Luo Binghe finds an amnesiac Shen Yuan in a nowhere village and they live together as homoerotic roommates. Shen Yuan is painfully oblivious, Luo Binghe's male hysterics are acting up, its absolutely perfect lol I love this fic so much. It's still a WIP as of right now but it doesn't end on a cliff hanger and its definitely worth a read if you're in the mood for some light hearted fluff

I think Binghe deserves to know about SQQ's past life as SY, not because I think he deserves to know why he got shoved into the abyss but because I think he deserve to know SQQ's fucking weird ass little mind. Wife plots and all. I think this would give Binghe some enrichment for his Shizun enclosure, cause nothing would make his little bingpup hamster wheel of a brain spin faster than realizing that SQQ is thinking about him 24/7 and is as obsessed with him as he is with SQQ

ruminating once again on the concept of murdering shen yuan for fun suspense and ghosty reasons and like. i like the concept of trying to write a murder mystery but fanfiction doesnt really Work for murder mysteries because you know what everyone is about before you read the first paragraph. there's very little mystery to be had in guessing between a set of likely candidates, and a lot of it has less to do with logic and puzzling things out and more to do with judging how the author interprets 7 and also 9 so ive been stuck ruminating on it for ages.

and then earlier i had a stroke of what im not going to call genius because i thought "the best way to add a twist to a scum villain murder mystery!!! would be if the person who murdered shen yuan!! was also shen yuan!!!"

I can’t link it right now because of The Troubles but thinking back fondly on when I could easily read fanfiction (two days ago), the only scum villain identity reveal fic I respect is the short and funny one called May-June Relationship where Binghe does have a little crisis about the fact that the ancient immortal gilf he thought he was married to is actually some guy who’s maybe 28 and barely older than him by the end of book on account of the whole being dead for five years thing.
