes them to the ones with her kind of music which is drum & bass/electronic rock.

"Mind control would easily be my first choice," I immediately answered.

"No it wouldn't," he glared at me, obviously mad that I'd figured it out immediately.

"Super strength?" I cocked an eyebrow at him in amusement.

"I thought she was really intimidating to be honest," Jack admitted.

“Liv also taught me how to throw it around in a circle but we’ll save that for next time,” the brunette panted while getting back into his chair.

“Very true, I think it’s incredibly therapeutic,”

If you could switch lives with anyone for a day, who would it be?

"Hmmm, that's a tough one," I said, tapping my chin. "I think I'd switch lives with Jeff Bezos and donate a bunch of his money to charity,"

"Wow, you're such a saint," Jack said sarcastically. "I think I'd switch lives with Elon Musk and take his Tesla for a joyride,"

"You do realize that's technically stealing, right?"

"Yours is technically embezzlement," he shrugged.

I shook my head. “That’s not fair, I’m giving it to people who need it more!”

“Tell that to the judge, Thompson,”

"That's why you love me," he replied with a smirk.

I rolled my eyes, but couldn't help the small smile that tugged at the corner of my lips. Despite his borderline obnoxious personality, I couldn't deny that Jack was one of my closest friends and I enjoyed his company more often than not.

“Is there one last thing you guys would like to say before we cut?”

“Olivia Tinashe Thompson is the best person I’ve ever met and worked with, I really hit the jackpot when this one decided to become my friend and I honestly hope this isn’t our last time working together, even if I can be a pain,”

I was taken aback by his earnest confession and glanced at him to find out he was already staring at me with what one could only call adoration and love.

“You really have a way with words don’t you?” I smiled softly.

“What can I say? You bring it out in me,”

Finally the interview was over and we said our goodbyes to the crew and staff before making our way out to exit the building.

“When we get home, could you help me take these braids out? I have a hair appointment tomorrow,” I smiled sweetly at him as he held the door open for me.

“I’ll do you one better and wash you hair for you when we’re done,”

“Are you just saying that to get in the shower with me?” I narrowed my eyes at him suspiciously.

“My girlfriend knows me so well,” Jack grinned at me before wrapping his arm around my waist as we left the building. I couldn't help but feel grateful for the unexpected friendship (and poorly kept secret of a relationship) that had blossomed between me and Jack. Maybe we were both idiots, but at least we were idiots together.

ABOUT OLIVIA

Olivia “Liv” Washington was adopted alongside another sibling after Roz won two Olympic medals at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996. As the oldest of the two, Liv’s middle name was given to her for the first event that Roz won her medal for that year: a silver medal for octopush, where she was the entire USA team. She was adopted at two years old and learnt pretty quickly how important sports were to their new mom. However, much to Roz’s chagrin, Liv had absolutely zero interest in any of the sports Roz tried to get her involved with, far more comfortable with her notepads or sketchbooks, often found at her sibling’s games with one of them balanced on her lap and her tongue poking out of the corner of her mouth.

Roz’s disappointment in her more artsy choices was palpable and made their relationship very tense as a result, Liv hating that the mother that had picked her seemed to think she was a failure just because she didn’t want to get into sports. Still, Roz’s objections aside, Liv continued her creative pursuits and found that she loved both drama and writing equally, soon setting her sights on being able to pursue both in her future career. She starred in several school productions, including a raved about run as Viola in a ninth grade production of Twelfth Night which landed Liv her first ever acting gig at fourteen. The roles came thick and fast after her initial role in three episodes of Desperate Housewives, Liv going on to have small roles in many popular 2010s shows such as Grey's Anatomy, The Walking Dead, Homeland, and The Americans, and while Roz might not approve of the direction her daughter had chosen to take her life, she couldn’t deny that she was successful.

However, not long after Liv booked what would have been her breakthrough role in a major Marvel movie, her life took a sudden and very dark turn. See, Liv had never really adjusted to her own fame, used to being known as “Roz Washington’s daughter”, exposed to the spotlight to an extent, and therefore had not prepared herself for the more sinister side of being the latest “it girl”. Which is why, after leaving her high school graduation party at eighteen, Liv was not expecting a stalker to be waiting outside for her. In what would become the most terrifying moments of her life, the man attempted to kidnap Liv, playing out some twisted delusion that he was rescuing her, but she fought back viciously, managing to scream for help. Spooked by her fight, the man changed tact and repeatedly stabbed Liv before peeling off in his car, leaving her for dead in the bushes outside the party.

Liv got lucky, a friend having heard her screams and coming running out, managing to get a partial plate as they called an ambulance, but she barely escaped with her life, spending a few days on a ventilator, and it left her with a series of physical and emotional scars that have never really healed. Liv immediately pulled out of acting, wanting to disappear completely and never be seen again, to never be in that position again. It took a long time for her to heal physically, but once she did she went to Roz and asked her to hook her up with the best martial arts trainer that she knew. It became a great outlet for her and all the complicated and intense emotions she was feeling, and while she never competed, Liv did become proficient at Krav Maga, Taekwondo, and kickboxing.

After a lot of intense therapy (therapy that she still has now but not as frequently) Liv decided to attend PSU, wanting to still pursue her dreams, but now preferring to be behind the camera than in front of it. Still, it took a long time for her to venture out into the world again which is why she ended up doing a masters as well; it wasn’t really necessary for her career but Liv liked the privacy and security that PSU offered after having spent the first two years since the attack holed up in the family home and becoming something of a hermit. She’d stayed in contact with her friends from her acting days, and when she was ready to head out into the glitz and glam of Hollywood with her script portfolio they were there waiting for her.

Four years into her blooming career after several different gigs under a showrunner friend of hers, Liv decided to return to PSU once more, this time to teach her passion to the next generation, wanting to encourage them in the same way that she wished Roz had encouraged her. However, that being said, things are a lot easier with her mother than they had ever been, whether it was because of the attack and almost losing her, or the fact that Liv had picked up some kind of sport even if it had been born of a necessity to protect herself rather than compete, Liv chooses not to pull too hard at that thread.

Now in her second year of teaching, Liv finally feels comfortable in her own skin for the first time in twelve years and over the summer has been tentatively dipping her toe back into the acting world with some voice acting work. Maybe this will be the year she finally gets back into dating too, after so long of not being able to look at herself in the mirror in case she saw the scars on her chest and stomach.

FAMILY BACKGROUND

Roz Washington wants only one thing in life, greatness. As her father taught her “If at first you don’t succeed, pack your bags.” It’s the mantra that has motivated her throughout her life. When she fell into swimming at an early age she found a talent that she would harness and win. Since winning her first medal in the junior events it’s a feeling she chases in every aspect of her life. Although she began her career in lane swimming she soon found her competitiveness and need for her father’s approval turned sour in the pool and she took her anger out on her competitors. An event she would rather soon forget especially when she tried to drown poor Beatrice Singh from France at the 1988 Seoul Olympics.

Cue her redemption ark in the four years leading up to Barcelona 1992 where she found her true calling in Individual synchronised swimming, winning a bronze medal. She always revels in the glory days of her competitive career and comeback that she has found unique ways to commemorate her achievements. The primary one being a child for every medal she has won. She has a number of adoptive children because who can lose valuable time training for gold. She can often be seen adorning one of her medals with every outfit she wears and don’t ask her to share experiences of the Olympics or you might just hear about the time she had a threesome with Michael Phelps.

Since swimming Roz went on to become a New York Times best selling author with her Biography “Head Above water,” a world renowned motivational speaker and currently she can be seen as part of the women’s TV panel show The View.

I wanna know what goes on in the writers head when they have an episode like last night. What’s NK thinking when she sees the rave reviews from an episode like last night or the wedding episode. Or even Billy’s roast episode. Because there’s a common theme in those episodes. Several actually. Firstly, Spencer and Olivia. Because duh. Secondly, little to no Patience and little to no music storyline. Thirdly, teenagers acting like teenagers. Characters having fun. Characters acting like the college students that they are. I understand this is a drama. I understand Spencer and Olivia are the mains so drama will follow them. But it can’t be impossible to see what episodes do well and keep applying that formula to get consistent reviews. There’s a lot of other ways to give your main characters drama than doing whatever tf they did this season. The drama in this episode that followed Spencer and Liv was the blowback from Olivia revealing herself as Jayden Davis. It affected them both in different ways. Created a rift in different ways. And it was solved in thee most fun way possible. What’s hard about that??? Not every episode those 2 need a career defining/ life changing storyline that has them stressed like if they pay a mortgage. You can’t keep being obtuse on purpose to what works. Because it is on purpose. It has to be. Because no way they haven’t noticed what works and what doesn’t. People have been saying this shit since season 4. And instead of listening and applying, that woman ran away and CHOSE to do the opposite out of spite. And here we are months later being proven right. Whoever doesn’t wanna say I told you so, I’ll say it for them. I fucking told you so!!!!
