Man every time i go visit my tio Chalio I’m like dude this is the coolest uncle of all time… he’s a stay at home husband, he cooks bomb ass traditional Mexican dishes alongside a bunch of other delicious meals, he got really into woodworking during the pandemic and has now made a bunch of beautiful frames and shelves and tables and decorative wood art (including my favorite shelf where I currently keep my alebrijes) he also gardens and is currently growing his own weed AND camomile for tea… his wife is bisexual AND he’s been getting more and more radicalized by reading a bunch of leftist lit from a leftist youtuber he’s been watching along w other documentaries (he spent all day today showing me this book full of Columbus’s journals and telling me how racist and evil he is 😭 I was just like I know tio it’s crazy right? "A star?" the excitement in her voice made them grin.
