In this alternate universe, after the episode of "the double" Madam Penny tells Jessica to go clean the magic room after Harry and Bunnie made a few messes in there, while she was cleaning up the stuff, something unexpected happened to her, and that someone drag her inside a whole new bizarre world.

The greatest warrior in the galaxy goes shopping with the shadow of the greatest swordsman.

▪︎Prologue:

The Dimension Mirror, an artifact of unknown origin known to be the gateway between the original world and it's Mirror counterpart. Just as it's name would suggest, The Mirror World is completely parallel to the original, reflecting everything to it's equivalents in the normal world. All seemed normal until a dark presence invaded the land, corrupting all within The Mirror World, causing it's inhabitants and the surrondings to drastically change. The darkness inside everyone's hearts corrupted them and slowly took over bodies, replacing what was left of their former selves. Especially to this one particular swordsman, whose soul was drained of all compassion and love. The one who was once known as an honorable knight, was now a ruthless savage that terroizes all of Mirror land. Thus, "Dark Meta Knight" was born.

The one who invaded The Mirror World, Dark Mind, took advantage of this and struck a deal with the fallen knight:

"Work for me, and you will gain unlimited strength!"

Dark mind's new lackey had good cooperation with a bit of back sass.

He would always finish his jobs effortlessly, since no effort was really put into them. This caused Dark Mind was defeated by the hands of Kirby, the one DMK didn't bother to kill. His evil presence on the Mirror World disappeared along with him and freed the inhabitants from the corruption...well not really, everyone's still kind of an asshole, but atleast they weren't as bad as before! The mirror may still reflect bad things, but its gradually reverting back to what it originally was.

While it recovers, the inhabitabts of Mirror Land still go on about their days, like this Waddle dee that's working as a cashier right behind that counter! See that? What a funky lil' guy!

They're looking intensely at the clock on their monitor how fun! Oh? Why are they checking the time so seriously? Well that's because they've got to deliever the Dark Meta Knight alarm! Every Saturday at 4 p.m, Dark Meta Knight goes "shopping". He gets in the store, takes a basket (which are very limited now since he never returns them) and scoops up as many food products as he can. Then, our beloved knight walks up to the cashier, gives them a not-so-friendly stare and walks off with the unpaid for goods.

And all the actions described above are about to happen...right now.

Shadow Cashier dee, through the speakers: All customers please evacuate the store. I repeat, all customers please get the OUT THE STORE! HE'S COMING!!!

The moment the cashier speaks, everyone dashes out the store, hurrily abandoning their baskets, throwing them carelessly everywhere. Some kept them though, taking advantage of the chaos to shoplift. They flew out of every exit they could find, via the doors, the windows, the ceiling and even the walls! It was a terrible mess, liquid spilt out of broken soda bottles, glass shards shattered all over on the floor, shelves completely knocked over......and our dear friend, Shadow Cashier dee has to clean up all of this later. Knowing this fact, the waddle dee sighs in defeat and prepares themselves for death. Oh yeah, that happens a lot, but it mostly wasn't their fault. Sometimes Dark Meta Knight has bad days and takes it all out on Cashier Dee, killing them. The only reason they're still alive is because mirror people can't die if their original counterparts are still alive, as they exist to reflect them. So, Cashier Dee doesn't feel too bothered by it, but only because they've gotten used to the pain.

Now this does raise a question, why does Shadow Cashier Dee still work there? Despite how dangerous it sounds, that store is actually ranked as one of the safest places to hide from Dark Meta Knight. It is much safer than his Majesty's castle and anywhere else. They'd rather work in Pupupu mart than loiter around the place where Waddle dees are targeted the most.

*ding dong!*

Oh, our friend arrived! And he's hangry! much to SCD's chagrin...

Shadow Cashier Dee: (m-maybe if i just hide in the corner and stay quiet, he won't even notice i'm here...)

They should be used to this by now, just staying still, not moving an inch throughout the entire time the knight shops but.....for some reason, their heart wouldn't stop pounding so loudly in their ears. It was awfully quiet afterall, the only noises that were to be expected was DMK's footprints and the waddle dee's heartbeats. So why did they feel...so scared? Was if because they're going to die today? No, the thought of death isn't that scary, so why? Why were they unable to breathe properly? Why couldn't they calm down? What was wrong? They did everything right...right? The people were all evacuated and they were hiding in the best spot the store could manage. There was nothing Shadow Cashier Dee could think of that could be the cause for their fear-

The maxim tomato soup cans ran out.

Oh no...oh NONONONO- Maxim tomato soup cans were his FAVORITE! Usually he gets absolutely LIVID whenever they were out of stock! Not to mention he seems much more angrier than usual! Is this the end for Shadow Cashier Dee? Oh definitely, he was going to die slow with a LOT of pain. Dark Meta Knight's gonna rip out their heart and eat it while it's still beating, that's for sure....

Their fate was sealed. They were going to die again today.

Klarion is EXCITED. He's absolutely DELIGHTED even, unable to sit still as he flits from place to place. His baby cousin! Is! Visiting! Which OBVIOUSLY means he, as the older one, must make sure the main places are still standing so he can show his itty bitty baby cousin EVERYTHING! After all, he's never gotten to be the older one! He's always been the youngest in the family! But now he has an itty bitty toddler cousin- form recently shifted to match- to teach the ways of Chaos to! He's so EXCITED!

The League and heroes on the other hand, are Very concerned about Why the Witch Boy has been spotted in practically every major city in the US in the last few days. What is he planning?!

Something I really don't understand is this obsession the anti-Israel crowd (in the West) have with death and martyrdom. All they care about is dying, and often killing for their cause; I see nothing about building a better future that isn't based on the murder of 9 million Israelis.

It's easy to die for a cause. The challenge is living to make a better tomorrow.

this is combining Ovid's Heroides and the Excidium Troie because I can't stop thinking of Hermes telling him not to be afraid. what the fuck!! Ares is wearing the crown that Paris gave him.

I have. thoughts. about Paris. he's almost got this Troilos parallel in my mind, that the event that defines him in detail exists in a lost narrative that we don't have (the Cypria), but everyone else knew. the event that defines Troilos is his death (murdered, butchered by Achilles, the violence of which haunts everything after. Achilles, child killer, you can't escape that!), and the event that defines Paris is the Judgement. what's a lost text but a kind of grave!!

idk I don't think that Paris before the Judgement would recognize himself after bc when you become god touched, it rearranges your guts. you become transformed in the worst way possible! how could you recognize yourself! but I also think that all the Parises after the Judgement would recognize each other because that event is so locked into the trauma of war and the scar it leaves on the land, it's like a scar on the narrative too. it exists like this forever, over and over again, so you exist like that forever too. Troy collects grief and despairs.
