Why Hill Top Road is most certainly not the only portal:

A theory I didn’t type out because I had thought to eventually write a fanfic about it, but here you go because it’s the last possible day for me to post a called shot with my tma theory without tmp lore being involved.

Section 1 - The Tree

When we’re first introduced to Hill Top road in MAG 08, the statement giver provides us with his gut-check instinct about the tree on the premises, which cast odd shadows and “creeped him the hell out”, culminating with him feeling the need to destroy it.

This tree, as we all understand by the end of MAG 196 - This Old House, is a symptom of the crack in reality seeping out from underground, but let me draw your attention to MAG 127 - Remains to be Seen, where Jonah hires Doctor Jonathan Fanshawe to visit Albrecht von Closen in the Schwartzwald, otherwise known as the Black Forest in Germany. When his carriage arrives, what does he see but some absolutely heinous tree that absolutely must be killed:

and then, later on:

A single tree so inexplicably foul, it inspires the urge to kill it dead. Section 2 - Underground In MAG 59 - Recluse, the orphan Ronald Sinclair wanders into the basement of Hill Top Road, and recounts his observations of the room:

Compare this with Anya Villette’s description in 114 of the unlisted HTR basement, involving unfinished masonry and damp earth

As a curious parallel, in Albrecht Von Closen’s experience descending down the strange, isolated mausoleum in the Schwartzwald, the tree-punctured, decaying stone stairway yields to a room with books touching walls so weather exposed, the statement giver is unable to tell if the books are truly touching walls at all, or are in fact bordered in with bare soil.

And what item did Albrecht find conspicuously on the floor of Johann von Württemberg’s mausoleum, the subtler mystery detail hidden by the much thematically larger mystery of the books? Section 3 -The coin anomaly Inside this strangely placed, isolated mausoleum in the Scwartzwald, Albrecht von Closen found a coin, dated the year the count Ulrich II of Württemberg passed away.

Interestingly, in both our universe and the in-fiction one, Eberhard I succeeded Ulrich II, and not any bastard named Johann. Our dear Archivist comments on this in the same breath as dismissing it as coincidence, which historically means it definitely isn’t. 

Preposterously familiar for anyone who’s spent any amount of time thinking about the obvious HTR-based disappearance/reappearance/time skipping of Anya Villette (MAG 114) and Anne Kasuma nee Willette (MAG 08). Kind of curious how this absolutely cursed book collection shows up in proximity of a cursed tree that people are urged to kill, in a weird mausoleum nobody has any record of, alongside a coin of a man who may not have existed and definitely wasn’t a lord or any sort of royalty and yet there’s currency commemorating him? This is not the end of the Scwartzwald anomalies, though. You see, this coin…went missing. Section 4 - Profound violence, and an eyeless man It’s unclear the circumstances of how Albrecht lost this coin, though given that he wrote his statement in 1816, I suspect it fell out from a pocket during Albrecht’s very next encounter which causes him to flee the Black Forest entirely. The encounter where the guy who keeps creeping around the outside of the mausoleum, issuing vaguely intimidating warnings, decides to accost Albrecht and reveals himself to have empty eye sockets, and the ability to “see” regardless. 

The identity of the Eyeless man remains unknown definitively, as he runs off as if he was startled by some sort of predator, but in some Absolute Hunt Bullshit that seems to follow pretty much immediately, there was a murder that same year that investigators briefly thought was committed by Albrecht’s host and nephew, Wilhelm.

An eyeless man, a cursed tree, the profound violence of a hunt, the man who doesn’t belong with a history that couldn’t be true. And that’s not to mention the incredibly cursed vibes of both locations. To wit, in MAG 196 regarding the nature of these cracks in the universe:

Compare this to Albrecht’s description of the Schwartzwald:

I asked about the potential for other Cracks in reality to exist currently, like the hints for Schwartzwald or The Eschatology Door in Paris, and do you know what they rewrote the question to be about (but still put my name on so I KNOW it was supposed to be mine) (also please dont go find it, it’s embarrassing how they butchered my ask and also it has my human name on it and I don’t know yall like that tbh, so just take my word for it)? The question they answered was if different places and countries had their own regionally specific fear domains, like Paris for example. Which like, obviously?? I forget how exactly they rephrased it, I was on a walk listening and my ears went hot and my eyes went wide and I KNEW I HAD SOMETHING WITH A MELTY HOT CORE OF TRUTH TO IT. Pure adrenaline, sign me up for the Fucked Up Red String Tower where People Judge Marble Domain I guess, but I feel it in my GUTS now. And you know, maybe the question was rewritten by a staff member before they ever saw it, any number of things could have happened along the pipeline. It seems bizarre to me that they’d even leave it in after choosing to rework it that hard, though. But I’ll tell you what, the question posed was about cracks in reality, not fear domains. And I feel CLOSE to something. In Annabelle’s own words, 

Indeed, few have ever thought much of it at all. Perhaps there are many such places across the Earth. Perhaps it is unique. Certainly, no-one has known either way.

As of September 18th, all personnel are forbidden from interacting with 00 unless said interaction was approved by the Doctor in chief, the medical team and a representative from the government beforehand. Anyone trespassing that rule would be accused of treason level 5 and will be punished by torture and death.

Additionally, introducing a weapon or any lethal substance in his room will be seen as an attempt to harm 00 and will be punished by death.

If 00 were to kill anybody, the death will be covered as an accident under life threatening circumstances. Any personnel attempting to use 01 as a weapon will be harshly punished.

The assumption of 00’s mutism has been proven false.

He is able of communication but certain conditions must be met before he can start a proper talk. As of now, only one person from the staff was able to talk to him and the criteria needed to communicate have yet to be discovered.

00 may be related to 01. The veracity of that information is to be determined.

Unlike 01, 00 has always been hostile and wary of mankind ever since the beginning and lashes out easily when an individual he deems as a threat approaches him or 01. As aggressive as he is, he has not yet killed anyone who didn’t deserve it. He seems to hold back against humans, many seem to think it is thanks to 01’s influence that none of the staff, save for the instigator of the accident, was killed.

00’s intelligence is one that the world has not yet seen. Out of all creatures protected by the Celestial Conservation Division, 00 may be the smartest one of the bunch.

His soul is shaped after a black apple, characteristic of corrupts. He is the counterpart of 01.

He mostly stays in his passive form but turns without hesitation when danger arises. When this happens, his right eye is covered by a goop veil that behaves like acid while the left one changes from a violet color to a cold turquoise color. Tendrils also appear from his back, it is plausible that we have not yet seen his full potential as we know that corrupts can create up to four tendrils when he was only seen with two of them.

He can sense when the other is in danger or in pain, which makes him go berserk when 01’s pain reaches a certain level. Whether the 01 can do this as well or not is still to be determined.

He has always been protective of 01 but that protectiveness only amplified after the accident.

How corrupts are produced is still unknown.

01’s pain tolerance has decreased by two stages, it is to be determined whether those two phenomenons are related or not.

It’s the first time that his negativity stat has reached 100%. Due to the nature of his power, his shield’s stats are lower than the others but he is able to compensate that with the perfect control he has over his power.

With stats like those, it is no wonder that Doctor Hate was unrecognisable when we retrieved what was left of his corpse.

However, I did note the presence of misplaced laughter during the examination. It doesn’t quite point to a problem per se but vigilance is still strongly advised.

00 will be taken to the medical wing as fast as possible for consultation.

As expected, 00 has excelled in every subject but has failed the emotional control test. Every request I’ve submitted for 00 to bypass the Emotional Response Test, the Physical Control Under Pressure Test and the Emotional Control Test have been denied.

I do really think it would be better for 00’s well-being to stop being administered these tests. Now if only you would try to consider the consequences these sort of tests have on them instead of only caring about your own needs, that would be a great beginning.

Análisis y Plan de manejo: Hombre de 29 años con sin antecedentes de importancia, con larga estancia hospitalaria secundaria a politrauma por arma de fuego de carga múltiple en región toraco-abdominal el 14/06 y larga estancia hospitalaria extra institucional. Sufrió hemotórax derecho, hemoperitoneo, múltiples laceraciones en ambos lóbulos hepáticos, lesión de colon ascendente, transverso y gástrica única, y trauma pancreático. Como complicaciones ha presentado disfunción multiorganica, lesión renal aguda, pancreatitis necrosante, peritonitis (Candida tubo germinal positivo 21/06 y 6/07 y P. aeruginosa 6/07), fístula pancreática, y fungemia el 21/06. Durante su estancia extrainstitucional requirió por lo menos 10 intervenciones para lavado y drenaje de hemoperitoneo en relación a sangrado, drenaje de colección y peritonitis, corrección de evisceración y omentectomía por necrosis, entre otras. Fue remitido el 9/07 para embolización, por sangrado persistente de origen desconocido, anemizante. Ingresó con bacteriemia por P. aeruginosa sensible de origen en foco abdominal, que depuró y ha requerido múltiples lavados por peritonitis fecal asociada a fístula, con aislamientos polimicrobianos: C. tropicalis sensible, E. coli sensible y P. aeruginosa resistente a carbapenems (10/07); C. tropicalis, E. coli, K. pneumoniae sensibles y P. aeruginosa MDR (por mecanismo no enzimático) (13/07); E. hormaechei, P. aeruginosa MDR, E. faecalis, K. pneumoniae y C. tropicalis (16/07); C. tropicalis y E. coli (19/07, absceso pancreático); C. glabrata sensible a micafungina, K. aerogenes productora de carbapenemasa S solo a amikacina, genta, TMP y tigeciclina (31/07). Último esquema ceftolozano tazobactam + amikacina (doble cubrimiento para P. aeruginosa), ampicilina sulbactam (E. faecalis y anaerobios), fluconazol y ciprofloxacina (ajustado el 4/08). Por última vez fue llevado a cirugía el 7/08 donde se sigue documentando fístula entero atmosférica sin canalización adecuada al exterior, y abundante materia fecal en cavidad; no se tomaron cultivos. Requirio tratamiento en cuidado crítico por sangrado digestivo dependiente de arteria del ciego que necesitó embolización. En las últimas tomografías con persistencia de las colecciones (3 y 11/08), por lo con oco no controlado en el contexto de fístulas no canalizables con abdomen bloqueado, colección persistente en retroperitoneo y aislamiento de gérmenes MDR. El 15/08/ 23 se realizó nuevo drenaje guíado por TAC donde obtienen 5cc de pus espeso de necrosis infectada de donde se aislaron Candida glabrata, K. aerogenes resistente a carbapenems sin detección de resistencia enzimatica sensible a TMP/SMX y en la nueva TAC del 20/08/23 se demostró persistencia de la colección con dren in situ, el 22/08/23 se hizo nuevo drenaje de 10cc de pus (no se ordenaron cultivos) y se dejó nuevo dren para optimizar el drenaje de dicha colección persistente. Venia recibiendo caspofungina y TMPS desde el 17/08/23 y Tigeciclina desde el 18/08/23. Desde el 170/08/23 estaba sin fiebre y con descenso de la PCR. El 23/08/23 se suspendió tigeciclina. Ayer Cirugía indico lavados en marea observandose salida de líquido por herida de laparotomia y adicional tuvo de episodios de fiebre ayer por lo que se decide hemocutlivar por riesgo de bacteriemia y candidemia, ante foco intraabdominal no controlado lo cual condiciona el desarrollo de gérmenes MDR, se comentará con Cirugía general. Atentos a evolución.

How To Install Prometheus on Debian 11| Debian 10 Linux?. Prometheus is a free and open source monitoring system that enables you to collect time-series data metrics from any target systems. Its web interface enables you to perform powerful queries, visualize collected data, and to configure alerts. In this guide, we will cover the installation of Prometheus and node_exporter on Debian 11 / Debian 10. Since this is a binary installation method, there is no required dependency to continue with the setup. Step 1: Create Prometheus system user / group We’ll create a dedicated Prometheus system user and group. The  -r or –system option is used for this purpose. sudo groupadd --system prometheus sudo useradd -s /sbin/nologin --system -g prometheus prometheus This creates a system user which doesn’t need /bin/bash shell, that’s why we used -s /sbin/nologin. Is the package extraction location the System Swap location? Now since his solution was to adjust the system swap location, it begs the question. Un like the last time this happened, the event log wasn’t as blatant (flooded) complaining about the /tmp being full. This time after updating again a host in the cluster had the error message.
