   It’s real Good news that the manga  Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts (贄姫と獣の王, Niehime to Kemono no Ō) by  Yū Tomofuji gets anime adaptation:)

So let’s see what’s its synopsis:

The King of the Beasts and Demons regularly receives female human sacrifices to eat in order to assert the dominance of his people over the human race. However, for the 99th sacrifice, the human girl brought to the capital, Sariphi, intrigues the Beast King. In fact she isn't afraid of him or any other beast and even accepts her death without begging or crying as she has neither home nor family to return to if she were released. The King finds her intriguing and let her stay at his side as his consort despite being human. This is the story of how Sariphi will become the queen of the demons and beasts.

  The anime is produced by  J.C.Staff,under director Chiaki Kon is set to premiere on April 20, 2023, on Tokyo MX and BS11

Every year I like to do an illustrated ''List of Comics I Enjoyed'; I missed last year due to work deadlines and this year I likewise had a bit too much IRL stuff to take care of to make a full list. So there’s this manga/anime called Niehime to Kemono no Ou and I’ve been having the ABSOLUTE time of my life watching it just today as well as discovering it for the first time and not only this was a very good shoujo that I’ve watched (And looking forward to more episodes, also reading the manga too) but the main couple. The main couple. They look like adult Ren and Jeanne from Shaman King and everytime I see them I can’t help but get reminded of Adult RenMei.

And everytime I see these two I fall inlove even more because of the resemblances xDD

With the anime having ended, I'm so bummed the Sacrificial Princess manga really isn't more popular because this is such a fantastic shoujo!

Even though its been months since I've read it, I still think about the themes in this series and how impactful of a read it was!

Today’s post is showing part of the less-neat bookcase that I have for my collection. This used to hold other things but I switched it over to manga/some novels a few months ago.

If I can grab an extra shelf from IKEA soon this will look a lot better lol. Otherwise, I need to buy or make some real risers because I am using empty egg cartons that don’t fit across the whole shelf length properly haha. It’s a work in progress! 👍

The first sign that Leonhart's Uncle was sterile was that he has little to no mane.

Hormones are what make "lions" grow their manes in males. Any imbalance of that will not just make em not grow or lose their mane, but it will give ya fertility problems sometimes only even growing a weak mane like a chest scruff. This also happens to men. Leo's royal family species all grew their manes when they became full mature adults except the uncle. Richard will probably grow his white mane once he fully grows.
