Thinking about jafar and like. His just near unparalleled skill and talent and how he is consistently able to hold his own against metal vessel users as a household vessel, his willingness to throw down against judar literally at a moments notice.

like just someone who could have absolutely been a kings candidate. He had the physical strength, the intelligence, the magoi, the political know how, and absolutely had the determination. but he willingly chose not to be, because he didn't want to be king. he wanted a king to follow. he wanted Sinbad and went to the ends of the Earth for him. His loyalty to him unmatched and in the end. well.

Decided to finally bite the bullet and read Magi: The Adventures of Sinbad.

In the middle of the Mariadel arc, and whoa does it get heavy.

Been indulging in reading Temeraire fan fics on AO3 since finishing the series (first time I’ve been this into anything new that I wanted to do that in years), and actually have started thinking about writing some fan fiction.

My first thought:  the Temeraire universe’s version of the Sinbad the Sailor stories (Sinbad the Aviator!), with a framing story of Laurence reading these stories to Temeraire.  :)

Since I want to post analyses and talk about anime but don’t really enjoy video editing, I’m gonna use this account now. That said, I guess this is my real introduction post. Hey fellas, I’m Hector. I go by he/him pronouns. Below are some series I like and my favorite characters.

Berserk: Guts good!

Hunter x Hunter: Honestly, whole antagonist cast but specifically Meruem.

Fate Series: Love me some Kirei but the entire cast is amazing.

Code Geass: I don’t feel like I need to say who my favorite character is, let’s be real.

Magi: Sinbad all day any day, love that devious man.
