Re-reading The House on the Cerulean Sea at the same time we're getting Good Omens 2 teasers is messing with my brain and now I need a crossover fic where Aziraphale and Crowley show up on the island to investigate Lucy and become horrified and fascinated (respectively) by the children's...shall we say alternative ideas about morality

Meanwhile, once they've determined that the ineffable duo don't pose any threat to the children and also that they are clearly in love but both in denial about it, Zoe and Arthur start hatching increasingly outlandish matchmaking schemes to try and get them together while Linus tries to protest that it's unprofessional (but inevitably gives in because he really can't deny Arthur anything)

I hope you've read or are planning to read The House on the Cerulean Sea, by TJ Klune. I'm just enraptured by this story cause of the words and descriptions. I'm not worried about the destination just savoring all the way through.

The book description is giving me Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children vibes, which I did enjoy (the book series, I have not watched the movie). I will add it to my TBR list.

I just looked on ao3 and there’s so much????! Like over 200 fics?!?? Someone rewrote the entirety of the book from Arthur’s POV???!!!!?? I don’t think I will have time to sleep tonight. Or any night for the next few weeks tbh

YESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I havent delved into the ao3 gold mines yet, but i hope to find that the ore is of the purest kind (that they are good fics)..... And, whilst sacricing sleep is perhaps not the /best/ thing to do, it is understandable in such a context as this.
