I decided to give @j3lly-fish's CAS challenge a try and I rolled the Sixam Mosquito Trap! I'm not sure if I managed to capture the plant's aesthetic, but I think there's always room for some improvement!

Audrey II might be small in size but what she lacks in height, she makes up for with her agility and sizeable teeth. If given the chance, she WILL latch onto you and won't let go without a fight! She's a little hot-headed, a HUGE glutton and while she doesn’t know how she ended up on Earth, she knows her ambition for world domination will happen someday…

Happy Halloween!

Did you know that originally, Frank Oz wanted "Little Shop of Horrors" to end with the Audrey II plants taking over the world? The finale was shot and even distributed, but audiences thought it was too much of a bummer, so they hastily shot the feel-good ending instead. (If you're curious, you can see this ending here!)

Today's gifts are two sets of wings that have been staples in my game forever, but needed a little updating! They are Esmeralda's Glass Wings (+ Yunanesca's toddler version) which I've also converted for infants, and viktoria-sim's Lacy Wings which I've converted for all ages. I also did some updating and editing to the originals, so they're included -- and of course, recolored everything in @thejewlbox JewlRyBox palette, as well as a bonus package in @chimaerae-cc's Caterpillar Rave ombres and @wastelandwhisperer's Pride Gradients!

The Glass Wings are found in glasses, while the Lacy Wings are found in hats. You are allowed to edit the categories as you see fit, but remember: the Glass Wings will conflict with any glasses, and the Lacy Wings will conflict with hats, due to where the textures for these items are located in the texture map.

Lester Devir opens a store called Arcane Shoppe. Victor Beldine fails to open his store due to lack of funds, but has a permit to do so as soon as possible. Hannah Devir and Beatrice Jilleni are in a similar situation to Victor as far as their upcoming store is concerned. The local car dealership changes owners from Abigail Hanson to her son-in-law Terry, and becomes a dance club. Regina Hanson doesn't open her pharmacy yet, because she's lacking an important machine she's to receive from Felicia Devir.

events (romance and marriages):

5 couples marry. (the Beldines, the Hansons, the Fieras, and two couples from the Elaho-Inipp clan) Nico Devir and Quincy Fiera try to get married, but Quincy backpeddals. Krystal Celwitch and Genevieve Gere get engaged. Quincy Fiera and Beatrice Jilleni break up again. Hannah Devir, Felicia Devir, Bennett Jilleni and Beatrice Jilleni start living together as a polycule of 4. Quincy Fiera makes a move on Bennett Jilleni, but is rejected. Quincy Fiera hears her ex, Nico Devir, flirt with a stranger, and they break up even harder. Terry Hanson and Balthazar Elaho-Inipp cheat on their respective spouses with one another. Hannah Devir enlists in the military. The court hearing about who gets to run the occult supplies store ends in humiliation for both Victor Beldine and Serenity Elaho-Inipp, but despite that, the store gets okayed for both. The Celwitch Compound is set on fire, killing Elphius Celwitch. The perpetrator escapes. Despite being a burglar, she doesn't seem to be connected to the clan Fiera. The clan Beldine plots a violent revenge on the Elaho-Inipps. The clan Gere abandons their residence and dissolves, merging with the clan Celwitch. Lester Devir lets their store be a front for illegal smuggling and enters the criminal career. The court hearing about Zachary Elaho-Inipp's custody of Fabian Beldine rules in his favor. Krystal Celwitch starts investigating his potential status as the true Chosen of the Entity. Balthazar Elaho-Inipp sees more and more dark omens. Serenity Elaho-Inipp hides something strange in a locked shed.

HOW TO DO A LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS AU FOR PIERCE/SIREN SOM ASMR’S FLORIST SERIES BY fronzie

PART ZERO (0) - HOW DID THIS COME TO BE

So at my school we’re doing Little Shop 2003 ver (will refer to it as LSoH for now on) and I’m an understudy for one of the main cast. While listening to some of the songs i had to memorize, I listened to The Meek Shall Inherit. Really good 10/10. Then I thought to myself, ‘hey, doesn’t siren have a florist character that could work?’ And he does! So i binged the entire Pierce series to get my knowledge. The idea was soon scrapped however because i do not have the time nor the motivation to do 2:22 minutes of single frame editing.

PART ONE (1) - BACKGROUND INFORMATION

For those who don’t know, LSoH is a musical that dates back to the 60s with its first production. The story goes as followed;

Meek flower shop assistant Seymour pines for co-worker Audrey. During a total eclipse, he discovers an unusual plant he names Audrey II, which feeds only on human flesh and blood. The growing plant attracts a great deal of business for the previously struggling store. After Seymour feeds Audrey's boyfriend, Orin, to the plant after Orin's accidental death, he must come up with more bodies for the increasingly bloodthirsty plant.

Soon, when Seymour’s adoptive father/boss, Mushnik, gets on his tail Seymour feeds him too to Audrey Two. Depending on the iteration (1980s movie, 2003 musical, 1982 musical, 2023 musical, etc) the story ends differently. In the 1980s movie, Seymour kills Audrey II and saves Audrey, blowing up the shop in the process. However in tbe 2003 musical, Audrey gets lured by Audrey II to her death, resulting in Seymour’s successful suicide attempt by jumping into Audrey II/Twoey to kill it.

HOWEVER. Pierce’s story is entirely different than the story of LSoH. It follows Pierce, a student with a rather good green thumb at Westhaven High. He’s a shy nerdy guy who has a crush on the listener (which is lwk kinda obvious) whilst helping them find this mysterious blue flower they were looking for. Throughout the series, it’s told to the listener that Pierce is the child of one of the divines. Specifically Leo, god of Earth, plant life, and animals. It only has 4 parts but it is severely intense by EP 3.

PART TWO (2) - THE CHARACTER LIST + MATCH UPS

Alright, casting call time. This’ll be a bit hard but trust me I have an IDEA of what im doing

SEYMOUR = PIERCE this is just obvious, main character and main character. they just equal some how

AUDREY = LISTENER same with this one. they oddly equal somehow. plus this lwk takes after my listener for his series, Marigold

MUSHNIK = A TEACHER/TEACHER IN CHARGE OF GARDENING CLUB I know there HAS to be a teacher supervisor for this greenhouse. so yeah the teacher exists now, idk

ORIN = JASON YEAH I SAID IT SO WHAT-/silly. But obviously there will be some tweaks like the lack of a real ‘lovers’ relationship. It would be more like a bully & bully victim complex. NO I DO NOT SHIP BULLY X VICTIM

AUDREY II/TWOEY/THE PLANT = MOONBELL hmo on this. it’s an overgrown moonbell with characteristics like a cowplant/Laganaphyllis simnovorii from the sims (if you couldn’t tell by the name).

THE GIRLS = MUSES OF VOX If you don’t know the movie/show, there are three girls that act like Untrustworthy Narrators. They influence Seymour to continue feeding the plant. I feel like that just screams muses of Vox. Their most prominent thing is how they sing. It’s like a Greek Chorus.

PART FOUR (4) - PLOT EXPLANATION

So how do you connect the grim tale of hating ficuses to the literal greed thumb graced child of the Earth God? I’ll tell you; AUs!

At one point, after decades of ignoring humanity, Vox ‘checks in’ if you will. It’s the 1960s/the equivalent of the 60s for the region of Westhaven. Vox’s encounters with human civilization weren’t…the best so he decides to send three musical muses; Sonus, Aud, and Voc (Prologue). With semi divine power, the muses find Pierce and the story begins (Skid Row (Downtown) )

Pierce, while shopping at a small florist in a town decently close to Westhaven, finds this odd looking blue plant under a Solar Eclipse. Interested, he buys it. Obviously he has some fatigue when around the plant but that isn’t important. He takes it to his house and tries to grow it while balancing school AND the greenhouse (Da-Doo). However, as most plants are, this plant is stubborn and isn’t being fed the right stuff (Grow For Me) till it gets a drop of blood from Pierce pricking his finger.

Seeing the odd uniqueness of the plant, people start getting interested in the Moonbell (WSKID Radio/Ya Never Know). Bored out of their minds, the muses start interacting more with the story, like talking to listener about their dreams (Somewhere That’s Green). But that isn’t important! With the new success of this plant -called [insert listener’s name] II- the greenhouse gets an upgrade (Closed For Renovations) like better lights, better sprinklers (dk I’m not a florist), etc.

While the greenhouse club supervisor overwatches them, Pierce learns about Listener being bullied. And that bully comes up to the greenhouse, lo and behold, it’s Jason in a leather jacket (Dentist!). But that isn’t too important for now. Deep in the midst of new fame, the supervisor decides to ‘adopt’ Pierce (Mushnik and Son). Unfortunately, fame leads to…awful things. Like donating your blood to a talking plant! Twoey, the plant, begs for some food from Pierce (Feed Me (Git It!) ). While ‘agreeing’ with the plant, Pierce spots Listener from outside the greenhouse being ganged up on by Jason and his ‘posse’ if you can even call the group that. Seeing them being actually beaten and bruised triggers something in Pierce. This fucker has to go.

So, he plans it out. To chloroform Jason and feed him to the damn plant. Can’t be so hard, right? WRONG. When Pierce finds Jason, he’s outside the school doing a blunt. This isn’t just some physical altercation as Pierce tries to knock him out while Jason is out of his mind, but also a mental altercation because this is so so SO wrong but it’ll work…(Now (It’s Just The Gas!) ) Eventually Jason drugs himself to death accidentally and Pierce feeds him to the carnivorous Moonbell. (Act I Finale/Coda)

Great. Someone is missing. At least the plant is strangely causing a lot of success in the greenhouse. Unfortunately, that means there isn’t any free time in the greenhouse. (Callback in the Morning) That isn’t any fun! After the greenhouse closes, Pierce shows listener what he bought. A black leather jacket. This scares listener. They walk away from Pierce, not wanting the memory of Jason to stay in their head. But Pierce reassures them that he isn’t him (Suddenly Seymour). They kiss. The supervisor walks in on it and looks mildly shocked. He soon realizes something, Pierce is the cause of Jason’s death (Suppertime). He tells Pierce to turn himself in but is soon fed too to Twoey.

Days have passed. The supervisor is missing too now. The days slowly blend in together as people start paying extreme amounts of money to see the Moonbell (Meek Shall Inherit). Listener questions when the supervisor will return and Pierce says ‘not for a very long time..’ before almost going insane from Twoey begs for more food. Pierce lashes out at the plant, listener finds out about Pierce’s crash out and smacks him right across the face. They tell him off before going home. Pierce, boldly, claims he’ll get some meat from the butcher’s for a snack for Twoey. On Sominex, listener walks into the shop looking for Pierce. But instead gets bitten from Twoey out of hunger. Pierce barges in and tries to save listener but he can’t. They ask to be fed to Twoey to be a part of his fame -and downfall- (Sominex/Suppertime II & Somewhere that’s Green Reprise)

A student stops by the greenhouse, offering to give out Twoeys to everyone (Bigger than Hula-Hoops). Pierce realizes what is truly going on. Twoey just wanted world domination! Filled with rage and hurt and pain, he shoots Twoey. Since that doesn’t work, he gives it rat poison. That doesn’t work either. So, he grabs a knife and jumps in Twoey, dying in the process.

The muses, satisfied with the ending of this universe, close the story happily, ready to torment another tale (Finale Ultimo).

since i've asked the last two lore asks, I guess i'm lore anon now. what happened to aurora's mom? why didn't cassie ask Agtha or agnes about having magic, since they're immortal, the only sims that can be the glade are the ones who died before their time? cuz only deila and malcom are there and not everyone else, what's alex goth doing now? france's oldest daughter should be Malcom II generation, will they go to high school together?

Aurora's mom:

After Aurora got pregnant with the triplets in so young and the things she said... it made Aurora very unhappy and Wolfgang didn't like her because of the way she treated Aurora back then. It makes me sad because in my OG save they were very close! But this was pure gameplay, because when she showed Audrey the ultrasound, she was so mad at Aurora :')

But I imagine that Aurora at least introduced the triplets to her mom and visited a few times. Her mom remarried and they had a good life together. Her mom already passed away. I think around when Malcolm II was born.

2. Why didn't Cassie ask Agatha or Agnes about magic?

Because I honestly didn't think about this haha but I have plans for Morgana, since she sees her father, I'm imagining that her spellcaster's magic bloomed and she's going to look for it. Maybe Cassie realizes it and finally go look into it with Morgana!

3. Only the sims who died before their time that shows up in the glade?

No. I meant to make a scene with Geoffrey waiting for Mila and they hugging and then Geoff saying "look who's waiting for you" and then it's Erwin (that's Wolfgang's dad name that I come up lol). So she stays there with her two lovers.

4. What's Alex Goth doing?

He's still married to Elsa Bjergsen. He's writer and I imagine him as mystery writer kind of mixed with sci-fi? That's why he traveled to Selvadorada back then with Collin and Avery, for a book research!

Alex, Elsa and their son Phillip are going to show for Avery's wedding :P

5. Will Spring be in the same class as Malcolm II since they are close in age?

I don't know yet. For now I don't plan to, since in my mind it would be a bit far for Spring to attend school in Windenburg, because she lives in Henford now.

2 days ago I watched Little Shop of Horrors 🪴 and the Day befó re that I watched Romeo and Juliet (1996) 💘

little shop of horrors did NOT take the route I thought it was going to take lol, …. ^^;;;; bu I enjoyed it nonetheless, also Audrey II’s puppet was SO well done!!! Idk how it didn’t fall over srsly… (except when hungry) my school is performing it in the spring and I wanna be OG Audrey now lol… but auditions were 1-2 week ago and I couldn’t do it or get the role anyway 🤷 but I can do her voice heh . Heh

Romeo and Juliet … I was totally surprised by the camerawork, esp in the beginning 😭 also, Shakespearian language is not very hard to understand, especially when you get used to it, but the beginning was throwing me off lmao.. I think mainly cuz of hm. Well it’s like gap moe kinda. Like the punks in the beginning talking with the “fancy” language was kinda like gap moe but if it threw u off. As the movie went on, I was a bit hung up on Mercutio (although less so than:) y Benvolio, they kinda sounded like they were dubbed over and sounded like this vid LOL:

umm ya the cartoonish camerawork threw me off in th beginning esp, it reminded me of One Piece. But then I really liked the movie as it went on and sim of the shots and sceneries were GORGEOUS um ok I’ve talked too much so bye,! It’s funny I talked this much for R&J when I liked LSoH more 😅

Elven Burg History (After Auroa awaken)

Princess Auroa was trapped in a home where her mother cast a curse to prevent her from leaving ever again. With the help of Keana and her sister Selene, it was later revealed that Auroa’s mother had killed her intersex husband, Pandora, and arranged marriages for her children without their consent. Auroa’s son, Tamoro, tried to protect the family of Enkanto Karri when they were under siege. He left behind his wife, Princess Consort Amie, and his daughter, Tamara.

During the evening of the ball, when Princess Lyric was being introduced, an attack occurred by one of Vervana's minions, who attempted to kidnap Keana. This attack resulted in the death of King Consort Kae and several others.

Princess Talia and her husband, Dermuk Topasna, finally found their daughter after she was taken by Queen Kimana.

Talia was hurt by Prince Consort Nolan, so instead of being protected by her grandmother, she was punished for it. Talia, her husband, and daughter lived happily.

Kima is marrying Prince Neal of Brucreek. They had only one child.

Princess Audrey became blind after being attack at the ball and was left without sight. Upon learning of her husband’s actions that caused her beauty's daughter's fate, she fell into a deep depression. Audrey has a daughter named Ivana with her husband, Noble, and a son from a previous relationship. It was then that a curse was cast on her husband's (Nolan) bloodline, decreeing that every fourth child born would be blind.

Rosa Bela, a fairy, raised the children because her mother was unable to help due to her disability and depression.

Due to the drama at the ball and the secrets that emerged within the family, the council overheard the people of Elvenburg expressing their loss of trust in the royal family of Elvenburg. They are calling for a reevaluation and a reassessment of the family's integrity.

So a few arranged marriages was made between the royal families and Noble family the Shavaris to bring integrity within the family

Aruroa's son, Edric, married a member of the Shavaris family, but he was in love with someone else, which led to an affair and turmoil within the family. They moved to the kingdom of Ludan to keep the kingdom unaware of the events that transpired.

Auroa's brother, Kano, sister-in-law Lady Tanvi Alevin, and her nephew Kano II were killed, and her niece was reported missing. It was later discovered that she was at fault. She had made arrangements with an enemy, Detnon II, whose obsession is to kidnap and impregnate women throughout the kingdom so that he can become the sole ruler. As a result, Auroa's niece gave birth to Adelyn Leonard.

She was punished for her crime and treason, but her daughter was given a noble title since it wasn't her fault.

Lady Lyric’s day of representation at the royal event was challenging, not only because of the preparation but also due to a painful memory from a year prior.

One night, during a passionate encounter with her lover, she was sexually assaulted by Lord Amos II Ludan.

As a result of this trauma, she gave birth to twins but felt emotionally detached from both her lover and the children.

At the ball, she met a kind man named Lord Leo Ludan. Once she arrived in the Kingdom of Ludan, she found herself forgetting about Lord Beren and the children, embracing a new path toward becoming the heir to the throne and marrying Lord Leo, making him King.

Lord Beren took the children and lived his life as a single father to protect his children and his heart. Lyric and Beren children grew up to be great noble's who help rebuild the Kingdom of Ludan.

(Queen Regent Amie is the one with the blond hair and Duchess Shavaris is the mother of Lord Raynore II.)

It was decided that the next in line for the throne is Princess Tamara, with Princess Consort Amie serving as queen regent in the meantime. An arranged marriage was set between Princess Tamara and Lord Raynore II.

CAPÍTULO II

Depois da rasteira que o desgraçado do Tiago me deu e de quinze dias de procrastinação para me recuperar daquele fracasso (nos quais eu me enterrei em uma maratona de Heartbreak High e numa tentativa frustrada de fazer ioga que resultou num torcicolo de cinco dias), lá estava eu, entregando currículo em tudo que era lugar.

Resolvi ocultar minhas duas únicas habilidades profissionais - carimbar papéis e olhar pela janela -, e acrescentei outras que achei que trariam mais impacto para conseguir algum emprego: proativo, eficiente, colaborativo e líder nato.

Não aguentava mais caminhar e já havia decidido chamar um Uber, quando lembrei que, por conta da demissão por justa causa, não havia me sobrado dinheiro algum nem para voltar pro meu apartamento. Aceitando mais essa derrota, dei continuidade à minha jornada entrando em lojas de roupas, móveis, calçados, restaurantes e até mesmo sex shops para tentar uma vaga.

Em certo ponto dessa correria toda de entregar currículos, olhando um ciclista que usava aquelas roupas fitness coladas e que marcam o pinto, senti algo cair na minha cabeça. "Um passarinho cagou em mim, merda!", foi meu primeiro pensamento, logo substituído por "um passarinho cagou em mim, glória!" pois, como eu já disse aqui, todo mundo sabe que merda de bicho traz sorte na vida financeira.

Um pouco puto da cara pelo passarinho ter cagado tanto em mim, fui em busca de um banheiro para limpar a cabeça. E foi aí que aconteceu... tudo passou a fazer sentido. Ser injustamente demitido por Justus, o filho da puta do Tiago armando pra mim, o cocô do passarinho... Todos estes acontecimentos eram manobra do destino para me levar a algum lugar melhor.

Na parede de uma galeria, onde o banheiro público mais próximo ficava, via-se um cartaz. "AUDIÇÕES PARA ATUAÇÃO. Você se considera um ator? Venha para o nosso teste e brilhe na TV! Dia 17 de julho, às 17h, na Rua da Vitória, nº 7777". Sim, eu era bom em mentir e não tinha identidade, então acho que daria um belo de um ator porque isso é basicamente tudo o que os atores fazem: fingem ser outra pessoa. Os sinais eram claros: 17/07, 17h, na Rua da Vitória, nº 7777. Sete números sete, meu número da sorte e, coincidentemente, meu número de CIDs. Rua da "Vitória", onde eu começaria minha caminhada para me tornar vitorioso. Obrigado, destino! Obrigado, pombo que cagou na minha cabeça!

Eu tinha exatamente dois dias para me tornar uma versão masculina e contemporânea da Audrey Hepburn. Fiquei, então, em frente ao espelho nas minhas horas vagas (praticamente todas), treinando caras e bocas e também bundas. Se eu fosse aparecer na TV, tinha que descobrir o ângulo certo que valoriza minha bunda.

Na certeza de que ficaria rico muito em breve e com toda minha empolgação borderline, entrei no eBay com meu cartão de crédito corporativo da Pinto & Pinto (que ainda não haviam suspendido) e comprei todo que é tipo de coisa, incluindo uma batedeira de quase cinco mil reais que, em minha defesa, fazia praticamente tudo (até falava). Pra que eu usaria uma batedeira, sendo que sempre vivi de Cup Noodles e Nissin miojo? Nunca saberemos. A questão é que eu estava quase rico com aquele futuro emprego no ramo da atuação e a batedeira era muito fancy.

No outro dia comprei roupas, calçados e acessórios no AliExpress. Também adquiri um bibelô de gato folheado a ouro (jura, né, AliExpress!?) e uma gaiola para um macaco prego, que eu pretendia ter no futuro. Só não comprei o macaco prego porque meu crédito estourou.

Alguns comprimidos de Valium depois, consegui dormir para acordar no Dia D. O Dia D Virar Uma Versão Carvalho das Kardashian. Um Karvalhashian.

Comecei a me arrumar às oito da manhã porque sou extremamente ansioso. Às dez horas eu estava pronto, mas tive que tomar banho novamente, porque fazia um calorão da porra descomunal para julho e eu não ligava mais o ar-condicionado porque não tinha mais condições de pagar a conta de luz - por enquanto.

Seis horas mais tarde, depois de mais três banhos, eu estava indo em direção ao meu glorioso destino de ator global. E por "global" não me refiro a ator da Rede Globo, e sim a um ator internacional.

Sempre soube, lá no fundo, que a atuação era meu propósito na vida. Tive esse pensamento no momento em que fui escalado para ser uma árvore num papel de teatro na escola durante o quarto ano. Antes de me julgar, saiba que não era qualquer árvore, mas sim A Árvore protagonista, que representava o papel principal. A peça chamava-se "A Árvore Chorona" (eu até chorei de verdade quando grande parte do cenário caiu em cima de mim).

Cheguei ao local da audição na Rua da Vitória cinco minutos atrasado. Na verdade eu havia chegado bem mais cedo, mas fiquei esperando escondido em uma esquina, porque chegar atrasado é chique e coisa de globais. Fui desfilando até a moça de cabelo preto e corte chanel que ficava na recepção.

- Com licença moça, vim conquistar meu lugar no mundo para ficar rico e comprar uma casa de vidro, com escadaria de mármore e vaso que limpa e seca a bunda - a moça, cujo crachá lia-se Gracyanne, me olhou confusa. - Vim para a audição.

- Desculpa, senhor. O horário para participar da audição terminou há cerca de cinco minutos atrás. Boa sorte na próxima tentativa.

Próxima tentativa? Me chamar de senhor? Quem aquela fodida da Gracyanne pensava que era pra fazer tanta graça comigo? Não ia deixar alguém chamada "Gracyanne" interferir no meu esplêndido futuro.

- Desculpa, Gracy! - berrei, no momento em que saí correndo pelo corredor abrindo todas as portas.

Depois de oito tentativas errôneas, achei a sala de audição, onde dezenas de homens e mulheres dezenas de vezes menos talentosos que eu estavam sentados em cadeiras dispostas em linhas horizontais. Cheguei em uma mulher da primeira fila e sussurrei em seu ouvido.

- Oi querida, lamento informar, mas ligaram lá na recepção e parece que seu filho, ou seu cachorro ou gato ou, sei lá, samambaia, morreu.

A mulher saiu correndo da sala desesperada e eu tomei seu lugar.

Cerca de meia hora depois, um homem extremamente calvo e baixo entrou na sala e apresentou-se como o diretor. Explicou, então, que o teste seria fazer uma figuração em uma cena com atores profissionais.

Fui designado como enfermeiro. Me deram um uniforme branco e tudo para eu entrar no personagem. O teste ocorreu em outra sala, decorada tal qual um ambiente hospitalar, cheia de leitos, macas e gente vestindo branco por tudo que é lado. Minha função era basicamente ficar andando de um lado pro outro carregando alguns prontuários e verificando os sinais vitais de supostos pacientes.

As gravações começaram e eu achei todos os figurantes sem sal, com atuações muito modestas. Não faziam nada para que se destacassem, é como se fossem apenas parte de um cenário.

Como tenho talento de sobra, não iria desperdiçá-lo. Comecei a criar diálogos com os atores figurantes que e a fazer caras e bocas e bundas para  a câmera. O diretor, então, me chamou num canto e  disse que a minha performance estava "demais". Entendi isso como um elogio, pois "demais" significa isso, não? "Nossa, que linda essa sua roupa nova, achei 'demais'!".

Sou capricorniano e se tem uma coisa que eu gosto é de trabalhar... quer dizer, de ganhar dinheiro. Trabalhar, nem tanto. Então eu faria valer a pena o que viria a receber no final das gravações.

Em uma cena, quando os sinais de um paciente começavam a se esvair, percebi que havia pouca emoção por parte do elenco e decidi melhorar aquilo tudo. Saí do meu posto (onde eu verificava a pressão arterial de um senhor grisalho) e peguei a maca do ator principal, o que estava cenograficamente morrendo.

- PACIENTE EM ESTADO CRÍTICO! REPITO: PACIENTE EM ESTADO CRÍTICO! - Gritei, correndo desesperado com a maca pela sala - TRAGAM O DESFIBRILADOR!

As gravações foram interrompidas. Basicamente todos os atores e, principalmente os figurantes, me olhavam com incredulidade. Certeza de que era inveja do meu talento. O diretor então me chamou para fora da sala (obviamente para me promover a ator principal).

- Olha, não dá mais... - começou ele, coçando a cabeça calva. - Já pedi que você reduzisse suas expressões. Você é um figurante, deve ser parte do cenário. Nada mais que isso.

- Estou colaborando para uma cena que valha a pena ser mostrada em festivais, como o de Cannes - falei.

- Pode, por gentileza, tirar a roupa do estúdio e deixar na portaria. Não precisamos mais de você aqui, atrapalhando o andamento da coisa.

Então era isso que "demais" significava. Algo que extrapola o limite do aceitável. Como fui ingênuo e interpretei errado os sinais. Fui eliminado do teste de atuação antes mesmo de iniciar a performance com o cigarro que havia trazido no bolso (todo mundo sabe que fumar em filme é chique).

Peguei meu cigarro Marlboro light do bolso e acendi, coloquei na boca e exalei a fumaça na cara daquele diretor projetinho de careca.

Do sentimento de ser o novo Audrey Hepburn, passei para outro de me achar um fodido ator de Os Mutantes: Caminhos do Coração, da Record. Aquele diretor e ambiente tóxicos não me mereciam. Saí desfilando pelo corredor em direção à portaria, fumando meu cigarro e torcendo para nenhuma pomba resolver cagar em mim de novo.
