Been trying to think of a way to explain to American audiences why the 9 dash line thing is so important to SEAsians and why it's justifiable to ban the Barbie movie for it, but the closest explanation I can give is this: imagine if this painting was in the Barbie movie with no explanation and we were all just supposed to accept it without comment

There is no such thing as a "loneliness epidemic", only a Godlessness epidemic. With God, you are never alone. When the Ego takes the Soul hostage, it convinces the soul to forget God, to vouch for external validation, to obey social norms, and to hoard a collection of humans to aimlessly hang around with. Friendship and companionship is only worthwhile when it is with another Soul who is devoted to God and peace. Anyone who does not direct you to God is not worth your time and will only create a labyrinth of distractions and frustrations in your life. Silence, solace and solitude are key to improve your life and ascend out of worldliness, boredom and loneliness.
How can one be "lonely", with God as an Eternal, Infinite, Omniscient friend?

Congratulations Sovereignty on the Kentucky Derby victory!
Journalism looked every bit the winner when he hit the lead at the top of the stretch, but Sovereignty was right beside him and would not be denied as they battled to the wire. Baeza came flying up behind them for a fast closing third with Final Gambit in his wake. Owen Almighty was the last speed horse standing, holding off the rest of the field to get fifth.
The top 5 finishers were
Sovereignty
Journalism
Baeza
Final Gambit
Owen Almighty

Ten things to know about Hana’s haka
By Arama Rata
On Nov. 14, 22-year-old Hana-Rāwhiti Maipi-Clarke made global headlines when she performed a powerful haka, a Māori war cry, in New Zealand’s Parliament, tearing a copy of a controversial bill as part of her protest. A TikTok video of the moment, posted by Māori Television, has since been viewed over 200 million times and has garnered over 25 million likes in just three days. Online pundits have debated the effectiveness of the theatrical protest, but the bigger questions remain: Who is this young lawmaker? Why did she perform this haka? And what impact is her action likely to have on the broader movement for Māori sovereignty? Here are ten things you should know about Hana’s haka.

"The U.S. government is entering a new era of collaboration with Native American and Alaska Native leaders in managing public lands and other resources, with top federal officials saying that incorporating more Indigenous knowledge into decision-making can help spur conservation and combat climate change.
Federal emergency managers on Thursday also announced updates to recovery policies to aid tribal communities in the repair or rebuilding of traditional homes or ceremonial buildings after a series of wildfires, floods and other disasters around the country.
With hundreds of tribal leaders gathering in Washington this week for an annual summit, the Biden administration is celebrating nearly 200 new agreements that are designed to boost federal cooperation with tribes nationwide.
The agreements cover everything from fishery restoration projects in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest to management of new national monuments in the Southwestern U.S., seed collection work in Montana and plant restoration in the Great Smoky Mountains.
“The United States manages hundreds of millions of acres of what we call federal public lands. Why wouldn’t we want added capacity, added expertise, millennia of knowledge and understanding of how to manage those lands?” U.S. Interior Assistant Secretary Bryan Newland said during a panel discussion.
The new co-management and co-stewardship agreements announced this week mark a tenfold increase over what had been inked just a year earlier, and officials said more are in the pipeline.
Newland, a citizen of the Bay Mills Indian Community in northern Michigan, said each agreement is unique. He said each arrangement is tailored to a tribe’s needs and capacity for helping to manage public lands — and at the very least assures their presence at the table when decisions are made.
The federal government is not looking to dictate to tribal leaders what a partnership should look like, he said...
The U.S. government controls more than a quarter of the land in the United States, with much of that encompassing the ancestral homelands of federally recognized tribes...
Tribes and advocacy groups have been pushing for arrangements that go beyond the consultation requirements mandated by federal law.
Researchers at the University of Washington and legal experts with the Native American Rights Fund have put together a new clearinghouse on the topic. They point out that public lands now central to the country’s national heritage originated from the dispossession and displacement of Indigenous people and that co-management could present on opportunity for the U.S. to reckon with that complicated legacy...
In an attempt to address complaints about chronic underfunding across Indian Country, President Joe Biden on Wednesday signed an executive order on the first day of the summit that will make it easier for tribes to find and access grants.
Deanne Criswell, administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, told tribal leaders Thursday that her agency [FEMA] began work this year to upgrade its disaster guidance particularly in response to tribal needs.
The Indigenous people of Hawaii have increasingly been under siege from disasters, most recently a devastating fire that killed dozens of people and leveled an entire town. Just last month, another blaze scorched a stretch of irreplaceable rainforest on Oahu.
Tribes in California and Oregon also were forced to seek disaster declarations earlier this year after severe storms resulted in flooding and mudslides...
Criswell said the new guidance includes a pathway for Native American, Alaska Native and Hawaiian communities to request presidential disaster declarations, providing them with access to emergency federal relief funding. [Note: This alone is potentially a huge deal. A presidential disaster declaration unlocks literally millions of dollars in federal aid and does a lot to speed up the response.]
The agency also is now accepting tribal self-certified damage assessments and cost estimates for restoring ceremonial buildings or traditional homes, while not requiring site inspections, maps or other details that might compromise culturally sensitive data."

Milestone Monday
Sacred Lands, Broken Promises
On this day, January 27, 1825, the U.S. Congress sanctioned Indian Territory, which is located in what is now Oklahoma. This decision was part of the United States’ broader policy of westward expansion, driven by the belief in Manifest Destiny—the idea that the U.S. was destined to expand across the North American continent. It laid the groundwork for the Indian Removal Act, which President Andrew Jackson signed into law in 1830.
One of the most infamous outcomes of this policy was the Trail of Tears. This tragic event involved the forced relocation of Native Americans from their lands during the 1830s. The term particularly refers to the Cherokee Nation's tragic journey in 1838-1839, where thousands of Cherokee people were marched westward under harsh conditions. The journey was marked by immense suffering, including exposure to harsh weather, disease, and inadequate supplies. Estimates conclude that thousands of Native Americans died as they were uprooted from their ancestral lands to this designated territory.
The relocation and its consequences had lasting impacts on Native American communities, and it remains a significant and painful chapter in U.S. history. The era highlighted the conflicts between the U.S. government and Native American nations, as well as the broader issues of sovereignty, land rights, and cultural survival.
P. S. Sorry (not sorry), Mr. Jackson, we’re still here!
The images featured come from:
Rhymes of the States by Garrett Newkirk with drawings by Harry Fenn after sketches by the author. It was manufactured by De Vinne Press and published by Century Co. in New York in 1896. The work contains prose and verse that is intended to be entertaining and educational. However, the piece on Indian Territory is a prime example of colonial discourse.
Pushing the Bear: A Novel of the Trail of Tears is a historical novel by Diane Glancy (Cherokee). Our copy is a first edition published by Harcourt Brace (New York) in 1996. The novel tells the story of Cherokee removal and their journey along the Trail of Tears.
Songs from the Native Lands: poetry by Victoria Lena Manyarrows (Tsalagi/Eastern Cherokee), published by Nopal Press (San Francisco) in 1995. The poems featured are titled We Remember/The Trail of Tears and Unthanksgiving/We Will Not Be Invisible.

Did Senegal finally take a definitive step toward true independence? Under the leadership of its new president, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, the nation has severed ties with France, expelling French military forces and dismantling lingering colonial influence. This bold move reflects Senegal’s determination to establish true sovereignty and chart its own path free from external control.

Women complain about "toxic masculinity" but in the next breath they're online asking for this. At least have the courage to make up your mind about what you want and if that aligns with your wellbeing, which most women dont care about because they "dont believe in energy", but they believe in masculinity though which is nothing but a Hermetic Principle based on energy. They are asking for someone who is just their genetic mutation (y chromosome) to offer them the Hermetic Principle of Gender which exists within them already in both polarities because the Soul within is made in the image of the Great Omniscient Spirit (God) aka the Hermetic Principle of MIND (The Mind is All). Which of course means they're infinite, but the ego will not let them see it because they haven't yet graduated from the university of man. Yogis do not seek out sexual partners nor do they engage in inner-gender-imbalance.. you will often see strong women with buzzcuts and unisex clothing spending the day Going Within, as Buddhist nuns. It is worldliness and heterosexuality that burden the soul, create a fragmented personality and mental split, and cause inner and outer decay (hello stds...).
Women like this claim to be feminists yet they want to remain imbalanced and seek out another imbalanced person to "complete them", which is egoic because the soul is already inherently complete and the body will manifest as the image of health when the soul finally realises what it is and realises its own inherent glory.

DO NOT GO TO WORK, SCHOOL, OR OPEN YOUR BUSINESS FRIDAY
There is a call for a GLOBAL general strike in solidarity with Palestine to force governments to stop supporting the state of israel and the genocide of Palestinians. I am literally begging you all to act. If you look at past genocides and say, I would not have been complicit in that, then you NEED to act. I am skipping a midterm on Friday that will cause me to fail the class I am in. I've urged the prof to reschedule, but regardless, I will not go. Nothing is more important than stopping a genocide. There is more power in numbers, the more of us who do it globally, the less likely we are to be punished. I am linking below the instagram post that has the full information on the strike. PLEASE reblog and get the word out. PLEASE tag people with far reach. We cannot be complacent and complicit in the face of genocide. If you need posters to plaster around your community, DM me, I have some done (in english as I am not fluent in anything else at the moment). We need committed solidarity from all communities. Free Palestine is disability justice. It is a form of Indigenous liberation. It is connected to all of our struggles.

It’s Belmont Day!  🏇
This year's (once again temporarily shorter) Test of the Champion brings a rematch of the Kentucky Derby favorites! Will Journalism become the first since 2005's Afleet Alex to win the Preakness and the Belmont, but not the Derby? Or will Sovereignty become the first since 1995's Thunder Gulch to win the Derby and the Belmont, but not he Preakness?
We predict Journalism will come out ahead this time, but with Baeza also racing again, the top three are looking to be the same as the Derby! Unless Bob Baffert's Rodriguez can hang on to an early lead . . . .
We are also coming full circle with the last of my glamour shots with my fabulous pansy fascinator for the Derby last month! 🌸👒🐢
