Goddess Kali herself is a manifestation of this vision of non duality.
Cut yourself free from mental burdens you carry & enter this moment naked as is.
Show up, here & now, with nothing but your being.
Without holding on to a definition you have been given of who you are.
Free from your story-line you escape time, you step out of the cause-effect timeline you are on.
Even for a moment, because such a moment is a deep plunge into the vastness of eternity.
Kali is that vastness, that contains all times, space & story-lines, but is not of time, space or mind.

“The Earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena. Think of the endless cruelties visited by the inhabitants of one corner of this pixel on the scarcely distinguishable inhabitants of some other corner, how frequent their misunderstandings, how eager they are to kill one another, how fervent their hatreds. Think of the rivers of blood spilled by all those generals and emperors so that, in glory and triumph, they could become the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot.”

The taste of no separate self is totally liberating. 'No separate self' does not mean there is a spiritual experience that goes something like, 'I have extended myself infinitely everywhere, and have merged with everything.' That's beautiful, wonderful experience for a separate self to have, but that's not what Oneness is. Oneness is not merging. Merging happens between two and since there is only one, any experience of merging is one illusion merging with another, as beautiful and wonderful as that experience may be. Even when I experience having merged with the absolute, with the infinite, with God, it simply means that my fictitious self has merged with another fiction. Mystical experiences aren't enlightenment.

Embracing My Worth: I Was Always More Than Enough
I’ve cried rivers over you. I’ve felt your absence in every part of me, as if a piece of my soul was missing. I missed you with everything I had—my heart, my mind, my body. There were moments when the pain consumed me, and I even hated you for it. I hated how you left, how you made me feel like I wasn’t enough. And for a long time, I wondered if it was all my fault. I questioned everything about myself, every action, every word.
But not anymore.
There came a moment when I finally understood something so powerful that it set me free: it wasn’t that I wasn’t good enough for you—it was that I was too much. I loved with a depth you couldn’t meet. I cared in ways that you couldn’t understand. I brought passion, honesty, and strength to the table, and it wasn’t that those things weren’t valuable. They were simply too big for the space you had in your life.
I used to think that I needed to change, to be smaller, quieter, easier for you. But I’ve learned that the problem was never me trying to be enough—it was you not being able to receive all that I am. I am more than enough, and I deserve someone who sees that, who can meet me at my level and celebrate my fullness.
I am enough. I’ve always been enough. And now, I fully embrace that truth

About

Welcome, dear one.
This space is a humble offering, dedicated to every spark of consciousness and every heart seeking what it already is. It is a reflection of my own journey—a path woven through the wisdom of many spiritual traditions, from the Christianity of my upbringing to explorations into Gnosticism, Spiritism, Hermetic principles, and more. Each of these paths carried profound teachings and revealed glimpses of the divine whole that permeates all things.
Yet, it was within the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta ("Non-Duality") that I felt truly embraced, nurtured, and at peace. Through Advaita, the understanding dawned that "I Am"—pure awareness, absolute presence—has never been separate, never apart from the infinite. This realization is not something foreign or distant but something profoundly intimate and immediate.
Advaita Vedanta teaches that the ultimate reality (Brahman) and the inner Self (Atman) are one and the same—an indivisible universal consciousness. It invites us to see beyond the illusion of separation (maya) and recognize that what we truly are is not this fleeting body or mind, but infinite Being, timeless and whole.
Here, you will find reflections, inspirations, and teachings from extraordinary masters—such as Nisargadatta Maharaj, Ramana Maharshi, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Osho, and others—whose words and presence continue to illuminate this timeless truth. Each teaching, each word, is a gentle invitation to return to what you have never ceased to be: the Absolute, whole, and complete.
This journey is not one of becoming; rather, it is one of recognition. There is nowhere to go and nothing to attain, for You Are That—unbound awareness, free and infinite. Together, we dissolve the illusion of separation and rest in the stillness of what Is.
Although the awareness of this unity is the silent foundation of my life, the character "André T. Me" continues to walk through the world of forms—living, working, learning, and interacting. Like you, I navigate the human experience, sometimes leaning more toward the material, yet always anchored in the Grace of the spiritual. As the sacred invitation reminds us:
"Take one step toward me, and I will take a hundred steps toward you."
This blog exists as a reflection of that Grace, a space to honor the oneness that shines through every form and moment. It is for you, for me, for all—for there is, in truth, no "other." May these offerings stir the remembrance of your own boundless nature, awakening you to the freedom and vastness you have always been.
We are One—timeless, infinite, and Absolute.
With love and gratitude, André MA Advaita - Non-Duality

The Bliss of Meditation and Love: A Journey to Divine Wisdom

Life, in its relentless pace, often leaves us searching for true happiness and lasting joy. However, as ancient wisdom asserts, the key lies not in external pursuits but in an inward journey. The verse, "ध्यान बिनु सुख न आय, प्रेम विना न आनंद। हरि चरण लग सदा, पाओ हरि संज्ञान।" (Without meditation, there is no happiness; without love, there is no joy. Always cling to the Lord's feet to gain divine wisdom), offers a timeless roadmap for finding fulfillment and spiritual enlightenment.
Meditation: The Gateway to Inner Peace
Meditation is not merely a practice; it is a state of being. It bridges the gap between the restless mind and the serene soul. In a world inundated with distractions, meditation allows us to pause, reflect, and connect with our true selves.
Happiness derived from material achievements is transient, but meditation reveals the eternal reservoir of peace within. By focusing the mind on the divine, we transcend fleeting emotions and enter a realm of unshakeable tranquility. This inward gaze dismantles the illusions of the ego and unveils our oneness with the universe.
Love: The Heartbeat of Joy
While meditation calms the mind, love nourishes the heart. Love, in its purest form, is unconditional and unbounded. It is not merely a sentiment but a spiritual force that uplifts, connects, and transforms.
Without love, joy remains elusive. True love transcends attachments and desires, offering instead a sense of wholeness. When love is directed toward the divine, it blossoms into devotion—a path where the heart dances in harmony with the eternal. This devotion clears the fog of ignorance and aligns us with the divine purpose of our existence.
Divine Wisdom Through Devotion
The verse emphasizes clinging to the feet of the Lord—symbolic of surrender and humility. This act of surrender does not imply passivity but a conscious decision to let go of the ego and align with a higher power.
Divine wisdom arises when we balance meditation’s discipline with love’s warmth. This wisdom is not intellectual but experiential—it reveals itself through moments of grace, clarity, and boundless compassion. In such states, we understand the interconnectedness of all existence and our role as stewards of this divine creation.
Practical Toolkit for Daily Integration
Incorporating meditation, love, and devotion into daily life requires intention and consistency. Here’s a practical toolkit:
1. Morning Mindfulness Practice
Begin your day with 10-15 minutes of meditation. Focus on your breath or chant a sacred mantra to center your mind.
Visualize yourself immersed in divine light, absorbing peace and wisdom.
2. Practice Heartful Gratitude
Cultivate a habit of expressing gratitude for three things each day.
Use this practice to foster love for life’s blessings and deepen your connection to the divine.
3. Acts of Unconditional Love
Perform at least one act of selfless kindness daily. It could be a smile, a helping hand, or words of encouragement.
Recognize these acts as offerings to the divine within others.
4. Devotion Through Daily Rituals
Dedicate a corner of your home to a sacred space for prayer or reflection. Spend a few minutes each evening in this space, offering your day’s successes and challenges to the divine.
Chant or sing hymns that resonate with your heart, allowing love to flow freely.
5. Reflective Journaling
Before sleeping, write down moments when you felt joy, peace, or connection during the day.
Reflect on how meditation and love contributed to these experiences, reinforcing their importance in your life.
A Harmonious Symphony
The path to happiness and joy lies in harmonizing meditation and love, anchoring ourselves at the feet of the divine. This verse serves as a guide, reminding us that lasting fulfillment is not found in the external but in the depth of our inner connection to the eternal.
As you embrace this wisdom, may your journey be filled with peace, love, and the boundless joy of divine awareness.
Let the words of this verse echo in your daily life, transforming mundane moments into sacred opportunities for spiritual growth.

True meditation is not simply self-indulgence, it is communion with the All, in which you are turned inside out and you for a moment become the All, the One, beyond all time, therefore when your eyes open again and you walk in this world of time, you are able to look, see and understand the worldly, but from the wisdom eyes of the whole, your perspective is clear, and you see things as they are.

The Moon Cannot Be Stolen
Ryokan, a Zen master, lived the simplest kind of life in a little hut at the foot of a mountain. One evening a thief visited the hut only to discover there was nothing in it to steal.
Ryokan returned and caught him. “You may have come a long way to visit me,” he told the prowler, “and you shoud not return emptyhanded. Please take my clothes as a gift.”
The thief was bewildered. He took the clothes and slunk away.
Ryokan sat naked, watching the moon. “Poor fellow, ” he mused, “I wish I could give him this beautiful moon.”
