Not a single wound on my soul has been inflicted by an enemy. Not a single dart pierced in my heart has been thrown by my nemesis. Not a single one.

peter pettigrew. opinions?
this poem ("Song of the Worm", 1869) has been the center of my peter pettigrew understanding for a while now. it's true! no matter how bright or lively or powerful the gryffindors were, they Submitted to wormtail in the end. i love you treachery! i love you cowardice!
i appreciate him as: a harbinger of tragedy, an ouroboros, the lingering hand of a long-dead narrative which strangles itself (as it lives past its end). i've been turning over the idea of the Worm as representative of the inverse/dark side of gryffindor ("even a worm will turn", “the meek shall inherit the earth" type of strength) but not enough to form a coherent Take quite yet

I love adding to my little collection of "AEW wrestlers doing escape rooms" and the one just posted by Uno is an all timer of an image
