Sorry if some of these are a little angsty and don't really have happy (per say) conclusions, but I'm just doing what I think best fits the character! I only write pure fluff if that what im given. I hope you enjoy anyways anon!

Courtney

Courtney is beyond stricken when she sees you.

What are the odds you both would have signed up for the same shitty reality tv show?

Well, high as Courtney would tell you. You always were very similar even back when you were inseparable as children.

You knew Courtney was always very fond of you before you moved away, so the reunion is very sweet, and heartfelt.

The two of you attempt to spend a lot of time catching up on what you missed out on after you had moved, but on the show there isn't much time for it.

Courtney can't help but think about how absolutely heartbroken she was when you moved away.

I would think with Courtney's determined attitude (plus based on what she says to Gwen during their friendship) she has made too many friends.

So when you moved away, especially since she was little, it sort of felt like the end of the world to her.

I imagine you being around is wildly distracting for her. Despite her returning romantic feelings.

You were the only person who ever had that type of close vulnerable relationship with her, she would do anything to please you, receive attention from you, or keep you in the game.

All of it leads to some very undesirable slip ups from her, which with you is how I imagine she goes home on the island.

She watched you as she got pulled away, she's not going to leave it unsaid this time, she remembers what that feels like, she remembers how isolating and awful it feels.

"I'm going to miss you ______!" She called out to you from the end of the doc of shame.

You waved wildly "I'm going to win this for you Courtney!" You call back.

"No- I mean! I'm going to miss you because I'm in love with you!"

You stand there stunned as she boards the boat and calls out one final thing "You had bet your butt you'll win this for me! I just confessed my love to you on live television!"

You try to call back that you feel the same, but Chris does what Chris does best and gets in the way of a good time. Even if the boat hadn't driven her off before you got the chance to confess back, the motor is loud enough to where she probably couldn't hear you anyways.

By action, you two have fully discussed your feelings, and how everything should go now that you're into each other but still competitors.

You both agree that your first real official date should be after the show is over, so while things aren't technically official by next season, you two are undoubtedly interested in each other and therefore not getting involved with anyone else.

You stick true to that, but Courtney can see Duncan keeps looking at you, and she's not stupid, she would know that punks gazes in and out.

She doesn't bring it up to you, she knows you're generally very dense about those kinds of things.

But eventually, she can't take it anymore and her jealousy starts driving her mad.

She declares that you two are official, and that you very much are dating, which causes some tension between the two of you during action since you both agreed it just wasn't a good idea.

After some fighting, fighting, and more fighting eventually it's you this time taking the walk of shame to the lame-ousine.

Courtney fights her way to you.

"I'm sorry, I didn't expect it to play out this way!" She says sorrowfully.

But you did, you know just how Courtney is, you know how she gets, and while you didn't fully understand why she did what she did you could've guessed that some kind of fight was inevitable. Plus you know how she gets during competitions.

"Hey don't sweat it," you smile "now that I'm not technically on the show, I don't have as much of a problem doing this-" you say and bring her in for a short and sweet kiss.

After years of waiting for this moment, Coutney can't help but freeze up.

You pull away, and head towards the lame-ousine as she calls "I'll win this for you!"

"You had better win this for me! I just kissed you on live television!" You say smiling as you duck into the back seat.

Gwen

Gwen feels nothing but nervous when reuniting with you.

She was happy to see you sure, but her anxiety held her back in how she displayed that happiness.

She's mainly worried that too much time has passed since the two of you knew each other, and that the two of you won't have anything to talk about anymore.

Eventually the two of you slump back together and things go back to the way that they were before you had moved away.

Another reason she was desperately trying to avoid you at first is because of the huge massive crush she used to have on you.

And dang it of course you had to get cuter as you got older!

Just as she realizes that those feelings for you are slipping out of hiding, is also when she realizes that it's already too late.

Once again the two of you are glued at the hip, just like how it used to be.

You, being who you are and were, are wildly oblivious to these feelings because of course you are.

Gwen isn't one to wear her heart on her sleeve, and even though you two are close she is less so with you, she's been burned before, she's not letting that happen again.

The two of you are sitting next to each other at the talent show when it happens.

Heather goes up on stage and says "Originally I was going to dance for you, but instead I want to celebrate team spirit with a collaboration" She holds up a dark notebook with an evil look plastered on her face.

Gwen seems to recognize it and instantly freezes up "Gwen? Are you okay?" You asked, knowing immediately something was off.

"She wouldn't," she says, and then braces herself.

"So with words by Gwen, performance by me, enjoy."

She cleared her throat before beginning "Okay so I've been trying to ignore them. But they're just so cute! I know it's been forever since we've seen each other and in that time they have gotten so hot! Out of all my childhood friends, of course it had to be them."

Gwen dashes away from the bleachers, and Heather seems satisfied.

Of course you run after Gwen to comfort her.

She lamented on and on about how you must think she's such a creep now, and was acting like a total school girl, still writing in a diary.

But of course you didn't feel like that at all, this was Gwen you were talking about here. The cool, collected, funny quiet girl, and you were obsessed with her.

You two start getting a little more romantic after that, and Heather seeing her plan to drive a wedge between the two of you did not work realizes she has to get her hands messy and plays a little bit more of a direct role in getting you eliminated.

It's a sorrowful goodbye until you see her again in action.

Bridgette

Reuniting with Bridgette is nothing but vibes.

She's beyond stoked to see you again, and even more stoked to ride the wave with you again.

I imagine the two of you met at the beach, and it was love at first sight for her.

You two click all over again like no time has gone past, and she fills you in on every little thing you've missed.

Things are super cut and dry with Bridgette, no mess, nothing but chillness.

She makes her feelings pretty clear, with some hints and stuff.

She learned her lesson the first time, letting you leave without having ever told you how she really felt hurt in ways she wasn't ready to feel again.

But if you don't pick up on it she'll just flat out tell you.

"I'm not doing this cause you're my team mate, I'm doing it cause I like you. You dork."

"I like you too Bridge, you know that."

"Not like that-!" She exclaimed, splashing you playfully, rocking the canoe as she did "-like like like you."

You stare at her in disbelief for a moment.

"what?!" you exclaim.

"Do you not feel the same?" She frowned.

"No I do... I just wasn't expecting-" she cuts you off tackling you rocking the whole boat as she does.

The rest is history and you two are pretty much inseparable from that point onward.

Up until World Tour, where Alejandro starts becoming a plane wide problem.

He tries targeting you at first, but youre so in love with Bridgette he can't get any headway.

But Bridgette being stuck on an opposing team leaves her exposed to his manipulation, he lies about you and makes her question her loyalty.

After she gets stuck to a pole, you find her, but when she explains what happened you just feel so hurt and betrayed that you leave her in the dust (or well, snow).

After a world tour it takes a lot of apologizing and healing to get over what happened between the two of you but you're both determined to make it work so you both put your strongest foot forward and work at it.

Heather

Heather is absolutely stunned when she sees you.

You greet her excitedly when she hits you with a "hello? Earth to nerd, I don't know you!"

That's enough to keep you away from her for a while.

She 100% is only pretending not to know who you are, but what choice did she have? She couldn't risk her feelings for you returning and ruining her chances at winning.

Close tender friendships like you used to have were bad for her image now, she had an impression to keep in this competition and she'd be dead in the ground before she let you or anyone else come in the way of that.

Her tenderness for you starts to show through and through though, you know her like the back of your hand, still, even after all these years.

You'd recognize those glances anywhere, and you knew it meant more than just being a strong team mate when she would point out all the ways in which you did well in the challenges. She was trying to keep you in the game.

The two of you never have any heart to hearts, nothing like that anyways.

She never reveals that she does remember you, not even as you watch her fade into the horizon on the boat of losers.

World tour she's more determined than ever, you've never seen her so deranged to win.

I'd imagine the love triangle would have more to do with her and Alejandro then you and anyone else.

She becomes torn between the two of you, and the inherit struggle in trying to pick over someone who actually matched her wit, and her childhood best friend and longest crush.

She makes her decision when she inevitably votes you out.

"Heather... you voted for me?" You asked, heart breaking, eyes already feeling wet.

She scoffs, "Don't take it so personally."

You sniffle a little bit, and then shake your head "I should've known better than to fall for your two faced snake self twice." You spit.

And with that you're gone.

She's not stupid, she's not forgetful either, and you knew that she knew just what "twice" really meant.

But she'd dug her grave now, she would just have to hope it could hold a million bucks.

Duncan

The meeting with him is very awkward I'd imagine.

He'd likely pretend not to know you until he can get a moment alone with you.

I would imagine he's largely embarrassed of your relationship due to the fact that he met you before his Juvie days, and you were one of the only people who had known him before he became nothing more than a delinquent.

So yeah, he's hell bent on making sure people don't find out about you two knowing each other.

But we all know deep down Duncan is a totally sweetie, even if it is deep, deep, deep down. His affection for you is bound to show one way or another.

Ever the observant one I'm sure it was Courtney who noticed first, marveling at how strange it was that you two of all people had romantic feelings for each other.

She urged the two of you together, subtly, attempting to be your sort of wingman, unbeknownst to even you.

Eventually Duncan works towards getting her voted out because of this, he's so obsessed with keeping his bad boy persona he'd do just about anything in this competition to keep it up. Even risk losing a million big ones.

You knew something was fishy about Courtney getting voted, but you couldn't put your finger on what. At least not until you heard him in the confessionals.

"I had to get that Courtney chick voted out, she was getting too close. I hate people who get to close,"

"Duncan!" you exclaim.

You can hear him mutter curses from the outhouse.

"Forget it! You know I can't believe I was actually starting to like you again!"

After that it's a nonstop battle for Duncan to win back your affections.

I would imagine the love triangle would consist of you, Duncan, and of course, Courtney.

She would start falling for you based on the way you shamelessly defended her despite your feelings for Duncan.

Only problem for you was those feelings hadn't exactly gone away since last season, and you were still very much into him.

You three fight a lot, and are the reason all three of you end up going home.

Which leaves nothing but time to work out your messy feelings for Duncan, and his for you.

But maybe time is really all the two of you need.

Izzy

Izzy is a bit of a wild card (obviously).

I feel like reuniting with her is just super duper chaotic, and very overwhelming at first.

She wants to fill you in on every little detail in her life within the same second she sees you again.

But you remember how to rein her in, she really hasn't changed much from the chaotic messy kid she was. (save for being a criminal now (whoops!)).

You being in the challenge with her would keep her much more rallied and motivated towards an understandable goal.

She can feel those intimate feelings creeping back, but she isn't shy with it.

I imagine she probably would've confessed to you once before, when you first moved, only neither of you wanted to try out long distance and thought it might only ruin what a good friendship you had. So through your move you decided to just stay friends.

You don't get long to sit and wonder about if those feelings still linger for her as they do for you when she abruptly asks

"So hey, are you interested in dating during the competition?" she asked, sitting beside you, anything but shy.

"What?"

Izzy was nothing if not explorative, she collected new experiences like pokemon cards, and she wanted to live fully every part of life.

"It might be a little bit messy. But I think maybe it could work, if all that was keeping you was distance the first time... well... I'm here now."

She stares at you with an expectant kind of rare almost nervous look, and though the confession is anything but picturesque, with her, it's perfect.

I think the love triangle would come in with her next season with maybe Alejandro falling for you.

Hard to say whether his attempts at flirting are due to advancing in the game, or genuine attraction. Either way you have trouble picking up on it, especially when things are going so well with Izzy.

I wouldn't say Izzy isn't a jealous person, I just think she could fall either way, depending on the person, depending on the day, the humidity in the air, basically on nothing at all. She's nothing if not erratic.

With Alejandro, she might be inclined to threaten him with her license to kill depending on her mood, and depending on what he tries to pull with you.

Cody

The reunion with Cody is one that is very heartfelt, and he instantly lights up upon seeing you.

You can see that he's fairly committed to his "too cool for school" schtick, so having any genuine connection with him might be a little tricky.

He's one person I feel like would have definitely tried to keep in contact with, it wasn't anything like every day phone calls, but the two of you had definitely spent at least some time sending letters back and forth.

So when you too meet there isn't a lot of catching up to do, only some.

He's overall very excited to see you back, and you know him enough to know that, even if he's refusing to show it.

You can feel those creeping feelings sneak up on you until the hit you smack in the face during one of the challenges.

"Cody!" you exclaimed during one of the challenges as he hit the ground hard.

"I'm fine," he lied, his voice strangled, the wind having been knocked out of him wholly.

You helped him up, and picked up a piece of paper that had tumbled out of his pocket and went bouncing a few feet.

but for your first Valentine’s Day together, he really wants to make it special 

he takes extra caution planning everything out—casing places, making sure they’re secure 

decides on taking you to a movie in the park and packs you guys a picnic 

has all your favourite snacks and drinks too!!

picks you up (also random but he totally drives a Vespa/electric scooter) mostly on time 

definitely seats you at a more secure place in the park where there’s not a lot of people

unpacks the picnic basket and spreads out a blanket and some pillows and a delicious spread of food 

tries to be all cute and feed you food but he’s so nervous he accidentally smashes it in your face 

he’s smooth with it tho and he’ll wipe your face off and kiss the spot better

also makes it a surprise (mostly because he forgot lmfao)

picks you up on his motorbike and takes you to his favorite diner 

he’s always wanted to take you there and have you try their apple pie 

all of the staff there know him and they’re in awe of the two of you together 

they definitely give you guys food in the shape of a heart and turn on some romantic music 

he’s weirdly nervous considering it’s him 

“so uh, after this I was thinkin we could go have a drink or two?”

he’s so flustered it’s adorable 

and obviously you agree, and he takes you to his favourite bar 

even if it is a lowkey night, you’re still happy you get to spend time with him

plus, he’s a private man, and him showing you his favorite places is his way of showing you his heart

Genji:

as a proud supporter of Fuck Boy Genji™️, he definitely didn’t celebrate Valentine’s Day in his youth

doesn’t know exactly how to celebrate with you, just knows he wants to do something 

asks everyone for advice, but everyone is telling him something different and it just makes him all confused

he decides to trust his instincts on what to do

picks you up in a button down and cute jeans, holding a bouquet of your favorite flowers 

he doesn’t tell you where he’s taking you, but he’s so excited he’s practically vibrating the whole way

you actually have to squeeze his hand to calm him down a little bit

he takes you to this unassuming, kind of dark building on the edge of town

knocks on the door and someone opens a little slot, he says a random word and suddenly the door swings open to reveal a little staircase 

takes you down and into a totally chill speakeasy

it’s warm inside and there’s jazz music filling the air 

Genji looks absolutely stunning in the amber lighting too

you guys get a table with a great view of the stage and order yummy food and drinks

“Do you like it? I thought big crowds might be overwhelming and—“

Shut him up by kissing his cheek and telling him you love it

“I’ve never really…had a Valentine before, but I’m really glad you’re my first, y/n.”

Hanzo:  

unlike his brother, he probably had had a Valentine before, but he’s never been one to share his life with others 

however, he really wants to show you a good time and treat you to a good night

big crowds and people are not really his thing, so he sets out to make a special night at home for the two of you

invites you over for food and movies

cooks you one of his signature meals, and the two of you eat together at the table under candlelight 

definitely has warm saké ready for the both of you to drink too

has one of his favorite movies and one of your favorite movies ready to go on his tv 

cuddles up to you on the couch under a super soft throw blanket 

honestly one of the only times he really allows himself to be super clingy and attached to you 

always has his hands on you, probably kissing your neck and shoulders and head

makes sure to pay special attention to your favorite movie because he knows it means a lot to you 

“I know this isn’t much but…I really wanted to share something special with you away from prying eyes.”

you guys end up falling asleep on the couch together, and even though Hanzo wakes up at some point, he doesn’t move 

he’s just content to be with you

Junkrat:

the concept of a Valentine is kinda lost to him since he didn’t really have time for that growing up in Junkertown 

but he notices a bunch of heart shaped decorations when him and Roadhog are robbing a bank

which of course prompts him to ask his partner what they’re for 

the way Hog explains it is a little…different, but Junkrat literally has heart eyes the whole time 

he decides he wants to celebrate it with you so he spends hours making you a Valentine

makes you this cute little card (and he swears up and down that it won’t blow up when you open it)

and tried to make you cookies but ends up burning them :((

so he recruits Roadhog’s help and together they bake and decorate cute little sugar cookies for you

he gives them to you on Valentine’s and he’s super nervous the whole time

you honestly tear up a little at how cute it is 

the two of you end up eating them together and hanging out for the rest of the night 

“I think I like Valentine’s Day!” He announces. “Do you think…do you think we’ll spend the next one together, too?”

Lucio:

between being a wanted criminal for stealing from Vishkar and being a world renowned DJ, going out on Valentine’s Day is not the best idea

but that’s not going to stop him

he spreads out flower petals and lights candles across the apartment and waits for you to come home

settles in on the couch with his guitar, practising quietly in case you’re outside 

when you come home, you’re greeted by the smell of gourmet candles and flowers leading you down the hallway

you can hear the soft sounds of a guitar strumming and you follow the sounds 

you make it to your living room to see Lucio strumming his guitar, and when he sees you, his eyes light up

he starts singing a song he wrote for you, looking at you with his little heart eyes the whole time

you’re left on the verge of tears the whole time and when he’s done playing, you pull him in for a kiss 

“so, did you like it?”

you’re speechless tbh 

like he loves you enough to write an entire song just for you 

and that’s not the end, either, because he surprises you with a dinner reservation to your favorite restaurant 

and to make sure you’re not being swarmed by fans, he’s bought out the entire restaurant 

the two of you get to eat in peace and have a great Valentine’s Day 

“so I, uh, I wanted to know if you’d be okay with me putting that song on my album? I just—I love you so much, I want the whole world to know.”

Zenyatta:

partly because he’s a monk but also because he’s an omnic, I don’t think he’d really celebrate Valentine’s 

however if it’s important to you, he’ll definitely put the effort in to make you happy

plus he’s so lowkey, he’s open to trying anything 

when he hears you talking about Valentine’s Day to one of your friends, it gives him the idea to surprise you and celebrate it

he spends days coming up with ideas and pays extra close attention to your likes/dislikes 

would probably ask Genji for some advice before giving up when he realizes the boy is clueless 

settles on getting you a very personal, intimate gift and letting you decide where to take it from there

he gets you a new pair of headphones and makes you a mixtape/playlist to listen to to calm you down 

since he knows sometimes you get stressed out or anxious 

it’s so unexpected that you cry and the poor omnic is stuck figuring out if they’re tears of joy or not

Episode 2 : Chats

“should we go over to the swing? i want to know more about you” you nodded your head and smiled. Mason grabbed ahold of your hand and the two of you headed over to the swing.

you sat down on the swing and he sat opposite you, now you were alone you could finally have a good look at him and you were in shock at how pretty he was. now, you’ve had crushes in the past but he was practically perfect. “so, tell me about yourself then y/n. what do you do for work and how old are you? ” Mason said as he got comfortable on the swing.

“well, i’m an influencer and model and im 22.” Mason wasn’t shocked that you were a model, you were absolutely stunning. when he first made his way down the steps his eyes were fixated on you. you were utterly perfect and he couldn’t believe someone like you was on love island, not that it was a bad thing but how could someone like you be single?

“that doesn’t surprise me, you’re beautiful” he said making you blush brightly. “thank you” you smiled at him “what do you do for work? and how old are you?” you said as you tucked your hair behind your ear. “i’m a footballer and i’m 25” you nodded “what team do you play for?” you were honestly still in a little bit of shock that Mason had picked you, he was so good looking and even though you were pretty the other girls were just as beautiful.

“yeah, i play for Man United” your eyes widened, you thought maybe he would say a team you didn’t know but you did not expect that to come out of his mouth. “i know, embarrassing that a footballer is on love island” Mason didn’t know why but he was a embarrassed. he was quite popular and that wasn’t him being big headed but he felt like every girl was just using him for his money.

“no i don’t think it is, you shouldn’t be embarrassed for wanting to find someone” he felt at ease after you said that, he wanted to impress you because he felt a connection “so, what’s your type y/n” he ran a hand through his hair, the two of you hadn’t broke eye contact since you’d been sat here.

“i like someone who’s taller than me, older, tanned, has tattoos, athletic.” you had practically described him and he was happy about that. “what about you? what’s your usual type?”

“i don’t have a usual type really, i’m open to everyone” you nodded, you thought it was a good outlook to have. “it’s good that you’re open to everyone, it shows maturity i think.” Mason went to talk before you heard the sound of a phone chime and Molly called out saying she had gotten a text.

she was sat on the day beds with Tommy and the two of you looked at her as she stood up getting everyones attention. “islanders, tonight you will have a party to celebrate this series of love island. #getthispartystarted” you all cheered and decided it was time you should start getting ready.

you were in the dressing room doing your makeup next to Amber and Anna. “so girls how’s your chats been with your boys?” Anna said as she straightened her hair. “Curtis isn’t my type at all but he’s sweet. nothing would ever happen between us though. i hope someone comes in for me though” Amber said as she stuck on her eyelashes.

“you are beautiful and someone will definitely come in for you Amber” you said as you applied your eyeliner. “how was your chat with Mason, he seems really into you” Amber replied and you smiled at the thought. “he is very pretty. he’s really sweet and he was really interested in getting to know me but i guess that’s what you do on love island” they both laughed.

“the two of you make a perfect pair” Anna said. “how are you and Ovie?” she groaned “he is so hot i can’t get over it” you and Amber agreed, you nodded your head. “i’m going to get to know him more and see where things go” she continued.

“what were you girls thinking of wearing?” Chloe said as she came into the dressing room from the bathroom. “well, i’m thinking of this dress, it’s one of my favourites” you said getting up to show the leopard print dress. “oh my goodness that is perfect, Mason is going to love it” Chloe said and the other girls agreed.

you had all done your hair and makeup to perfection, definitely trying to impress the boys on the first night which you all succeeded. when you all finally came out of the villa into the garden all of the boys whistled at the sight of you.

you all grabbed a glass of wine and split off with your partners, you and Mason sat on the day beds next to each other. “so, you model and you’re an influencer, what do you like to do in your free time?” Mason was thinking of things to ask you. “i love makeup, very into fashion so when im free i go to Paris and visit the House of Dior exhibition with my friends which may seem weird but i love it” he listened intently as you spoke about things that you loved.

“i also love shopping, going to the gym, painting and travelling. what about you? other than football what do you like to do?” you asked “i love the gym obviously, i play video games, i love watching the formula 1 and i love to travel too” you almost squealed with joy when you heard he loved to travel.

it was one of your favourite things to do. “where have you been? and where would you like to go?” you asked as you took a sip of your drink “i’ve been to pretty much all the main places you go to when travelling like Australia, America, Japan, South Korea, Bali. what about you?” he felt at ease when he spoke to you and this had never happened to him before.

“the same, Australia is my favourite. i think if i could live anywhere in the world it would be there, but i don’t think i could leave my family just to live there” he nodded his head “is your family important to you then?” he almost shook his head at the silly question but you smiled.

“very important. my mum is my best friend, im very close with my siblings and cousins too. i have two nieces as well who are the cutest thing ever. to be honest its going to be weird not seeing them for however long i’m in here for. i see them practically every day” you loved your family and he could see that by the way you spoke about them.

“you have two nieces? so do i” another thing you bonded over “no way? isn’t that crazy, we like almost all the same things and now we have bonded over our nieces” you both laughed “i miss them so much. i moved to Manchester last year and they live in portsmouth so that’s like an almost five hour drive which is hard for them. i went from seeing them every other week to seeing them every other month” even though he loved Manchester he wished his family was closer.

“that must be really difficult for you. i don’t want to sound rude but do you not get lonely? i assume you live alone” he shook his head “that’s not rude at all. yeah, i live alone and that does get pretty lonely. i mean i have my dog Max and i have friends up there but there’s nothing like coming home to someone you know? that’s why i’ve come on here, to find someone so im not lonely” you felt sad for him, he had been living in Manchester for almost a year meaning he must have been feeling like this for all that time.

“i’m not going trying to jinx it but maybe i could be that person?” you cringed at what you had just said and pulled a face making Mason laugh, you had gone bright red. “sorry that was disgusting i cannot believe i just said that” you laughed at yourself which made Mason laugh even harder.

“no don’t say that, that was a good one until you made that face. who said i didn’t want you to be that person?” he flirted which made you feel better. his eyes flickered to your lips then back up to your eyes. “do you mind if i kiss you?” you shook your head at his comment. he lent in, one of his hands going to your cheek as he kissed you. the kiss was filled with passion, it almost made you dizzy. he was a good kisser. a very good kisser.

you both pulled away, breathless but in awe at how amazing that first kiss was. you had never had a kiss like that before and it was the first night? no one had ever kissed you as passionately as him. “wow, that was just, incredible” he said making you drop your head as you blushed.

“why did you decide to pick me then? out of the girls why me?” you were curious, i wasn’t that you were insecure or anything but you just wanted to know why “why was i the only boy you stepped forward for?” he retaliated. he was quick witted which took you by surprise.

“i stepped forward because you were the only boy i seemed to have an attraction too. none of the other boys are my type and so far you’re ticking every box. and you’re very very attractive” you shrugged and he nodded, he felt his face heat up as you spoke about him. “well, i picked you because when i walked down them steps i was honestly mesmerised by you. i was in shock at how pretty you were and you’re the only person i wanted to get to know” you also blushed at his comment.

you felt giddy “let’s see how this goes then, who knows you could be the love of my life” you joked making him laugh. “maybe you could be” you both smiled at one another and as you made eye contact with him you felt your body filling with this feeling you’d never felt before, you felt bonded to him, like you needed to get to know him more and you were going to do just that. you just hoped no one else would feel this way about Mason too.

▪︎ he didnt believe it for one second! Blackhat, with an apprentice? Absurd! That was highly unlikely! It made the doctor laugh out loud at the thought. Blackhat would hardly have time or the patience to take in some random villain under his wing

▪︎ until he met you

▪︎ when Blackhat called the team for a meeting in his office, he surely expected it to be another mission. He was not optimistic about it

▪︎ instead, to his suprise, Blackhat mentioned a new member joining the team. Flug could hardly believe it! But what caught him off gaurd was how fondly Blackhat talked off this person, as if this was someone he had knew. And with that, Flug expected the worse. Blackhat hardly had time for friends, and if it was atleast an alley, then they had ro be strong, scary, and murderous like his boss was.

▪︎ you can say for sure he was caught off gaurd when you were introduced. You looked.. normal, like.. a person. And Blackhat let you stand near him, and the demon himself spoke fondly about your abilities, almost proudly. This spiked the doctors curiosity

▪︎ Bkackhat decided that you would join the trio on one of their next missions. 505 was ecstatic to have a friend, and Demencia could care less about another member. Flug though? This poor man was petrified. Was this a test???? Would you be observing them and reporting their work back to Blackhat?? Did Blackhat not trust them enough to do their jobs properly???? These questions sent the doctor spiraling

▪︎ when the time comes for the mission, Dr. Flug was nervous as all hell. Deciding he was going to go out of his way to impress you! If you were here to test them, then he sure was going to do his best!

▪︎ he ended up getting so nervous he nearly crashed the hat plane because he wasnt paying attention

▪︎ he was distracted! He was tring his best to observe you and understand you. You were hardly even seemed like a threat. For instance, you pet 505 willingly! Thats something no villain, let alone a favor of Blackhats would even come close to doing

▪︎ you just seemed... normal to him. What was so special about you?

▪︎ until he was in trouble

▪︎ he was pinned, unsure what to do. His plan didnt go out well at all, and he was doomed for absolute failure

▪︎ he expected to be beaten by this hero, he waited for the pain but... it never happened

▪︎ Instead, he found you where the hero would be, effortlessly throwing the hero off of Flug, and throwing him into the nearby wall without any struggle. A fierce look behind those eyes, as you snarled at the hero. Before you turned your attention back to Flug, and offered him a hand up

▪︎ Maybe he understood why Blackhat was fond of you, after watching you easily ground a hero before his own eyes, he was in awe

▪︎ afterwords, on the way back from the mission, Flug nervously thanked you, and you just smiled and told him it was no trouble

▪︎ Flug and you got talking, the doctor ended up learning about you and Blackhats backstory. He hardly believed it at first, but then again, he couldnt ask Blackhat about it, that was a death sentence.

▪︎ Flug was still equally terrified of you, getting extreamly nervous in your presence

▪︎ He had to do some research, because he didnt fully believe your story, observing yours and Blackhats interactions. He seemed to value your opinion abit more than he did witg the rest of the crew, but he also pointed out each flaw in your work. Not like he woukd do with Flug in disappointment, but like he was teaching you

▪︎ Flug was ultimately confused, but he decided not to dig into it anymore, just incase something bad would happen of he found out to much

▪︎ he wa just confused on how you werent so hostile abd scary like Blackhat was, and alas, he would never know

▪︎ you got to come along on missions with the trio! And to Flugs suprise, you worked really well with his plans. You two even made a good team together! Undoubtedly, the first person to actually follow along with his plans, and that was enough to make him value you alot more.

▪︎ you two didn't really spend to much time together. He was usually busy in his lab, or you were busy following Blackhat around as he taught you things

▪︎ though, occasionally, you would have free time, and come and visit Flug down in his lab!

▪︎ he was suprised at first, but he hardly minded, after all you didn't touch anything, and you were more curious about asking him of his projects, which he was happy to explain to you

▪︎ he liked when you came down to visit him, although it wasnt constant, he enjoyed your company, and your curiosity of his projects, he liked talking to you. It was always so quiet down in his lab, he usually talked to his robots or to 505, it was nice to have a an actual back and forth conversation

▪︎ when he first noticed his likness to you, it was when you were helping Blackhat with his work, and spotted Flug out thd corner of your eye. And you stopped to wave at him!

▪︎ you actually stopped your work, just ro acknowledged him.. for some reason, that made his head spin

▪︎ once he realized he liked you, he desperately tried to push his feelings away. He was confident that it would never work, after all, Blackhat would forbid it , or turn him into a pretzel if he found out that one of his workers grew a fondness for his apprentice

▪︎ But, no matter how hard he tried, he just couldn't deny it. Especially during missions, when you taunted the heros and maniacally rip them to shreds, it makes his heart skip.

▪︎ or the way you punished heros???? He is smitten

▪︎ Demencia definitely noticed the hopelessly lovesick look on Flugs face abd teased him about it

▪︎ he just, couldnt help it! No matter how much he tries to bury you out of his mind, the moment where you saved him from that hero lingered in his mind. And it made him sigh each time the memory would replay in his head, just the way you looked at him was enough to make him swoon

▪︎ that he was hopelessly in love with what he believes could never be, no matter how much he longs for it

i bloody love this scene when she confronts him and she's like "boy bye!" the look of contempt she throws at him is so deliciously good especially when he's like i missed you so much and she's having none of it...

their first kiss will always be one of their best ever kisses. it's so beautiful, tender, loving, and the way he holds her face and controls the kiss. the lingering after they part and the soft but heartbroken "thank you" - STUNNING

this SCENE. i'm sorry but luke did this so well, the absolute look of torture of watching the woman you love dance in the arms of another man is so heart wrenching it blew me away. colin is ready to fling himself off a cliff in this scene and it's hands down one of luke's best scenes.

the mirror scene, not for the sex, but when he's stood in front telling her how he loves the way she looks, talking about how beautiful and soft she is, and just....gah. so gorgeous.

the pride and prejudice dance, the fact that this was done on the day because the director felt it needed to be done and was so significant is hands down the best directing i've ever seen because holy fucking shit they pulled this off. i'll never forget seeing it for the first time and shouting "PRIDE AND PREJUDICE!"

and lastly...colin's love confession.

this makes me cry every single time i watch it, im not lying, it reduces me to tears. it's everything that needed to be said to her, it's a symbol of how much they love each other, how they choose one another but more so for colin choosing to love and accept penelope as she is and being in awe of how brilliant she is and he's blown away that she loves him and chose him. after all the angst, all the hurt, the tears, it was exactly what we as an audience needed to hear him say and it's one of the best singular scenes in the whole season.

Veneer was scrolling through instagram when he saw a post about a new popstar who was about to become more famous than him and velvet..

"Um sis..you might wanna see this.." He says, showing velvet his phone. Velvets eyes widened in anger at the post, "Whats her name?" she says between her gritted teeth. "(Y/n) (Y/l/n)", Velvet pulls out her phone, looking you up to get more info about you. She finds your instagram, Tiktok, and Twitter and starts dming you, trying to bring you down.

You were minding your business, watching tv when you felt your phone buzzing. You open your phone to multiple dms from Velvet. You read the dms, your heart shattering in the process. You decided to send her a message back, "I am sorry you feel that way. But I am not gonna stop what I do because you're upset I am getting more popular than you. Grow up, this is immature."

"Grow up, this is immature." Velvet reads out loud while Veneer looks over her shoulder. Her eyes fill with rage as she grips onto her phone, she starts typing, "I need to grow up? You need to grow a pair of boobs." Veneers face looks concerned "You dont think thats a bit too far? You dont even know what this girl looks like!" He exclaims. "Your right, maybe there is more things I can point out." She said, clicking on your instagram page, scrolling through your posts. Her eyes widen as she looks through your pictures, looking at every detail of your beautiful body, stunning face, perfect hair, and captivating eyes. She goes silent, in absolute awe at ur beauty, not realizing she accidentally liked one of your posts.

You feel your phone buzz again, assuming it was Velvet sending a nasty text again, you pick up your phone prepared for the worst. You look at the notification, seeing that velvet liked one of your posts, it was a photoshoot at the beach, you were in a bikini, sitting on your knees on a towel, your eyes closed and your hands in your hair. You smile when you see the notification, you decided to text her a screenshot of her liking your post, "Im confused, do you hate me or like me?" you type, sending it along with the screenshot.

Velvet sees your message, her heart skips a beat and her blood runs cold, she slowly turns her head to face Veneer "I accidentally liked one of her posts." She looks back down at her phone and starts typing, "Just stay in your lane and we wont have problems." She drops her phone, putting her face in her hands, groaning while running her hands down her face.

A few days later

Velvet and Veneer had a performance, Velvet was looking at to setlist to see who opened for them and the songs they were performing. Her eyes widened in shock when she saw who opened for them, Y/n Y/l/n.

"VENEER." she yells angerly, Veneer comes rushing backstage where Velvet was. "Look at this!" Velvet points to your name, "Shes opening for us!" Velvet looks at Veneer, absolutely livid. "Surprise.." Veneer says, smiling awkwardly. "You knew about this?!" "Okay..(Y/n) might've dmed me asking if she could open for our performance..and I might've said yes.." Velvets jaw drops to the floor "WHAT??!!" she screams angerly, a small part of her excited to see how beautiful you look in person.

You walk into the backstage area, making direct eye contact with Velvet, smiling and winking at her. Velvet feels the blood rushing to her face, turning dark pink. You walk up to Velvet and Veneer. "Thank you for agreeing to me opening for your show, it means a lot" you say to Veneer. You look velvet up and down, feeling your heart race at how stunning she is. "What?" Velvet says in a snarky tone. You rolls your eyes and walk past them to talk to the backstage manager.

"She looks absolutely amazing.." Velvet whispers, thinking out loud. Veneer hears what she said and smiles, "What was that velvs?" he smirks, knowing hes gonna tease her for it. Her breath hitches, "Nothing, what the hell are you talking about? I didnt say anything!" she gets defensive. "Uh huh.." Veneer looks at (Y/n) while smiling, "Im gonna tell her." Velvets eyes widen, "You better not.." Veneer walks past her, walking up to (Y/n) "Hey girl, my sister thinks you looks absolutely amazing" He says, looking at Velvet from across the backstage area. Velvet looks at him back, if looks could kill Veneer would be dead. You look past Veneer and look at velvet, smiling, "Oh really? Well tell her I said she looks stunning" you say, looking back at Veneer.

Veneer walks back over to velvet, "She said you look stunning." Velvets heart races, feeling a blush creeping up on her cheeks. She looks around for you but realizes your already on stage performing.

Soft looking black hair fell over his face, framing his eyes nearly perfectly. The moment Alastor laid eyes on him, he thought he could understand why exactly it was that Vox’s punishment in Hell was to have the head of a picture box. Though he’d never understood people’s depravities in life, he wondered if he would think differently if he had met Vox in life.

I’ve been going out with alex for a little over two weeks. he’s so sweet and considerate of everything we do making sure that I’m having fun. the motherfucker won’t ever let me pay for anything, which honestly I’m not complaining. he always will let me rest my head on his shoulder if I’m tired, he buys me roses and lily’s, but there’s one thing he hasn’t done. kissed me. he’s resorted to kissing my hand which is just so sweet in a way. but tonight I think might be the night. he had texted me “hey amor tonight just wear anything :)” I smiled to myself at the name amor, and put on my black cargo pants and a shirt.

45 minutes later I hear a knock at the door, and I open it to reveal mr alex quackity. he comes into my apartment indulging me in a hug.“you look very pretty” he says into my hair smiling as I mumble a quiet thank you. we leave my house getting into his car, of course he opens the door for me. he has one of the playlists that I made for him on, as he holds my knee driving with one hand. I turn to him “sooo..where are we goingg” he laughs lightly “ynow it’s cute you think I’m going to tell you.” I roll my eyes smiling a little.

eventually we get to the destination. it’s an adorable aquarium. I smile softly, he remembered how I had told him last night on call, about when I was younger I was obsessed with marine life. I turn to him “your so sweet.” he smiles getting out of the car, a proud grin of himself on his face. I knew I’m his head he was probably saying something like “fuck yeahhh” cause he’s just like that.

alex’s pov:

FUCK YEAH! I actually chose a date that I was sure she would like and here we are. I took her hand and we walked inside me paying for the entrance fee. everytime I do it’s the same look she gives me signaling she wanted to pay, I just smirk in reply. we walked into the place seeing her face immediately light up when we walked in made me laugh a little. not in a mocking way, she was just.. really fucking cute.

we looked around us there were stingrays floating above our heads, the blue light reflecting onto her face making her look so beautiful. she grabbed my hand pointing to a turtle, “it looks so tiny and helpless. but over there look at the axolotl! ” she smiles brightly while observing every animal. “I thought those were only in Minecraft” she looks at me not sure if I was joking or not. “wow you think I’m that dumb.” she puts her arms to her sides,”welllll” I roll my eyes and laugh.

the whole date she was just absolutely stunned by the aquatic life. if she didn’t know what an animal was she would search it on her phone, stunned by how cool they were. she was holding my hand like a little kid, and I smiled in return. she pointed to crab,”that weirdly reminds me of you” she said tilting her head laughing a little. I wrap my arms around her laughing a little too. “Wellll you look like uh.. that one.”I point to a clown fish. she giggles a little,”and why is that?” I try to think of an explanation “mmm I don’t know it’s just, a cute fish. and so self explanatory” she laughs looking away from me to hide her smile.

she points while giggling a little bit “awe look those two seahorses are swimming togetherr” I smile softly and hold her closer.”they are, aren’t they.” she looks up at me with her silly little smile,”thank you for this date..it’s super thoughtful of you..” I feel myself have a pure feeling of love, was this the moment? I keep eye contact with her “any time..” she starts leaning in my eyes widen, I try to lean in and we bump noses. we both laugh a little bit, in my head I was full of embarrassment. I tilt my head and she leans in more us finally having our first kiss. she didn’t know what to do with her arms so she just held mine, my eyes didn’t even close really they were just heavily squinted. we both let go, I knew my face was a little pink. I continued holding her watching the animals, it wasn’t perfect, but it was our first kiss.
