Trying to come up with a design for more outfits, and since Hunter is primarily in the GG uniform in this au.... Whipped something up quickly (plus doodle on the side)

thinking more about potential amnesiac hunter timelines. unless i did a Lot of plot finagling, i don't imagine it would be a very long-lived scenario: belos gets killed with hammers, luz flings herself on raine immediately, raine and darius pull her into hunter's mindscape to help, etc.

so the two main thoughts are:

1) how Unbelievably Disorienting this would be from hunter's perspective. purging his memories of luz would fuck him up So Bad that i'm having to think more of what he Does remember than what he doesn't.

he can recognize raine and darius. he knows belos is the emperor. he remembers having been hurt by belos and he knows there was a reason he wasn't fighting back but he can't remember what it was. a seemingly-angry emperor drags him into a room with a girl he's never seen before and within thirty seconds she's crying and begging hunter to talk to her. he has a Wild headache and he doesn't like seeing her upset. he does his best to convey this but it's hard to parse words into sentences.

then she kills belos with hammers in front of him.

like. good god.

2) we've had "everyone traipses through luz's mindscape uncovering new depths of horror".... but what about "luz raine and darius traipse through hunter's mindscape learning literally every single thing he never wanted any of them to know"??

So, I was staring at this for the past couple of days…

I’m finally owning up to the nerve that it’s not perfect and that’s ok because these are just ideas that didn’t fully flesh out and…

I had a great deal of fun just spinning ideas around and some of these ideas are just not my favorite. For example, I tried to do a wardrobe change and something just didn’t stick for me. 🤷🤷🤷

Summaries:

After all the events of S4 Sun Wukong is forced to realize that a good chunk of the stuff that he and others have been blaming him for isn't his fault and he goes to therapy and starts doing old hobbies again, working towards putting himself in a better mental health state. Also Macaque and Azure Lion get banned from his mountain but they refuse to accept that.

AU inspired by the King Thrushbeard fairytale, where Red Son refuses all suitors until his father decides to marry him off to the next peasant who walks through the door. Except Qi Xiaotian isn't royalty, but very kind.

Political drama au where to reduce the offers for his hand, Sun Wukong marries Azure Lion. This backfires because now eyes are turning to Qi Xiaotian, his successor. Now Wukong has to juggle Azure’s feelings for him and arranging a match for Xiaotian.

My TMNT incarnation, episode 1: After befriending April O'Neil, the Hamato brothers and Casey Jones must rescue her from a mysterious baron with a sinister plan.

Spicynoodles is very happy together and just had a baby girl when one of Qi Xiaotian's exes claims that he and Xiaotian have had an affair and the baby is his...the baby who is the splitting image of Red as a calf.

Xiaojiao jokingly challenges Red to a duel only for both of their families to take it super seriously, especially when old grudges (aka Ao Lie’s death) are brought up

The beginning of my Scooby Doo incarnation. After a summer at home, Mystery Incorporated try to head back to college. The key word is try.

Set sometime before Agony of a Witch, Raine Whispers is sent to the weekly Coven Head meeting- which is basically just an excuse to hang out at a bar and bitch. They meet up again with Lilith, drinks are drunk, and Lilith ends up drunkenly confessing the truth about Eda's curse to a less drunk Raine.

Came up with an AU idea. In this one, Luz goes into the Demon Realm like normal, but during the heist she is confronted by a scout. She is chased to the beaches, separated from Eda and King. She manages to knock off the scout’s mask just as she falls into a time pool and is shocked and confused by what she sees. She gets stuck in the Deadwardian Era, where she meets Philip and explores the Demon Realm.

Meanwhile, in the present, Scout is confused by the fact that she and Luz had the same face. So she starts investigating, only to uncover a conspiracy that goes back centuries and a sinister plan to destroy everything she knows and loves.

Let’s call it Close the Loop AU.

Corvi-Hunter

Also known as the "bad but sad bird".

... Who was expecting this species for Hunter? The idea came about during a conversation with @branmuffins22, who suggested shiny Skarmory. I then had the idea that the golden guard armor should be Skarmory-themed, and Hunter be something else. So... shiny Corvisquire! Just with the "Hunting Palisman" bandana though because I don't want to draw him in the armor too.

He's got weird patterns since he's a clone. Another thing of note is that his wings being that small is intentional: he can't actually fly unless he's using the armor, because his wings are too small to generate enough lift. This is to parallel Hunter's canon powerlessness. He's also rather scrawny compared to Corvisquire... which wasn't really intentional, but it works very well for Hunter.

Belos and Caleb would have the same general backstory as canon in this AU, but with Belos learning of the Pokémon world instead of the Collector and attempting to use the power of Pokémon to achieve his goal of destroying the Demon Realm. Caleb would have also been a Corvisquire in the Pokémon world.

alright i haven’t watched TOH since it ended and i’m gonna be honest i thought all the hexside stuff was boring and i didn’t pay much attention to the coven stuff. oops

BUT!!!! i think Anton would be like Eda and just say fuck it to all the specialized magic tracks and just use wild magic. he’d probably like making abominations and beastkeeping, cuz he’d like interacting with all the magic creatures and palismen and stuff. he’d also like potions and healing too :) and he’d be best friends with King because of course he would

Dew would like illusions maybe? or healing? tbh i’m not sure. maybe he’d like beastkeeping too (honestly everyone from tllr would like beastkeeping they all love animals). you know what? he’d be like Luz. the main character and undecided on what magic to use. maybe he’d be a human and use glyphs

Layla would like plant magic, Hayden would also like beastkeeping and maybe illusions, Sawyer would be into potions or healing. the three of them would be friends at hexside, Layla and Hayden would have a similar role as Willow and Gus, and Sawyer would be similar to Amity. Aspen would be a wild magic guy, he doesn’t follow the rules either. Silas wouldn’t even be a witch he’d just be an evil monster they’d have to kill

Pierce would straight up be Belos in this scenario. fuck that guy

and that’d make Anton hunter in That scenario and now i’m thinking of a whole au that i’ll most likely do nothing with

Still haven't set up the drawing tablet since I've been too busy and also recently contracted a severe cold, so no digital art yet (and probably won't be for another month if I'm being honest) however, I do have these traditional sketches of a pmd/toh au I've had floating around in my brain for months now.

I was mostly just trying to figure out what hunter and luz look like, so nothings super polished. Luz is an eevee. She was almost a charmander for a brief few seconds because of the personality test, but I think eevee works slightly better overall. I feel like she'd eventually evolve into either a sylveon or umbreon, leaning towards the latter more. Hunter is a missingno dartrix because I'm pretty sure the gg mask and dartrix's face have the same origins. (Or actually, all of the owl imagery in toh appears to be based on the strix genus of owls, but I was thinking about the mask specifically at the time)

Anyway, don't know how much more I'll do with this au, but I have tons of ideas and plenty of time to work on it now that I can't do digital drawing at work, so there will be more eventually

They are not a character that we have met or would feasibly guess (like, it's not Terra or anything like that), but they are an implied character because of the way Belos created and raised grimwalkers in this AU👍
