Wow ok I'm rewatching the Baratie arc to take notes and. Young Sanji and Chopper have the exact same voice actor huh. And when they casted her for Chopper they didn't give her any direction on changing it so they have the exact same speaking voice huh. No accents or speaking mannerism changes at all.
