Details from Richie’s death that break my heart

(Really specific because NPMD has been in my head since September the 15th and I think that scene is HEARTBREAKING)

-how he sort of colapses in the stairs while trying to run away from Max + his reaction when Max “closes” the doors

-the fact that he was on the floor when he begged Max not to kill him + through the whole “who will pray for me” part

-the way Jon closes his eyes when he sings “when my body’s gone” for the second time

-he was forced to ask himself WHO WOULD PRAY FOR HIM WHEN HIS BODY IS GONE?!?!

-The fact that Max tells him “this is the consequence for what you’ve done” when “what they did” was try to stop him from bullying them non stop which led to a tragic accident

-the way everyone is sort of like a witness to his death in the back idk the real symbolism but it gives me chills

-very specific but, the first lines Richie sings are: “I’m dead, the blood is all but draining from my head, (…), my pulse is certainly dropping, and my life is hanging on by a thread.” And that breaks me because the thought of Richie, alone, scared and in pain, bleeding out on the floor, while a football match is going on outside is too much

I am once again begging creators to show their disabled characters actively using aids whether it’s mobility/hearing devices, pain management tools, or even just noise canceling headphones. It literally means nothing if you write a character with a disability but only show them being disabled/dealing with their disability 10% of the time when actual disabled people deal with it 24/7/365.

Show your disabled characters being creative with their aids and pain management. Show them navigating an able-bodied, neurotypical world. Show them on a bad pain day. Show them on a good pain day. Show their friends being accommodating. Show them being loved and cherished. Show them having difficult conversations about their disability and for the love of god

okay so i just noticed something and it’s kinda adorable

jemilla’s anklets match schwoopsie’s bracelet, and jemilla’s frill on her top matches schwoopsie’s skirt

and schwoopsie’s anklet matches jemilla’s necklace

and as we know they’re married

so now i’m wondering if couples in the tribe start to match each other when they get married

and i’m also wondering if jemilla adds purple to her ensemble after she marries zazzalil, and if zazzalil adds turquoise to hers
